在危機時刻實現(xiàn)糧食安全（2009年10月16日）

糧食和營養(yǎng)安全是過上體面生活、獲得良好教育以及甚至是實現(xiàn)所有千年發(fā)展目標的基礎(chǔ)。在過去兩年里，糧食價格動蕩、經(jīng)濟危機、氣候變化和沖突等因素導致越來越多的人無法獲得生活、工作和取得成功所需要的糧食，人數(shù)增加幅度非常大，令人無法接受。在人類歷史上，饑民人口首次超過了十億。在整個發(fā)展中世界，糧食價格仍然居高不下。我們必須對饑民的需要作出反應，首先，我們必須保證提供充分的政治和財政支持，以便提供緊急糧食援助。在危機時刻實現(xiàn)糧食安全是今年世界糧食日和聯(lián)合國糧食及農(nóng)業(yè)組織電視糧食集資運動的主題。該主題強調(diào)的是，必須作出更大努力，尊重窮人和饑民的人格尊嚴，向那些常常冒著生命危險幫助他人的男女人士提供支助。

第二，我們必須在糧食生產(chǎn)和分配方面投資。去年，我設(shè)立了全球糧食安全危機高級別工作隊。該工作隊的《綜合行動框架》概述了一項戰(zhàn)略，通過該戰(zhàn)略，可建立安全網(wǎng)，向小農(nóng)戶提供援助，并且可以從較長遠的角度促進提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率，加強農(nóng)業(yè)抗災能力，支持建立社會保護制度，提供進入市場的機會，進行公平貿(mào)易。

各國正在進行動員，以便采取行動。7月，26個國家和14個多邊組織商定，將在阿奎拉糧食安全倡議框架下共同努力。下個月，世界糧食安全問題首腦會議將在羅馬舉行，這次會議將再次提供機會，可重點制定由國家牽頭的區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略，建立國家一級的伙伴關(guān)系，增加援助。

必須作出多邊承諾，發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造力，展現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導能力，以解決糧食安全方面的各項挑戰(zhàn)。在這個危機時刻，我鼓勵所有國家執(zhí)行協(xié)調(diào)和全面戰(zhàn)略，促進農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展，建立有效社會保護制度，使弱者、特別是使婦女和兒童能夠得到他們需要的糧食，實現(xiàn)營養(yǎng)安全，確保其福祉。

On 16 October 2010, World Food Day enters its 30th year.The theme of this year’s observance, “United against hunger”, seeks to recognize the efforts made in the fight against world hunger by all actors, at all levels;and urges us to be even more united to do more.2010年10月16日，世界糧食日活動進入第30個年頭。今年慶?；顒拥闹黝}是“團結(jié)起來，戰(zhàn)勝饑餓”，旨在表彰各階層人士為戰(zhàn)勝世界饑餓所做出的努力，并敦促我們今后要更加團結(jié)一致，取得更多成績。

In 2009, the critical threshold of one billion hungry people in the world was reached in large part due to soaring food prices and the global economic crisis.The gravity of the silent hunger crisis is the result of decades of neglect of agriculture and under-investment in the sector.That is why on the eve of the “Hunger Summit” of heads of state and government held in Rome, in November 2009, FAO launched a petition to reflect the moral outrage of the situation.2009年，全世界饑餓人口超過10億大關(guān)，部分原因是由于糧價飆升以及全球經(jīng)濟危機。無聲的饑餓問題之所以如此嚴重，是幾十年來忽視農(nóng)業(yè)，對農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域投資不足造成的。這就是為什么糧農(nóng)組織在2009年11月國家元首和政府首腦羅馬“饑餓峰會”前夕發(fā)起了一場請愿活動，對這一狀況發(fā)出道義上的憤怒呼聲。

This “1 billion hungry project” reaches out to persons to sign the anti-hunger petition and to work together to amplify the message that society has to take special care that no one goes hungry today.Over 1 million people have signed and the project is continuing.“十億人在挨餓項目”廣泛聯(lián)系各界群眾，簽署反饑餓請愿書，并共同努力向全社會加強宣傳，要對此采取特殊關(guān)注，確保當今世界沒有人挨餓。該項目還在進行中，簽署請愿書的人數(shù)已超過100萬。

FAO has united with the popular world of professional sport.Together with the European

World food production will need to increase by 70 percent to feed a population of over nine billion people in 2050.With limited land, farmers will have to get greater yields out of the land already under cultivation.世界糧食產(chǎn)量要增加70%，才能到2050年養(yǎng)活90多億人口。由于土地資源稀少，農(nóng)民必須提高現(xiàn)有耕地的單產(chǎn)。

Smallholder farmers and their families represent some 2.5 billion people, more than one-third of the global population, and it is their crucial contribution to increased food production that we want to highlight.小規(guī)模農(nóng)民及其家庭總?cè)藬?shù)約25億，超過全球人口的三分之一，我們要強調(diào)的正是他們?yōu)榧Z食增產(chǎn)所做出的重要貢獻。

Collaboration among international organizations plays a key strategic role in directing global efforts to reach the international hunger reduction goals.It is only by working together that we can

In the reformed Committee on World Food Security(CFS), the UN system, member nations, representatives of civil society, farmers’ organizations, the private sector, as well as international agricultural research institutions and international and regional financial institutions offer an inclusive international platform for policy convergence and the coordination of action and expertise in the fight against hunger in the world.世界糧食安全委員會（糧安委）經(jīng)過改革后，為聯(lián)合國系統(tǒng)、各成員國、民間社會代表、農(nóng)民組織、私營部門以及國際農(nóng)業(yè)研究機構(gòu)和國際及區(qū)域金融機構(gòu)，提供了包容性國際平臺，確保政策銜接并協(xié)調(diào)全球抗擊饑餓過程中的行動和專長。

On this World Food Day 2010, when there are an estimated 925 million hungry people in the world, let us reflect on the future.Agriculture and food security are finally back to the international agenda.And, with political will, determination and persistence, more food can be sustainably produced and adequately distributed.在我們迎來2010年世界糧食日之際，全世界大約還有9.25億人在挨餓。讓我們思考未來。農(nóng)業(yè)和糧食安全最終回到了國際議程中。只要具備政治意愿、決心和毅力，就能可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)出更多糧食，就能實現(xiàn)糧食合理分配。

第四篇：關(guān)于世界糧食日

關(guān)于世界糧食日

今天無意中打開電腦，看到了世界糧食日一消息。哦才明白過來，今天是10月16日，世界糧食日。以前還沒聽說過這個名字呢！但是面對著這五個字，我卻不敢再抬起頭來，不禁又想起來一些往事。

從小便和姥爺一起背誦《憫農(nóng)》一詩。“鋤禾日當午，汗滴禾下土。誰知盤中餐，粒粒皆辛苦！”我背的倒是瑯瑯上口，但是從來沒有想過現(xiàn)實生活中珍惜糧食這些事兒。那天媽媽喊我吃飯，一進屋就看見了電飯煲里的大米飯，唉又是大米飯，吃的都膩了。媽媽看我眉頭不展的樣子就勸我說：“小希，媽媽告訴你大米飯有營養(yǎng)?。　庇质怯袪I養(yǎng)，不行我不吃了，得想個法子啊。趁媽媽去廚房端菜時，我趕緊用飯勺挖出來一塊飯團，三步并作兩步的把小飯團送進了狗狗的飯盆里，媽媽一進屋，看我鬼鬼祟祟的樣子有點懷疑，我解釋道：“呵呵，剛剛吃掉了一個小飯團，有點飽了，先走了??！”媽媽看了看電飯鍋里確實少了一塊飯，就放我走了，我趕忙貓腰逃到了自己的小屋里，哈哈大功靠成了。

記得當時我還為自己的舉動而感到光榮，常常教小朋友們這種方法呢，可是今天一想起來，便感到無地自容，我想當初古詩倒背如流的我怎么會做出這樣的傻事？白白浪費掉了一碗糧食?。≡傧胂?，農(nóng)民伯伯在烈日炎炎的環(huán)境下從播種到收獲，其中還要鋤草，面朝黃土背朝天，是多么的不容易啊，而我呢，做出來的是只是對不起他們，不珍惜別人的勞動成果，這是可恥的！

10月16日，不光是今天，以后的日子里我要愛惜糧食，不浪費每一粒米，因為，這米里包涵這農(nóng)民的汗水?。巯ЪZ食，從我做起，從每一頓飯做起，人人有責！

世界糧食日國旗下講話稿

同學們，你們知道世界三大糧食作物是什么嗎？它們就是小麥、水稻和玉米。10月16日是“世界糧食日”，本周是我國“愛惜糧食、節(jié)約糧食”的宣傳周?！懊褚允碁樘臁保裉?，就讓我們將更多的目光投向人們賴以生存的糧食，談談愛惜糧食、節(jié)約糧食的問題。

也許有人會說：我們早已遠離食不果腹的年代，吃飽飯、吃好飯已經(jīng)成了司空見慣的事情，還有誰會在意糧食的由來，還有誰會在意隨手丟棄的糧食？然而，現(xiàn)實情況令人堪憂：一方面，全世界人口與日俱增，糧食供應日益緊張。更何況，全世界還有許多地方和我國的一些偏遠貧困地區(qū)一樣，人民生活水平極其低下，連最基本的溫飽問題尚未解決，那兒的孩子們連米飯都吃不上啊，更不用說吃肉了！

另一方面，浪費糧食的行為屢見不鮮。以我們同學們的為例，每天在校午飯過后，總是有同學將才吃了幾口的飯菜倒進泔腳桶里，每次飯后，走廊的地面上總是會有許多剩飯剩菜；在生活中，不少同學也不懂得愛惜糧食，他們把餅干、面包、稀飯隨便亂扔，在家里挑吃撿穿??據(jù)有關(guān)部門估計，全國每年浪費的糧食，足夠五千萬人吃一年，多么驚人的數(shù)據(jù)??！

“鋤禾日當午，汗滴禾下土。誰知盤中餐，粒粒皆辛苦?！边@首詩既贊美了勞動人民的偉大，也表達了勞動人民的辛勞。如今人們的生活好了，卻不能丟棄勤儉節(jié)約的傳統(tǒng)美德。因為，一粒粒糧食從播種到收割，再加工成成品糧，至少要經(jīng)過20道工序，這中間包含了農(nóng)民多少辛勤的勞動呀！可以說，每一粒糧食都浸透了農(nóng)民伯伯的心血和汗水。

在我們居住的地球上，農(nóng)作物的品種正在日益減少。古代先農(nóng)們種植過多達數(shù)千種的農(nóng)作物，而現(xiàn)在只有大約150種被廣泛種植，成為人們主要的食物來源。其中，玉米、小麥、水稻約占60%，而大多數(shù)的其它農(nóng)作物品種已處于滅絕的邊緣。面對如此嚴峻的糧食問題，有許許多多像“世界雜交水稻之父”的袁隆平爺爺一樣的科研人員，正在利用高科技手段，開發(fā)糧食新品種，增加糧食產(chǎn)量，為全球的糧食問題出謀劃策，而我們作為中華民族的新生一代，除了向袁隆平爺爺他們學習之外，更主要的是從現(xiàn)在做起，拿出實際行動來愛惜糧食，繼承和發(fā)揚勤儉節(jié)約的傳統(tǒng)美德

同學們，節(jié)約不是口號，而要成為一種生活習慣，讓我們從現(xiàn)在行動起來，愛惜糧食、節(jié)約糧食！
