      教師使用規(guī)范、得體、準(zhǔn)確的課堂用語(yǔ)尤為重要,因?yàn)橐?guī)范的教師語(yǔ)言是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的直接來(lái)源,也是其模仿的直接對(duì)象。在對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)中,對(duì)于零起點(diǎn)或有一定的漢語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)者來(lái)說(shuō),教師所使用的課堂用語(yǔ)通常是比較實(shí)用、短小、精煉的語(yǔ)句,可達(dá)到易懂、易學(xué)、易模仿的效果,相反則會(huì)帶來(lái)適得其反的效果。如常態(tài) “吃飯 ”與非常態(tài) “吃食堂”、“吃科知識(shí)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,加大教學(xué)改革力度,以探究為根基,實(shí)施研究式教學(xué),提供師生交互發(fā)展的平臺(tái)。研究式教學(xué)是以建立一種在教師指導(dǎo)下以探究為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)模式,要求選擇部分有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師作為任課教師,結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容,圍繞若干題,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極發(fā)問(wèn),形成理性思維方式,開(kāi)闊學(xué)科知識(shí)視野,掌握探究性的學(xué)習(xí)方法。對(duì)大

      三、大四學(xué)生,將課內(nèi)教學(xué)與研究,實(shí)習(xí)和校內(nèi)外社區(qū)服務(wù)結(jié)合起來(lái),創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)讓學(xué)生參與教師和研究性的項(xiàng)目研究,使知識(shí)和研究技能在實(shí)踐中得以充分表現(xiàn)與運(yùn)用,著重培養(yǎng)研究與社會(huì)工作所必需的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,分析與解決問(wèn)題的能力。采取啟發(fā)式教學(xué),鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生提問(wèn),甚至與教師辯論。

      建立教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障制度,激勵(lì)教師心系教學(xué)。為了確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量,學(xué)院要在規(guī)章制度上確立以教學(xué)為中心的規(guī)則體系,使教師把重心放在提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量上。首先,建立多種信息反饋渠道,使學(xué)生信息員、教學(xué)督導(dǎo)專家、教學(xué)管理人員形成有機(jī)聯(lián)系系統(tǒng),使常規(guī)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)與隨機(jī)教學(xué)檢查結(jié)合,一般信息反饋與教學(xué)問(wèn)題查處相結(jié)合,把信息來(lái)源、信息調(diào)查與反饋、信息處理各環(huán)節(jié)連貫起來(lái),從而在教學(xué)信息自發(fā)布之時(shí)起,有一個(gè)完整的教學(xué)管理鏈條,推動(dòng)教師自我反思,自我提高,實(shí)現(xiàn)自主發(fā)展。其次,改善教學(xué)條件,積極營(yíng)造良好的辦學(xué)環(huán)境。學(xué)院各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都要確保教學(xué)工作的中心地位,從行政管理人員自身做起,打破教學(xué)與科研相分離的傳統(tǒng),把廣大教師的觀念引到教學(xué)質(zhì)量上。以觀念轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槠瘘c(diǎn),促使各職能部門做好服務(wù)工作,配置相應(yīng)的教學(xué)儀器設(shè)備,及時(shí)對(duì)教學(xué)設(shè)備與場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行維護(hù)與維修,更新與豐富專業(yè)圖書,把經(jīng)費(fèi)與精力投入到教學(xué)工作中。最后,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行規(guī)章制度,維護(hù)教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理有關(guān)文件的嚴(yán)肅性,努力排除外界干擾?;疱仭?,這兩種句子結(jié)構(gòu)就不能混在一起,會(huì)造成學(xué)生使用賓語(yǔ)時(shí)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤或使用不規(guī)范。因襲規(guī)范的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生產(chǎn)生潛移默化的影響,形成自己的語(yǔ)言能力,使自己的語(yǔ)言嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、順暢。

      (二)提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣與自信

      對(duì)于漢語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)薄弱的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),第一次上漢語(yǔ)課時(shí),也許他們只會(huì)說(shuō)幾句漢語(yǔ)甚至一句都不會(huì)說(shuō),一個(gè)漢字也不會(huì)寫,如果老師能夠告訴學(xué)生一些常用的課堂用語(yǔ),如“上課”、“舉手”、“翻開(kāi)書”等,并結(jié)合一定的手勢(shì)與身體語(yǔ)言使學(xué)生立刻感受到漢語(yǔ)的意義,并能模仿老師使用它們,便能提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的興趣和自信心。如每當(dāng)上課鈴聲響起,教師站在課堂上不動(dòng),手指黑板,說(shuō)“上課”,學(xué)生就會(huì)進(jìn)入上課狀態(tài),學(xué)生通過(guò)模仿便可會(huì)說(shuō)“上課 ”一詞,并能夠準(zhǔn)確地明白該詞的含義。

      (三)提高教學(xué)內(nèi)容的復(fù)現(xiàn)頻率

      對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)初級(jí)階段教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)是句型教學(xué),強(qiáng)化句型結(jié)構(gòu)就顯得尤為重要。教學(xué)中隨著學(xué)習(xí)的深入,難度的加大,課堂用語(yǔ)也就要隨之提高難度,增長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度,并注意以強(qiáng)化語(yǔ)法和詞匯為目的。如學(xué)習(xí)了 “把”字句,“關(guān)掉電視 ”就可以變成 “把電視關(guān)掉”;學(xué)習(xí)了 “被”字句,就將其轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?“電視被關(guān)掉”,等等。學(xué)生既聽(tīng)懂了教師的課堂用語(yǔ),又不斷重復(fù)了語(yǔ)法和詞匯,提高了教學(xué)內(nèi)容的復(fù)現(xiàn)頻率,還提高了學(xué)習(xí)效率??傊瑥闹R(shí)創(chuàng)新來(lái)看,獨(dú)立學(xué)院就是要通過(guò)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),不斷提高創(chuàng)新精神與創(chuàng)新能力,這是素質(zhì)教育的要求,也是獨(dú)立學(xué)院教育的追求。從獨(dú)立學(xué)院的傳統(tǒng)來(lái)看,獨(dú)立學(xué)院要具有獨(dú)立的人文性格,獨(dú)立學(xué)院走進(jìn)社會(huì)是指獨(dú)立學(xué)院把自身的能力施展出來(lái),滿足社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化發(fā)展需要,反思知識(shí)對(duì)社會(huì)的功用,把新的觀點(diǎn)融入原有的學(xué)科知識(shí)體系中,或者調(diào)整學(xué)科知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)置學(xué)科知識(shí)的實(shí)用性邊界,體現(xiàn)獨(dú)立學(xué)院與社會(huì)之間的關(guān)系與距離。
