第一篇：ISAT詞匯大全——留美法律的必備專業(yè)詞匯

時(shí)下，lsat正走進(jìn)中國(guó)大陸人士的視野，逐漸成為繼tofel、gre和gmat之后赴美留學(xué)考試之新熱潮和新途徑。美國(guó)境內(nèi)每年大約有將近80萬(wàn)名考生，據(jù)lsac（全美法學(xué)院入學(xué)考試委員會(huì)）統(tǒng)計(jì)，2004年美國(guó)境內(nèi)lsat考生突破80萬(wàn)人次。而2004年中國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)考生人數(shù)才不到區(qū)區(qū)200人，2007年5月中國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)考生人數(shù)亦不過(guò)240余人。

然而，由于lsat考試推廣和試題難度比較大等緣故,lsat自1993年正式被引進(jìn)到中國(guó)大陸，鮮有人知。至今已經(jīng)有8年了，參加者甚少。一年一度只有12月份一次考試（美國(guó)及其海外多數(shù)國(guó)家和地區(qū)每年有四次lsat考試----編者注）。著實(shí)讓中國(guó)大陸考生難以忍受。一方面，考生人數(shù)少，直接導(dǎo)致該項(xiàng)考試場(chǎng)次安排受到影響。除了目前僅有北京大學(xué)一個(gè)考場(chǎng)之外，其他地方如上海、廣州或武漢等中心城市，短期之內(nèi)仍無(wú)望增設(shè)考場(chǎng)。另一方面，由于lsat考試難度大（多數(shù)復(fù)習(xí)備考生和應(yīng)試者認(rèn)為lsat考題難度超過(guò)同類出國(guó)留學(xué)考試gre和gmat等，是目前最難的一種出國(guó)留學(xué)考試），使得不少人望而卻步，不敢問(wèn)焉。誠(chéng)然，lsat考試難度的確比較大。這無(wú)形之中給應(yīng)試備考帶來(lái)諸多困難。然而，掌握其題型特點(diǎn)和復(fù)習(xí)方法之后，lsat考試難度最終還是可以克服的。筆者根據(jù)多年來(lái)努力推廣lsat考試和研究該項(xiàng)考試各題型特點(diǎn)以及教學(xué)輔導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)出應(yīng)試復(fù)習(xí)“三階段”方法?，F(xiàn)介紹如下，供大家參考使用。

所謂“三階段”復(fù)習(xí)方法，具體是指：復(fù)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備lsat考試將分三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。第一階段，扎實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和研究lsat基本題型（閱讀、邏輯、分析和作文等）的特點(diǎn)。這一階段是基礎(chǔ)。要求學(xué)習(xí)者必須熟悉lsat四種基本題型（包括作文）各自的思路和基本解題方法。把握其各自題型規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)。具體辦法：建議學(xué)習(xí)者從lsat全真試題入手，一步一個(gè)腳印，從每一個(gè)部分、每一個(gè)問(wèn)題開始，逐個(gè)認(rèn)識(shí)題型、熟悉各自題目和題設(shè)條件，注意掌握經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的高頻率詞匯（往往出現(xiàn)在問(wèn)題提問(wèn)當(dāng)中，如閱讀題型之問(wèn)題當(dāng)中according、suggest、most strongly support、most clearly weaken……、邏輯題型之問(wèn)題當(dāng)中inference、assumption……、分析題型之問(wèn)題當(dāng)中must、could……等）、注意長(zhǎng)短句表達(dá)方法和特定意思，注意將重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、疑點(diǎn)問(wèn)題著重標(biāo)出，做好記號(hào)，同時(shí)應(yīng)該包括相對(duì)比較容易的?？碱}型和問(wèn)題，以便為下一階段的復(fù)習(xí)做好充分準(zhǔn)備。不求速度，但求質(zhì)量，力爭(zhēng)在這個(gè)階段把各題型之問(wèn)題“吃透”,尤其是了解各類題型的出題思路以及發(fā)問(wèn)思路（每一類題型都有一個(gè)發(fā)問(wèn)的角度，而回答的思路針對(duì)passage的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析而得的），特別是對(duì)剛剛開始接觸lsat等出國(guó)留學(xué)類考試的同學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)，更應(yīng)該強(qiáng)調(diào)穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打，切忌浮躁。心理素質(zhì)要強(qiáng)-----始終保持一種沉著冷靜和積極進(jìn)取的心態(tài)對(duì)待lsat考試亦非常重要。此所謂“戰(zhàn)略上要藐視敵人、戰(zhàn)術(shù)上要重視敵人！”的真理所在。同樣地，對(duì)待lsat考試，我們?cè)趹?zhàn)略上要藐視它，在戰(zhàn)術(shù)上務(wù)必要重視

它！相信經(jīng)過(guò)第一階段扎扎實(shí)實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和研究后，您可以順利通過(guò)lsat過(guò)關(guān)考試了，成功過(guò)半啦！時(shí)間緊湊起來(lái)大約需要一個(gè)半月或兩個(gè)月。

第二階段，重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、疑點(diǎn)突破，歸納總結(jié)各部分題型有規(guī)律性的思路和基本解題方法。此階段建立在第一階段基礎(chǔ)上，力求做到徹底弄清各難點(diǎn)、重點(diǎn)、疑點(diǎn)題型的思路及解題技巧，歸納總結(jié)各部分題型（特別是閱讀理解、邏輯推理和分析推理題型中常見的基本題型）的思路和基本解題方法。這一階段相當(dāng)于第一輪復(fù)習(xí)。具體辦法：可以集中時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)某種題型，如在某段時(shí)間（一周或兩周）內(nèi)集中復(fù)習(xí)閱讀理解或邏輯推理或分析推理。在第一階段基礎(chǔ)上做到“溫故而知新”，很有必要。多數(shù)考生往往不大注意這一階段之復(fù)習(xí)或是過(guò)于專注某單個(gè)題型之解答而花費(fèi)過(guò)多時(shí)間和精力，得不償失。如果第一階段沒(méi)有很好地學(xué)習(xí)和研究、沒(méi)有打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，第二階段復(fù)習(xí)將會(huì)成為一句空話，或是“只見樹木，而不見森林”，收效將甚微。但愿大家妥善安排好這一階段的復(fù)習(xí)。時(shí)間上，這一階段大約需要一個(gè)月左右。

第三階段，綜合?？己妥晕覝y(cè)試。在完成第一階段學(xué)習(xí)和第二階段復(fù)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)上，順利進(jìn)入第三階段----綜合?？己妥晕覝y(cè)試，按照實(shí)際考試（時(shí)間）要求有步驟地進(jìn)行。要求分單套試卷（最好是最新全真試題------可以向美國(guó)lsac購(gòu)買，但由于考慮到美國(guó)lsac出售每套試題需要8美元，價(jià)格相對(duì)比較貴。為了節(jié)省成本，中國(guó)大陸考生可以就近在國(guó)內(nèi)求購(gòu)，可以與lsat

企業(yè)全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的使命，即是：弱勢(shì)最小化管理，即防衛(wèi)性損失最小化管理；管理不確定性；績(jī)效最優(yōu)化管理。從而達(dá)到企業(yè)在制定和實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的過(guò)程中把風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制在可接受水平的方法和過(guò)程，以保障和促進(jìn)企業(yè)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

三、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分類：

1）依風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)主體可劃分為：個(gè)體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)（個(gè)人和家庭風(fēng)險(xiǎn)）、企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和公共風(fēng)險(xiǎn)（或國(guó)家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)）

2）依風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所涉及范圍劃分為：基本風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和特定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

基本風(fēng)險(xiǎn)：自然、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)或政治等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的組合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。其形成一般需要一定的時(shí)間積累，往往呈現(xiàn)出人類或個(gè)體難以控制或不可控制。

特定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)：與特定的社會(huì)個(gè)體有因果關(guān)系的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，如恐怖襲擊、偷盜、法律起訴等

3）依風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的損失形態(tài)劃分為：財(cái)產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。人身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和責(zé)任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

4）依是否獲利劃分為：純粹風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和投機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

純粹風(fēng)險(xiǎn)：指那些只有損失而無(wú)獲利可能性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

投機(jī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)：那些既有損失可能又有獲利可能的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，如市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、開放新產(chǎn)品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。

四、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)概念

1）風(fēng)險(xiǎn):事項(xiàng)可能性和其結(jié)果可能性的組合。

2）風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好：企業(yè)在制定和實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)過(guò)程中愿意承擔(dān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)數(shù)量。

3）風(fēng)險(xiǎn)容忍度：又稱風(fēng)險(xiǎn)容限或風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承受度，指一個(gè)企業(yè)在實(shí)現(xiàn)未來(lái)目標(biāo)的過(guò)程中所

能夠接受的與目標(biāo)的偏離度，或者說(shuō)是指企業(yè)希望接受何種程度的波

動(dòng)可能性與損失暴露。

4）危機(jī)：具有嚴(yán)重威脅、不確定性和由危機(jī)感的情景。危機(jī)是一種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，但風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不一定
