Interviews are very common approach when the employers choose employees.But many arguments have been raised around the interview stuff.Some thinks that way of choosing is unfair.Some held the viewpoint that interviews are the most efficient means.I also regard it as reasonable means of recruiting employee.Firstly, we have an old saying:“the first impression is very important.” Many interviewers score for the interviewee.Once I was lucky to have the opportunity of seeing this mysterious paper because I was sitting right in front of my interviewer.She would score for my behavior.That was a group interview.Two interviewers would talk with six interviewees at the same time.So we interviewees talked one by one.When other was talking, I have seen there was a section on the paper that was the score of the first impression and the appearance.So the first impression does exist in our daily life and we cannot get rid of it.I also think “the first impression” makes sense in some degree.So interviewers can feel something or they can get the first impression about the interviewees through the interview.Secondly, in modern society an increasing number of corporations incline to emphasize the characteristic and personalities but the ability of work.Most leaders think a good personality is better than a good education background because how to be a real human being is really important.So many questions those are strange and unrelated with the work have been asked during the interview.Such as: how many basketballs can you put to make the room full? Or if you can become a superhero, who would you like to be? These strange questions mostly are related to psychology.The company wants to realize if the family background of the interviewee is appropriate.You may say:” we cannot judge a person without a deep and full contact.But the reality is that not all the company has the time to do such a research about the interviewees.in the film of “ The Apprentice”, the CEO of the corporation distributed tasks to the interviewees every time by him selves.It is a long time to recruit a certified person.They can do it in the film but in our daily life it almost an unachievable process.A TV show named 《must belong to you》 is popular in china recently.The show is a public interview.12 bosses of different corporations will sit there and ask your questions and decide if you are the person they need.If you are fortunate enough, you may have choices to select and you can say to the boss:” I am not interest in the position you offered.” The show attracts a number of people who want a job.The TV show implies we do not have other means of recruiting employees.Now the interview will possess in our daily life for a long time whether we like it or not.

第三篇：求職英語面試總結(jié)

6月1日開始，今年的就職面試活動(dòng)正式拉開帷幕。今年找工作的形勢(shì)依然非常嚴(yán)峻。上一級(jí)的先輩們據(jù)說到目前為止還沒有一個(gè)人拿到offer。驚訝之同時(shí)，擔(dān)憂自己到底將會(huì)如何。學(xué)校的求職網(wǎng)站，還有留學(xué)生中心的揭示板上從開學(xué)的時(shí)候就陸陸續(xù)續(xù)登上了企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)招聘或者就職說明會(huì)的通知。

前段時(shí)間參加了一個(gè)由政府出資，NpO組織的CGA計(jì)劃的招聘。這是一個(gè)針對(duì)在日的外國留學(xué)生的就職培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，為期2年。會(huì)從各個(gè)大學(xué)選出相對(duì)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生，然后免費(fèi)提供各種就職服務(wù)和培訓(xùn)，并且有機(jī)會(huì)和招聘企業(yè)人事進(jìn)行面對(duì)面的交流。篩選方式很簡單，常規(guī)的書面審查，然后是面試。相信很多留學(xué)生都對(duì)這個(gè)非常感興趣。因?yàn)槊赓M(fèi)，為期2年，信息、人脈輕松獲得。

坦白說，非常疑惑這些NpO的老師們將如何來篩選？！如果按照最最一般的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來看，應(yīng)該是從語言，資格，專業(yè)等方面來衡量。而大部分來的留學(xué)生日語都很好，幾乎所有人都會(huì)英語，外加上自己的母語，會(huì)三國語言的根本不算什么。資格的話，書面審查時(shí)只要求日語和英語的資格。所以應(yīng)該差別不大。至于專業(yè)的話，留學(xué)生中包括本科生，還有修士，每個(gè)人情況不一樣，也很難分上下。

面試結(jié)束后，得出以下結(jié)論。

1，交流能力占大部分比例。面試內(nèi)容（即，對(duì)書面審查中的各種信息的再確認(rèn)和補(bǔ)充信息）幾乎是大同小異，但是與不同的學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流，老師的評(píng)價(jià)會(huì)很所區(qū)別。關(guān)鍵取決于面試生本人的交流能力。即，在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)是不是能有效的表達(dá)，給對(duì)方提供更多的個(gè)人信息，向?qū)Ψ礁嗟恼故緜€(gè)人能力，給對(duì)方留下深刻印象。

2，雙方的相性。簡單的說就是看的順眼不順眼，談的來不來。明顯感覺到有些面試官對(duì)學(xué)生的態(tài)度參入了太多個(gè)人情緒。在我前面的2個(gè)女生，兩個(gè)人的日語都還可以。其中一個(gè)是中國人，曾去過澳洲留學(xué)，現(xiàn)來日本留學(xué)；另一個(gè)是緬甸的小女孩。面試官對(duì)前者問了很多很刁鉆的問題。而對(duì)后面的一個(gè)女生卻非常的親切，最后居然還說，“希望我們下次能再多多交流”，“請(qǐng)把暑假時(shí)間空出來，因?yàn)榻酉聛砗苊Α敝惖脑?。哇。我頓時(shí)就愣了，這就是相性?。o理由，無條件，我就是喜歡你。

When a sophomore,I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research.In 20xx, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof.Wang’s lab.With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab,I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system.It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 20xx,I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 20xx,I joined the distinguished Professor xx research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research.Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms,I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm——Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations,this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments,too.In the second semester,I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances.To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost,I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently,I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem.This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 20xx,I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.In my senior year,I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin,a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside,I learned graph theory from him for my network research.These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
