Although,I have learned English for few years when I am a student, but focus the most time and energy on preparing for English exam, so that I didn’t grasp how to use English really.In my opinion, there are several reasons as following.Firstly, I can’t stick to learning English by myself.To tell the truth, I spent little time learning English unless there is an English examination.Secondly, I have no opportunity to talk with other people in English, and it’s seemed that there is no use of English in my life except passing the examination before.However, during the 2 years study, I found that I have great interest in English again.I learned many English study methods.There is a popular saying “Rome wasn't built in a day.” It is true and Rome was not built in a night as well.Likewise, we should stick to learn English and practice English everyday.English study is a long process, which one cannot expect success for merely one night.In order to study English well, I think the best and the most effective way is to practice every day.For instance, speak loud and try to be heard and then modify the pronunciation and intonation.In the meantime, do some exercise such as grammar exercise and practice writing skill is an efficient method.I know that English learning is a very difficult task for most people, because we don’t live in a environment where we are forced to speak or write English.I have a lot of difficulties in the progress of my English study.For example, I know limited vocabulary.Once I read English story, I find I couldn’t understand what the story is about since my vocabulary is poor.What’s more, I have some problems in English pronunciation.In order to overcome those problems, I study English with my son who is a grade three primary student and studies English when he is three years old.I often remember words with my son together when he is doing his homework.We speak simple English in our daily life to improve oral English.And I usually take my son to the cinema to see English cartoon movie, like The Smurf and Finding Demo and so on.I have kept a diary in English.I just write down what I do,what I see and what I think of every day.I try my best to express myself with simple words.In this way I have
improved my writing ability a lot.On the other hand,this diary writing has also helped me to form the habit to think in English I stick to study English in this way day after day and I learn a lot, improve a lot.As a result, I think the best way to learn English is by communicating with others using the language itself and not just learn from the book.I’m sure if someone live in an environment such as a foreign country and is forced to speak and write English everyday then English will improve dramatically.Although we must agree that we need to read and write English from the book in order to get the foundations that we need for basic communication.To sum up, my English learning method are as follows:

Spoken English Learning
After so many spoken English course of study,I learned a lot of knowledge from the teacher.I summarized into the following points.First and foremost,i know if you want to improve your spoken English quickly,You must overcome your fear of speaking English, opening your mouth and chatting with others.At first, you may stutter and embarrassed but this is very normal.Only thing you need to do is keep to do it and you are not far away from fluent oral English.Because you stepped out of the most difficult step.Secondly,you must often expose yourself to the English environment.Though you can not understand what they say,don't worry about it.You just make your life ofen filled English,so it can increase language sense unconsciously.Thirdly,you must keep every once in a while to write an article,may be three days or aweek.After a period of time, you can check and modify the article you wrote before.After several times of modification, not only your article will be more perfect, and your writing skill will be improved.Fourth, if you want to other and could keeping talk,you can think six aspects are what,who,how,where,why,if.This is a good way to seek the thing you want to express.Let you become more and more like to speak English.The last but not least.Never say my English is very poor.If you always say that,then your heart will think you English is very poor.so you will have no confidence to learn English.Taking all the factors into consideration,we could know if you want to speak English fluently,you have to insist on down.Insist on listening, speaking, reading and writing.Only in this way can we achieve our goals.

英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)心得
1)早上6點(diǎn)醒來(lái),打開收音機(jī),聽(tīng)91.5Mhz的國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)節(jié)目,重點(diǎn)聽(tīng)資訊節(jié)目,一直到8點(diǎn)或8點(diǎn)半左右。2)上班路上,在地鐵和公交車上,打開小本本,背單詞。上班時(shí)間,有空就背單詞。3)每周三買一份《21世紀(jì)報(bào)》(英文周報(bào))。花一個(gè)星期時(shí)間完整地精讀。4)每天晚上花1-2小時(shí)時(shí)間看中央9臺(tái)英文節(jié)目。
5)每天晚上在電腦上,借助金山詞霸的幫助,用英語(yǔ)寫作,用10號(hào)英文字號(hào),寫滿2頁(yè)A4篇幅,內(nèi)容不限。
聽(tīng)英文廣播和中央9臺(tái)是很好的聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練方法。在最初40天的時(shí)間里,我一個(gè)資訊都沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂過(guò)。就這樣堅(jiān)持到大約40天后,突然有一天我聽(tīng)懂了一則英文資訊,記得好像是關(guān)于朱镕基的什么事。在那之后,每天我都能聽(tīng)懂的更多一些,到接近三個(gè)月時(shí),我基本可以一邊自己忙著事、一邊自如地聽(tīng)懂中央9臺(tái)的節(jié)目了。練聽(tīng)力絕對(duì)不是光是強(qiáng)迫自己去聽(tīng)那么簡(jiǎn)單,我下面還要說(shuō)說(shuō)我對(duì)聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練的其他體會(huì)。
在讀《21世紀(jì)報(bào)》時(shí),我的原則是,要“精讀”不要“泛讀”,凡是不認(rèn)識(shí)的單詞,一律查詞典;凡是好的句型,一律關(guān)注。查出來(lái)的生詞,根據(jù)其重要性和在該報(bào)紙上出現(xiàn)的頻率來(lái)判斷是否有必要背誦。如果我認(rèn)為很重要的單詞,我會(huì)把它寫在小本子上,然后背下來(lái)。至于我認(rèn)為不那么重要的單詞,一概舍棄。
說(shuō)到單詞問(wèn)題,好多朋友都認(rèn)為背單詞是個(gè)痛苦的過(guò)程,我也曾經(jīng)一樣。除此以外,還有一個(gè)中國(guó)學(xué)生普遍存在的重大的對(duì)單詞的誤區(qū)是:好多人背下了8000個(gè)單詞以上,但是只存在于能認(rèn)得(能讀)的程度上,一旦在寫作或說(shuō)話中想用某個(gè)單詞,完全沒(méi)戲。我記得看過(guò)一個(gè)資料說(shuō),中國(guó)學(xué)生普遍的會(huì)用的單詞占能認(rèn)得的單詞的比例大致在30-50%之間。這是一個(gè)重大的誤區(qū)??!兄弟們。要是一半以上的單詞你會(huì)讀不會(huì)用的話,你怎么可能會(huì)聽(tīng)的懂?會(huì)說(shuō)出來(lái)?會(huì)寫出來(lái)?這個(gè)單詞對(duì)你的意義有多大呢?
我給自己定下了一個(gè)目標(biāo),我不要求我有多大的詞匯量,不要8000、10000,這個(gè)對(duì)我沒(méi)有意義。我設(shè)定的目標(biāo)是:我要能和外國(guó)人自由交流,我想讓英語(yǔ)成為我生活的工具,而不是負(fù)擔(dān)。我要求自己能記住5000個(gè)單詞,其中能熟練使用的單詞比例要達(dá)到80-90%!
為了實(shí)現(xiàn)5000個(gè)單詞量,我對(duì)單詞做篩選。須知,5000單詞量的要求并不高,大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)還要求4000-5000詞匯量呢,只是彼之要求和我之要求的等級(jí)不同而已。彼之要求是要求“能讀”(認(rèn)的)即可,我之要求是“會(huì)用”。既然要求的數(shù)量不多,我就對(duì)單詞做篩選,選出那些出現(xiàn)頻率較高、我認(rèn)為比較重要的單詞去優(yōu)先記憶。
選單詞時(shí)需要特別注意:一定要把該單詞的常用詞性都背下來(lái)。就是說(shuō),如果我選出了一個(gè)名詞單詞,這個(gè)單詞還有動(dòng)詞、形容詞和副詞的詞性的話,我就需要把這4個(gè)詞性單詞都背下來(lái)。只有我記住了所有相關(guān)詞性,我在應(yīng)用這個(gè)詞的時(shí)候才是可能的。否則,光知道某個(gè)單詞的名詞形式,一旦你說(shuō)話或?qū)懽髦行枰盟男稳菰~,你不會(huì),那還不等于是不會(huì)用這個(gè)詞嗎?
在那三個(gè)月中,我按照這樣的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選擇了大約2500-3000個(gè)單詞做突擊記憶,完成了這個(gè)不高的目標(biāo)。加上以前的基礎(chǔ),5000以上的詞匯量應(yīng)該是有了。
在讀《21世紀(jì)報(bào)》的過(guò)程中,除了把認(rèn)為重要的單詞挑出來(lái)記憶以外,我還隨時(shí)注意那些重要的句型。什么是重要句型呢?經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的句型重要;聽(tīng)起來(lái)很簡(jiǎn)練上口和有美感的句型重要。我用心地去體會(huì)這些句型在英語(yǔ)中的意境,體會(huì)那種微妙地感覺(jué)。
每天晚上,我花2-3個(gè)小時(shí)用在寫作上。在我經(jīng)過(guò)三個(gè)月的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程后,我把“聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫”按照重要性重新排了順序:
寫、讀、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)。
感覺(jué)有點(diǎn)奇怪是不是?我把“寫”放在了第一位上,好像這個(gè)說(shuō)法和所有的英語(yǔ)老師的說(shuō)法都不一樣啊。
從我自身的體會(huì)來(lái)說(shuō),除了背單詞和句型是個(gè)必不可少的過(guò)程外,在聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫的專項(xiàng)強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練中,“寫”是最最重要的,是一切的基礎(chǔ)!再怎么強(qiáng)調(diào)它的重要性都不為過(guò)。
一開始我剛開始訓(xùn)練英語(yǔ)寫作時(shí),寫出來(lái)的東西是慘不忍睹、亂七八糟。在我后來(lái)移民去了加拿大后,曾經(jīng)去成人高中參加了2個(gè)月的學(xué)習(xí)。在一次作文中,老師給我打了滿分,把我的文章作為范文給全班看,老師當(dāng)眾說(shuō)他讀了我的作文后認(rèn)為一個(gè)字都不需要改,夸獎(jiǎng)我寫的像英語(yǔ)記者一樣準(zhǔn)確和達(dá)意。
在每天讀《21世紀(jì)報(bào)》的時(shí)候,我注意把凡是我認(rèn)為很好的詞句都記下,在每天晚上的寫作訓(xùn)練中盡量用上,反復(fù)用。在之后的閱讀中,一旦碰到那些美好的語(yǔ)句是我在前幾天寫作中苦思冥想不知該如何準(zhǔn)確或優(yōu)美地表達(dá)的時(shí)候,我的記憶就會(huì)很深刻,在下一次的寫作中就會(huì)模仿著把這個(gè)詞句多次應(yīng)用,模仿它,慢慢地這個(gè)美好的句型就被我用熟了。
在寫和讀的交互中,我的寫作能力提高很快,寫的越來(lái)越快,越來(lái)越流暢。到近3個(gè)月底時(shí),我寫完2頁(yè)紙用的時(shí)間已經(jīng)大約在半小時(shí)到一小時(shí)左右,感覺(jué)像寫漢語(yǔ)一樣舒服了。
寫作中,我經(jīng)常遇到不會(huì)寫的單詞,這時(shí)我使用金山詞霸來(lái)幫助查詢。查詢了之后,如果我感覺(jué)這個(gè)詞我在以后的寫作還會(huì)經(jīng)常遇到,或者直覺(jué)告訴我這個(gè)單詞重要的話,我會(huì)把這個(gè)單詞抄在小本子上,并把它的其他幾個(gè)詞性的單詞都查詢出來(lái)和抄錄下來(lái),背下。
我對(duì)寫作訓(xùn)練的內(nèi)容不作任何約束,什么都可以寫,寫日記,寫讀書心得,寫看電影隨想,寫工作總結(jié),等等??傊?,盡量多用正在背誦的單詞,盡量多用那些美好的句型,反復(fù)用;在閱讀的時(shí)候,總結(jié)和歸納自己用的對(duì)不對(duì)、準(zhǔn)不準(zhǔn),模仿報(bào)紙文章的筆調(diào)和口吻來(lái)寫,用到熟練為止。寫著寫著發(fā)現(xiàn)原來(lái)認(rèn)為很費(fèi)力的背單詞也變得容易了,反復(fù)用了幾次的單詞自然就記住了。
隨著我寫的多了,我發(fā)現(xiàn)我的閱讀能力和聽(tīng)力都同步顯著提高了。訓(xùn)練寫作對(duì)閱讀能力提高有幫助很好理解,為什么我說(shuō)對(duì)聽(tīng)力提高產(chǎn)生了巨大的作用呢?這是個(gè)有趣的話題。
我事后分析了一下,覺(jué)得寫作對(duì)聽(tīng)力提高產(chǎn)生作用的原理在于:一般來(lái)說(shuō),在聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)節(jié)目時(shí),初學(xué)者是被動(dòng)地聽(tīng),就是說(shuō)一邊聽(tīng),一邊去在心里翻譯成中文,然后聽(tīng)懂。而當(dāng)寫作熟練后,帶來(lái)的效果是對(duì)很多常用句型非常熟悉,熟悉到了那種信手拈來(lái)的程度。當(dāng)我在集中精力聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)節(jié)目時(shí),聽(tīng)到的總是那些常用的句型,基本上我是聽(tīng)著前面的,就猜到了后面將要說(shuō)些什么;注意力可以從以前的對(duì)零散單詞的關(guān)注上轉(zhuǎn)移到對(duì)關(guān)鍵詞的關(guān)注上,從零散化地聽(tīng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻Y(jié)構(gòu)化地聽(tīng)。這樣,我就很容易能聽(tīng)的懂段落的整體意思。
就是說(shuō),想提高聽(tīng)力,重要的是:要把“被動(dòng)聽(tīng)”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤爸鲃?dòng)聽(tīng)”。把“邊聽(tīng)邊理解”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤邦A(yù)測(cè)性地聽(tīng)懂”;從滯后性地聽(tīng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸3忠欢ǖ念A(yù)判和提前量。只有這樣,才能在聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)節(jié)目或和老外對(duì)話時(shí),保持著對(duì)句子的理解,而不是對(duì)單詞的理解;對(duì)大意做理解,而不是對(duì)局部的糾結(jié)。朋友們不知道是不是在以前上聽(tīng)力課時(shí)有這種體會(huì):當(dāng)集中精力去想著理解前面一句話,一旦出現(xiàn)卡殼時(shí),會(huì)影響到聽(tīng)后面一句話,從而影響了對(duì)整個(gè)段落的理解。我所說(shuō)的“主動(dòng)聽(tīng)”就是要做到快速聽(tīng)懂整體意思。其實(shí),想想,我們?nèi)粘I钪新?tīng)中文對(duì)話時(shí),不就是這樣嗎?把聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)的過(guò)程盡量模擬為平常我們聽(tīng)中文的過(guò)程。大家說(shuō)說(shuō),我說(shuō)的寫作對(duì)聽(tīng)力提高產(chǎn)生重要作用是不是有點(diǎn)道理?。?/p>
有心的朋友在看我的三個(gè)月學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃表時(shí)可能會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)問(wèn)題:其中壓根就沒(méi)提到“說(shuō)”。是的,在我看來(lái),“說(shuō)”根本就是不需要訓(xùn)練的,這本身就是一個(gè)偽命題。
為什么這么說(shuō)呢?大家分析一下,當(dāng)你和老外英語(yǔ)交流時(shí),為什么感覺(jué)“說(shuō)”很困難?我想,原因不外乎:
1)會(huì)讀的單詞很多,會(huì)用的單詞太少,說(shuō)話時(shí)老是找不到合適的單詞用。
2)造句的速度太慢,吭哧半天在心里造完一個(gè)英文句子的時(shí)候,老外早走開了。
3)膽怯,怕說(shuō)錯(cuò)了被人嘲笑。
對(duì)不對(duì)?
按照我以上的學(xué)習(xí)方法,我要求我會(huì)讀的單詞中80-90%要能用,并且在日常的寫作訓(xùn)練中反復(fù)應(yīng)用它,把這些單詞從“生詞”變成“熟詞”。當(dāng)我能讀5000單詞時(shí),我能在寫作中能應(yīng)用的單詞已經(jīng)達(dá)到4000-4500,這個(gè)詞匯量在口語(yǔ)中已經(jīng)足夠足夠了。
在寫作訓(xùn)練中,我有足夠的時(shí)候思考如何遣詞造句,有足夠的時(shí)候去想怎么寫出一個(gè)漂亮的句子;常用語(yǔ)句在我的寫作訓(xùn)練中,早已經(jīng)反復(fù)斟酌過(guò)了,能很順暢地寫出來(lái)。當(dāng)我在說(shuō)的時(shí)候,這些句子就像是早就停留在我的喉嚨中似地,脫口就出來(lái)了。
怕人嘲笑是毫無(wú)必要的,這種心理上的挫敗感需要自己去克服它。要明白,老外知道你是外國(guó)人,你能流暢地用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)意思,誰(shuí)會(huì)關(guān)心你到底犯了多少語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤呢?有一個(gè)美國(guó)朋友就跟我說(shuō):“Frank,你的英語(yǔ)不錯(cuò)啊,什么都能表達(dá),我都聽(tīng)得懂;我的中文可是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不如你的英文啊?!焙呛牵阆胂胧遣皇沁@個(gè)道理,如果老外的中文不如你的英文,你比他強(qiáng)多了,他有什么資格嘲笑你?放棄這個(gè)害人的想法吧,你所要的是和外國(guó)人溝通,你即不是在海外出生長(zhǎng)大的,也不是英語(yǔ)老師,你為什么一定要說(shuō)一口地道無(wú)誤的倫敦音呢?Fluency is more important than accuracy!
我在那三個(gè)月的強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)中,從來(lái)沒(méi)有做任何英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練。有趣的是,在我結(jié)束強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練的兩個(gè)月后,我出公差到上海去接待一個(gè)瑞士來(lái)的客人,并且要陪同他在上海一起共事一周時(shí)間。我懷著忐忑不安的心情去了,在上海機(jī)場(chǎng)接了客人。在會(huì)面開始的最初幾分鐘,我結(jié)結(jié)巴巴地用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)著我的意思;然后,突然之間,我發(fā)現(xiàn)我好像能很輕松地用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)話了。要知道,我在開始英語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練前的口語(yǔ)水平處于無(wú)法表達(dá)“向前走200米”這樣簡(jiǎn)單的語(yǔ)句的程度上的。
在一周的時(shí)間內(nèi),我的口語(yǔ)越來(lái)越順暢,和瑞士人在工作之余,帶他去購(gòu)物、旅游景點(diǎn)、吃飯、酒吧,等等。我的英語(yǔ)說(shuō)話語(yǔ)速越來(lái)越接近中文。呵呵。那種順暢的感覺(jué),讓我渾身痛快,一時(shí)間把十多年來(lái)為啞巴英語(yǔ)苦惱的陰霾都丟開了。
之后的幾年,工作中經(jīng)常接觸外國(guó)人,不管是生活用語(yǔ),還是參與談判,英語(yǔ)都沒(méi)有再很大地困擾我;以至于后來(lái)到加拿大生活,開車在美國(guó)長(zhǎng)途旅行,英語(yǔ)都不再是我的敵人,而是我的朋友了。英語(yǔ)讓得我結(jié)交了很多的外國(guó)友人。設(shè)想一下,如果你只能通過(guò)翻譯和外國(guó)人交流,你能期待和他建立私人友誼嗎?
我期待以上我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和分析能給大伙帶來(lái)一些幫助,至少能帶來(lái)一些啟發(fā)吧。方法正確,就可以事半功倍;錯(cuò)誤的方法是要害死人的。我曾經(jīng)“惡狠狠”地對(duì)一個(gè)英語(yǔ)老師說(shuō):都是你們英語(yǔ)老師們把我們這些學(xué)生給害苦了;說(shuō)的這位老師當(dāng)時(shí)就臉紅了。哈哈。

1,背誦課文是一個(gè)學(xué)英語(yǔ)的很好輔助手段。對(duì)于高中生來(lái)說(shuō),能把高
一、高二的課本除了長(zhǎng)篇?jiǎng)∽魍獾乃姓Un文背誦下來(lái),再結(jié)合一些語(yǔ)法學(xué)習(xí)和試題測(cè)試,通過(guò)高考基本沒(méi)問(wèn)題。
2,有些朋友認(rèn)為只要出國(guó)呆上三個(gè)月就能把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好,這種想法千萬(wàn)要不得。我在出國(guó)前曾經(jīng)抱著一樣的想法。出去后才發(fā)現(xiàn)完全不是那么回事。在國(guó)外生活時(shí),看到很多中國(guó)留學(xué)生在國(guó)外生活多年之后還是只能在中國(guó)人的圈子里面混,英語(yǔ)水平一塌糊涂。我認(rèn)為,成年人學(xué)英語(yǔ)只有在本國(guó)才能學(xué)好,因?yàn)檫@兒有學(xué)英語(yǔ)的環(huán)境和條件。出國(guó)后,老外會(huì)很“不見(jiàn)外”地跟你哇啦哇啦地說(shuō)話,壓根不管你是否聽(tīng)懂,弄得人頭暈?zāi)X脹。好多外企的朋友說(shuō)在國(guó)內(nèi)和來(lái)訪的老外交往的時(shí)候覺(jué)得好像沒(méi)有啥困難,出國(guó)了突然感覺(jué)很不適應(yīng)。原因在于,老外進(jìn)入中國(guó)后,會(huì)刻意地降低語(yǔ)速、用簡(jiǎn)單單詞、說(shuō)話清晰,而一旦你到了人家的地界后,人家就“不拿您當(dāng)外人”了,哪里會(huì)遷就你,聽(tīng)懂聽(tīng)不懂都是您自個(gè)的事了。
3,千萬(wàn)不要參加培訓(xùn)班,我個(gè)人認(rèn)為培訓(xùn)班簡(jiǎn)直就是“坑爹”的機(jī)器。您要是準(zhǔn)備花一千元學(xué)英語(yǔ),最好的辦法是找一個(gè)北外的漂亮MM做家教,一對(duì)一的教學(xué)效果最好。你想想,培訓(xùn)班的小班也要10多人吧,一節(jié)課下來(lái)你能和老師說(shuō)幾句話?要是請(qǐng)家教,一小時(shí)按50元算,有20小時(shí)。
4,盡量用英英詞典來(lái)查單詞。中文是無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確解釋一個(gè)英文單詞的。盡量在寫作和閱讀中培養(yǎng)出語(yǔ)感。就我自己來(lái)說(shuō),我雖然從來(lái)不學(xué)語(yǔ)法,但是我敢說(shuō),我要是參加大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)考試的話,肯定能拿一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的分?jǐn)?shù)。我在網(wǎng)上看過(guò)一些6級(jí)考題,我能很輕松的找到正確答案。問(wèn)我為什么選這個(gè)答案,我只能回答你,我不知道,我就是知道這個(gè)答案是唯一正確的。相信我,只要你在學(xué)習(xí)中努力去揣摩英文文章的意境,體會(huì)語(yǔ)句的美感,你會(huì)找到“語(yǔ)感”。
