東營(yíng)培訓(xùn)總結(jié)
第一天培訓(xùn)是從21號(hào)下午開始的,由西城校區(qū)的資深外教Jack給我們講授如何成為一名外教眼中優(yōu)秀的助教。成為一名優(yōu)秀的助教,就要學(xué)會(huì)管理課堂。Jack首先從“know your students”開始講起,讓我們總結(jié)了一下孩子們?cè)谡n堂中會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種行為的原因。原因主要有五個(gè):第一、孩子們想獲得關(guān)注。有些孩子們?cè)谡n堂上出現(xiàn)搗亂或者不聽話的狀況時(shí),其實(shí)很大一部分原因是因?yàn)樗麄兿氆@得你的關(guān)注。如果此時(shí)你給了他們足夠的關(guān)注,事情反而會(huì)變得越來(lái)越糟糕。對(duì)于這類孩子,最好的方法就是立即糾正他們的行為,然后繼續(xù)上課,不能給他們過(guò)度的關(guān)注。第二、性別的差異。小孩子會(huì)有一個(gè)年齡段會(huì)把男生和女生的界限分的特別清楚。有時(shí)候覺得一些活動(dòng)只適合于男孩子玩或者只適合女孩子玩,從而不愿意參加一些課上的游戲。如果出現(xiàn)這種情況,要及時(shí)的和孩子們進(jìn)行溝通,告訴他們男生和女生的區(qū)別,進(jìn)行正確的引導(dǎo)。第三、興趣的不同。由于每個(gè)孩子所處的家庭不同,所受的教育不同,孩子的興趣也不盡相同。有時(shí)候在課堂上部分孩子會(huì)出現(xiàn)注意力不集中或者參與游戲不積極的情況,因此要了解每個(gè)孩子的興趣點(diǎn)所在,針對(duì)他們的不同興趣,選擇合適的課上游戲。第四、性格因素。有些孩子性格比較外向,能夠積極地參與課堂上的活動(dòng)對(duì)于他們的表現(xiàn)要給與肯定;有的孩子性格比較內(nèi)向,對(duì)于課上的活動(dòng)不太敢參與,需要特別的鼓勵(lì)才能讓他們參與到課堂中來(lái)。對(duì)于這樣的孩子一定要有耐心,不斷地給他們鼓勵(lì),及時(shí)的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)他們?cè)谡n堂中出色的表現(xiàn)。第五、水平不同。因?yàn)槊總€(gè)孩子對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的掌握程度不同,從而每個(gè)孩子的水平也就不同。對(duì)于水平問(wèn)題,原因是多方面的,而且大部分是我們不能控制的。針對(duì)這一點(diǎn),我們要認(rèn)真幫助他們復(fù)習(xí)在課上所學(xué)的內(nèi)容,盡最大的努力來(lái)督促他們學(xué)習(xí),并對(duì)那些有距離的孩子要及時(shí)地幫助他們。然后,Jack給我們講解了demo課的注意事項(xiàng)。其實(shí)demo課就是要了解家長(zhǎng),知道他們想要的。要對(duì)誠(chéng)實(shí)地對(duì)待家長(zhǎng),爭(zhēng)取和他們變成好朋友。最后是induction。這一部分主要是了解自己。剛開始,都有一段時(shí)間會(huì)感到不知所措,因?yàn)楹ε路稿e(cuò)誤會(huì)變得畏首畏尾。其實(shí)這是一段正常的經(jīng)歷。因此就要求助教在平時(shí)要與外教多溝通,課前及時(shí)詢問(wèn)下一節(jié)課需要做的各項(xiàng)工作,積極配合各項(xiàng)工作。
在協(xié)助外教老師方面,Jack首先要求每一位助教要做好備課工作,在備課的時(shí)候一定要和外教老師商量備課的內(nèi)容,這樣就會(huì)起到事半功倍的作用,而且在上課時(shí)也會(huì)配合默契,從而使得課堂效率更高。其次要熟知負(fù)責(zé)班級(jí)所學(xué)的教材,知道學(xué)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)。最后,要和外教老師討論課堂上所需要的活動(dòng)的具體內(nèi)容。
最后Jack老師給我們講授了一節(jié)課的大體流程“PPP”——present,practice,perform。要把這三項(xiàng)細(xì)化到每節(jié)課中,讓學(xué)生們?cè)谟螒蚝蛯W(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中達(dá)到聽和說(shuō)的目的。
第一天晚上,有幸跟著助教purple老師旁聽了一節(jié)Jack老師的課。上課的學(xué)生們是七八歲左右,這節(jié)課主要的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容是關(guān)于方位——in,on,under,beside。Jack老師把一只小兔子給了第一位學(xué)生后,讓他直接描述兔子所在盒子的方位。第一位學(xué)生做完后,直接交由第二位學(xué)生,依次類推。每個(gè)同學(xué)結(jié)束后,Jack老師讓一位學(xué)生坐在前面當(dāng)小老師,讓他開始提問(wèn)每位同學(xué),每位同學(xué)都有當(dāng)小老師的機(jī)會(huì)。方位學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后,Jack老師讓學(xué)生們圍成一個(gè)圈,讓學(xué)生們開始按順序從A說(shuō)到Z。中間出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的學(xué)生直接出局,不能繼續(xù)參與該游戲,最后勝出的學(xué)生會(huì)獲得獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。第三個(gè)游戲是讓學(xué)生們圍成一個(gè)圈跳著做游戲,喊出“stop”時(shí),沒有停下的同學(xué)則游戲出局,最后勝利的同學(xué)獲得獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。這一節(jié)課給我最大的感受就是外教老師直接掌控全場(chǎng)的課堂紀(jì)律,并沒有出現(xiàn)學(xué)生不認(rèn)真聽講或者是影響課堂的現(xiàn)象,學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容也比較多,整堂課的氛圍也比較輕松。

I.The Company Introduction
The Weifang branch of Oscar Top English in Shandong province is a non-governmental school.It’s a trarning school by foreign teacher founded in Weifang.Our foreign teacher have great teaching exprience.They all have TEFL/TESL certificates.And always get along well with classmates.Our foreign teachers from America, Canada and England, their mother language all english.In order to give the kids best teaching environent, we just receive 10 kids inside the class.We alway orgnized some special activities every mouth, like play kite, outside class , english competition , picking strawberries.Milk a cow.The foreign teacher will teaching some basic words in activities.All of those activities can help kids improve their english skill.The school hope every kids not only love english but speak english everyday.II.Post Instruction
As a teaching assistant, our role is very big.Because we plan and operation lesson.Before class, we according to the textbook writing lesson plan.The process is a whole class, this is for teachers, including the review content, new contents and class games and so on.we accompanied foreign teacher, translation, keep class order and remind teachers what to do next.The last half an hour, it is the English corner, the whole is my job, because teachers only on one and a half hours.This part also has a lesson plan and it's system is very compact, because in this short half an hour, we need to help the children to review consolidate what they learn, at the same time into the warm up, game, song and dance elements.We provides for low age children pure English learning environment, different from traditional teaching to take all the foreign teachers teaching pattern, using modern teaching tool, and cooperate with the teacher is good at TPR teaching, from the visual, auditory aspects of sensory stimulation, promote children gradual growth of the English language skills.And sometime we have a lot of another work must finished like meeting parent, adjust the relationship between the students and Write a press release.So the foreign teacher is very imporent position.III.Practice Content and Procedure
1.As fireign teacher’s assistant we have 5 steps preparation :
At first--Teaching plan : Before the next class,assistant and foreign teachers must determine the specific time and contents of the class next week.And ensure that foreign teachers write down the teaching plan of next time.The second--Teaching material: We have to prepare for all of the materials we needbefore next time, including books, cards, software and other suplementary materials.The third--Class time:We determine the time of foreign teachers in class, to ensure that foreign teachers advance 10 minutes arrived according to schedule, and parent in advanc to confirm whether to try listening to lectures in on time.And then--Book and list: Ready to show parent materials and price list in advance.The last--Preparation: An hour before class, according to the number of people put table and chairs, and place the teaching aid to special place.2.As fireign teacher’s assistant we have 4 steps for cooperation :
At first--Teaching schedule: Assistant to ensure that foreign teachers teaching properly, if foreign teachers teaching did not go according to plan, after class the assistant should asked the specific reasons, and make the detailed records.The second--cooperation: In the process of teaching, assistant must cooperate with foreign teachers,and take care to every kid, let every kid feei happy.The third--Keep in order: Keep class order and ensure the safety of every kids.The last--Record: For all students audition video for filing, record the state of each child’s performance at the scene.3.As a foreign teacher’s assistant we have 4 steps summarization :
At first--Classify: The end of the course, tidy up the desks and chairs.The second--The end of class to record the performance of the children and parents demand, postioning and intention, and prepare for the second day of the callback work.The third--Callback: After the course, we should callback every parents in order to determine whether parents sign up , and make a detailed record.The last--Weekly meeting : At a conference in conference, assistant should discuss
some class detail with management communication.IV.Comments on internship

我?guī)е活w興奮的心情參加了這次難得的外教培訓(xùn),經(jīng)歷了十多天的課程我收獲到了很多。喜歡外教老師的熱情和表現(xiàn)力,對(duì)待工作認(rèn)真的態(tài)度。真的是受益匪淺,下面是我的學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì):
學(xué)習(xí)到了monring grteeting的各種有趣的形式來(lái)激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。包括各種有趣的創(chuàng)意和有意思的動(dòng)作等。
Paige是一個(gè)永遠(yuǎn)富有激情的人,她的聲音很洪亮,真是名副其實(shí)的一名霸氣側(cè)漏的的教師。雖然她說(shuō)話的速度很快但是很清晰,我剛開始有點(diǎn)聽不太懂,但是后來(lái)熟悉后有所進(jìn)步,我覺得不能要求老師一味迎合我們,我們更應(yīng)該學(xué)著去適應(yīng),應(yīng)為這樣才能有真正的進(jìn)步。跟著Paige學(xué)習(xí)了很多地道美式發(fā)音,還做了一些有趣的游戲可以應(yīng)用到自己的教學(xué)上。Hengjia是中國(guó)在外教學(xué)的老師,她跟我們分享了她在美國(guó)高中教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和美式教學(xué)方法。在和孩子打成一片的同時(shí)用美式教學(xué)潛移默化對(duì)孩子們進(jìn)行影響,值得我們學(xué)習(xí)。這讓我們可以從一個(gè)美國(guó)從教的中國(guó)老師的角度來(lái)了解美國(guó)的文化和課堂,收獲很多。
Maria可以用一次詞來(lái)形容就是crazy。她用邁克爾i杰克遜的歌曲來(lái)喚起我們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的熱情,讓課堂不是那么枯燥,讓學(xué)英語(yǔ)變得有趣,這也讓我們自己來(lái)思考我們的課堂也可以做一些相似的調(diào)整。
Ann是一位相對(duì)比較安靜的老師,這也和她的工作密切相關(guān),她專門輔導(dǎo)在閱讀上有困難的孩子,在她授課的過(guò)程中能感受到她的耐心和對(duì)孩子們的愛。
Laura老師性格沉穩(wěn),用科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)開啟她的教學(xué)。漂浮和下沉是一個(gè)容易觀察的實(shí)驗(yàn),非常適合小學(xué)生,她準(zhǔn)備了水槽和各式各樣的道具,在整個(gè)過(guò)程中都啟發(fā)著孩子的思想和表達(dá)力。
Jonne是給我印象最深刻的一位老師,她總是很耐心的教我們應(yīng)該怎樣運(yùn)用各種活動(dòng),她給我們練習(xí)的身體部位學(xué)習(xí),和用鞋子來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)顏色,印象都非常深刻,她的那種敬業(yè)精神也很讓我們佩服。
還有一直陪伴我們?yōu)槲覀兎?wù)的魏老師和劉老師,也是和我們一起學(xué)習(xí),一起進(jìn)步,大家都很用心,這次培訓(xùn)收獲的太多太多,很感謝。

2.人才永遠(yuǎn)是一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)和單位活力的源泉,只有隨時(shí)進(jìn)行知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化

? 對(duì)本次培訓(xùn)組織的建議:
1.加強(qiáng)提高助教的勝任能力
助教的工作職責(zé)包括協(xié)助培訓(xùn)流程運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的管理,助教在行程安排和培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)都應(yīng)表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的主人翁責(zé)任感,還應(yīng)具有瞻前顧后,縱觀全局,掌控事態(tài)進(jìn)度的能力。由于經(jīng)驗(yàn)的匱乏和準(zhǔn)備工作不到位,本次的助教工作存在許多的不足,自我反思不夠主動(dòng)和全面,在課堂上有學(xué)生的思維定勢(shì),沉于聽課,沒有將自己定位于工作人員,為參訓(xùn)學(xué)員服務(wù)的意識(shí),處于被動(dòng)狀態(tài),因此在以后應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)助教的協(xié)調(diào)能力、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)意識(shí)、危機(jī)處理能力的培養(yǎng)。
2.培訓(xùn)服務(wù)細(xì)致化
培訓(xùn)服務(wù)工作應(yīng)當(dāng)達(dá)到為講師和學(xué)員營(yíng)造一種溫暖的講課與學(xué)習(xí)氛圍的目的,這應(yīng)更多的注重細(xì)節(jié)方面,如課前就培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置與講師的溝通,充分尊重講師的意愿和偏好;在講課過(guò)程中注意配合好講師,在播放視頻時(shí)開關(guān)燈要及時(shí);隨時(shí)注意學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),觀察教室空調(diào)是否適當(dāng);加強(qiáng)與客戶組織方的交流,了解學(xué)員的信息,與客戶組織方打好關(guān)系,為后續(xù)的課程銷售打下基礎(chǔ);若發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶高層到場(chǎng),應(yīng)當(dāng)注意將講師介紹與認(rèn)識(shí),以示講師對(duì)高管的尊重;課程結(jié)束后應(yīng)與學(xué)員握手告別,加深學(xué)員的印象;也可發(fā)放一些宣傳資料或群發(fā)信息介紹公司網(wǎng)站和其他課程等,加大宣傳力度。
3.課程的內(nèi)容要切身實(shí)際、教學(xué)形式要多樣化
本次培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目能獲得成功離不開新穎的課程內(nèi)容、多樣化的培訓(xùn)形式。首先是課前引言部分鼓舞士氣的問(wèn)好互動(dòng),其次是來(lái)源于周遭瑣碎工作生活的案例,其鮮活生動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)容易讓學(xué)員產(chǎn)生共鳴,最后還在課程中穿插一些互動(dòng)的游戲,寓教于樂,讓學(xué)員在娛樂之中也有收益。課后有學(xué)員向我們反饋要求在課程中增加互動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié),這說(shuō)明單純的講授式教學(xué)已不能夠滿足學(xué)員的要求了,因此在以后的培訓(xùn)教學(xué)中,新穎、針對(duì)性的課程,多樣化的培訓(xùn)方式將成為我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)方案時(shí)要重點(diǎn)考慮的因素。
4.加大培訓(xùn)后期的跟進(jìn)力度,加強(qiáng)信息反饋
從開始挖掘客戶的培訓(xùn)需求到根據(jù)需求定制培訓(xùn)方案,再到收集培訓(xùn)效果的評(píng)價(jià)與建議,這應(yīng)該是一個(gè)循環(huán)的思路,使得整個(gè)培訓(xùn)的工作流程能夠流暢的銜接。加大培訓(xùn)后期的跟進(jìn)力度,有利于收集最前沿的客戶信息,了解客戶的動(dòng)態(tài)需求,同時(shí)對(duì)于維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系實(shí)施關(guān)系營(yíng)銷也有重要的作用。一個(gè)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的完成不代表我們與客戶關(guān)系的終止,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)建立客戶信息檔案,定期進(jìn)行客戶關(guān)系維護(hù),如可舉行一些交流會(huì)或定期的培訓(xùn)效果考核,加強(qiáng)與客戶的聯(lián)系,建立豐富的客戶資源,以便后期其他培訓(xùn)課程的銷售做鋪墊。
5.加強(qiáng)學(xué)員交流,引導(dǎo)學(xué)員開放思維
在項(xiàng)目整體過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn),案例研討、小故事大道理是本次學(xué)員較為喜歡,而效果也較為明顯的一種方式,同時(shí)此種方式也非常有助于單位內(nèi)部經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳承和文化的建立。通過(guò)不定期的開展工作交流會(huì)、專題研討會(huì)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹會(huì),為員工提供一個(gè)交流和溝通的環(huán)境,以便在單位內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)最大限度的資源共享,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)和部門的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

外教培訓(xùn)心得體會(huì)
本人有幸參加了教育局組織的“XX市2014年高中英語(yǔ)老師外教培訓(xùn)班”的一系列學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)。本次培訓(xùn),教育局有組織、有計(jì)劃、有目標(biāo),對(duì)培訓(xùn)對(duì)象進(jìn)行了全方位的要求與培訓(xùn)。我非常珍惜這次的學(xué)習(xí),通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)我有許多的感觸為期10天的英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)即將落下帷幕,在這緊張、充實(shí)而又快樂的10天里,我感受了很多,也學(xué)到了很多,這次培訓(xùn)使我受益匪淺,雖然時(shí)間很短,但是培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容給了我教學(xué)上很大的幫助,聽了的外教老師的理論指導(dǎo),也觀看了一些教學(xué)實(shí)例,親身體驗(yàn)了一些活動(dòng),讓理論聯(lián)系了實(shí)際,使得我更深刻、更透徹的領(lǐng)會(huì)了老師所講的內(nèi)容。以下是我的一些心得體會(huì):
一、重新認(rèn)識(shí)了自我通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)使我的思想有了一個(gè)新的轉(zhuǎn)變,作為一位英語(yǔ)教師,必須具有淵博的英語(yǔ)知識(shí),熟練的操作技能,良好的思維品質(zhì),在英語(yǔ)的探究過(guò)程中,教師不再把英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的傳授作為自己的主要教學(xué)任務(wù)和目的,也不再把主要精力花費(fèi)在檢查學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)掌握的程度上,而是成為學(xué)習(xí)共同體中的成員,在問(wèn)題面前教師和孩子們一起尋找答案,在探究英語(yǔ)的道路上教師成為學(xué)生的伙伴和知心朋友。
二、對(duì)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)
通過(guò)聽外教老師講的一些教學(xué)技能及他課堂教學(xué)的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和感悟,我對(duì)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)也有了一個(gè)新的認(rèn)識(shí),英語(yǔ)課以語(yǔ)言為對(duì)象,強(qiáng)調(diào)以任務(wù)入手,放眼看周圍世界,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)能力,這個(gè)就是知識(shí)點(diǎn)。在教學(xué)總體目標(biāo)上注意興趣,體驗(yàn)成功和培養(yǎng)自信;在課程實(shí)施上注重創(chuàng)造學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和提高學(xué)習(xí)效率;在教學(xué)模式與方法上注重參與實(shí)踐和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展;在語(yǔ)言教學(xué)的目標(biāo)上,注重培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感和交際能力;在教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)上,注重運(yùn)用激勵(lì)機(jī)制和多元評(píng)價(jià)。英語(yǔ)教師應(yīng)具備的聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫、譯的教學(xué)技能,給英語(yǔ)教師指明的努力的方向,明確了作為一名合格英語(yǔ)教師應(yīng)具備的基本素質(zhì)。
三、英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能有了一次質(zhì)的飛躍
這次基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō),無(wú)疑是一個(gè)莫大的收獲。語(yǔ)音、聽力、口語(yǔ)、寫作對(duì)我的英語(yǔ)水平有了一個(gè)很大的促進(jìn)。尤其是外教老師的語(yǔ)音課,由原來(lái)不知如何正確發(fā)音到現(xiàn)在基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),且較清楚地了解如何教學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)發(fā)音,真是大有收獲。語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)只有在有意義和有目的的活動(dòng)中才會(huì)發(fā)生。通過(guò)專家教師的精心講解,讓我了解了如何較好的進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)的聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫的教學(xué),我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)法讓學(xué)生有較沉重的壓力,而不會(huì)感到學(xué)習(xí)的快樂,事實(shí)上每一項(xiàng)能力的教學(xué)都可以教得非常有趣。優(yōu)秀教師的做法讓我很受啟發(fā)。很多時(shí)候我們的學(xué)生不愿開口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)是因?yàn)闆]有
安全的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。強(qiáng)調(diào)詞匯和語(yǔ)法知識(shí)使教師經(jīng)常當(dāng)眾打斷學(xué)生的發(fā)言,讓學(xué)生覺得很尷尬,長(zhǎng)此以往,學(xué)生就不愿當(dāng)眾用英語(yǔ)交流了。因而,要提高學(xué)生的聽說(shuō)能力,首先要給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個(gè)安全的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。在安全的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,教師注重交流的內(nèi)容而不是詞匯和語(yǔ)法的正確性。利用自我糾錯(cuò)能力,學(xué)生在不斷的交流中就能提高聽說(shuō)能力了。只有在不斷的練習(xí)中,學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)能力才會(huì)不斷的提高。
四、對(duì)教材的把握有了一個(gè)整體的認(rèn)識(shí)
作為一線教師,我知道了怎樣的課才算是一堂好課,不泛包括師生互動(dòng),學(xué)生主體等,但我覺得關(guān)鍵還有對(duì)教材的把握,通過(guò)培訓(xùn),使我明白了,我要用教材教學(xué)生,而不是教教材,可以創(chuàng)造性地使用教材,圍繞課標(biāo)可刪可增,另外要鍛煉學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力,也就是聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫的能力,也就是說(shuō)在課堂中,Pairwork和Groupwork部分不但要練,還要讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都能參與其中,勇于張口,使課堂氣氛活躍而有秩序,讓學(xué)生都能找到自己的定位,真正喜歡上英語(yǔ)課堂。
作為一線英語(yǔ)教師,通過(guò)這次培訓(xùn)感到肩上的擔(dān)子更重了,非常感謝教育局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能給我這樣一次學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),我會(huì)加倍努力,在以后的教育教學(xué)中勤于思考,善于分析,盡早成為一名優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)教師!
