1、The severe employment situation
As we all know, about a decade ago, college students could find satisfactory jobs after graduation.But now, things are different.Today's college students usually have much pressure in finding good jobs.Here, it is a chart about the employment rate of college students of past few days.As is shown in the chart , we can see clearly that the employment rate of college students is lower and lower year by year.In 2005, the rate is 76 percent, 2009 is 73 percent and in 2012, it has down to 70 percent.That is to say, every year there are about 30% of the graduates can not find a job.Why do so many college students can not find jobs? To my consideration, there are several causes.I will present the phenomenon from the aspects of social、higher education and college students.2、Causes of this phenomenon
2.1 To begin with, it is the Social Causes.First, the standards of many enterprises are too high.On the one hand, many companies and enterprises often refuse to accept new employees who have no working experience even though they do need some employees.On the other hand, some of them only recruit the key university graduates.Second, according to statistics, 99.5% of the enterprises are small and medium enterprises which employ the 65%-80% of workers in a country.But there are too few small and medium enterprises(SMEs)in China.Third, the eastern region for graduates can provide a good living environment and development prospects.So intense competition for college students exist in these areas.2.2 Then, it is the Causes of our higher education
On the one hand, the most direct reason of the huge unemployment is the increase enrollment of college students.However, the speed of society development is slower than the speed of the increase of graduated students.The society can't provide enough job positions and which in turn cause a large number of surplus students in the job market.On the other hand, our higher education pays too much attention to the theory and basic knowledge, and fails to adapt their courses to the development of economy.College students are lack of trainings and internship opportunities before they enter the society.First of all, most of them take an attitude of a leisurely life of playing computer, chatting with their friends or sleeping as much as they want, knowing that just a short time of study before exam will help them pass it.So they lack of a broad range of knowledge accumulation and the ability to solve practical problems.Second, they lack of language skills.So they can not fully show themselves, and thus missed a lot of work opportunities.Finally, many students pay much attention on pursuing their own material interest.They always want to get a good job in a big company or government
department in some developed cities and often expecting a considerable salary, which causes the drastic competition in the big cities' job market.3、Conclusion
All in all, the current employment situation is still very pessimistic for many college graduates.But it does’t mean that they can not find jobs, just some of them can’t find satisfactory jobs.We should face this fact with positive attitude.Because competition is not only pressure but also strength for your employment.

大學生就業(yè)難
就業(yè)是民生之本,關(guān)乎個人生存和尊嚴,涉及千家萬戶的生計和發(fā)展。我國是一個人口眾多的國家,這樣一個特殊的人口國情決定了我國必須實施積極的就業(yè)政策,妥善就業(yè)問題尤為重要。大學生是我國寶貴的人才資源,是現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中一支高素質(zhì)的主力軍。但是,近年來,隨著高校的擴招,我國大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題日益凸顯,有句話常常掛在我們這些即將畢業(yè)的學生嘴邊“畢業(yè)就等于失業(yè)?!?/p>
上大學以后,我就開始關(guān)注各種大學生就業(yè)的新聞和就業(yè)形勢,包括每年我們學校舉辦的校園招聘會,反映出來的問題就是“供過于求”。每年畢業(yè)的大學生數(shù)不勝數(shù),但是就業(yè)崗位卻是少之又少,是有限的。一些用人單位還會對院校、學歷、專業(yè)等進行篩選,更甚至有的對于樣貌、身高、性別等個人原因有著苛刻的要求,對于廣大畢業(yè)生來說缺乏一個公平、公正的就業(yè)環(huán)境。所以,這無疑是加大了畢業(yè)大學生就業(yè)的難度。一些企業(yè)單位在招聘大學生時,除了基本的素質(zhì)教育之外,還需要其具有合作能力、實踐能力、處理人際關(guān)系的能力以及社會經(jīng)驗等。然而,在實際生活中,高校對學生這些相關(guān)能力的培養(yǎng)比較欠缺,使我們在這一方面處于劣勢。這些都是企業(yè)單位給我們帶來的就業(yè)難。
其次,大學畢業(yè)生自身也存在不少的問題,比如,誠信意識淡薄、求職途徑把握不準、自身定位偏差、整體素質(zhì)低。一些學生因為平時沒有好好學習,又缺乏實踐經(jīng)驗,在應(yīng)聘的時候就會投機取巧或者造假來通過面試,這就對畢業(yè)生的整體就業(yè)形象造成了不良影響,對于平時努力學習又有經(jīng)驗的學生來說就是大大的不公平。同時,“高不成,低不就”的心里定位也嚴重的影響了大學生的畢業(yè)就業(yè),認為自己是大學生,就應(yīng)該有一份既有高薪水又輕松好玩的工作,試問:天上掉餡餅的事有嗎?答案是肯定的:沒有。所以大學生存在的這些問題可以說是就業(yè)致命的問題。
對于大學生就業(yè)難這個話題在近幾年是一個經(jīng)久不衰的浪潮。所以,我覺得應(yīng)該從企業(yè)單位、高校、學生個人、政府四個方面來解決。
首先,企業(yè)單位應(yīng)該尊重每個大學生的個體特征和性別,應(yīng)該提供一個公平公正的平臺,讓應(yīng)聘者可以發(fā)揮自己的才能,給企業(yè)創(chuàng)造效益。也要減少學歷偏見,完善用人機制,積極吸收和儲備優(yōu)秀的大學畢業(yè)人才。其次,高校在傳授基本的理論知識和素質(zhì)教育的同時,應(yīng)該加強學生的實踐能力,給學生提供實踐的機會。高校也應(yīng)該根據(jù)市場對人才的需求適當?shù)恼{(diào)整專業(yè),對學生進行專業(yè)的指導。再次,學生個人來說,要努力提升自身的綜合素質(zhì)和能力,增強就業(yè)信心,加強社會實踐,在選擇工作的時候不要盲目,正確的定位就業(yè)方向,轉(zhuǎn)變就業(yè)觀念,調(diào)整就業(yè)心態(tài),樹立正確的就業(yè)觀。樹立遠大的目標,從實際出發(fā),做好合理的職業(yè)規(guī)劃,樹立健康的求職心態(tài),采取“先就業(yè),后擇業(yè)”的策略。最后,從政府方面來說,應(yīng)該建立統(tǒng)一完善的勞動力市場,創(chuàng)造大學生就業(yè)的良好環(huán)境和社會氛圍。政府要通過努力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),尤其是建立高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),提高產(chǎn)業(yè)水平,增強吸納能力,使高校的人才培養(yǎng)和社會的人才使用銜接好。鼓勵各類中小企業(yè)、民營企事業(yè)單位聘用高校畢業(yè)生,同時政府有關(guān)部門要為其提供便利條件和相應(yīng)服務(wù)。更要完善有關(guān)人才及勞動法規(guī),使用人單位、高校、大學畢業(yè)生都在能人力資本交易中得到有效的法律保障。
解決就業(yè)難這一問題是一個長久而又浩大的工程,作為一個即將畢業(yè)的大學生,馬上能夠面臨就業(yè)的問題,無疑內(nèi)心是忐忑的,但是,我相信,通過高校、政府、企業(yè)以及我們自身的調(diào)節(jié)和溝通,就業(yè)將不再是難題。

我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式是外向型的,進出口總值超過GDP60%。金融危機影響下,中國企業(yè)遭受很大影響。按照宏觀經(jīng)濟學里分析,GDP每增長一個百分點,就業(yè)崗位增加一百萬個。而2008年GDP比2007年減少了2.4個百分點,這意味著減少了240萬個就業(yè)崗位。對于逐年增多的大學畢業(yè)生而言則意味著就業(yè)壓力越來越大。
二.高校擴招一定程度上引發(fā)的大學生就業(yè)難
全國高校招生人數(shù)1998年為108萬,到2010年畢業(yè)生人數(shù)則為700多萬。畢業(yè)生人數(shù)是逐年遞增的,就業(yè)難的困境會越來越明顯。
三.高校專業(yè)設(shè)置不適應(yīng)社會需要
當前,部分高校為了擴大招生規(guī)模,任意開設(shè)專業(yè),致使在師資、教學條件、課程設(shè)置、等方面都存在很大的問題。部分高校在專業(yè)設(shè)置上,缺乏長遠的眼光,往往只盯著就業(yè)形勢好的熱門專業(yè),而大學生的培養(yǎng)周期為四年,在四年中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整以及地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對職業(yè)、職位、崗位需求會發(fā)
生變化,由此導致培養(yǎng)的學生難以適應(yīng)市場的需要。雖然近年來各高校在專業(yè)教學計劃、教學大綱等方面也進行了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整與改革,但專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、人才培養(yǎng)滯后于勞動力市場需求變化的現(xiàn)象依然存在.四.高校對大學生就業(yè)規(guī)劃引導不夠
目前,大部分高校開設(shè)了與就業(yè)相關(guān)的一些就業(yè)培訓或就業(yè)指導性質(zhì)的課程,教師由學校招生就業(yè)部門的工作人員或者各學院的專職輔導員兼任.這些教師雖然在指導就業(yè)方面有一定的經(jīng)驗,但是缺乏系統(tǒng)的知識結(jié)構(gòu),講解課程時往往理論性太強,操作性不足,缺乏有針對性的指導,所以對學生的實際幫助非常有限.大部分高校的就業(yè)指導只是在畢業(yè)前舉行,學校并未意識到就業(yè)指導的重要性.部分高校還認為,只要學生能找到工作能保障就業(yè)率就行了,至于工作是否符合學生的專長,則很少問津.五.用人單位門檻抬高
近年來,有相當一部分企事業(yè)單位面對龐大的畢業(yè)生人群,把錄用人才的門檻抬高.選人用人時不按照崗位特點和要求選擇適當學歷層次的畢業(yè)生,而一味追求選用高學歷的畢業(yè)生,致使出現(xiàn)用人的高學歷趨勢.一些技術(shù)含量低的崗位也要本科生,無形中加劇了畢業(yè)生供需的學歷層次結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾,降低了大學生與就業(yè)機會的有效匹配,給畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)造成了很大困難.六.大學生自身專業(yè)素質(zhì)低
目前,高校畢業(yè)生存在專業(yè)素質(zhì)較低、綜合素質(zhì)不高等問題.主要有兩方面的原因:
1.學生自身的原因.部分學生邁入大學校門后,喪失理想和追求,玩物喪志,沉迷于享樂或游戲,基礎(chǔ)課程沒學好更別說專業(yè)課程了.有些大學生卻只埋頭于書本的學習,對于書本以外的知識和技術(shù)缺乏必要的了解,社交能力和團隊協(xié)作能力不強,無法滿足用人單位對實用型復合型人才的需求.2.教師方面的原因.高校缺少社會實踐,對社會的需求和市場變動掌握不清,專業(yè)教師本身知識結(jié)構(gòu)相對比較落后,講授內(nèi)容往往局限于課本,普遍存在“重理論,輕實踐”的現(xiàn)象,許多具有技術(shù)含量的課程沒有安排課外實習,或者課外實習僅僅停留在走過場,導致動手能力較差,不能達到實習的真正目的.因此高校教師自身存在的問題也是導致學生素質(zhì)不高的一個原因.
