水是生命之源。
水是生命的搖籃。地球之所以形成生命,一個(gè)重要原因就是因?yàn)榈厍蛏嫌胸S富的水資源。原始生命首先在海洋中形成,后來才逐漸擴(kuò)展到陸地上?,F(xiàn)在,科學(xué)家若想判斷某一星球上是否存在生命,最重要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一就是看這個(gè)星球上是否存在水。
水是生命生存的重要保證。我們每天要喝水,不然就會(huì)死亡;我們種下的莊稼沒有水也不能活;我們身邊的所有工業(yè)產(chǎn)品,沒有水都無法生產(chǎn)??
水是我們所賴以生存的環(huán)境的重要組成部分。炎熱的夏天,走在海邊,海風(fēng)習(xí)習(xí),一掃酷熱煩躁的情緒;當(dāng)寒冷的冬季到來時(shí),海水把儲(chǔ)存的熱量源源不斷地送給它周圍的陸地。這樣的循環(huán)周而復(fù)始地進(jìn)行,才能使環(huán)境宜人。這樣的循環(huán)若遭到破壞,自然的災(zāi)難就將不斷上演。
也許有些人以為水是取之不盡用之不竭的,但事實(shí)并非如此。
地球表面大約有71%的面積覆蓋著水,但淡水只占2.5%;淡水中還有70%為固態(tài)水,大部分貯存南極、北極和高山上。因此真正可以利用的淡水資源,不足總資源量的1%,所以,水資源貯量是有限的。
中國GDP總值居全球第二,作為全世界最重要經(jīng)濟(jì)體之一和最大發(fā)展中國家的中國的淡水資源卻處于世界中下水平,居世界第127位,只相當(dāng)于世界人均占有量的25%。用水地區(qū)與供水地區(qū)水資源空間分布不均衡,用水與供水時(shí)間分布不均衡,又加劇了我國的水資源危機(jī)。
我國是世界上用水最多的國家,也是水資源浪費(fèi)最嚴(yán)重的國家之一。就拿我的家鄉(xiāng)廣西來說——她是全國水資源最豐富的省份之一,但這也造成人們對(duì)水資源的毫不吝惜和肆無忌憚的浪費(fèi):水龍頭年久失修,水經(jīng)常從水龍頭里流出;洗車場(chǎng)的排水溝像條小河;有些只管開水不管關(guān)水的人任“一江春水向東流”;未經(jīng)處理的污水排進(jìn)河中,魚蝦連片死亡??我知道,這樣的情況在全國——甚至是相當(dāng)缺水之地,也不稀奇。

關(guān)于未來,我更傾向于對(duì)海洋的利用,因?yàn)楹Q笾械乃Y源比陸地上豐富得多。
首先,可用海水淡化的方式補(bǔ)充日益緊張的水資源。
海水淡化即利用海水脫鹽生產(chǎn)淡水,是實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源利用的開源增量技術(shù),可以增加淡水總量,且較少受其他因素影響。目前,全世界有120多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)采用海水或苦咸水淡化技術(shù)獲得淡水,海水淡化系統(tǒng)與生產(chǎn)量以每年10%以上的速度在增加。隨著水資源緊缺形勢(shì)的加劇,海水淡化將可能是21世紀(jì)誕生出的一種新型的生產(chǎn)淡水的方式。我國目前在這一方面處于世界領(lǐng)先水平。其次,可以在海底建造城市。
我所構(gòu)想的海底城市是這樣的:它大多用鋼鐵做成,中心是一座大廈。設(shè)有室內(nèi)小花園、電影院,水電全部自己供應(yīng)。它可以滿足海上采油工作人員文化娛
樂生活的需要。這個(gè)浮動(dòng)“城市”是靠數(shù)根高大柱子托起的,把它們收起來,就可以當(dāng)船行駛。將來許多海上工廠,將在原料生產(chǎn)地或市場(chǎng)附近的海域興建起來,為居民提供物質(zhì)需要。那時(shí),深邃的海底將會(huì)跟大陸一樣,變得熱鬧非凡,越來越多的人將去發(fā)掘它、建設(shè)它,用自己的智慧和雙手去描繪這張宏偉藍(lán)圖。

有一次,在家中洗臉用了一盆水,媽媽說:“要勤儉節(jié)約,沒有看到我洗完菜的水不要倒掉,還可以用來澆花、拖地、沖茅房等?!蔽艺f:“以后不再浪費(fèi)水啦!”媽媽又說:“全球性的水污染,水資源的過度消耗和管理不當(dāng)已經(jīng)造成可利用水資源水量和水質(zhì)的大幅下降。所以一定要節(jié)約水即使我們擁有的水資源如此之少和珍貴,但我們還沒有認(rèn)真地對(duì)待它?,F(xiàn)在,世界上每天有6000人因?yàn)榈貌坏剿蜃銐蚯鍧嵉乃劳?。如果這種趨勢(shì)不能得到有效控制,20年后,世界人口的2/3將面臨無水可用的危境?!蔽屹潎@不已。于是我給大家提幾點(diǎn)建議:
1、要從自己做起,做到不和別人一起破壞水資源。還要從家庭做起,讓家人了解到破壞水資源的危險(xiǎn),讓他們也不破壞水資源。還要讓別人跟你一樣保護(hù)水資源。
2、如果見到有人故意破壞水源,應(yīng)勇敢的向他勸說,并說明破壞水源會(huì)給我們帶來極大的危險(xiǎn)。而且讓他以后要保護(hù)水資源。遇到勸阻不聽的,并且情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的,要直接報(bào)告有關(guān)部門,用法律來懲罰他們。
