      一、營造活躍的學習氛圍,激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,能提高教學效率。

      愛因斯坦曾說過:“興趣是最好的老師”。托爾斯泰也曾說過:“成功的教學需要的不是強制而是激發(fā)學生的學習興趣”。的確如此,如果一個學生對所學的科目有了濃厚的興趣,那么就會產(chǎn)生強烈的求知欲,就會認真學習,反之,沒有興趣,被迫進行的學習會扼殺他們掌握知識的意愿。因此,培養(yǎng)、提高、保持學生的學習興趣是提高學生學習成績的首要條件。基于這一點,我在教學中比較注重激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,通過運用各種教學方法、設計形式多樣的活動,比如說,設置一些學生比較感興趣的游戲,像“吊死鬼”、“what's missing?”、“找卡片”等,為學生營造一個比較寬松的學習氛圍,讓學生在這種氛圍中充分發(fā)揮自己的智慧,激發(fā)他們的學習興趣,從而積極快樂地投入到學習中去。

      二、關注學生的學習狀況

      英語作為一種語言最重要的是在實際中運用,因此,除了課堂練習外,還需要讓學生在平常生活中多讀,多講,多練。另外,對部分不自覺的同學還采取組長監(jiān)督的方式,以確保他們不落后,提高他們的朗讀能力。在批改作業(yè)方面,要求學生的作業(yè)及時完成,我也按時地批改,并詳細地做好批注,對普遍性錯誤,在全班重點講解、分析。針對個別學生的作業(yè)就采取面批方法,單獨地分析講解、幫助學生解決疑難習題,提高教學質量。

      三、充分利用教材的優(yōu)勢,進行情景教學。

      本套教材的特點是圖文,動畫錄音并茂,形象生動并且與生活實際聯(lián)系密切。在課上我充分利用直觀教具、動作表演、卡片、實物,隨時隨地取材或根據(jù)課文內容創(chuàng)設語言環(huán)境,并盡量多地使用英語,逐步過渡到用英語進行課堂教學,使學生置身于一個英語的環(huán)境中。比如說第一單元中,涉及到的內容都是關于home里的內容,非常貼近實際,對課本中的Just speak 中的對話鼓勵他們在同學們面前大膽表演。有意創(chuàng)設的語言環(huán)境,形象直觀,生動活潑,也有助于學生理解所學

      四、挖掘學生潛力,培養(yǎng)學生自信心。

      德國教育家第斯多惠說:“教學的藝術不在于傳授適應,而在于激勵、喚醒、鼓舞?!泵慨攲W生用英語講完后,我就給予他們鼓勵,讓他們感到自豪,有一種成就感。對于不同程度的同學,在課堂上給予不同程度的問題,讓他們回答,他們的一丁點進步也及時得到鼓勵,從而使他們都覺得,只要自己認真跟著老師學,就能學得好,樹立起學好英語的心理優(yōu)勢。在課堂教學中要求學生人人參與,加強交際的互動性。在課堂交流中,少批評,多表揚;少指責,多鼓勵,努力找到學生的優(yōu)點,常以“Very good!”、“Great!”、“ Excellent!”、“Well done!”、“You are very clever!”等等來鼓勵他們的積極參與,充分喚起他們說英語的自豪感。

      五、注重過程評價,調動學生積極性

      在對學生的評價方面,我通過作業(yè)、課上表現(xiàn)、聽寫情況、背誦課文等形式給學生積分,每次達到五分后可以得到一個帶著字母的小星星,集齊帶有字母g、o、o、d的四個字母后,可以得到一個帶有good的小標貼,極大地調動了學生學習英語的積極性。我也深刻體會到鼓勵要比懲罰有效得多。

      六.今后努力的方向

      1、作業(yè)布置方面的缺失。沒能抓好作業(yè)的檢查,對于組長,課代表缺少表揚和監(jiān)督機制,致使有部分學生常不按時完成作業(yè),一些口頭作業(yè)實效不大。

      2、在教學方面我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己形成了一種定式,沒有創(chuàng)新以及大膽實踐的勇氣。我應該多看教學方面的理論以及多聽幾位有經(jīng)驗教師的課,進行學習,不斷提升自己,形成自己獨特的教學風格。

      3、對教材的把握不夠,很多優(yōu)秀老師的優(yōu)點沒有學到,聽課的次數(shù)也還不夠多,有些缺乏與其他教師的溝通,希望在下個學期能多學習新課標,多吸取他人經(jīng)驗,不斷提高自己的教學水平。

      4、學困生的個別輔導也是我以后要進行探索的內容,在這方面我做得還不夠,希望在今后的工作學習中能積累豐富的經(jīng)驗,也能取得良好的效果。

      5、另外,在課堂管理方面還做的不夠好,沒有樹立起一個老師的威嚴形象,導致課堂秩序較差,以后一定要對學生嚴格要求,讓學生意識到課堂的重要性。

      2、融詞匯于會話教學中:

      語音訓練的最終目的是分析總結規(guī)律,然后理解運用。所以我準備在新學期嘗試啟發(fā)學生通過仔細閱讀,自己總結出不同情況下的發(fā)音規(guī)律,并鼓勵他們找到更多學過的單詞來印證這一規(guī)律,或者按照讀音規(guī)律讀出沒有學過的生詞,從而給予學生成功感,培養(yǎng)他們的自主學習意識與能力。另外,在我們設計的各種趣味活動中,仍要重視一些發(fā)音較難或容易發(fā)錯音的單詞,對于一些發(fā)音較難的多音節(jié)詞,可以用分解的方式來呈現(xiàn),如crayon,eraser。

      實施方案:

      1.每天背誦課文中的對話。目的:要求學生背誦并默寫,培養(yǎng)語感。

      2.每天記5個生詞,2個常用句子或習語。實施:利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查,保證效果并堅持下去。

      3.認真貫徹晨讀制度:規(guī)定晨讀內容,加強監(jiān)督,保證晨讀效果。

      4.堅持“日評、周檢、月測”一體的形成性評價制度:對英語學習實行量化的制度,每日、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會,讓進步的同學體會到成就感,讓落后的同學找出差距,感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍,培養(yǎng)學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。

      我所教的四年級二班的學生共14人,通過一年的學習,大部分學生已經(jīng)入門,開始進入狀態(tài),對英語的學習產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。但也有個別學生由于平時沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,課堂學習效果較差,對于他們要因材施教,注重差異,找出優(yōu)缺點,本學期及時改進,共同進步。

      三、教學目的、任務

      1、提升學生學習英語的興趣,養(yǎng)成良好的朗讀書寫的習慣;

      2、發(fā)音準確、朗讀流利,準確掌握書中的重點內容;

      3、能夠進行簡單的日常用語的交流;

      4、能夠用簡單的句子進行寫作;

      5、熟練掌握所學歌曲、chant等

      6、了解西方文化,初步知道課文的文化背景。

      四、教學重點難點 1.重點:

      (1)提高課堂效率。

      (2)養(yǎng)成良好的聽英語、讀英語、說英語的習慣。(3)發(fā)音清楚,語調正確,書寫工整。

      2.難點:使英語基礎差的學生提高聽、說、讀、寫的能力,全面提高英語成績。

      五、方法措施

      1、認真?zhèn)湔n,鉆研《新標準英語》教材,進行課堂的有效教學,提高課堂效率,做到當堂內容當堂掌握。

      2、創(chuàng)新運用各種不同英語教學法來輔助教學,如:情景教學法、直接教學法和TPR全身反應法,并開展一些有趣的活動、游戲讓學生在輕松的氛圍中學習英語。

      3、創(chuàng)設英語情景和環(huán)境,使學生們在一定的英語語言環(huán)境里習得“第二語言”。做到“生活中有英語,英語中有生活”。

      4、鼓勵學生大膽說英語,肯定他們的進步(尤其是英語基礎不好的學生),樹立學生的信心,培養(yǎng)學生朗讀和書寫的習慣。

      5、注重教材的靈活性和可操作性,以滿足不同層次的學生的需求。幫助英語基礎不好的學生,提升英語基礎好的學生。

      6、多教授chant和歌謠或小故事等促進學生多單詞和句型的記憶。充分利用教科書中的課文創(chuàng)設栩栩如生的情景,為學生提供使用英語進行交流的機會。

      7、課堂盡量英語化,打好每名同學的英語基礎,重點提高差生的英語功底,同時適當?shù)匮a充些課外內容,強化口語和應試能力,對每一單元的內容力爭人人過關。

      8、練習形式多種多樣,手、腦、眼、肢體并用,靜態(tài)、動態(tài)結合,基本功操練與自由練習結合,單項和綜合練習結合。通過大量地實踐,使學生具有良好地語音、語調、書寫和拼讀地基礎,并能用英語表情達意,開展簡單的交流活動。

      利用卡片教授“capital”,反復領讀,讀熟之后帶入句子“London is the capital of England.”中。Then translate it into Chinese.找生用英語說出“北京是中國的首都?!惫膭顚W生踴躍參加搶答賽“說首都”,學生可以用中文說。

      在愉快的氛圍中,師告訴學生:“Amy 和Lingling 是同班同學。一天,Amy 帶來了一本關于自己家鄉(xiāng)—倫敦的書。Lingling 看見這本書后非常好奇,于是就請Amy 向她介紹倫敦的情況。現(xiàn)在我們就來跟 Amy 學一學怎樣描述城市和景物。今天學習過后,請大家也來介紹一下自己熟悉的城市、地區(qū)或景物。

      請學生聽錄音,聽一聽Amy 和 Lingling 之間的對話。師:“Where is London?” 生在地圖上指出倫敦的位置。

      再放一遍錄音,讓學生在自己的書上勾出描述城市的形容詞(nice, big, beautiful, small)。

      請學生根據(jù)插圖和上下文猜一猜每個生詞的意思?!癰eautiful”一詞教師要反復示范,借助肢體語言幫助學生讀清并理解這一單詞。個別單詞處理完之后,教師領讀課文幾遍。然后鼓勵學生分角色大膽試讀,教師及時給予表揚。新|課

      培養(yǎng)學生的興趣,興趣是最好的老師,愛因斯坦是這樣說的。學生對于自己感興趣的事物,自然會用更多的時間鉆研。

      一學期來,我自始至終以認真的態(tài)度,勤懇、堅持不懈的精神從事英語教學工作。能夠在教育理論指導下從事英語教學。能夠認真制定教學計劃,研究教學理論,新課程標準,理念。有針對性地應用于教學活動當中。同時在教學過程中,能夠根據(jù)學生的特點采取不同的教學方法,取得了一些的成績。下面就以下幾個方面進行總結,請予以批評指正,使我在今后的教育教學工作中取得更大的進步。

      首先,根據(jù)我所任教四年級的實際情況,因而對占相對多數(shù)的中差生,我變嫌棄為喜愛,變忽視為重視,變冷漠為關注,變薄待為厚待。我注意幫助每一個孩子找到優(yōu)、缺點,以發(fā)揚優(yōu)點,克服缺點。

      其次是以平常的心態(tài)對待:學困生也是孩子,厭惡、責罵只能適得其反,他們應享有同其它學生同樣的平等和民主,也應享受到優(yōu)秀學生在老師那兒得到的愛。厚愛學困生,我真正做到以情動人:首先做到“真誠”二字,即我在學生面前不敢有絲毫虛偽與欺哄,做到言出必行;其次做到“接受”,即能感受差生在學習過程中的各種心理表現(xiàn)和看法,如對學習的畏懼、猶豫、滿足、冷漠,錯誤的想法和指責等,信任中差生,鼓勵他們自由討論;最后做到“理解”二字,即通過學生的眼睛看事物。由于我能善意理解他們,高興地接受他們,因此促進了中差生不同程度的進步和發(fā)展。

      最后,認真制定教學計劃,注重研究教學理論,認真?zhèn)湔n和教學,積極參加教研活動,上好輔導課,并能經(jīng)常聽各位老師的課,從中吸取教學經(jīng)驗,取長補短,提高自己的教學水平。按照小學英語教學課程標準進行施教,讓學生掌握好學科知識。還注意以德為本,結合現(xiàn)實生活中的現(xiàn)象循循善誘,多方面、多角度去培養(yǎng)學生良好的品德和高尚的人格。

      教育是愛心事業(yè),為培養(yǎng)高素質的下一代,本人時刻從學生身心健康出發(fā),根據(jù)學生的個性特點去點拔引導。對于個別學困生,鼓勵其確立正確的學習態(tài)度,積極面對人生;而對優(yōu)生,教育其戒驕戒躁努力向上,再接再厲,再創(chuàng)佳績。通過現(xiàn)實生活中的典范,讓學生樹立自覺地從德、智、體、美、勞全方面去發(fā)展自己的觀念,樹立崇高遠大的理想。在課堂把握上,課前做到認真?zhèn)湔n,多方面去搜集相關資料。為提高每節(jié)課的教學質量,本人除注重研究教材,把握好基礎、重點難點外,還采用多媒體教學等多樣形式。通過培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣,調動學生學習的積極性、主動性,提高課堂的教學質量,按時完成教學任務。

      最后,能制定好復習計劃,并能認真?zhèn)浜脧土曊n,制定復習計劃并付諸于教學過程中。同時能夠認真布置和批改課后作業(yè),爭取不讓作業(yè)成為學生的一種負擔。把教學技巧,有趣的教學歌謠和故事、游戲運用到新標準的教學之中,為課堂教學增色不少。

      由于本人的不懈努力,在教育教學上取得了一些成績。當然,由于教學是一項永遠沒有終點的運動,因此,在教學過程中走了不少彎
