報(bào)關(guān)員是在貨物進(jìn)出時(shí)向海關(guān)辦理貨物報(bào)關(guān)、納稅等海關(guān)事務(wù)的人員,其中有部分商品是法定商檢的,主要是“實(shí)施檢驗(yàn)的進(jìn)出口商品目錄”中的商品。然后由報(bào)檢員向檢驗(yàn)檢疫局報(bào)檢,取得貨物進(jìn)出口通關(guān)單、重量證,健康證書等單證。交給報(bào)關(guān)員和其他單證一起向海關(guān)申報(bào),(在報(bào)關(guān)單中常是隨附單據(jù)一欄)

1.人數(shù)最多的:企業(yè)里的報(bào)關(guān)員/報(bào)檢員
具體的工作就是與國(guó)外供應(yīng)商或客戶聯(lián)絡(luò),安排國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)際段空運(yùn)或海運(yùn)運(yùn)輸;報(bào)關(guān)文件歸催、整理、發(fā)送等;與國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理聯(lián)絡(luò)報(bào)關(guān)及運(yùn)輸事宜;確認(rèn)物流費(fèi)用;進(jìn)出口貨物數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)如單耗、損耗、庫存、內(nèi)外銷狀況等等;相關(guān)證明辦理如:自動(dòng)進(jìn)口許可證、重工業(yè)品進(jìn)口登記證、進(jìn)出口貨物征免稅證明等等;進(jìn)口付匯或出口收匯核銷;加工貿(mào)易手冊(cè)管理平衡控制、手冊(cè)核銷等。
職位名稱很多:關(guān)務(wù)、報(bào)關(guān)、物流專員、進(jìn)出口擔(dān)當(dāng)、報(bào)檢、船務(wù)、單證、貿(mào)易擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)取?年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):1200-2500,2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):2000-4000,當(dāng)然不同地區(qū),不同企業(yè)收入差別也很大,比如上海、北京這些地方就會(huì)高些,歐美企業(yè)收入也會(huì)多些。
需要證書:報(bào)關(guān)、報(bào)檢、單證
2.國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理公司或物流公司
主要分兩類職位,銷售也操作。銷售就是聯(lián)系相關(guān)進(jìn)出口企業(yè),為其提供服務(wù),也就是銷售自己公司的服務(wù),獲取底薪及業(yè)務(wù)提成。收入從幾千到幾萬不等,這個(gè)工作壓力比較大,但是收入一般是最高的。
操作:是聯(lián)絡(luò)船公司、車隊(duì)、報(bào)關(guān)公司為企業(yè)的整個(gè)物流過程提供具體的操作服務(wù)。
熟練人員收入一般在:2000——4000。壓力大經(jīng)常需要加班,但收入還可以,入門也容易。
需要證書:報(bào)關(guān)、報(bào)檢、單證、貨代、物流等
3.專業(yè)報(bào)關(guān)公司報(bào)關(guān)員,輸機(jī)制單人員
主要工作是拿到企業(yè)或國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理公司的相關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)文件進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)關(guān),及是退給企業(yè)相關(guān)單證如報(bào)關(guān)單、外匯核銷單、加工貿(mào)易手冊(cè)等
輸機(jī)、制單人員:1200-2000
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)關(guān)員:2500-4000
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)關(guān)工作比較辛苦,尤其是大的報(bào)關(guān)公司,挑戰(zhàn)也比較大,經(jīng)常需要加班什么的,但收
入很高,將來到企業(yè)里或國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理公司也比較受重視。
以上說的都是普通職位的收入,如果做管理工作那收入就不好說了,年薪10萬以上的也很多??既∽C書就如同你大學(xué)畢業(yè)證書一樣,不能確保你找到合適的職位,只是你入行的憑證吧,關(guān)鍵是如何盡快切入并學(xué)到相關(guān)技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這就看你面試找工作時(shí)的個(gè)人綜合能力了,有時(shí)候運(yùn)氣也很重要。
不要以為有了報(bào)關(guān)證、報(bào)檢證書就一定能如何如何,名牌大學(xué)的畢業(yè)生找不到工作都不新鮮了,何況這個(gè)小證書。
外語好也很重要,因?yàn)槿W美企業(yè)比一般的企業(yè)收入要相差一半啊。一口流利的外語可以說是一順百順啊!
第三篇:報(bào)關(guān)員,報(bào)檢員區(qū)別
報(bào)關(guān)和報(bào)檢雖只有一字之差但卻有著根本的區(qū)別.但它們之間也有著前后的聯(lián)系。
首先,報(bào)關(guān)和報(bào)檢都是辦理進(jìn)出口通關(guān)的過程之一,但報(bào)關(guān)的對(duì)象是海關(guān),報(bào)檢的對(duì)象是進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)檢疫部門。
其次,報(bào)檢先于報(bào)關(guān),只有在商檢部門檢驗(yàn)完畢后,海關(guān)才接受報(bào)關(guān)申請(qǐng),審單征稅放行等都是之后的過程。
再次,并不是所有的進(jìn)出口商品都需要報(bào)檢,只有國(guó)家規(guī)定的商品才需要報(bào)檢,而所有進(jìn)出口商品(除自帶,綠色通道)都需要報(bào)關(guān)。
報(bào)關(guān)比較難考,報(bào)檢相對(duì)容易,只要認(rèn)真努力復(fù)習(xí)基本都能通過。如果你下定決心,可以兩個(gè)都考,現(xiàn)在的貨代和企業(yè)都比較喜歡雙證齊全的人!
(一)報(bào)關(guān)員資格證書:
報(bào)關(guān)員是指經(jīng)海關(guān)注冊(cè),代表所屬企業(yè)向海關(guān)辦理進(jìn)出口貨物報(bào)關(guān)納稅等事務(wù)的人員。主考機(jī)構(gòu):國(guó)家海關(guān)總署。
考試性質(zhì):國(guó)家報(bào)關(guān)從業(yè)人員崗位資格考試。
報(bào)考條件:具有大專及以上學(xué)歷。
考試時(shí)間:每年11月份。
報(bào)名時(shí)間:每年7月份。
考試內(nèi)容:報(bào)關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)、報(bào)關(guān)專業(yè)技能、報(bào)關(guān)相關(guān)知識(shí)以及與報(bào)關(guān)工作相關(guān)的法律、行政法規(guī)和海關(guān)規(guī)章。
證書效用:考試合格者可獲得國(guó)家海關(guān)總署頒發(fā)的《報(bào)關(guān)員資格證書》,該證書在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)有效。
點(diǎn)評(píng):我國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的快速發(fā)展,為報(bào)關(guān)從業(yè)人員提供了巨大的就業(yè)空間。據(jù)相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)推測(cè),未來幾年內(nèi),就業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)報(bào)關(guān)員的需求將有數(shù)十倍的增長(zhǎng)。為維護(hù)我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的正常秩序,保證海關(guān)監(jiān)管任務(wù)的完成,國(guó)家對(duì)報(bào)關(guān)從業(yè)人員有準(zhǔn)入資格條件限制。因此,要成為報(bào)關(guān)員,須先過考試關(guān)。物以稀為貴,因此報(bào)關(guān)員證書的含金量相當(dāng)高。
(二)報(bào)檢員資格證書:
報(bào)檢員是指在外貿(mào)企業(yè)、代理報(bào)檢企業(yè)等企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)中專業(yè)從事出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫報(bào)檢業(yè)務(wù)的人員。
主考機(jī)構(gòu):國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局。

證。報(bào)檢員在申請(qǐng)檢驗(yàn)、檢疫、鑒定工作時(shí),應(yīng)按規(guī)定繳納檢驗(yàn)檢疫費(fèi)用,事后由檢驗(yàn)檢疫部門的人員進(jìn)廠檢驗(yàn),對(duì)出入境不合格貨物應(yīng)及時(shí)向檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)匯報(bào)。
