我的夢是當(dāng)一名優(yōu)秀的老師。因?yàn)槔蠋熛窦t燭，照亮了知識(shí)的路程。老師像春雨，把點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的知識(shí)撒在我們的心里。

我要穿上太空衣，乘坐太空船，飛到遙遠(yuǎn)的月球上，去探索神秘的星空，去探索宇宙的奧秘，去探索我們沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)的領(lǐng)域，我要為我的夢而努力。

我要成為一名科學(xué)家。我要發(fā)明一種“智能機(jī)器人”，它有著和人一樣的智慧，會(huì)干許多事情。可以讓媽媽輕松度過每一天！

認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備，迎接中考

尊敬的各位老師、各位同學(xué)：

大家好！

經(jīng)過兩個(gè)多月緊張的學(xué)習(xí)，本周我們將迎來期中考試，這是對(duì)我們學(xué)習(xí)成果的一次大檢閱。通過考試能發(fā)現(xiàn)我們學(xué)習(xí)目的、態(tài)度、知識(shí)、能力、方法等方面存在的問題，為下 一階段有針對(duì)性地改進(jìn)提供依據(jù)，也有利于老師教學(xué)措施的調(diào)整、制定與實(shí)施。考出優(yōu)異的成績，是我們共同的心愿，應(yīng)以怎樣的心態(tài)和行動(dòng)迎接中考呢？在此我向同學(xué)們提出以下四點(diǎn)建議：

第一、心理上要有合理的定位。

對(duì)考試我們都“怕”，這主要是心理定位不好?；A(chǔ)好的同學(xué)，應(yīng)該相信自己的實(shí)力，有能夠考好的自信；對(duì)基礎(chǔ)不夠扎實(shí)的同學(xué)，也不用老是去想成績的好壞。如果前段時(shí)間努力了，就有理由相信付出總有回報(bào)。每個(gè)同學(xué)應(yīng)該根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況，就這次考試給自己一個(gè)合理的心理定位，不要過高也不要過低。過高則會(huì)造成過分緊張，過低則會(huì)太放松自己，這都不利于正常水平的發(fā)揮，而且會(huì)影響考后的心情，降低自信或產(chǎn)生自滿，甚至?xí)棺晕以u(píng)價(jià)發(fā)生偏差。

第二、認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)，充分準(zhǔn)備。既要重視考試，又要正確對(duì)待考試?？荚嚰仁侵R(shí)的檢測，又是意志的磨煉，我們要把期中考試當(dāng)成一次磨煉自己、挑戰(zhàn)自己和提高自己的機(jī)會(huì)！要與老師密切配合，合理、科學(xué)安排好各門功課的復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間。充分利用每 一 分鐘，對(duì)半學(xué)期來所學(xué)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理，全面復(fù)習(xí)形成知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。

第三、調(diào)整心態(tài)，樹立自信。我們要以良好的精神面貌投入期中考試。美國作家愛默生說:“自信是成功的第一秘訣。” 可以說，“擁有自信，就擁有無限機(jī)會(huì)”，“擁有自信，就擁有了成功的一半”。我們要確立自信心，相信自己的潛能，戰(zhàn)勝自己的惰性，以飽滿的熱情、積極自信的姿態(tài)進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)，迎接考試，取得成功。

大家好，我演講的題目是《張揚(yáng)青春，放飛理想》，理想是人生的太陽，沒有陽光的普照、生命的作用，地球就會(huì)變成石頭。對(duì)人類來說，沒有理想就等于沒有靈魂。

俄國的文學(xué)家列夫·托爾斯泰說過：“理想是指路明燈。沒有理想，就沒有堅(jiān)定的方向；沒有方向，就沒有生活。”張聞天說過：生活的理想，就是為了理想的生活。

英國心理學(xué)家和教育學(xué)家佛來明曾說過：“人一旦失去理想，失去了精神上的追求，人類就變得無知，社會(huì)也將會(huì)變得漆黑一團(tuán)?！币?yàn)槔硐胧切拍?、信仰、道德、?zé)任、風(fēng)尚、習(xí)慣所形成的一種意識(shí)，它直接支配著一個(gè)人實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的方向和效果。

我認(rèn)為，就應(yīng)該具有“三觀”、“四德”、“五心”。

“三觀”：就是要樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀?！八牡隆保壕褪锹殬I(yè)道德、社會(huì)公德、家庭美德、個(gè)人品德?！拔逍摹?，那五顆心呢？就是愛心（報(bào)效祖國）、忠心（獻(xiàn)給黨）、熱心（回報(bào)社會(huì)）、孝心（報(bào)答父母）、信心（留給自己）。

然而，遺憾的是，現(xiàn)在社會(huì)上卻出現(xiàn)一些令人惋惜和啼笑皆非的現(xiàn)象，我總結(jié)為“現(xiàn)代人的十多十少”：

交往越來越多，朋友越來越??；娛樂越來越多，快樂越來越少；戀愛越來越多，真愛越來越少。講話越來越多，真話越來越少；活動(dòng)越來越多，運(yùn)動(dòng)越來越少；（此處運(yùn)動(dòng)指體育運(yùn)動(dòng)）職稱越來越多，稱職越來越少；文憑越來越多，文化越來越少；金錢越來越多，親情越來越少；神經(jīng)越來越多，精神越來越少；理念越來越多，理想越來越少。

不是嗎？現(xiàn)在有不少的人，理想和信念發(fā)生了動(dòng)搖，被社會(huì)上的一些不正常的現(xiàn)象所迷惑，分不清是非、主次，甚至對(duì)前途和命運(yùn)喪失了信心。有人說：什么人 生觀、價(jià)值觀，有錢就樂觀，無錢就悲觀。什么理想、前途?。俊袄硐?、理想，有利就想；前途啊前途，有錢就圖”?！疤ь^向錢看，低頭向錢看，一切向錢看，只 有向錢看，才能向前看”這實(shí)際上是對(duì)人生觀、價(jià)值觀的扭曲和誤解。

在如今人心浮動(dòng)、信仰缺失的年代，在拜金主義、金錢至上已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)的 1 主流意識(shí)的今天，有不少人的價(jià)值觀發(fā)生了扭曲，不勞而獲，一步登天，一夜成名，一夜暴富已經(jīng)成為許多人的投機(jī)心理。超級(jí)女聲的成功舉辦和商業(yè)運(yùn)做以及超女的魔力所在就是迎合了當(dāng)代人的投機(jī)心理。

看來市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的洗禮，已經(jīng)把社會(huì)上熱衷追逐權(quán)利和金錢的世俗觀念深深的烙在了我們的青少年的腦海里。這多少暴露出了我們當(dāng)今的教育機(jī)制和輿論導(dǎo)向的一些失誤和偏差。

作為二十一世紀(jì)的新青年，有著青春的朝氣，煥發(fā)著青春的活力，我們更應(yīng)該有著遠(yuǎn)大的理想，青春是我們的代名詞，青春，是我們一生中最美麗的季節(jié)，她孕育著早春的生機(jī)，展現(xiàn)著盛夏的熱烈，暗藏著金秋的碩實(shí)，昭示著寒冬的希望！充滿詩意而不缺乏拼搏的激情，時(shí)尚浪漫而又飽含著奮斗的艱辛！

我曾經(jīng)聽過這樣一段話“青春啊，永遠(yuǎn)是美好的，可是真正的青春只屬于那些永遠(yuǎn)力爭上游的人，永遠(yuǎn)忘我勞動(dòng)的人，永遠(yuǎn)謙虛的人?！碑?dāng)我來到大學(xué)第一天，我就寫下了我人生當(dāng)中的第二個(gè)座右銘：奮斗，創(chuàng)新，務(wù)實(shí)，細(xì)心，尊重。雖然只是幾個(gè)簡單的詞語，但卻蘊(yùn)藏著一個(gè)大學(xué)生一生的追求。一個(gè)擁有青春的年輕人的奮斗目標(biāo)。

“士不可以不弘毅，任重而道遠(yuǎn)”作為一個(gè)90后的年輕人，一個(gè)國家，一個(gè)民族的希望所在，心中無不閃爍著夢想，那么現(xiàn)在就是我們努力實(shí)現(xiàn)夢想的時(shí)候。當(dāng)前我們正處于一個(gè)承前啟后，繼往開來的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)，有一大批的工程項(xiàng)目等著我們?nèi)ソㄔO(shè)，有一系列的技術(shù)等著我們?nèi)スリP(guān)，有一大片市場等著我們?nèi)ラ_拓，有一整套的經(jīng)驗(yàn)等著我們?nèi)ヌ剿鳌?/p>

當(dāng)一個(gè)人把自己的青春融入到自己的事業(yè)的時(shí)候，那么他的青春不會(huì)流失，他的事業(yè)也必將在歲月的歷練中折射出耀眼的光芒！“有的人活著他已經(jīng)死了，有的人死了他還活著，生命的意義在于活著，并且要好好活著，正如《士兵突擊》中的許三多，總是說要好好活，總是說好好活就是做很多有意義的事，那么什么才是有意義的事呢？怎樣才能活的更有意義呢？我想那就要奉獻(xiàn)。如果我們不付出，不創(chuàng)造，不追求，不奉獻(xiàn)，那這樣的青春必會(huì)稍縱即逝。回首過去，沒有追憶，人生渺茫，這絕對(duì)不是我們活著的意義。

擁有青春的人們，讓我們拿出奧林匹克的精神，點(diǎn)燃心中的圣火，在和諧社會(huì)的大環(huán)境下，釋放青春的激情，展現(xiàn)青春的風(fēng)采，秀出激昂的主旋律，為公司的明天而努力奮斗！時(shí)常聽別人哼唱，自己也時(shí)常哼唱著姜育恒的那首《再回首》，惟獨(dú)對(duì)“曾經(jīng)在幽幽暗暗反反復(fù)復(fù)中追尋，才知道平平淡淡從從容容是最真”這一句不愿認(rèn)同?！肮陋?dú)王子”唱得未免太超然了－－一生反復(fù)追尋，就只得出了平淡是真的結(jié)論。

平平淡淡是最真，說到底不就是自甘平庸、自甘無為嗎？曾幾何時(shí)，我們這些帶著中學(xué)彩色夢走進(jìn)大學(xué)校門的莘莘學(xué)子們也在高喊著：平平淡淡是最真。且有人認(rèn)為只要“與世無爭，恬淡一生”便可無憂無慮地生存，頗有要把老莊的“無為”思想發(fā)揚(yáng)廣大之勢。是什么使我們豐富的校園生活漸退了繽紛的色彩呢？又是什么使我們真實(shí)的熔漿凝固，不在有來自內(nèi)心深處的熱血沸騰？是因?yàn)?我們沒有走進(jìn)夢想中的象牙塔？是因?yàn)槲覀兾醋叱鲎晕依Щ蟮牡貛?？還是因?yàn)槲覀兊男恼娴牟辉谀贻p，確實(shí)把一切都看得平淡了呢？不！都不是！主宰世界的是你，放棄世界的仍然是你。

生活得最好的人，不是壽命最長的人，而是最能感受生活的人。除了你沒有走進(jìn)理想的大學(xué)，除了你沒有把握住一次幾乎成功的愛情，除了你心中那份虛榮于倨傲，你對(duì)生活究竟有多少正確的感受？生活究竟給過你多少真正的重荷于不平呢？沒有！只因?yàn)樵诋?dāng)代的中國，在我們這個(gè)文盲、半文盲數(shù)以億計(jì)的國度里，大學(xué)生既被社會(huì)過高的期待，也過高地期待著社會(huì)，只因?yàn)槲覀儾荒苷_地估計(jì)自己，也不能正確認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)。那種求平淡的心態(tài)，仍是不思進(jìn)取的借口。于是，你曾經(jīng)也想要有所作為，卻不知道從何做起，跟著感覺走，在各種誘惑面前遠(yuǎn)離本真狀態(tài)，被泥沙俱下的時(shí)代大潮裹挾著四處漂流。當(dāng)你疲倦地走過無數(shù)個(gè)三百六十五里，你才發(fā)現(xiàn)留在身后的除了那份平淡，什么也沒有。

不再回頭的，不只是那古老的辰光，也不只是那些個(gè)夜晚的星群和月亮，還有我們的青春在流逝著。四年，我們有幸擁有著這四年，但多少人的四年已一去不返；更還有多少人在為能擁有這四年而埋頭于題海和各種各樣的模擬考試中呢、當(dāng)初我們從他們這種狀況中走出來，走進(jìn)許多人夢寐以求的大學(xué)，難道就是為了追求“平平淡淡是最真”嗎？

在我們四年的每個(gè)日子里，傾注了親人的多少關(guān)懷和溫暖，他們流淌著辛勤的血汗，默默地支持著子女的選擇，他們惟一的希望就是我們能自己走自己的人生之路。還有，在許許多多的眸子里時(shí)時(shí)刻刻地流露著對(duì)我們的期待，期待我們能用知識(shí)建構(gòu)大腦、用我們的手去為人們描寫更美的生活。在親人面前，在那些關(guān)注我們的人的面前，我們又有什么理由去認(rèn)為“平平淡淡是最真”呢？難道我們付出我們的金色年華，揮灑著父母的血汗僅僅是為了換取這份平平淡淡嗎？僅僅是為了換取一張各科都過了60分的畢業(yè)證嗎？小到為了每個(gè)家庭的付出，大到為了那如水流逝的時(shí)光，我們?cè)趺淳涂梢暂p易認(rèn)同“平平淡淡”才是真呢？

最欣賞把撒哈拉沙漠變成人們心中的綠洲的三毛，也最欣賞她一句話：即使不成功，也不至于成為空白。成功女神并不垂青所有的人，但所有參與、嘗試過的人，即使沒有成功，他們的世界卻不是一份平淡，不是一片空白。記得有一天和班上幾個(gè)新近參加美術(shù)班學(xué)習(xí)的女生談起了她們學(xué)習(xí)美術(shù)以后的感覺和收獲。她們告訴我：并沒有什么大飛躍，但確實(shí)已學(xué)會(huì)了怎樣用心去觀察一個(gè)事物。也許她們永遠(yuǎn)成為不了畫家，但是我贊嘆她們的這份參與意識(shí)和嘗試勇氣。我想告訴她們：即使你們不成功，你們也沒有成為空白。

說到這里有人會(huì)說：我的確平凡得很，無一技之長，不會(huì)唱不會(huì)跳，更不會(huì)吟詩作畫，注定這四年就這么平淡了。世上不過只有一個(gè)天才貝多芬，也不過是只有一個(gè)神童莫扎特，更多的人是通過嘗試，通過毅力化平淡為輝煌的。毅力在效果上有時(shí)能同天才相比。有一句俗語說，能登上金字塔的生物只有兩種：鷹和蝸牛。雖然我們不能人人都像雄鷹一樣一飛沖天，但我們至少可以像蝸牛那樣憑著自己的耐力默默前行。

不要再為落葉傷感，為春雨掉淚；也不要滿不在乎地?fù)]退夏日的艷陽，讓殘冬的雪來裝飾自己的面紗；歲月可使皮膚起皺，而失去熱情，則使靈魂起皺。

拿出我們嘗試的勇氣，拿出我們青春的熱情，大學(xué)四年畢業(yè)時(shí)，再回首，我們沒有平淡、遺憾的青春。讓我們的青春飛揚(yáng)吧。飛揚(yáng)青春，放飛理想！

師愛--撥動(dòng)孩子心靈的琴弦

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事們：

大家好！今天我演講的題目是：師愛--撥動(dòng)孩子心靈的琴弦，演講稿(二)。

愛，是教育亙古不變的主題，而責(zé)任則是教師永恒的承諾。從教20年，愛與責(zé)任一直伴我前行。

有人把師愛比作春雨，有人把師愛比作陽光。春雨的滋潤、陽光的溫暖使我的孩子正健康快樂地成長。記得剛接四年級(jí)時(shí)，一個(gè)女孩吳雪成績很差，而且動(dòng)輒出手打人，班里的孩子都快讓她打遍了。經(jīng)了解才知道原來吳雪的爸爸精神分裂，動(dòng)不動(dòng)就把媽媽打跑，媽媽不得不天天東躲西藏。家庭的不幸使孩子幼小的心靈承受著難言的創(chuàng)傷，自卑心理更使她變得逆反，并在同學(xué)中尋找發(fā)泄的對(duì)象。面對(duì)吳雪，我知道孩子最需要的是溫柔的愛與正確的引導(dǎo)。平日里，我常利用課余時(shí)間和她談心，鼓勵(lì)她“人窮但不能志短”引導(dǎo)她“要和別的孩子和睦相處”。沒錢買文具，我把口袋里的錢遞到她手里；天冷了，看著她單薄的穿著，我悄悄給她買了新棉衣，她把棉衣緊緊地貼在胸前，眼淚汪汪地對(duì)我說：“老師，你對(duì)我真好，我一定改掉打人的壞毛病，你相信我”聽著她的話，我也淚水漣漣，演講稿《演講稿(二)》。這之后，吳雪真的沒在出手打過人，學(xué)習(xí)也在穩(wěn)步提升，更可喜的是她和同學(xué)們也相處得越來越融洽了。這學(xué)期開學(xué)初，孩子們都選她當(dāng)副班長，她幸福地笑了。吳雪燦爛的笑容讓我深深地感受到了，愛能使堅(jiān)冰融化，愛是撥動(dòng)孩子心靈的琴弦。

20年的從教生涯，無數(shù)孩子的身影定格在我的記憶中，其中最難忘的是一個(gè)叫畢延鎖的小男孩兒，他瘦弱、矮小，眼睛還有毛病。學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)他總是把書緊緊地貼在眼睛上才能看清字，我有時(shí)看見他吃力地學(xué)習(xí)，覺得好心疼。一天他拖著鼻涕委屈地站在我的桌旁，“老師，他們都管我叫畢所長”我笑了，“畢所長，好啊，所長是官兒呀”他很無奈地說“是廁所所長”“哦”我心里頓時(shí)明白了，孩子們欺負(fù)他，給他起外號(hào)，拿他尋開心、、、、、、正巧下午的班會(huì)課我以此為話題，委婉的批評(píng)了那些給畢延鎖起外號(hào)的同學(xué)，也使孩子們明白了隨便給別人起外號(hào)是不尊重別人的表現(xiàn)。這時(shí)我看見畢延鎖小腰板拔得溜直，眼睛瞇成了一條縫在天真地笑，我覺得這個(gè)小男孩好可愛呀！

每月29號(hào)我們這個(gè)小村子都趕集，中午放學(xué)他頂著炎炎烈日在大集上東奔西走，原來是為了給我買戒指。當(dāng)他汗流滿面地把一枚假的白金戒指放在我的掌心上時(shí)，我的心震顫了。這枚戒指雖然只有1塊錢，但在我心中卻是無價(jià)之寶，那是孩子的一顆純真的心吶！

在和孩子們的接觸中，我越來越愛上了教師這個(gè)職業(yè)，不善唱歌的我每天默默地用行動(dòng)詮釋著這首歌的真諦。我真的很感謝教師這個(gè)職業(yè)，當(dāng)我走向它的時(shí)候，我原想收獲一縷春風(fēng)，它卻給了我一個(gè)明媚的春天；當(dāng)我走向它的時(shí)候，我原想捧起一簇浪花，它卻給了我一個(gè)浩瀚的海洋；當(dāng)我走向它的時(shí)候，我原想擷取一枚紅葉，它卻給了我一個(gè)火紅的楓林；當(dāng)我走向它的時(shí)候，我原想親吻一朵雪花，她卻給了我一個(gè)晶瑩剔透的純潔的世界。

親愛的同事們，今天我們不說辛苦，因?yàn)槲覀冋斋@著幸福；今天我們不言付出，因?yàn)槲覀円勋@得了最最寶貴的財(cái)富。三尺講臺(tái)，一生情愫，我想當(dāng)滿鬢華發(fā)時(shí)，我會(huì)自豪地說：我曾擁有充實(shí)的教師人生，我的生命曾飽蘸激情，繽紛如花！
