這三個(gè)問題不是按時(shí)間順序從過去到現(xiàn)在再到將來。而是從現(xiàn)在到將來再到過去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用。雇主選中的是現(xiàn)在的你。他希望利用的是將來的你。而這將來又基于你的歷史和現(xiàn)狀。

所以。第一個(gè)問題。你是干什么的？現(xiàn)在是干什么的？回答這個(gè)問題。要點(diǎn)是：你是你自己。不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區(qū)別開來。在共同點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上更強(qiáng)調(diào)不同點(diǎn)。否則你絕無可能在眾多的應(yīng)征求職者中奪魁。對(duì)于這第一個(gè)問題。自我反省越深。自我鑒定就越成功。

2、投其所好

好處眾多。但只有短短一分鐘。所以一切還是與該公司有關(guān)的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司。應(yīng)說些電腦軟件的話題；如是一間金融財(cái)務(wù)公司。便可跟他說錢的事?？傊镀渌谩?/p>

3、鋪排次序

第三篇：考研英語如何準(zhǔn)備

每年都不少人掛在單科英語上，但考研英語和四六級(jí)相差很遠(yuǎn)，沒有因果關(guān)系，所以不管基礎(chǔ)如何，都可能有喜有憂，必須給予足夠的重視。

三月份到四月份我英語就全用來背單詞了，每天按時(shí)按量完成，這一個(gè)月背單詞強(qiáng)度比較大，開始是每天三個(gè)list，再復(fù)習(xí)前一天的，第二遍是5個(gè)list，背單詞就是重復(fù)的過程。四月中旬開始做閱讀和看長(zhǎng)難句，閱讀用的是張劍的黃皮書，共兩本。每天一篇，偶爾會(huì)一天多篇，閱讀比真題稍難，但用來練習(xí)不錯(cuò)。長(zhǎng)難句用的是王若平的考試蟲，看了一半多，后來覺得就是翻譯句子，覺得沒意思，然后丟了。我覺得關(guān)鍵還是單詞，單詞都認(rèn)識(shí)了，基礎(chǔ)差不多的應(yīng)該都能理解意思。所以單詞的背誦應(yīng)該是貫穿始終的，中間我還自己根據(jù)艾賓浩斯遺忘曲線制定了背單詞計(jì)劃，雖然由于自己懶沒堅(jiān)持下去，但方法效果不錯(cuò)，大家可以試試。

我就差不多是單詞加閱讀一直走到十月份，單詞有點(diǎn)懈怠，但閱讀每天都堅(jiān)持，因?yàn)殚喿x四十分，而且其他部分和閱讀都有聯(lián)系，所以是重中之重。我是十月開始做真題，建議真題多做幾遍，好好研究，每個(gè)句子，每個(gè)單詞，真題真是最好的復(fù)習(xí)資料。真題還是推薦張劍的，應(yīng)該是目前市場(chǎng)上最好的版本了。真題閱讀里面有一些非常好的句子，單詞不難，用到各種復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)，這是作文書里沒有的，分析時(shí)可以注意，挺多萬能的都可以用于作文。

我還有一個(gè)最大的教訓(xùn)，就是作文一定要提前練，總結(jié)自己的模板，形成自己固定的套路，但千萬要自己踏踏實(shí)實(shí)寫幾篇。我就是考前感覺總結(jié)得還行，卻沒怎么自己寫，考場(chǎng)上一下子就懵了，最后大小作文花了超過一個(gè)小時(shí)，還寫得亂七八糟。導(dǎo)致后面有些慌，閱讀應(yīng)該也沒做好，不然應(yīng)該能上80?？记耙驳媚M下，做好時(shí)間分配，不然像我這樣手忙腳亂是非常危險(xiǎn)和抑郁的。

第二階段 五月至七月：夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，明確方向

在這段時(shí)間里，要注意提高英語專業(yè)考研基礎(chǔ)英語的內(nèi)容，在聽、說、讀、寫、譯方面要有較高的提高和增強(qiáng)。另外，要朗讀背誦一些英文優(yōu)秀名篇，如《英語專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)與應(yīng)試經(jīng)典美文40篇》系列，以提高自己對(duì)語言的敏感度。除此之外，要盡早明確自己的考研方向，是語言學(xué)，還是英美文學(xué)，抑或翻譯（筆譯、口譯），商務(wù)英語，英語教育等等。另外，如果你的口語不是很好的話，建議你從現(xiàn)在開始要做做口語發(fā)音等方面的功課，要重視你的語音面貌，否則在復(fù)試中失利將前功盡棄，往年的考生也不乏其人，初試成績(jī)名列前茅，但在最后的復(fù)試中名落孫山。

第三階段 七月至九月：突擊“共核”，查漏補(bǔ)缺

根據(jù)同學(xué)以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我們把這些問題分為這有兩類，一類是關(guān)于學(xué)生個(gè)人的信息。在這方面同學(xué)們一定要準(zhǔn)備全面，比如說你的個(gè)人經(jīng)歷，成功經(jīng)歷，失敗經(jīng)歷，這個(gè)很重要。再比如說你的個(gè)人夢(mèng)想，打算，讀研的計(jì)劃，甚至你的家鄉(xiāng)，你的家人，你的本科的學(xué)校的情況，還比如說你是跨專業(yè)考試的話，你為什么跨專業(yè)?然后比如說你本專業(yè)考研的，你對(duì)這個(gè)專業(yè)有什么認(rèn)識(shí)，他會(huì)問到很多類似這樣的問題，關(guān)于個(gè)人的信息一定要準(zhǔn)備好，一定不要臨時(shí)去想，因?yàn)榕R時(shí)想很難組織語言，除非你的口語特別厲害，沒有一個(gè)人能做到這一點(diǎn)，臨時(shí)想得很完美。第二類就是導(dǎo)師可能問到一些專業(yè)類的問題，這個(gè)肯定會(huì)問的，很多學(xué)校都會(huì)問。用英語問專業(yè)的問題，這種問題怎么回答呢?這種問題回答起來確實(shí)難度比較高，比如你學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)的，或者理科物理的，他問專業(yè)的，你很可能這個(gè)詞都不認(rèn)識(shí)，這怎么辦呢?這里有至關(guān)重要的一點(diǎn)要注意：你用英語問專業(yè)問題，沒有一個(gè)老師會(huì)期待你有一個(gè)很好的回答，因?yàn)槔蠋熤酪粋€(gè)本科生是沒有辦法用英語來表述專業(yè)問題的?；旧洗蠹叶几阋粯拥?，不會(huì)回答的很好。不過，同學(xué)們只要?jiǎng)幽X筋，用智慧，在參加復(fù)試之前的時(shí)候，一定要自己用英語準(zhǔn)備至少三個(gè)專業(yè)的問題以及它的回答就沒有太大的問題了。
