不知道自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在哪里,甚至有可能對老師的表揚(yáng)產(chǎn)生聽覺疲勞,“麻木不仁”,久而久之,也就不當(dāng)回事了。因此每一次表揚(yáng)一定要從具體的一點(diǎn)出發(fā),確確實(shí)實(shí)地抓住學(xué)生的閃光點(diǎn)進(jìn)行表揚(yáng)。因此我就盡量用各種方式表揚(yáng)學(xué)生。如批改作業(yè)時(shí),有進(jìn)步的學(xué)生,我會給他們一個(gè)笑臉,或?qū)懀河羞M(jìn)步哦,繼續(xù)努力!無論如何,我都會盡量想辦法找出他們的優(yōu)點(diǎn),給與及時(shí)表揚(yáng),并對錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行正面反思。為了使學(xué)生學(xué)到的知識得到鞏固;在不增加學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)的情況下,精心設(shè)計(jì)一些合理的作業(yè),難易程度適中;向?qū)W生提出明確的質(zhì)量要求和書寫規(guī)格。做到全批全改,適當(dāng)批些鼓勵(lì)的評語,并且分析研究學(xué)生完成本次作業(yè)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),做到作業(yè)點(diǎn)評詳細(xì)。檢查學(xué)生是否聽懂。在這次實(shí)習(xí)后,我學(xué)到很多知識,不僅僅是教師的技能;還有做一名合格老師應(yīng)具備的基本素質(zhì),以前的我是緊張恐懼,而現(xiàn)在是從容大方,自信成熟,實(shí)習(xí)生活現(xiàn)在已畫上了一個(gè)圓滿的句號,但我們的教師還得繼續(xù)努力,有句話說“路漫漫其修遠(yuǎn)兮,吾將上下而求索”。我將帶著滿懷的希望去追求人生道路的目標(biāo)。無愧教師這個(gè)職業(yè)。這在教學(xué)過程中是十分重要的。

實(shí)習(xí)是學(xué)生大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)很重要的實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)。實(shí)習(xí)是每一個(gè)大學(xué)生的必修課,它不僅讓我們學(xué)到了很多在課堂上根本就學(xué)不到的知識,還使我們開闊了視野,增長了見識!深刻體會到了只要敢說就能有所收獲,但同時(shí)也讓自己認(rèn)識到了自己的不足!回首這二個(gè)星期的英語口語實(shí)習(xí),不禁發(fā)現(xiàn)這是一個(gè)很好的課外知識延伸,并從中受益匪淺。雖然平時(shí)我們口語課的課時(shí)比較少,這次實(shí)訓(xùn)的時(shí)間也顯得稍微短了一些,不過正因?yàn)闀r(shí)間不充足,所以便顯得彌足珍貴。在實(shí)習(xí)當(dāng)中,有過煩躁和緊張等不良情緒,這反映了自己的綜合素質(zhì)不足,心理承受能力不強(qiáng)的缺點(diǎn)。在模擬表演和口語考試時(shí),還是有表達(dá)不清晰,頭腦思緒混亂等問題,也讓我思考了我對未來英語學(xué)習(xí)的計(jì)劃。決定在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中,加以改善。實(shí)習(xí),最大的收獲就是讓自己融入了一種英語思維中,用英語去思考問題,這些問題包括現(xiàn)實(shí)中的,或者思想里的。這些是對現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的一種知識運(yùn)用能力的提高。通過實(shí)習(xí),培養(yǎng)了我獨(dú)立分析和解決問題的能力,并增強(qiáng)了我們的集體觀念,實(shí)習(xí)期間的對話分配大部分是在與別人的合作中完成的。這也是未來工作的趨向,當(dāng)你加入工作之后,很少工作是單依靠一個(gè)人的力量完成。

外語系0706 xx 光陰荏苒,一個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)將要?jiǎng)澤蠄A滿的句號。曾記得,當(dāng)初帶著“師者,傳道授業(yè)解惑也!”、“教師是人類靈魂的工程師?!边@樣的目標(biāo)和驕傲,我開始了我的教師實(shí)習(xí)之旅,近一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間里,教學(xué)理論一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化為教學(xué)實(shí)踐,模擬教學(xué)變?yōu)檎嬲鎸γ娴慕虒W(xué),盡管生澀、但也正在慢慢地成熟起來。在這段日子里,我以一名實(shí)習(xí)教師的身份去生活,去學(xué)習(xí),留下了我大學(xué)期間最令人難忘的一段時(shí)光?,F(xiàn)在回首走過的路程,我感慨頗多。下面就將這點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴做個(gè)總結(jié)。
一、準(zhǔn)備階段 8月30日—9月8日為前期準(zhǔn)備階段。在這階段,我們九中實(shí)習(xí)組的全體成員在實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)老師曹老師的帶領(lǐng)下積極認(rèn)真地準(zhǔn)備著:熟悉教材、備課、試講及評課。在這期間,實(shí)習(xí)組的每一個(gè)成員都在認(rèn)真努力地對待每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),以便自己在教學(xué)上更進(jìn)一步,以全新的面貌進(jìn)入實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校。9月8日下午,我們實(shí)習(xí)組在曹老師的帶領(lǐng)下來到了九中。而我就在那天的下午來到了七年級131班,擔(dān)任他們的實(shí)習(xí)班主任兼實(shí)習(xí)英語老師,開始了真正的實(shí)習(xí)生活。
二、班主任實(shí)習(xí)階段
從班主任實(shí)習(xí)的開始,我就堅(jiān)持以一名真正的班主任標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己,堅(jiān)持每天早到晚歸。最初的幾天,我基本上是想原任班主任何老師了解班上的基本情況,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況等,并利用隨堂聽課的時(shí)間老師點(diǎn)名回答、課間與學(xué)生聊天的機(jī)會及批改作業(yè)將學(xué)生與其名字對上號。記住學(xué)生的名字,不僅是拉近師生間關(guān)系的一種捷徑,更是一種尊重。為了記住學(xué)生的名字,我可是用盡各種辦法,功夫不負(fù)有心人,我很快地就記住了他們的名字。經(jīng)過最初的幾天,學(xué)生們慢慢的和我熟悉起來。有什么事情,也會跑到辦公室告訴我,請求我的幫助。每天的做操集會、眼保健操、小結(jié)課、大掃除等,我都第一時(shí)間與學(xué)生待在一起組織、監(jiān)督,讓我們班顯得特別的整齊、守紀(jì)律。每天大大小小的活動都與學(xué)生們待在一起,我們的關(guān)系越來越親密,他們把我當(dāng)自己的姐姐。而在我的眼中,天真可愛的他們就如自己的弟弟妹妹一般。

在九中開始實(shí)習(xí)后,我每天都穿梭在七年級的各個(gè)教師里,抓住每一次聽課的機(jī)會,學(xué)習(xí)、借鑒不同老師的教學(xué)方法。在這段期間,熟悉課本,根據(jù)聽課摸索適合自己的上課方式,并虛心向何老師請教上課的一些方法及技巧。
難以忘記初為人師的第一節(jié)課,星期三的第二節(jié)課,第一次踏上講臺,雖然
課前準(zhǔn)備得比較充分,但是還是有些緊張,但同學(xué)們完美積極的配合,讓我這節(jié)課順利成功的完成了。課后曹老師認(rèn)真的給我點(diǎn)評,讓我知道了哪些不足。在接下來的每一節(jié)課,我都用心的準(zhǔn)備教案,向原任英語老師請教,何老師老師看過以后,很認(rèn)真地為我指出教案中的缺陷,還有一些要注意的問題及建議,對我的教案給以了很高的評價(jià)并鼓勵(lì)我,這讓我更加有信心。還有我堅(jiān)持上課之前先試講。每次在上課的前一晚,我一定會現(xiàn)在宿舍先試講,請室友聽課并指出我的不足,這樣我能及時(shí)的更正,第二天就能表現(xiàn)完美了。除了精心準(zhǔn)備課以外,我還認(rèn)真仔細(xì)地批改了每一份作業(yè),記錄下他們的易錯(cuò)點(diǎn),并通過作業(yè)反饋學(xué)生掌握的情況,調(diào)整教學(xué)進(jìn)度。更進(jìn)一步在課余和課后幫他們補(bǔ)習(xí)??吹綄W(xué)生在慢慢的進(jìn)步,雖然有些疲憊,但心里卻十分的歡快。
