      (1)教師出示一支體溫表,介紹說:“This is a thermometer.If I have a fever, it will tell me.I don’t have a fever today.I feel well.But Mike doesn’t feel well.He has a fever.指著學(xué)生用書上Mike發(fā)燒的圖畫教學(xué)have a fever。教師示范朗讀,學(xué)生跟讀。教師板書并帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生拼讀。

      教學(xué)該短語時,教師也可以讓學(xué)生觸摸他人和自己的前額來判斷是否發(fā)燒,有意識地把課堂教學(xué)實踐與實際生活結(jié)合起來。

      聽前預(yù)測:延續(xù)Let’s try的交流,介紹Let’s talk的對話背景并提出問題,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生想象他們?nèi)艘郧暗臉幼雍托愿瘢篔ohn is looking at the old photos with Mike and Chen Jie.They are talking about their changes.What were they like before? 教師給出以下提示單詞或短語:

      Appearance: short, tall, fat, thin, long hair, short hair… Character: quiet, active, kind, funny ….(1)整體感知對話,獲取核心信息。教師請學(xué)生觀看動畫或閱讀文本,根據(jù)文本信息完成表格。閱讀對話,并在相關(guān)的信息下打勾(2)教師放錄音,組織學(xué)生打開教材跟讀課文。

      (3)在學(xué)生理解對話大意后,讓學(xué)生提出自己不懂的詞句,教師給予解釋。對話中You’re wearing a Pink T-shirt.雖然指Mike老照片里所穿的衣服,但在談?wù)撜掌瑫r,歐美人士比較傾向于用一般現(xiàn)在時或進(jìn)行時進(jìn)行描述。由于本單元學(xué)習(xí)的核心語言是現(xiàn)在與過去的比較,教師不需要調(diào)此句的用法,學(xué)生理解即可。(4)組織學(xué)生分角色朗讀并表演對話。

      (5)教師將Mike和John的變化以表格形式板書在黑板上,如下所示

      要求學(xué)生快速閱讀文章,讀后給圖片排序。(2)第二次閱讀

      把此項活動變成游戲,具體如下:

      (1)在PPT上展示五幅小圖,讓學(xué)生同桌間商量如何表達(dá)每一張圖,并記住五幅圖的內(nèi)容。

      (2)在PPT上把五幅圖反過來,并重新順序,在每幅圖分別標(biāo)上1~5的數(shù)字。(3)由一名學(xué)生隨意點其中的一個數(shù)字,并根據(jù)記憶說出五幅畫中其中一幅的變化,教師隨意點另一名同學(xué),問他是否相信前面同學(xué)所說的,如果相信,并能按前面同學(xué)所說的再描述一次,畫面的內(nèi)容與描述的一致,兩位同學(xué)可為本組贏取得兩分;如果畫面跟所說的不一致,兩人各得一分。Let’s check

      1.看一看,說一說。為了讓學(xué)生做好聽的準(zhǔn)備,可先引導(dǎo)學(xué)生看圖,猜猜畫中人是誰?在干什么?引出文本語境。2.放第一次錄音后讓學(xué)生聽音排序。

      這節(jié)課以閱讀教學(xué)為主。對于六年級學(xué)生來說,傳統(tǒng)的閱讀教學(xué)是比較枯燥乏味的。教師改變教學(xué)方式,以分組閱讀討論的方式開展短文閱讀,并鼓勵學(xué)生用簡短的話概括大意,這樣,學(xué)生在討論、概括、匯報中能反復(fù)閱讀短文,基本理清短文內(nèi)容。另外幾個小組同時展開討論可以形成一種競賽形式的閱讀,有利于激發(fā)學(xué)生的閱讀動力,提高團(tuán)隊合作能力和學(xué)習(xí)效率。在真實生活場景中,學(xué)生處處需要表達(dá)自己所想所感,讓學(xué)生說一說自己做過的夢給了學(xué)生自由表達(dá)的機(jī)會,做到了讓學(xué)生自己主動開口,表達(dá)自己所想。

      5.能根據(jù)教材及相關(guān)課外知識,把三種事物古今未來的變化改編成三個小語段進(jìn)行介紹。過程與方法: 學(xué)生能在小組合作中快樂學(xué)習(xí)英語 情感與價值觀:

      鼓勵學(xué)生將自己的煩惱、恐懼講述給父母,釋放內(nèi)心的壓力,保持身心健康。教學(xué)重點:能理解故事內(nèi)容 教學(xué)難點:

      T: The magazine is about the past, the present and the future of the cooking, of the environment and of the whales.教師板書三個時間短語,為后面的歸納作鋪墊。

      本課時以故事教學(xué)為主,在其基礎(chǔ)上滲透環(huán)境保護(hù)教育。這兩者都很重要,在教學(xué)中不能強(qiáng)塞硬灌,否則學(xué)生容易產(chǎn)生厭煩感。加上本課時圖片解說內(nèi)容較多,教學(xué)有一定難度,采用分組討論,學(xué)生自主解決難點的方式進(jìn)行教學(xué),一方面分散難點,另一方面學(xué)生能有針對性地去了解某一方面的情況和知識,學(xué)生印象深刻,更具有教育意義和啟發(fā)性。
