2020年全國(guó)成人高考復(fù)旦夜大學(xué)招生錄取須知

請(qǐng)于2021年1月9日（星期六）9:30-15:30憑本人身份證及被錄取結(jié)果截圖前來領(lǐng)取復(fù)旦大學(xué)2020年全國(guó)成人高考錄取通知書及入學(xué)須知材料。如需代領(lǐng)，請(qǐng)代領(lǐng)者帶好代領(lǐng)者身份證原件、被領(lǐng)者身份證原件（必須）以及被錄取結(jié)果截圖。

根據(jù)學(xué)校防疫相關(guān)規(guī)定，請(qǐng)考生進(jìn)入復(fù)旦大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院院區(qū)時(shí)，出示“隨申碼”（綠碼）、接受體溫檢測(cè)并全程佩戴口罩，如有異常情況，請(qǐng)配合工作人員安排。

第二篇：一年一度的全國(guó)成人高考招生

一年一度的全國(guó)成人高考招生、報(bào)名、考前輔導(dǎo)工作現(xiàn)已開始，我中心與山東大學(xué)、青島科技大學(xué)、青島理工大學(xué)、山東工會(huì)管理干部學(xué)院、山東工商學(xué)院、濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院、濟(jì)寧醫(yī)學(xué)院等多所高校聯(lián)合招生，綜合性院校專、本科100多個(gè)專業(yè)；醫(yī)學(xué)類專、本科30多個(gè)專業(yè)，專業(yè)齊全，計(jì)劃充足，錄取率高。

一、招生對(duì)象：

1.專科：具有初中、高中（職高、技校、中專）文化程度者均可報(bào)名；

2.專升本：持專科畢業(yè)證者皆可報(bào)考。

二、報(bào)名程序：

1.手續(xù)：報(bào)考者持本人身份證（現(xiàn)役軍人持軍官證）、畢業(yè)證原件及復(fù)印件各一份、二寸近期免冠彩照五張、考務(wù)費(fèi)150元報(bào)名（高起本200元）；

2.時(shí)間：即日起至8月中旬；

考試時(shí)間：教育部規(guī)定為10月份的第二個(gè)星期

六、星期日；

3.8月26日——9月6日由函授站統(tǒng)一組織學(xué)員到各縣市招辦確認(rèn)并采集學(xué)員個(gè)人信

息。

三、學(xué)籍注冊(cè)：

1.考生參加全國(guó)成人高考成績(jī)合格被錄取，注冊(cè)學(xué)籍，我校給學(xué)生兩次注冊(cè)學(xué)籍的機(jī)

會(huì)，一次成考，一次遠(yuǎn)程教育，凡參加考試者100%注冊(cè)學(xué)籍；

2.給每個(gè)學(xué)員報(bào)兩個(gè)志愿，學(xué)員有兩次錄取機(jī)會(huì)，保證100%錄取。

四、學(xué)員畢業(yè)：

1.學(xué)員在學(xué)制期內(nèi)完成學(xué)業(yè)后由教育部頒發(fā)電子注冊(cè)防偽?？啤⒈究聘叩冉逃厴I(yè)證

書；

2.優(yōu)秀專科畢業(yè)生可免試推薦上本科，本科畢業(yè)生成績(jī)合格者按照《教育部學(xué)位授予

條例》的規(guī)定，授予學(xué)士學(xué)位。

一、醫(yī)學(xué)考生實(shí)行協(xié)議招生，凡與我校簽訂協(xié)議并執(zhí)行的考生，參加考試不過關(guān)者，全

額返還已交學(xué)費(fèi)。

二、參考分?jǐn)?shù)線：10年全國(guó)成人高考醫(yī)學(xué)類最低控制分?jǐn)?shù)線（三門總分）

1、專科：各類190分；

2、本科：醫(yī)學(xué)類310分，中醫(yī)類170分，經(jīng)管類160分；

3、超過25周歲在最低控制分?jǐn)?shù)線下照顧20分錄取。

三、備注：

1、只有教育部網(wǎng)站才是國(guó)民教育序列畢業(yè)證查詢唯一官方網(wǎng)站，報(bào)考請(qǐng)選正規(guī)院校，報(bào)名

我總是偏執(zhí)地認(rèn)為“不談史無以論文”，然而我自己在歷史方面的學(xué)習(xí)還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。我讀過錢穆先生的《國(guó)史大綱》、陳寅恪先生的《魏晉南北朝史講演錄》、張蔭麟先生的《中國(guó)史綱》等等，對(duì)中國(guó)歷史有一個(gè)初步的概念，但這個(gè)框架有骨無肉。假以時(shí)日，我希望能用大量的材料和思考把它完善成我自己的歷史觀系統(tǒng)。

2、第二段說明了自己的家庭情況和性格的形成，清晰的定位了自己的形象。建議：

1、“博學(xué)而篤志，切問而近思”是復(fù)旦的校訓(xùn)，但是沒有必要在自薦信中對(duì)此進(jìn)行生搬硬套，來拉進(jìn)自己和復(fù)旦之間的距離。而且這個(gè)材料所有的考生都可以寫，完全凸顯不出個(gè) 人的特色。

2、如果在自薦信中寫到“熱愛讀書，涉獵很廣”，在面試中很容易被問到天馬行空的書 目問題，如果不是在讀書方面很廣泛的話，建議避開，只說自己對(duì)讀書感興趣，并不用說自 己在讀書上很專很廣。

3、在“同樣的”這段中，寫了好幾條故事凸顯出自己學(xué)習(xí)上的故事和能力，這樣報(bào)流 水賬的形式不如單寫一個(gè)故事，把那個(gè)故事寫詳細(xì)了更能凸顯出自己的特色和能力。

廣東省成人高考錄取照顧政策

1．獲得“全國(guó)勞動(dòng)模范”、“全國(guó)先進(jìn)工作者”稱號(hào)和“全國(guó)‘五一’勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆鲍@得者，由本人申請(qǐng)并出具相關(guān)證書或證明，經(jīng)廣東省招生辦審核，招生院校同意，可免試入學(xué)。

2．具備下列條件之一的優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員在出具省級(jí)體育行政部門審核的《優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員申請(qǐng)免試進(jìn)入成人高等學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)推薦表》（該表由國(guó)家體育總局監(jiān)制）后，經(jīng)廣東省招生辦審核，招生院校同意，可免試入學(xué)。奧運(yùn)會(huì)、世界杯賽和世界錦標(biāo)賽的奧運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目前八名獲得者，非奧運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目前六名獲得者；亞運(yùn)會(huì)、亞洲杯賽和亞洲錦標(biāo)賽的奧運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目前六名獲得者，非奧運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目前三名獲得者；全運(yùn)會(huì)、全國(guó)錦標(biāo)賽和全國(guó)冠軍賽的奧運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目前三名獲得者，非奧運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目冠軍獲得者。

3．運(yùn)動(dòng)健將和武術(shù)項(xiàng)目武英級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員稱號(hào)獲得者，在出具經(jīng)省體育局人事部門審核后的運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)證明后，錄取時(shí)可在考生考試成績(jī)基礎(chǔ)上增加50分投檔（一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員稱號(hào)獲得者為30分），是否錄取由招生學(xué)校確定。

4．普通高職（?？疲┊厴I(yè)生服義務(wù)兵役退役和“下基層”服務(wù)期滿并考核合格后，可免試接受成人本科教育。下基層項(xiàng)目包括“選聘高校畢業(yè)生到村任職”、“三支一扶”（支教、支農(nóng)、支醫(yī)和扶貧）、“大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)西部計(jì)劃”、“農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)校教師特設(shè)崗位計(jì)劃”。每年1月上旬各地級(jí)市招生辦公室設(shè)立報(bào)名點(diǎn)組織報(bào)名，1月底前高校完成錄取工作，免試錄取的成人本科教育新生與2011年成人高校錄取的新生統(tǒng)一于2012年春季入學(xué)。

5．符合下列條件之一的考生，錄取時(shí)可在考試成績(jī)基礎(chǔ)上增加20分投檔，是否錄取由招生院校確定：

（1）獲得地市級(jí)以上（含地市級(jí)）人民政府，國(guó)務(wù)院各部委及各?。ㄗ灾螀^(qū)、直轄市）廳、局系統(tǒng)，國(guó)家特大型企業(yè)授予的勞動(dòng)模范、先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)（工作）者及科技進(jìn)步（成果）獎(jiǎng)獲得者；

（2）獲得省級(jí)工、青、婦等組織授予“五一勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆?、“新長(zhǎng)征突擊手”、“三八紅旗手”稱號(hào)；

（3）解放軍、武警部隊(duì)、公安干警榮立三等功以上者；

（4）歸僑、歸僑子女、華僑子女、臺(tái)灣省籍考生；

（5）烈士子女、烈士配偶；

（6）邊疆、山區(qū)、牧區(qū)的考生和少數(shù)民族聚居地區(qū)的少數(shù)民族考生、國(guó)防科技工業(yè)三線企業(yè)單位（地處地市以上人民政府所在地的除外）獲得企業(yè)表彰的先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)（工作）者；

（7）年滿25周歲以上人員。

6．自謀職業(yè)的退役士兵，錄取時(shí)可在考試成績(jī)基礎(chǔ)上增加10分投檔，是否錄取由招生學(xué)校確定。符合兩項(xiàng)以上照顧政策的考生，其照顧分?jǐn)?shù)不得累計(jì)。

（九）各類成人高等學(xué)校一律不得錄取“試讀生”、“超前生”、“旁聽生”。

（十）成人高校須在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)辦理不報(bào)到新生的注銷。

（十一）根據(jù)廣東省物價(jià)局《關(guān)于普通與成人高考考試等收費(fèi)問題的復(fù)函》（粵價(jià)函〔2000〕122號(hào)）的規(guī)定，成人高校錄取費(fèi)每生50元。各錄取學(xué)校根據(jù)實(shí)際錄取人數(shù)，憑省教育考試院開出的繳款通知書到銀行繳納現(xiàn)金或辦理匯款手續(xù)（往年余款可沖減）。未繳納錄取費(fèi)的，不予辦理有關(guān)錄取手續(xù)。
