到一個朋友家去做客，出了電梯，見門口赫然掛了一塊小木牌，上書：“進門前，請脫去煩惱；回家時，帶快樂回來?！?/p>

進屋后，果見男女主人一團和氣，兩個孩子大方有禮，溫馨、和諧，充盈著整個屋子。我自然詢問起那方木牌，女主人笑著望向男主人：“你說。”男主人則溫柔地瞅向女主人：“還是你說，因為這是你的創(chuàng)意?！?/p

最終，女主人輕緩地說開了：“有一回我回家，在電梯的鏡子里看到了一張困倦、灰暗的臉，一雙緊擰的眉毛，煩惱的眼睛……把我自己嚇了一大跳。于是，我想，當(dāng)孩子、丈夫面對這樣愁苦陰沉的面孔時，會有什么感覺？假如我面對的也是這樣的面孔又會有什么反應(yīng)？接著我想到孩子在餐桌上的沉默、丈夫的冷淡……第二天我就寫了一塊方木牌釘在門上以提醒自己。結(jié)果，提醒的不只是我而是一家人，奇跡就這樣出現(xiàn)了。而且，不僅是我們一家人，到我家的客人也都變得歡歡喜喜……”

天下的好壞，幸與不幸，快樂與痛苦，常常是一體的兩面。一念之間的轉(zhuǎn)換，就呈現(xiàn)截然不同的世界。

每日書摘：愛他人——演說家的秘密

我的表弟菲立普·亨達森作為一名教育家，他是成功的。他在蒙特·赫爾約克擔(dān)任多年副校長后，轉(zhuǎn)到俄亥俄州的牛津擔(dān)任西部女子大學(xué)校長。

他的父親也就是我的伯父赫西爾·亨達森，不僅從事建筑業(yè)，也經(jīng)營金融業(yè)，既是銀行家，也是農(nóng)場主。他非常富有，是俄亥俄高原具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位的實業(yè)家。他很希望長子菲立普能繼承他的事業(yè)，但菲立普和父親卻是不同類型的人。

他是學(xué)者、思想家兼教師，在這樣的工作中找到了安寧與幸福，同時也獲得了成功。他的弟弟赫瓦德繼承父親的事業(yè)也非常成功。他們兄弟倆一個在教育上，一個在商業(yè)上，分別在不同的領(lǐng)域發(fā)現(xiàn)了自我。

“我認為今天的演講你并沒有把自己的一切表現(xiàn)出來。你似乎在說人的惰性，但其實只想盡快結(jié)束演講。你真的喜歡演講嗎？我知道你的演講是誠心誠意的，也相信你說的話，但不是出自衷心憐憫的談話，熱情就無法完全表達出來了。”

他觀察得很正確。我對自己懷有強烈信念的積極思維，很想傳達給人們，每次演講總是費盡苦心，似乎寫文章還表達得比較好些。

我覺得演講需要耗費心血，每次都感受到些許痛苦，菲立普看出了這一點。

有這樣一個真心愛我，為我好而嚴(yán)格要求我的親戚真是幸福。我對這個親如兄弟的表弟此時所說的話，始終不曾忘懷。

他告訴我要做一個優(yōu)秀的演講家必須去愛別人，必須治好不喜歡演講的心病。此后我對演說采取了更積極的態(tài)度，我的人生也因而更幸福了。

你是否愛現(xiàn)在所從事的工作是極為重要的，熱愛它才能更熱心地投入。越是如此，就越會得到很大的回報。

不是有人說過：“要愛人生，這樣人生也會愛你。”

作為你的朋友，我要給你這樣的忠告。如果你現(xiàn)在對工作沒有熱情，應(yīng)該馬上全力以赴地投入其中。你能投入多少，潛伏在你體內(nèi)的幸福感就會像波浪般地涌出多少。

總之，最重要的就是發(fā)現(xiàn)自我、了解自我、相信自我，一心一意地投入。

第二篇：帶一本書回家過年

“帶一本書回家過年”活動策劃方案

活動目的：為了倡導(dǎo)全民讀書風(fēng)尚，鼓勵多讀書、讀好書，鄞州區(qū)圖書館“愛心漂流書庫”將為在鄞州讀書的外來孩子舉辦一場“帶一本書回家過年”送書活動。在2014年新春來臨之際，我們?yōu)闄M街鎮(zhèn)鳳岙學(xué)校、高橋鎮(zhèn)成才學(xué)校和橫街鎮(zhèn)中心小學(xué)三所學(xué)校的孩子門帶去800冊圖書，幫助他們建立一個有夢想、有憧憬、有信仰的精神家園，開開心心帶一本書回家過大年。

一、活動主題：帶一本書回家過年；

二、活動時間：2014年1月20日上午9：00—10：00；

三、活動地點：橫街鎮(zhèn)鳳岙學(xué)校；
