本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任六年級的英語教學(xué)工作，由于這些學(xué)生面臨畢業(yè)，因此，我對教學(xué)工作更是不敢怠慢，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，深入研究教法，有針對性地把理論知識(shí)應(yīng)用于教學(xué)活動(dòng)當(dāng)中，同時(shí)在教學(xué)過程中，能夠根據(jù)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)采取不同的教學(xué)方法，取得了一些的成績。下面就以下幾個(gè)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)，請予以批評指正，使我在今后的教育教學(xué)工作中取得更大的進(jìn)步。

一、教學(xué)任務(wù)完成情況

（一）做到了認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。小學(xué)六年級英語備課我不但備學(xué)生，而且備教材、備教法。根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容及學(xué)生的實(shí)際，設(shè)計(jì)課的類型，擬定采用的教學(xué)方法，并對教學(xué)過程的程序及時(shí)間安排都做了詳細(xì)的記錄，認(rèn)真寫好教案。每一課都做到“有備而來”，每堂課都在課前做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，課后及時(shí)對該課用出總結(jié)。

（二）增強(qiáng)英語上課技能，提高了教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。在課堂上特別注意調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，加強(qiáng)師生交流，充分體現(xiàn)學(xué)生學(xué)得容易，學(xué)得輕松，覺得愉快，注意精神，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生多動(dòng)口動(dòng)手動(dòng)腦的能力。

（三）認(rèn)真批改學(xué)生英語的作業(yè)，布置作業(yè)有針對性，有層次性。對學(xué)生的作業(yè)批改及時(shí)，認(rèn)真分析并記錄學(xué)生的作業(yè)情況，將他們在作業(yè)過程出現(xiàn)的問題做出分類總結(jié)，進(jìn)行透切的講評，并針對有關(guān)情況及時(shí)改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法，做到有的放矢。

復(fù)習(xí)，是學(xué)習(xí)過程中一個(gè)非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)。期末復(fù)習(xí)是一次全面綜合性復(fù)習(xí)，教師科學(xué)地運(yùn)用復(fù)習(xí)方法組

織學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵，我循序漸進(jìn)，分為三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行了復(fù)習(xí)：

第一階段我以教材為本，側(cè)重于教材的復(fù)習(xí)與梳理，快速地過一遍，通過教材的重現(xiàn)來歸納語言點(diǎn)，講透語言點(diǎn)運(yùn)用，對各單元的知識(shí)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行梳理，同時(shí)應(yīng)注意基礎(chǔ)單詞、詞組、句型的過關(guān)，讓學(xué)生對所學(xué)的英語知識(shí)進(jìn)行“查漏補(bǔ)缺”。在實(shí)際復(fù)習(xí)教學(xué)中，有的老師往往跳過課文直接講知識(shí)點(diǎn)，語法，或者直接把大量的時(shí)間和精力花在做練習(xí)、試題上，這種做法是有失偏頗的。復(fù)習(xí)教材上的對話和課文是最基礎(chǔ)的復(fù)習(xí)，可以幫助回想所學(xué)過的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，可以讓學(xué)生印象更加深刻。

第二階段進(jìn)行橫向復(fù)習(xí)，做到點(diǎn)面結(jié)合。如果說第一階段是點(diǎn)的復(fù)習(xí)的話，那么第二階段就是面的復(fù)習(xí)。第一階段著重要求學(xué)生對每個(gè)知識(shí)的過關(guān)，那么在第二階段我就會(huì)根據(jù)各知識(shí)點(diǎn)的前后聯(lián)系將散落于各冊書中的語言點(diǎn)進(jìn)行整體歸納、小結(jié)，幫助學(xué)生構(gòu)建緊密聯(lián)系的“知識(shí)串”。這一階段的復(fù)習(xí)中，教師要防止簡單的重復(fù)，避免面面俱到，應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循精講多練的原則，讓學(xué)生通過聽講進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)理性認(rèn)識(shí)，通過練習(xí)在實(shí)踐中掌握。

第三階段的復(fù)習(xí)，我側(cè)重對做題技巧的講解和做一些學(xué)生易出錯(cuò)的題目，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生掌握一些做筆試和聽力題的要領(lǐng)。比如做聽力題聽問句找答句時(shí)，教學(xué)生在準(zhǔn)備時(shí)先把每題的三項(xiàng)選擇作比較反過來推敲它們答句的不同，在聽的時(shí)候可以事半功倍的找到相應(yīng)答案。單項(xiàng)選擇可以用排除法來做等等，通過分析讓學(xué)生掌握每題的做題技巧。

二、存在不足與改進(jìn)措施

由于本人在英語教學(xué)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)甚少，在教學(xué)的同時(shí)，時(shí)時(shí)虛心向資歷深的教師請教，和我們的同事一起學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)英語方面的教學(xué)教法，加強(qiáng)自身的業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)、擴(kuò)大視野；用心收集有助于英語課堂教學(xué)的各種游戲資料。一學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)工作結(jié)束了，相信在師生的共同努力下教學(xué)成績會(huì)更上一層樓。
