I am glad to be here for this interview.My English name is Eric.I was born in Hangzhou.I am a schoolboy.In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies, especially reading English fairy tales.The monkeys who tried to catch the moon is my favorite one.The story says that...It was a chilly night,the moon was hanging brightly in the night sky.There were some monkeys playing in the forest.Some were hopping here and there, and some were just resting.And there was one monkey who was playing on a branch of a tree just by the river.Suddenly he saw something shining in the river.He went closer to see, and was shocked to find a full moon in the river.So he anxiously called his friends and said: “Oh no...Oh no!The moon has fallen into the river!” One old monkey who heard him cry, quickly ran to the river and was also surprised to see the moon inside.The old monkey called all the young monkeys and cried: “Oh no...The moon has fallen into the river!”

When the old monkey turned to the side to get a better grip, he suddenly saw the moon still hanging in the sky.He said in a surprised voice: “How come the moon is still up there?”

Then all the monkeys quickly jumped down and looked up into the sky.They were confused to see that the moon was still up there, high in the sky.I think English is very interesting.So I wish I could read more English literatures to enlarge my knowledge.Thank you!

各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、辦事處中心校，局屬各學(xué)校：

為貫徹落實中央8號文件精神，促進我市英語教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展，為國家選拔、培養(yǎng)外語人才，給廣大少年兒童提供展示和交流英語才能的機會，提高青少年兒童學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情，經(jīng)研究，決定于2011年11月舉行 “星星火炬”全國少年兒童英語風(fēng)采大賽（新密分賽區(qū)）活動?，F(xiàn)將活動有關(guān)事宜通知如下：

一、活動目的

以“熱愛黨，熱愛祖國”為主題，通過開展豐富多彩、生動活潑的英語才能展示活動，為少年兒童學(xué)習(xí)英語營造良好的社會氛圍，推動少年兒童積極參加到學(xué)習(xí)英語的活動中來，全面提高少年兒童學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情和興趣，促進少年兒童英語教育事業(yè)發(fā)展，豐富少年兒童業(yè)余文化生活。

二、活動對象

本次活動面向全市廣大青少年英語愛好者，活動設(shè)學(xué)前組、小學(xué)A組、小學(xué)B組、初中組、高中組。

年兒童參加到活動中來。

3、各單位在積極發(fā)動的同時一定要本照學(xué)生自愿的原則，不得做任何強制要求、不得向下屬學(xué)校分配硬性指標(biāo)。

4、各單位在填寫報名表時，一定按要求分類、分年級填寫。

六、報名辦法

1．選手本著自愿的原則按照年級、項目由學(xué)校組織報名參賽。2．各單位報名時需認真填寫報名登記表及參賽證（報名登記表、參賽證格式請在信箱xwhdzx69851229@163.com中下載，密碼69851229），將電子文檔（ExceL格式）和紙質(zhì)文檔報名表1份交到青少年校外活動中心辦公室。并將電子文檔發(fā)送到xinmixwhdzx@163.com信箱。

七、獎項設(shè)置：

1.按參賽選手項目、組別設(shè)一、二、三等獎并對獲獎選手頒發(fā)獲獎證書，輔導(dǎo)老師可獲相應(yīng)的優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員證書。

2.設(shè)優(yōu)秀組織單位獎并頒發(fā)獎牌。

3.獲得一、二等獎的節(jié)目或選手，可直接進入省決賽。
