1、酒店英語(yǔ)中的一般疑問句:

以上句子的表達(dá)要比“What’s your name?/When will you check-out?”更正式,更禮貌
②Could you??? 您可以???用于對(duì)客人提出請(qǐng)求的時(shí)候

③Would you??? 您愿意??嗎?用于詢問客人的意愿

2、在服務(wù)英語(yǔ)中盡量避免使用俚語(yǔ)。因?yàn)橘嫡Z(yǔ)是地方性語(yǔ)言,未必所有人都可以聽的明白,而且給人一種不莊重的感覺,過于隨意。
例如不且:O.K.Yeah!
而用certainlyvery well!
如果要表示不同意對(duì)方的觀點(diǎn),或者要拒絕對(duì)方,最好不要直接說:NO,而用“I’m afraid that??”
E.g.I’m afraid that we are fully book for next week.I’m afraid that we can’t hold your room without an advanced deposit.3、由于聽不懂客人的英語(yǔ),可以禮貌的請(qǐng)對(duì)方再講多一次。
