小腸是消化、吸收的主要場(chǎng)所。食物在小腸內(nèi)受到胰液、膽汁和小腸液的化學(xué)性消化以及小腸的機(jī)械性消化,各種營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分逐漸被分解為簡(jiǎn)單的可吸收的小分子物質(zhì)在小腸內(nèi)吸收。因此,食物通過小腸后,消化過程已基本完成,只留下難于消化的食物殘?jiān)?從小腸進(jìn)入大腸。

大腸內(nèi)無消化作用,僅具一定的吸收功能。
