——記峪泉鎮(zhèn)教委優(yōu)秀少先隊總輔導(dǎo)員杜月明事跡

他叫杜月明，現(xiàn)任嘉峪關(guān)市峪泉鎮(zhèn)教委業(yè)務(wù)輔導(dǎo)員兼黨支部書記，并兼任學(xué)校少先大隊總輔導(dǎo)員。他是一個有著在農(nóng)村任教 30 年教齡的優(yōu)秀教育工作者。從參加工作那一天，他秉承真抓實(shí)干的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)，堅持踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的做人態(tài)度，保持勤勞質(zhì)樸的本色。他像一頭默默耕耘的老黃牛，在他所摯愛的教育熱土上，播撒汗水和希望，換來滿園春色。他就是社會、家長、師生心目中的“實(shí)干家”——杜月明。

抓教研，從不放松。

他擔(dān)任后，發(fā)現(xiàn)在工作上缺乏進(jìn)取心，沒有創(chuàng)新意識，整個學(xué)校工作恰似一潭死水，看不到一點(diǎn)活力。為盡快扭轉(zhuǎn)這一局面，決心以“科研興?！睘橥黄瓶?，以校本教研為切入點(diǎn)，開展一系列的教學(xué)活動，使教研與教學(xué)做到有機(jī)結(jié)合，推動教師在教中研，研中學(xué)，學(xué)中用，從而有效地調(diào)動了教師從事教科研工作的積極性，教師的工作熱情也空前高漲。

?為使學(xué)校的教科研工作真正深入人心，身為責(zé)任，首先起表率作用，凡事都要親自抓，掌握第一手材料，在“十五”科研規(guī)劃的執(zhí)行工作中，作為課題組組長，全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)

驗課題的全面運(yùn)作工作。立項的“十五”級科研課題——《》對課題研究的各個環(huán)節(jié)，都親自過問，親自安排。為使實(shí)驗工作落到實(shí)處，并早出成果、多出成果，在對課題進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上，認(rèn)為學(xué)校的課題相對于教師來說還比較大，為此，讓教師結(jié)合各自的學(xué)科特點(diǎn)，從而形成了人人有專題，全員都參與的科研氛圍，有利地推進(jìn)了學(xué)校教科研工作的順利運(yùn)行。

為全面提高教師的綜合素質(zhì)，同時，也避免工作上少走彎路，把學(xué)校的教科研工作與校本培訓(xùn)有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來，圍繞新課改的貫徹與實(shí)施，結(jié)合學(xué)校的年發(fā)展規(guī)劃，又確立了《》這一課題為了隨時隨地檢驗教師的科研情況，按照“十項教學(xué)管理要求”，經(jīng)常深入到教研組開展專題業(yè)務(wù)研討，參加集體備課；定期召開大型研討會，組織教師進(jìn)行集中業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)，同時，要求教師每月要拿出一篇比較有價值的教學(xué)感悟或論文類的經(jīng)驗材料，從不同程度，不同側(cè)面提高教師的整體素質(zhì)。讓教師盡快地轉(zhuǎn)換角色，改變自己的教學(xué)方式和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式。努力改變忽視學(xué)生主體、忽視學(xué)生個性、忽視學(xué)生實(shí)踐、忽視學(xué)生創(chuàng)造潛能的教學(xué)方法，大力弘揚(yáng)學(xué)生的自主性、創(chuàng)新性和實(shí)踐性，著力構(gòu)建以學(xué)生為中心，以學(xué)生自主活動為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)方式，使教學(xué)過程真正成為學(xué)生自主活動和自由發(fā)揮的學(xué)習(xí)過程?！耙槐尽薄ⅰ皟墒健?、“三點(diǎn)”、“四以”、“五讓”的教學(xué)“一本”即以學(xué)生為本，教師的“教”

學(xué)校課題的實(shí)驗研究貴在堅持，重在跟蹤、指導(dǎo)，成在總結(jié)、推廣。為使科研工作能夠順利進(jìn)行，定期召開調(diào)會，及時總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，查找不足，把問題解決在基層，消滅在萌芽之中。同時，為使實(shí)驗教師的科研成果能夠及時地應(yīng)用并服務(wù)于一線教學(xué)，年來，我校開展了“五個一”和“教師講壇”等一系列活動，讓所有的教師都緊緊圍繞自己的科研課題或教研專題去進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計、出課、撰寫論文、開展論壇。這既是對教師科研成果的檢驗，同時也為教師之間的相互交流提供了平臺，教師的科研成果也得到了推廣。、在思想上，愛國愛黨，積極上進(jìn)。

積極參加各種學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)，認(rèn)真參加政治學(xué)習(xí)，認(rèn)真

學(xué)習(xí)了黨章，為了提高自己的思想覺悟，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)x 主席《在會上的講話》，并思考“如何在自己的崗位上實(shí)踐”,還深知要教育好學(xué)生，教師必須身先，時時做到教書育人、言傳身教、為人師表，以自己的人格、行為去感染學(xué)生，努力使學(xué)生、家長能接受、喜歡。年新課程改革，為了適應(yīng)新形式，認(rèn)真拜讀了《新課程》等文章，努力使自己不被新課改的浪潮所淹沒。作為一名教師自身的師表形象要時刻注意，我在注意自身師表形象的同時非常重視對的全面培養(yǎng)。因為深信良好的品行是每個人身上最美的東西，針對社會這一大氣候和學(xué)生這一小氣候我把學(xué)生的德育、工作放到了最重要的地位。在工作中，積極、主動、勤懇、責(zé)任性較強(qiáng)，樂于接受布置的各項工作；注重文化學(xué)習(xí)，參加了“”的本科進(jìn)修。在不斷的學(xué)習(xí)中，努力使自己的思想覺悟、理論水平、業(yè)務(wù)能力都得到較快的提高。

三、在教育教學(xué)上，敬業(yè)愛崗，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治教。

把學(xué)生教好，讓學(xué)生成功，是每位教師最大的心愿、最高的榮譽(yù)。作為一名教師，最緊迫的問題是具有新的教學(xué)理念，刻苦鉆研如何把文化與校本課程達(dá)到有機(jī)的融合，從而顯現(xiàn)出我的校本特色。在中，教師在課堂教學(xué)過程中堅決貫徹的教育理念，課堂教要以“一本”、“兩式”、“三點(diǎn)”、“四以”、“五讓”的教學(xué)理念為主。“一本”即以學(xué)生為本，教師的“教”必須服務(wù)于學(xué)生的“學(xué)”；“兩式”即教學(xué)活動始

在的情況下。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指引、支持下，學(xué)科常規(guī)性競賽在各位老師的努力下有條不紊地開展。分管工作思路清晰，做到期初進(jìn)行合理計劃，實(shí)施過程抓落實(shí)，及時反思小結(jié)，期末總結(jié)。為了扎實(shí)地推進(jìn)新課程，我盡量抽出時間，按照計劃，落實(shí)調(diào)研工作，及時與教師探討、交流。能積極的配合上課教師作好前準(zhǔn)備工作，能幫助教師修改論文案例。學(xué)生學(xué)科競賽也能盡自己的力量，進(jìn)行導(dǎo)。無論是環(huán)境還是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師都給人一種寬松、和諧、民主、團(tuán)結(jié)的好感，所以在這樣的集體中工作雖然有時任務(wù)較重，但心理上還是比較輕松、愉快的，所以工作上比較主動，希望自己能最大限度地為學(xué)校的建設(shè)獻(xiàn)出微弱的力量。平時能及時把工作情況、問題、困難向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請示、匯報。同志之間能做到顧全大局，服從安排，互相關(guān)心，互相幫助，互相溝通。

提高素養(yǎng)，加強(qiáng)計劃落實(shí)

在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師的大力支持、幫助下，在這學(xué)期

但是在不斷的工作實(shí)踐中，深深地認(rèn)識到，課程的改革需要不斷的加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)、反思，提高自身的素養(yǎng)。在條線管理中也暴露出不足，如何做到科學(xué)計劃、科學(xué)落實(shí)、科學(xué)評價學(xué)生和教師，如何作好條線管理，這些還需不斷地努力批評。

教學(xué)質(zhì)量是學(xué)校的生命線。認(rèn)真抓好教學(xué)工作，一直是他工作的重中之重。他積極組織教師學(xué)習(xí)新課標(biāo)，更新教學(xué)理念，轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念，改變教學(xué)方法，讓思維教學(xué)代替記憶教學(xué)。他堅持課堂教學(xué)改革，實(shí)行科研興課，鼓勵教師積極參與教科研工作，以科研促教學(xué)。x 年經(jīng)過他的培養(yǎng)，有4 位同志參加了中青年課堂教學(xué)競賽，其中三人獲得獎勵。他狠抓常規(guī)教學(xué)，聽課、評課、作業(yè)評比、教案檢查等各項教研活動貫穿每個學(xué)期，每學(xué)期都堅持對教師的教案、作業(yè)批改進(jìn)行 3—4 次檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題認(rèn)真糾正，促進(jìn)了教師認(rèn)真?zhèn)浜谜n，有效實(shí)施課堂教學(xué)，認(rèn)真批改作業(yè)，確保圓滿完成各學(xué)期的各項教育教學(xué)工作。他堅持走向課堂，認(rèn)真聽課，和教師探討課堂教學(xué)的好方法，促進(jìn)課堂教學(xué)改革，提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

通過努力工作，狠抓常規(guī)教學(xué)，學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)工作取得了優(yōu)異的成績。近三年以來，學(xué)校的教學(xué)成績意志排在農(nóng)村學(xué)校的前列。尤其是教研室統(tǒng)考的年級，每次都有科目排上名次。驕人的成績，一直得到上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的好評，并產(chǎn)生廣泛的社會好影響。

畢業(yè)16年來，一直在鄭樓中學(xué)工作，勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，用心靈守護(hù)著這份平凡而又神圣的事業(yè)，以對黨和人民滿腔的熱忱積極工作，扎根于義務(wù)教育的這一方沃土，在自己平凡的崗位上恪盡職守，無私奉獻(xiàn)。

一、熱愛崗位，傾心工作

我愛我所選擇的教育事業(yè)，更愿為這份平凡的選擇傾注一生。所以，不管做班主任工作、任課教師工作，還是目前的政教工作，我都是盡職盡責(zé)，想方設(shè)法地去做好，始終以積極的心態(tài)，飽滿的熱情投入其中，從不言悔，要求自己無愧于“人類靈魂工程師”的稱號。

我們政教處經(jīng)常要跟學(xué)生打交道，處理一些矛盾糾紛，有時候難免偏聽偏信，處理問題有失偏頗，造成學(xué)生的心理問題，影響政教辦公室的形象，為此，我在處理一些學(xué)生的問題的時候，更注重對他們心理上進(jìn)行溝通和疏導(dǎo)，教學(xué)生學(xué)會換位思考，最終使問題得到圓滿解決，學(xué)生心悅誠服，家長而歸。因此有的學(xué)生喜歡和我多接觸，有時候也把心里話講給我聽，我一方面感動于學(xué)生對我的信任，一方面放平姿態(tài)，和他們站到相同的位置，如同輩一樣來交流看法，今年秋天我在臨時擔(dān)任中三語文的教學(xué)工作時，語文課代表的異常表現(xiàn)引起了我的關(guān)注，我及時向班主任反映了問題，班主任要我協(xié)作他解決班里類似的情況，我知道，初中生正處在感情朦朧的年齡階段，這樣上課時神情恍惚，多半都是因為早戀引起的。我在與這樣的學(xué)生接觸的時候，經(jīng)常會語帶雙關(guān)的教育學(xué)生，冰雪聰明的課代表領(lǐng)會到了我的用心，給我寫了好幾封信訴說內(nèi)心苦悶，我及時回復(fù)，耐心分心，打消她內(nèi)心的焦慮與壓力，鼓勵她輕裝上陣，幾番交流后，她的精神狀態(tài)有了很大改變，盡管學(xué)業(yè)落下不少，可她還是鼓起勇氣戰(zhàn)勝了自我，努力為明年的中招改變著自我，她的同班學(xué)生有好幾個上課情況也發(fā)生了明顯改變。想到我的努力有了收獲，我更加覺得我的工作是那么重要，又那么光榮！

一、為學(xué)?，F(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)作出很大的努力

我剛從學(xué)校畢業(yè)，來到三墩中學(xué)工作的時候，我就擔(dān)當(dāng)起多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的工作。那時，學(xué)校的每個辦公室和每個教室，線是布好的，但是只有部分辦公室和教室網(wǎng)絡(luò)是通的，也就是說交換機(jī)下的連線數(shù)字是沒連好的，當(dāng)時留下的是一份網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖紙，圖中表明每個辦公室連通的數(shù)字，可是我們按照數(shù)字上來連，結(jié)果是有部分是通的，有部分是不通的，不通的怎么辦?連線一個一個連過去進(jìn)行測試，這項工作花了我們一個多月的時間來完成，終于我們學(xué)校所有的教室和辦公室都能上網(wǎng)了，為以后的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)工作帶來了很大的方便。因為這是一些工作的前提，很多工作沒了網(wǎng)絡(luò)，什么都做不成。

多媒體教室就兩個，教師想用多媒體課件的時候，就到兩個多媒體教室進(jìn)行上課，后來學(xué)校里購買了背投電視機(jī)，購買了計算機(jī)和實(shí)物投影儀，于是全校的每一個普通教室都有多媒體了。

由于學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)不全連通，學(xué)校的ftp服務(wù)沒有，教室通過優(yōu)盤進(jìn)行文件傳輸，同時沒有資源共享。所以后來購買了ftp服務(wù)器，每一位教師都有自己的空間存放自己的資料，同時劃分公共區(qū)，進(jìn)行資源共享，教師無論在校內(nèi)還是校外，文件傳輸都用ftp服務(wù)，大大方便了教師，而且使用更加廣泛，現(xiàn)在學(xué)校里的教師已經(jīng)離不開ftp了。

學(xué)校網(wǎng)站是有的，只是靜態(tài)網(wǎng)站，花點(diǎn)錢掛在外面的靜態(tài)頁面，內(nèi)容從來不更換，幾個頁面，同時學(xué)校沒有域名，而且學(xué)校上網(wǎng)是通過西湖區(qū)代理上的，這樣也就是說我們連自己的空間也沒有了。通過代理上網(wǎng)，沒有自己的主動權(quán)，后來提出整改方案，引進(jìn)中國聯(lián)通10m光纖上網(wǎng)，這樣我們就有自己的外網(wǎng)ip地址了，可以有多個應(yīng)用，而且空間也有了，同時也購買了域名，也能通過自己上外網(wǎng)了，這是一大進(jìn)步。至于網(wǎng)站，我到網(wǎng)上下載了網(wǎng)奇cms進(jìn)行免費(fèi)建站，使得學(xué)校有自己的網(wǎng)站了，至少網(wǎng)站的新聞系統(tǒng)是能用的。如今學(xué)校決定投入一筆資金來建設(shè)自己的網(wǎng)站了，所以我決定首先做好需求分析，如何能讓網(wǎng)站更好的為我們的學(xué)生，為我們的教育教學(xué)服務(wù)，可以更好的宣傳我們的學(xué)校。

學(xué)校的廣播系統(tǒng)可能是因為線路比較舊了，開家長會的時候，廣播聲音比較輕，效果也不好，所以由于學(xué)校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)到位，考慮用電子教室控制軟件的視頻直播功能進(jìn)行家長會，這樣雖然聲音又延遲，但是效果卻不錯的。同時我們也將音頻傳播的功能用到英語聽力的播放，而不用一個一個教室進(jìn)行播放，但這有個缺陷，在于依賴性，非常依賴學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定性，否則中間也會出亂的。

二、曾經(jīng)修改過區(qū)信息技術(shù)考試系統(tǒng)，增加部分統(tǒng)計功能，并且設(shè)計過區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報系統(tǒng)，為暑假的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報進(jìn)行服務(wù)。

三、設(shè)計成績統(tǒng)計分析軟件，為西湖區(qū)新生素質(zhì)測試提供成績統(tǒng)計分析。

每次學(xué)期末，學(xué)校教導(dǎo)處進(jìn)行成績統(tǒng)計分析方面總要花非常多的時間，這樣也會延遲學(xué)校的后期工作，于是在進(jìn)行需求分析的情況下，利用excel的vba實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)校的成績統(tǒng)計分析軟件，目前用到現(xiàn)在都是比較方便的。后來西湖區(qū)需要進(jìn)行對小學(xué)升初中的學(xué)生進(jìn)行新生素質(zhì)考試，考試完后要對每個學(xué)校進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析，于是我花了很長的時間，在原有學(xué)校的成績分析統(tǒng)計軟件的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行修改，使得適用于新生素質(zhì)測試成績分析。

四、在第xx屆中國兒童青少年威盛中國芯計算機(jī)表演賽中，所帶的四位學(xué)生中，其中獲浙江省二等獎一個，浙江省三等獎的三個。

實(shí)踐使廣大教職工認(rèn)識到，要提高辦園質(zhì)量，關(guān)鍵在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。因此，黨政班子努力創(chuàng)造一種認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)、民主討論、積極探索、求真務(wù)實(shí)的風(fēng)氣。幼兒園雖小，但也受到社會上不良現(xiàn)象的侵蝕，作為黨員干部，能否做到廉潔自律，樂于奉獻(xiàn)是取信于民，搞好一個單位工作的關(guān)鍵。在平時工作中，支部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子堅持兩條：一是加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，不斷加固精神防線，防微杜漸，弘揚(yáng)正氣；二是自覺接受群眾監(jiān)督，園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不爭名奪利，自覺做到“三不”，即工作時間長不計較，工作任務(wù)重不叫苦，下面找的事情多不厭煩，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的以身作則，為教職工起到了示范與導(dǎo)向作用。

三、重視青年教師培養(yǎng)

幼兒教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的一個重要組成部分。要搞好幼兒教育，素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的接班人是必不可少的，因此，我園黨支部統(tǒng)一思想，提高認(rèn)識，結(jié)合幼兒園實(shí)際，提出深化教育改革新思路，給青年教師壓擔(dān)子，她們能較快的接受新思想、新理論，為更好地實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育獻(xiàn)計獻(xiàn)策，為此，我們確立了以開展幼兒自主教育為主線的素質(zhì)教育模式，2010年，區(qū)幼兒園又承擔(dān)了省級子課題的實(shí)驗研究，以構(gòu)建園本教研制度體系化。目前，我園青年教師人人都有自己的研究的子課題?？蒲谢顒油苿恿私萄械纳钊腴_展，教師們學(xué)習(xí)理論，廣泛探討，大膽實(shí)踐。在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，采用參與式培訓(xùn)、跟蹤聽課等一系列活動，通過觀摩，分析點(diǎn)評，探究規(guī)律，促進(jìn)保教水平不斷提高，使研究的氣氛濃濃烈烈、紅紅火火，把我園的素質(zhì)教育工作推向了一個新高潮。

黨支部引導(dǎo)青年教師樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，鼓勵青年教師在政治上積極要求上進(jìn)、思想上嚴(yán)以律已、工作上勤奮努力、業(yè)務(wù)上精益求精，青年教師進(jìn)步較快。抓好入黨積極分子的培養(yǎng)和教育，把好入黨考察關(guān)，經(jīng)常與建黨對象開展談心活動，幫助建黨積極分子在政治上、思想上、業(yè)務(wù)上不斷成長、成熟。今年，又吸收了一名符合條件的青年教師加入黨組織。

同時，黨支部鼓勵青年教師積極投身教改，參與各類技能比武，形成比、學(xué)、趕、幫、超的競爭進(jìn)取氛圍。為青年教師提供外出學(xué)習(xí)、觀摩的機(jī)會，開拓視野，吸取現(xiàn)代教育信息。青年教師也利用假日積極參加手工、繪畫、閱讀、舞蹈等學(xué)習(xí)，為我園的特色教育奠定扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。支持青年教師參與社會公益活動，如：參加志愿服務(wù)，公益勞動等，推進(jìn)了幼兒園精神文明建設(shè)。

四、加強(qiáng)凝聚，辦出成效，齊心協(xié)力。

重視人的因素，充分利用人力資源，發(fā)揮教師的積極性，是保證幼兒園管理能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的基礎(chǔ)。在工作中，以人為本，開展凝聚力工程是貫徹黨的群眾路線的具體行為，是新時期黨組織工作的重點(diǎn)。、1、健立各項機(jī)制，確保政令暢通。隨著教育教學(xué)的改革，需要黨組織發(fā)揮核心作用。幼兒園在貫徹園長負(fù)責(zé)制的同時，支部對幼兒園的重大問題積極出謀劃策，并起領(lǐng)航、護(hù)航、保駕的作用。去年選舉了新一屆的工會班子，建立了園務(wù)公開制度，讓教職工積極參與監(jiān)督學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)改革，加強(qiáng)對教職工的政治思想工作，充分調(diào)動廣大教職工工作的主動性、積極性，對幼兒園綜合管理方案、三年規(guī)劃等重大問題能做到上下達(dá)成共識，工作有力，確保幼兒園決策的民主化、管理化、科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化。

2、樹立群眾觀念，使關(guān)心人工作落在實(shí)處。在工作中我們支部能深入實(shí)際，了解群眾，關(guān)心群眾，幫助群眾，做群眾的知心者，凝聚人心。對廣大教職工的思想動態(tài)，熱點(diǎn)問題，合理化建議，都收到事事有著落，件件有交待。對退休教職工定期組織慰問，如教師節(jié)的座談會，敬老節(jié)的慰問，（轉(zhuǎn)載自本網(wǎng)http://004km.cn，請保留此標(biāo)記。）外出參加等活動。對生病或生產(chǎn)的教師我們班子總是上門慰問、家訪并在工作上給予適當(dāng)?shù)恼疹櫋λ枷肷嫌星榫w的教職工多次找其談心。對青年教師中有違規(guī)行為的給予批評，指正和幫助。對工作中成績優(yōu)異的教職工給予物質(zhì)和精神上的肯定和獎勵，對有才能的骨干教師充分發(fā)揮其聰明才智，創(chuàng)造條件，搭設(shè)舞臺，促其成功等等。

3、充分發(fā)揮了工會、團(tuán)支部的橋梁紐帶作用。通過教工運(yùn)動會、慰問演出、家屬聯(lián)誼會等一系列活動，活躍教職工身心、聯(lián)絡(luò)教職工的感情，大大的增強(qiáng)了教職工的凝聚力，充分調(diào)動了她們的積極性和創(chuàng)造性。

回顧過去，展望未來，今天的時代，不僅僅是時間的變遷，而是時代飛速發(fā)展的開端，我們深深地感到教育，尤其是基礎(chǔ)教育的任務(wù)將更艱巨，更繁重。我們堅信，在幼兒園黨支部的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，黃陂區(qū)直屬機(jī)關(guān)幼兒園的明天會更加美好。
