二、高血壓的急救方法
急救措施
1.血壓突然升高,伴有惡心、嘔吐、劇烈頭痛,甚至視線模糊,即已出現(xiàn)高血壓腦病。這時(shí)家人要安慰病人別緊張,臥床休息。家中若備有降壓藥,可立刻服用,還可以另服利尿劑、鎮(zhèn)靜劑等。若經(jīng)過上述處理,癥狀仍不見緩解,要及早護(hù)送病人到附近醫(yī)院急診治療。
2.發(fā)生心絞痛,甚至心肌梗塞或急性心力衰竭。病人多在勞累或興奮后出現(xiàn)劇烈的心前區(qū)疼痛、胸悶,可放射至頸部、左肩背或上肢,重者有面色蒼白、出冷汗。遇著上述情況時(shí),應(yīng)叫病人安靜休息,備有硝酸甘油一片舌下含服,或打開一支亞硝酸異戊酯吸入。家中如備有氧氣袋,可同時(shí)予以吸入氧氣。如癥狀不見減輕應(yīng)迅速通知急救中心或備車前往醫(yī)院。
