當(dāng)你費(fèi)盡九牛二虎之力,仍無(wú)力說(shuō)服雇主聘用你時(shí),何不去找個(gè)“有份量”的人幫你一把,以第三者的立場(chǎng),去評(píng)價(jià)你的行事為人,不是更具說(shuō)服力嗎?
不少求職天書(shū)都教人要在履歷表寫(xiě)上咨詢?nèi)耍≧eferee),又說(shuō)記得請(qǐng)人寫(xiě)推薦信,究竟在今時(shí)今日這種面試伎倆,有多大的實(shí)際作用?
若你有一至兩個(gè)咨詢?nèi)俗骱蠖?,?dāng)然可以加強(qiáng)新公司對(duì)你的信心,通常雇主會(huì)向咨詢?nèi)耸占韵隆扒閳?bào)”∶一些有關(guān)對(duì)申請(qǐng)人的印像、資料核實(shí),甚至是否同意他是一個(gè)怎樣的人。
“選”人利己
要人做你的幕后“薦”友,建議你平日多參與社會(huì)公益服務(wù),在志愿團(tuán)體做義工,甚至想想上學(xué)時(shí)的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)構(gòu),都可以找到合適的咨詢?nèi)恕?/p>
而揀選及找尋的步驟如下∶
咨詢?nèi)艘欢ㄒ膳c你有直接接觸、了解你處事為人的人擔(dān)任。在學(xué)的可以是你所修科系的講師、教授;如果你由一份工轉(zhuǎn)另一份,最佳人選當(dāng)然是舊上司,但選齊兩個(gè)是比較穩(wěn)妥的做法。
要把別人的名字寫(xiě)在自己的履歷表上,必須事先征求對(duì)方的同意,縱使你與他/她的關(guān)系非常密切,最低限度也要通一次電話,禮貌上及道德上才是恰當(dāng)做法。
雖然咨詢?nèi)藢?duì)你有一定認(rèn)識(shí),但若能與咨詢?nèi)藭?huì)面,講講你正申請(qǐng)的職位性質(zhì)、所需技能,并把自己有關(guān)履歷及學(xué)歷證明文件等副本放下,將有助他/她對(duì)你作出正面、中肯的評(píng)價(jià)。

咨詢信指的是用于了解信息、資料和情況等等的信件。寫(xiě)咨詢信要注意以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:
首先,從措辭上來(lái)講,一定要有禮貌,要比較客氣地說(shuō)清楚你想了解什么或者有什么要求。
其次,所提的問(wèn)題一定要具體、明確,不能含糊其辭,否則會(huì)讓對(duì)方感到無(wú)從回答。
然后,如果同時(shí)有好幾個(gè)問(wèn)題需要對(duì)方回答,可以考慮分段寫(xiě);如果問(wèn)題比較簡(jiǎn)單,則無(wú)需分段,但一定要將每個(gè)問(wèn)題分別寫(xiě)清楚。
