外經(jīng)貿(mào)英語函電整個(gè)流程
外貿(mào)究其根本,用同事的語言來講就是“買進(jìn)”和“賣出”。那我們?cè)谕赓Q(mào)英語中用比 較專業(yè)詞匯講就是“出口”(Export)和“進(jìn)口”(Import)。
那它又不像我們?cè)谌粘I钪匈I進(jìn)和賣出這么簡(jiǎn)單,因?yàn)樗婕暗降氖强鐕?guó)交易,其中里面有許多我們需要注意事項(xiàng)和辦理的業(yè)務(wù)。因其復(fù)雜
性,所以那我們要學(xué)習(xí)的東西也就比較多。那我們今天就先把外貿(mào)的總
體流程和本書課程設(shè)置的框架跟大家一起分享。
一.外貿(mào)的總體流程:
1.尋找目標(biāo)客戶--Souring the
↓ resource.a.尋找國(guó)外進(jìn)口商。Sourcing the
↓ importer.根據(jù)自己產(chǎn)品的特色,來尋找國(guó)外潛在的目標(biāo)客戶即進(jìn)口商(importer),那對(duì)于我們↓ 來講,我們就是出口商(Exporter)。搜索的途徑就有很多了,例如
利用goolgle搜索引擎,采購(gòu)商買家資料,參
↓ 加廣交會(huì)等等。
b.尋找國(guó)外出口商。Souring the
↓ exporter.根據(jù)自己的需求,來采購(gòu)國(guó)外出口商的產(chǎn)品。那對(duì)于我們來講,我們就是進(jìn)口↓ 商(Importer)。搜索的途徑也比較多,例如goolgle搜索引擎,參加
國(guó)外的展會(huì),拿到國(guó)外出口商的資料等
↓ 等。
那大家都知道我們是出口大國(guó),所以我們?cè)谕赓Q(mào)中遇到的一般都是第一種情況?!?所以在今后的課程當(dāng)中,我們也將重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)如何做好出口外貿(mào)
↓↓2.建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系----Establish Business
→ relations.那這里面我們要做的上面第一點(diǎn)講到了尋找目標(biāo)客戶,那我們找到后就要進(jìn)行工作就比較多了,具↓ 這一步的建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系問題了。體如下:
a.自我介紹----Self introduction。在外貿(mào)英語中就要用到自我介紹函電了。一封很好↓ 的外貿(mào)自我介紹函電可以很好的開啟外貿(mào)合作之門。
b.提供產(chǎn)品目錄-----Sending Catalog。根據(jù)客戶的需求提供適
↓ 當(dāng)?shù)漠a(chǎn)品目錄供客戶參考。
c.邀請(qǐng)參加展會(huì)和工廠---Invitationto Fair and factory。更進(jìn)一步的要
↓ 客戶了解我們的產(chǎn)品,提供合作的成功率。
d.報(bào)價(jià)給客戶。----Provide quotations??腿嗽谶x定感興趣的產(chǎn)品之后,↓ 那我們做好詳細(xì)的資料提供報(bào)價(jià)給客人。
e.準(zhǔn)備樣品。-------Prepare the samples。根據(jù)客人的要求,提
↓ 供樣品給客人。等待客人確認(rèn)?!?

→ 3.訂單操作--------Order operation.客人確認(rèn)樣品之后,那下一步就是下訂單(Place the order).我們的主要工作就↓ 是跟據(jù)客人的要求和交期,跟工廠一起把訂單操作好。a.訂單的數(shù)量----Order quantity.這個(gè)之前要跟客人談好,達(dá)成↓ 協(xié)議后下這個(gè)確認(rèn)的數(shù)量。b.產(chǎn)品的包裝----Packing。不同的產(chǎn)品,其包裝要求也是不一樣的,這個(gè)要根據(jù)↓ 具體產(chǎn)品請(qǐng)工廠設(shè)計(jì)安全可行包裝,和客人最后確認(rèn)出貨包裝方式。c.付款方式這個(gè)要根據(jù)雙方的需求達(dá)成一致的付款條↓-------Payment terms 款,以保證貿(mào)易的順利進(jìn)行。d.保險(xiǎn)-------------Insurance.那這點(diǎn)就要涉及到本書要學(xué)習(xí)的索賠,理賠等問題↓ 了。這個(gè)也是在訂單操作過程中要和客人達(dá)成協(xié)議的?!?.出貨

第三篇:辦理通知函電流程
一、邀請(qǐng)單位何種情況下需辦理《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》
計(jì)劃來華的外國(guó)人員進(jìn)行商務(wù)或工作,前往中國(guó)駐外機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)辦理訪問簽證(F簽證)或工作簽證(Z簽證)時(shí),需提交《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》及邀請(qǐng)單位出具的邀請(qǐng)信。
二、申請(qǐng)辦理外國(guó)人《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》 的材料要求:
1、《外國(guó)人入境審批表》1份, 須加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位和所屬鎮(zhèn)(街)或市直單位的意見和公章,表格下載網(wǎng)址:http://dgfao.dg.gov.cn/upfile/soft/EntryApplicationForm.pdf(如需下載,可點(diǎn)擊右鍵按另存為)。
2、由邀請(qǐng)單位出具的邀請(qǐng)函原件一式2份,邀請(qǐng)函須用邀請(qǐng)單位函頭或信頭紙打印,內(nèi)容文字須為中文,并注意區(qū)分商務(wù)和工作邀請(qǐng),同時(shí)須加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位公章(邀請(qǐng)信模式可下載,如果邀請(qǐng)單位沒有函頭紙或信頭紙,可用普通A4白紙把公司的名字和聯(lián)系方式寫上去,處理成函頭紙或信頭紙也可)。
邀請(qǐng)函模板下載地址(邀請(qǐng)函上面的外國(guó)人姓名和護(hù)照號(hào)碼等等的各項(xiàng)信息注意填寫正確,如有錯(cuò)誤會(huì)被拒簽)

3、邀請(qǐng)單位的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照和機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證復(fù)印件各一式2份,并加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位公章(營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照和機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證兩者都需提交,特別注意是該復(fù)印件上需要有上一的年審)。
4、被邀請(qǐng)人的護(hù)照復(fù)印件和最近1-2次來華簽證復(fù)印件一式2份(注意每一頁都要加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位公章,辦多次簽證的要有過往的來華多次簽證復(fù)印件)。
5、如辦理來華入境工作申請(qǐng),還須附《外國(guó)人就業(yè)許可證》的復(fù)印件、學(xué)歷證或?qū)I(yè)技能證書復(fù)印件及簡(jiǎn)歷等各一式2 份,全部均加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位公章(《外國(guó)人就業(yè)許可證》正反兩面均需復(fù)印,并提交原件核對(duì))。
學(xué)歷證或?qū)I(yè)技能證書復(fù)印件及簡(jiǎn)歷的掃描件或word版本請(qǐng)隨工作邀請(qǐng)函一起發(fā)到此電子郵箱:dgsfao@163.com,郵件標(biāo)題請(qǐng)注明公司名字,格式為“工作邀請(qǐng)函-公司名”。
6、邀請(qǐng)單位保證書一式2份,須企業(yè)法人簽名和加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位公章。下載地址:http://dgfao.dg.gov.cn/upfile/soft/一次性保證書.doc。
7、在非原籍國(guó)辦理簽證需提供擬辦理簽證國(guó)的有效居留證件或官方出具的工作簽證復(fù)印件一式2份,并加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位公章。
8、赴非原籍國(guó)辦簽證的還需要提供《赴**辦理簽證說明函》一式2份,加蓋邀請(qǐng)單位公章(**為非原籍國(guó),如赴香港辦理簽證說明函,內(nèi)容詳細(xì)說明需要赴非原籍國(guó)辦理簽證而不回本籍國(guó)辦理的理由,字?jǐn)?shù)不少于200字,必須用公司函頭紙或信頭紙出具)。
9、其他補(bǔ)充材料(視申請(qǐng)簽證而定,如是工作者家屬陪同來華定居,請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┫嚓P(guān)親屬證明文件)。
三、辦理流程
1、各邀請(qǐng)單位需明確邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)人的法律責(zé)任,并詳細(xì)真實(shí)地準(zhǔn)備好全部材料,《外國(guó)人入境審批表》需公司法人本人簽名并蓋公章。
2、邀請(qǐng)單位持《外國(guó)人入境審批表》和相關(guān)文件到所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批,一般是通過鎮(zhèn)(街)的外經(jīng)辦(局)報(bào)送該鎮(zhèn)(街)主管外經(jīng)的鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審批。如獲批準(zhǔn),鎮(zhèn)(街)主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需在《外國(guó)人入境審批表》加具意見和簽名,并加蓋鎮(zhèn)政府公章。
3、經(jīng)過所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批后,把上述全部材料提交至市外事局簽證科,市外事局簽證科會(huì)根據(jù)團(tuán)組的具體實(shí)際情況按照省外辦要求進(jìn)行材料審核,填妥《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》,函請(qǐng)省外辦審發(fā)。
4、省外辦在收到報(bào)送材料后,在規(guī)定的工作日內(nèi)審發(fā)《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》,并將《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》寄回市外事局;
5.邀請(qǐng)單位通過我局網(wǎng)站公布的辦理結(jié)果,前往市外事局簽證科免費(fèi)領(lǐng)取《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》原件,并通過正確的方式轉(zhuǎn)交申請(qǐng)人,在其申辦簽證時(shí)使用。

★邀請(qǐng)單位必須為非有償中介,提供的材料真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé),擔(dān)保被邀請(qǐng)人在華期間遵守中國(guó)有關(guān)法律規(guī)定及依時(shí)離境,并由法人安排專人負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)外國(guó)人在華情況,否則邀請(qǐng)單位由此產(chǎn)生后果承擔(dān)的主要責(zé)任。邀請(qǐng)單位須安排熟悉該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的專辦員前來辦理。
★請(qǐng)邀請(qǐng)單位務(wù)必提前30天提交申請(qǐng)資料,急件不予受理,邀請(qǐng)信請(qǐng)盡量把該來華日期推遲到1.5個(gè)月后。
★前來市外事局簽證科辦理時(shí),市行政辦事中心入口處要登記前往辦事人員的身份證原件,否則不能進(jìn)入。
★我局會(huì)定期抽查邀請(qǐng)單位所邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)人的在華情況,請(qǐng)邀請(qǐng)單位做好準(zhǔn)備?!镄枰暾?qǐng)出具不在同一份《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》的申請(qǐng),請(qǐng)分別準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)資料,因申請(qǐng)人數(shù)較多,請(qǐng)邀請(qǐng)單位務(wù)必至少提前30天提交申請(qǐng)資料,急件不予受理。
★中華人民共和國(guó)大使館(領(lǐng)事館、簽證處)有權(quán)視情拒發(fā)或改發(fā)簽證。
★領(lǐng)取《邀請(qǐng)確認(rèn)函》原件后,通過郵寄或其它方式把原件交至申請(qǐng)辦理簽證的外國(guó)人,并請(qǐng)先將原件復(fù)印留底,以備遭遇寄送途中不慎丟失等意外情況時(shí)使用。
