在日照城市規(guī)劃展覽館的演說(shuō)

今天下午，我?guī)ьI(lǐng)2011級(jí)八位研究生和2010級(jí)兩位大學(xué)生，走進(jìn)日照展覽館。今天，在我的生命史上，留下了當(dāng)志愿者的一頁(yè)。

日照展覽館是日照的一個(gè)窗口，而我們的解說(shuō)員，就是這個(gè)窗口的臉。你們是日照海濱的一代佳人，一代形象大使。但這是不夠的，因?yàn)槟銈冞€需要更加完美的解說(shuō)藝術(shù)，更加優(yōu)雅的舉止，更加燦爛的微笑，更加有親和力的目光，還有更加傾注的情感，唯此才能給日照展覽館帶來(lái)更加亮麗的色彩。

也許有那么一天，有的解說(shuō)員會(huì)離開(kāi)這里，飛向更遙遠(yuǎn)的地方。但是每當(dāng)有機(jī)會(huì)再次經(jīng)過(guò)這里，你們可以自豪地說(shuō)：日照城市規(guī)劃展覽館，你是我生命里的一座港灣，一個(gè)揮灑青春的地方。而我們志愿者也曾經(jīng)在這里，留下對(duì)2012 年春天的一份獨(dú)特的記憶。

我還會(huì)來(lái)到這里，仰望這一座壯觀、典雅的建筑，品讀展館里記載的輝煌和憧憬，欣賞解說(shuō)員姑娘那一張張青春逼人的臉龐和風(fēng)姿綽約的身影。讓我們珍惜在一起的時(shí)光，讓我們的友誼地久天長(zhǎng)。我衷心地希望，在未來(lái)的日子里，大家的夢(mèng)想都能實(shí)現(xiàn)。我們的目的一定要達(dá)到！我們的目的一定能夠達(dá)到！

This afternoon, I lead eight postgrads，Grade 2011, and two univ students, Grade 2010, into Rizhao Urban Planning Exhibition Hall.Ever since now, in the history of my life, there leaves one page as a volunteer for the first time.Rizhao Urban Planning Exhibition Hall is a window of Rizhao, while our narrators are the faces in this window.You’re one generation of beauties on the Rizhao coast, and one generation of image-makers.But this is not sufficient, as you need more perfect narrative art, more elegant bearings, more brilliant smiles, more amiable eye-contact, and more devoted emotions.Only by this can you bring about more splendid colors to Rizhao Urban Planning Exhibition Hall.Maybe one certain day, some narrators will leave here to fly to more distant places.But whenever you pass here, you might say with pride: Rizhao Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, you’re a bay in my life, and a place to showcase my youth.While we volunteers, right here, have left our distinctive remembrance in the 2012 spring.I will come here once more, to look up to this grand and classical structure, to read with care the brilliance and yearnings recorded in the halls, to appreciate the youthful and alluring visages and the charming figures of the girl narrators.Let’s prize the hours when we are together.Let our friendship be everlasting as the universe.I heartily wish your dreams would all come true in the days to come.Our goals are bound to be achieved!And our goals can absolutely be achieved!

公眾演講稿

人的生活方式有兩種。第一種是像草一樣活著，你盡管活著，每年還在成長(zhǎng)，但是你畢竟是一棵草，你吸收雨露陽(yáng)光，但是長(zhǎng)不大。人們可以踩過(guò)你，但是人們不會(huì)因?yàn)槟愕耐纯啵a(chǎn)生痛苦； 人們不會(huì)因?yàn)槟惚徊攘?，而?lái)憐憫你，因?yàn)槿藗儽旧砭蜎](méi)有看到你。所以我們每一個(gè)人，都應(yīng)該像樹(shù)一樣的成長(zhǎng)，即使我們現(xiàn)在什么都不是，但是只要你有樹(shù)的種子，即使你被踩到泥土中間，你依然能夠吸收泥土的養(yǎng)分，自己成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。當(dāng)你長(zhǎng)成參天大樹(shù)以后，遙遠(yuǎn)的地方，人們就能看到你；走近你，你能給人一片綠色?；钪敲利惖娘L(fēng)景，死了依然是棟梁之才，活著死了都有用。這就是我們每一個(gè)同學(xué)做人的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和成長(zhǎng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

每一條河流都有自己不同的生命曲線，但是每一條河流都有自己的夢(mèng)想——那就是奔向大海。我們的生命，有的時(shí)候會(huì)是泥沙。你可能慢慢地就會(huì)像泥沙一樣，沉淀下去了。一旦你沉淀下去了，也許你不用再為了前進(jìn)而努力了，但是你卻永遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)不到陽(yáng)光了。所以我建議大家，不管你現(xiàn)在的生命是怎么樣的，一定要有水的精神。像水一樣不斷地積蓄自己的力量，不斷地沖破障礙。當(dāng)你發(fā)現(xiàn)時(shí)機(jī)不到的時(shí)候，把自己的厚度給積累起來(lái)，當(dāng)有一天時(shí)機(jī)來(lái)臨的時(shí)候，你就能夠奔騰入海，成就自己的生命。

Mr.Prime Minister, I wish to thank you for your very gracious and eloquent remarks.At this very moment through the wonder of telecommunications, more people are seeing and hearing what we say to them than on any other such occasion in the whole history of the world.Yet, what we say here will not be long remembered.What we do here can change the world.As you said in your toast, the Chinese people are a great people, and the American people are a great people.If our tow peoples enemies, the future of this world we share together is dark indeed.But if we can find common ground to work together, the chance for world peace is immeasurably increased.What legacy shall we leave our children? Are they destined to die for the hatreds which have plagued the old world, or are they destined to live because we had the vision to build a new world? An early song before he became famous，it is also the name of beyond’s first concert.Before huangjiaju built beyond, he played his guitar just so-so, many bands despised him and did not want to cooperate with him.He back to home and practiceday and night，after his hand became swollen（腫的）because ofWear（磨）and shock of the guitar，he just put his finger into a pot of hot water whichwas mixed with salt，and then he will practice continue。After he play guitar very well，he built beyond with his friends。In order to make more people know them，they had their first concert，but the prepare process was painful，huangjiaju had to do many Part-time job at the same time to make money。Then they also Had to sell ticket，paste posters，and distribute leaflets，at last the concert was successful。

After this concert，some record company begin to like them and signed them，then they created their first classical song《the earth大地》，which expressed most young people’s wishes, and it became popular quickly ,huangjiaju started a new period，in which the pop song was not about love。But about Fightingfor dream）。

After he became famous，he created 《真的愛(ài)你》for his mother，because at first his father did not permit him to play band but his mother saved some money under the table to Support his choice.huangjiaju was acaring person, he Founded the third world foundation, and go to Africa, visit the poor and adopt orphans.Glory years was written to show his respect to Mandela.曼德拉，who is the first black President of South Africa.The song also express beyond’sdesire to against racial discrimination and hope for world peace。I think this is oneof reasons why so many people like beyond.After they became famous, they did not satisfied with their present situation, so they shift the focus of their work to japan, they still work very hard, and created 《海闊天空》.which described beyond‘s10 years‘sbitter experience，tell us how to insist on our own ideal in the materialistic society。Just as he sangs ：“No matter how many times face with ridicule（ridikju:l）嘲笑，never give up the ideal”Huangjiaju has passed away，just leftso many classical inspirational songs，which continue warming countless Frustrated heart。

負(fù)責(zé)彈奏主音吉他的前任吉他手鄧煒謙便把樂(lè)隊(duì)之名命為“Beyond”，意為超越，并不是要超越別人，而是要超越自己。

2004年11月宣布因三人音樂(lè)理念，對(duì)香港樂(lè)壇不滿等問(wèn)題，決定于翌年舉辦巡回演唱會(huì)后正式解散。

2005年Beyond舉行了“Beyond The Story Live 2005”世界巡回告別演唱會(huì)并宣布解散，三人繼續(xù)以個(gè)人的姿態(tài)發(fā)展自己的音樂(lè)事業(yè)。

他是香港樂(lè)壇的神話，開(kāi)創(chuàng)了流行歌曲的非情歌時(shí)代。

黃家駒，Beyond樂(lè)隊(duì)的靈魂人物，在全世界范圍內(nèi)有無(wú)數(shù)粉絲，但是天妒英才，他只能做一個(gè)生命短暫的音樂(lè)精靈。6月24日，Beyond在東京富士電視臺(tái)錄制節(jié)目時(shí)，家駒不慎從舞臺(tái)上跌落成重傷，昏迷不醒；6月30日下午16時(shí)15分（該時(shí)間為日本當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間，而中國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間是當(dāng)天下午15時(shí)15分），家駒永遠(yuǎn)地離開(kāi)了大家。

當(dāng)尸體運(yùn)回香港時(shí)，歌迷失控了，跟著靈車嚎啕大哭，幾年之后，在祭日時(shí)仍有人想起當(dāng)年演唱會(huì)的情景還會(huì)哭，為什么會(huì)有這么高的人氣，這么多人崇拜他。

因?yàn)辄S家駒的音樂(lè)歷程與眾不同，不像現(xiàn)在有些星二代，從小錦衣玉食有人教育，靠著爹的名氣升的很快。當(dāng)年家里沒(méi)人干這個(gè)，懷著對(duì)音樂(lè)的理想，《不再猶豫》，靠著兩手向理想揮手。

最開(kāi)始的樂(lè)隊(duì)里，黃家駒天分并不好，談兩個(gè)音符就錯(cuò)了，樂(lè)隊(duì)里有個(gè)吉他好的人就鄙視他，讓他走，他并沒(méi)有放棄，沒(méi)有翻臉，而忍辱負(fù)重，“縱有創(chuàng)傷不退避”，回家苦練吉他。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間彈吉他第一手指會(huì)磨得厲害，得戴東西，二就是會(huì)真的腫了，他就一盆熱水加鹽練就了一手絕好的吉他。后來(lái)自己組建beyond樂(lè)隊(duì)，為了在無(wú)人認(rèn)可的情況下開(kāi)演唱會(huì)，他做了各種兼職，包括發(fā)傳單，推銷，擦皮鞋，撿垃圾。賣票和租場(chǎng)地，掛橫幅，都得自己干。同時(shí)個(gè)人也做出了犧牲，《喜歡》因?yàn)楹ε峦鎎and連累女友而分手。

演唱會(huì)賠錢，賺人氣，有唱片公司看上了該樂(lè)隊(duì)，你們創(chuàng)作我出錢。因?yàn)楦枨洞蟮亍芬灰钩擅潟r(shí)代意義的經(jīng)典歌曲，開(kāi)創(chuàng)了流行歌曲的非情歌時(shí)代。成名之后，仍然堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)作之路，而沒(méi)有變得低俗，仍然心態(tài)平和。??《真的愛(ài)你》報(bào)答當(dāng)年母親的錢??

不同于很多歌手，成名之后只關(guān)注自己，他是個(gè)很有愛(ài)心的人，成立了第三世界基金會(huì)，并去非洲訪問(wèn)貧民，《光輝歲月》，是家駒為南非第一位黑人總統(tǒng)曼德拉致敬所寫的，反對(duì)種族歧視，希望世界和平，一直是Beyond的心愿。Beyond也開(kāi)始一點(diǎn)一滴，朝著國(guó)際化邁進(jìn)?！禔mani》，反戰(zhàn)歌曲，號(hào)召關(guān)注在戰(zhàn)亂和苦難中的孤兒和難民。為電影《莫欺少年窮》寫了《不再猶豫》。

1992年，為了beyond有更廣闊的發(fā)展，為了打造國(guó)際化樂(lè)隊(duì)的理想，他們四人來(lái)到

人本，不過(guò)日本對(duì)于音樂(lè)制作上的嚴(yán)格要求加上語(yǔ)言不通，他們頗為消沉了一陣子；但為了讓香港音樂(lè)能在日本樂(lè)壇上發(fā)出一點(diǎn)光，他們?nèi)允鞘峙Α?993年，在這種情況下，創(chuàng)作了《海闊天空》這首充滿了Beyond十年心路歷程的歌曲，告訴我們?cè)谖镉麢M流的社會(huì)怎樣堅(jiān)持自己的理想，“多少次迎著冷眼與嘲笑從沒(méi)有放棄過(guò)心中的理想”。同年6月30日，黃家駒走了，留下的只是無(wú)盡的懷念和那些曾經(jīng)溫暖過(guò)無(wú)數(shù)心房的勵(lì)志歌曲,高唱自己的愛(ài)與理想。
