簡(jiǎn)歷是關(guān)于自己經(jīng)歷的資料性文件。簡(jiǎn)歷的主要特點(diǎn)是它的附屬性,它不單獨(dú)發(fā)文,而只是以附 件(enclosure)的形式出現(xiàn)。它可以幫助接收學(xué)?;蛘衅竼挝涣私馍暾?qǐng)人的基本情況,因 此寫(xiě)好簡(jiǎn)歷有利于自己很好地抓住到來(lái)的各種機(jī)會(huì)。一 簡(jiǎn)歷的寫(xiě)作格式及主要內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英文簡(jiǎn)歷的寫(xiě)法及內(nèi)容一般包括以下各項(xiàng)。(一)標(biāo)題簡(jiǎn)歷的標(biāo)題即在正文正上方寫(xiě)上“RESUME”字樣即可。簡(jiǎn)歷標(biāo)題的英文寫(xiě)法還有Curriculum、Vitae等。以“Resume”最為常用。(二)寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷的日期一般在標(biāo)題下一行,靠右邊寫(xiě)上寫(xiě)作簡(jiǎn)歷的具體日期。如“Dec.12,2000”月份可以縮寫(xiě),月日同年之間要用逗號(hào)。(三)個(gè)人的姓名、住址和電話(huà)號(hào)碼個(gè)人的姓名、住址寫(xiě)在信紙的左邊,從簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)作日期的下一行開(kāi)始,要分行寫(xiě)出,上下排列 整齊。一般先寫(xiě)姓名,姓名下寫(xiě)自己的門(mén)牌號(hào)碼,所在的路或街道名,再下一行寫(xiě)出所在的 區(qū)(州)或城市名。必要時(shí)還需寫(xiě)上所在省或國(guó)別名。關(guān)于姓名的寫(xiě)法,如果是寄到國(guó)外的簡(jiǎn) 介,一般將姓放在名字后面,中間加逗號(hào),如“Shaohua,Zhang.”或把姓放在前面,但姓 和名字之間也需加逗號(hào),如“Zhang,Shaohua”;如果只是寄往國(guó)內(nèi)的則直接寫(xiě)出姓名即可,不必加逗號(hào),如“Zhang Shaohua”。電話(huà)號(hào)碼可寫(xiě)在地址下面,也可以寫(xiě)在信紙的右邊,同姓名寫(xiě)在一行,或同地址寫(xiě)在一行。這里需說(shuō)明的是個(gè)人的姓名、住址和電話(huà)號(hào)碼也可全部寫(xiě)在信紙的右邊,其位置相當(dāng)于一般 書(shū)信的信頭的位置。(四)申請(qǐng)的工作(position)申請(qǐng)的工作是那些作為應(yīng)聘的、求職的簡(jiǎn)歷必須有的,一般要寫(xiě)上自己希望做的工作。位置 在左邊,同上邊地址要排整齊。(五)個(gè)人求學(xué)的經(jīng)歷(Education)求學(xué)的經(jīng)歷,即一般從中學(xué)開(kāi)始,寫(xiě)出自己曾就讀的學(xué)校名稱(chēng)、地點(diǎn)、在校的年限,大學(xué) 的名稱(chēng)、所在的科系、所學(xué)的專(zhuān)業(yè),取得學(xué)位的情況,以及所學(xué)的主要課程內(nèi)容、年限、成 績(jī)等。參加過(guò)在職訓(xùn)練或培訓(xùn)班的也可列出。(六)個(gè)人工作的經(jīng)歷(Experience)同求學(xué)經(jīng)歷一樣,該項(xiàng)要求寫(xiě)出曾經(jīng)工作過(guò)的單位名稱(chēng)、地址,工作的性質(zhì)、職位、起訖日 期等。(七)個(gè)人資料(personal Data)個(gè)人資料包括出生的日期、年齡、出生地點(diǎn)、身高、體重、健康狀況、婚姻狀況、愛(ài) 好、有何特長(zhǎng)等。(八)推薦人或證明人的情況(Reference)應(yīng)將推薦人或證明人的姓名、地址、電話(huà)、職位、頭銜等寫(xiě)出來(lái),有時(shí)也可省掉不寫(xiě)。而寫(xiě) 上“Available on request”(來(lái)信即附)字樣。以上各項(xiàng)內(nèi)容要排列整齊,給人一種一目了然的感覺(jué)。
