英語聽力訓(xùn)練的點(diǎn)滴體會

聽力是中學(xué)英語教學(xué)中四項(xiàng)基本技能之一。由于語言環(huán)境,教學(xué)條件,師資力量等原因聽力成了中學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)中的一個難點(diǎn)。突破這個難關(guān)不僅有助于學(xué)生語言綜合能力的提高,同時(shí)也為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語交際能力奠定一個良好的基礎(chǔ)。
聽力的認(rèn)知規(guī)律告訴我們聽能是由聽音辨音能力、預(yù)測能力、獲取特定信息能力、抓主旨大意能力、推測能力、猜意能力、識記能力等一系列技能技巧構(gòu)成的,要使這一復(fù)雜過程得以在瞬間完成,并持續(xù)不斷地進(jìn)行下去,教學(xué)中我們必須在充分認(rèn)識這些規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,研究聽的技巧與訓(xùn)練方法,探索提高聽力水平的途徑。教學(xué)中,我從以下幾個方面對學(xué)生進(jìn)行聽力訓(xùn)練。
一. 預(yù)期聽能訓(xùn)練:預(yù)期能力要求學(xué)生在聽前推測,在聽時(shí)捕捉話語中出現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵信息。學(xué)生拿到試卷后要快速瀏覽材料,依據(jù)詞法、句法、等語法結(jié)構(gòu),語調(diào)、重音等語音知識以及語意標(biāo)志語、上下文等篇章結(jié)構(gòu)技巧,從卷面上快速捕捉關(guān)鍵信息,理解話語的主旨,并且在整體把握的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步捕捉細(xì)節(jié),做到聽錄音時(shí)胸中有數(shù)。有的放矢,不打無準(zhǔn)備之仗。

B.Have a talk with Marie.C.Call Marie’s teacher 這兩道題出自一段對話,綜合領(lǐng)會兩道題的內(nèi)容我們可以預(yù)測第一題的選擇可能是A 或B.第二題可能是B。帶著這個預(yù)測在聽力中再確認(rèn)作答。
二.手腦并用,邊聽邊記。在聽錄音時(shí),常有同學(xué)出現(xiàn)“聽懂了,但內(nèi)容記不住 ” 的情況。這種現(xiàn)象主要是因?yàn)閷W(xué)生欠缺短時(shí)記憶的能力。要提高短時(shí)記憶的能力。學(xué)生在平時(shí)的聽力訓(xùn)練中要注意做到如下幾點(diǎn):
1.養(yǎng)成邊聽邊記習(xí)慣。記錄時(shí)要有重點(diǎn),有技巧,如數(shù)詞用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字記錄,地點(diǎn)、人名用代號,長詞用縮寫,長句抓主要成分。2.在語篇層次上把握聽力材料的主要意義,不要糾纏在局部聽不懂的地方。
3.聽錄音概述故事大意。
4.通過首句首段把握文章的體裁,記敘文重點(diǎn)聽who,what,when,where。描述文注意空間順序。
5.以意群為單位聽寫句子。
6.學(xué)會做簡短實(shí)效的筆記。學(xué)生在平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)中要掌握一些常用的拼寫縮略詞。如: O—oxygen;prof, e.g;i.e.;etc.;cf;1st.2nd;PRC;info;esp;prob;usu;月份,星期 等
三. 學(xué)會判斷和推理: 判斷和推理是領(lǐng)會說話著的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度的基本手段。判斷的依據(jù)是通過聽語言材料所獲得的細(xì)節(jié)。推理主要是依據(jù)獲取的數(shù)據(jù)及其相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行簡易的計(jì)算,根據(jù)說話者所使用的功能意念表達(dá)法和說話者的語調(diào)和語氣體會其觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度,綜合各方面 信息歸納總結(jié)作者意圖或短文主旨。1.What can we learn from the conversation? 四. 全面訓(xùn)練,綜合提高
語言的聽說讀寫幾項(xiàng)基本技能是相互制約又相輔相成,任何單項(xiàng)技能的提高都需要得到其他技能的支持。教師上課時(shí)要堅(jiān)持用英語授課。最大限度的給學(xué)生提供英語學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會。課堂教學(xué)中既要注意聽和讀“輸入技能”的訓(xùn)練,又要加強(qiáng)說和寫“輸出技能” 的訓(xùn)練。
五.重視聽力訓(xùn)練中的情感因素。
良好的心理和精神狀態(tài)是提高聽能的保證。由于許多學(xué)生平時(shí)缺乏足夠的聽力訓(xùn)練,雖然有的同學(xué)有較強(qiáng)的讀寫能力,但聽力水平相當(dāng)一般。加之受方言影響,英語發(fā)言不太標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這一切都使得同學(xué)們的聽力十分薄弱,一遇到考試就心慌,心理負(fù)擔(dān)比較重。由于心情太緊張,考生往往一開始就有幾個單詞或句子聽不清楚,這時(shí)如果拼命地回頭去想,下面的內(nèi)容很有可能也聽不清,從而影響了聽的效果。而且一般情況下,英語考試都是先考聽力,聽力部分發(fā)揮是否正常直接關(guān)系到后面其他部分英語考試。因此,克服心理障礙,增強(qiáng)自信心是取得好成績的關(guān)鍵之一。聽力理解過程實(shí)際上不是被動地接受,而是在積極參與的過程中用自己已有的知識包括語法、詞匯、常識等)對所吸到的內(nèi)容解碼,然后進(jìn)行篩選、過濾、整理、分類,這是個重新組合的過程。人們在吸收信息的過程中,都會自覺地將自己所掌握的知識(包括背景知識)同其所聽到的聯(lián)系在一起,這種督導(dǎo)知識和輔入信息的結(jié)合就是預(yù)測、挑選、吸收和綜合的過程。只有平靜的心態(tài)和良好的心理素質(zhì)才能確保這個過程的順利進(jìn)行。
六.學(xué)會判斷題型。
如信息確認(rèn)正誤判斷題,簡易數(shù)據(jù)換算題,意念功能題,推理判斷題。每年高考最后一篇短文雖然篇幅較長,但這里多為信息確認(rèn)題,只要根據(jù)題目的要求抓住主要信息作好這部分并不難。
聽力訓(xùn)練貴在持之以恒,只要堅(jiān)持訓(xùn)練,講究方法,通過高中三年的學(xué)習(xí),聽力的水平一定會有質(zhì)的飛躍。

聽是人們言語交際能力的重要方面,也是英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要途徑之
一。通過聽覺領(lǐng)悟語言是一個復(fù)雜的過程,它包括接受信息、識別、判斷和理解聲音信號等幾個層次的心理活動。人們接受信息后,通過大腦來識別和 理解每個聲音信號的意義,然后作出適當(dāng)?shù)姆答仭7答伒目炻?、判斷的正確與否,同一個人的識別和理解能力及個人的知識、經(jīng)驗(yàn)都有著密切的聯(lián)系。傳統(tǒng)的應(yīng)試教學(xué)模式,重讀、寫能力訓(xùn)練,輕聽、說能力的培養(yǎng),留下了英語叫中的“聾啞”后遺癥。如何提高學(xué)生聽力水平,給我們從事基礎(chǔ)英語教育的同仁們留下了深思。
一、“聽”在教學(xué)中的地位
在當(dāng)今社會中,隨著各種媒體的廣泛使用,聽的素質(zhì)變的日益重要了,但目前中學(xué)英語教學(xué)中重視閱讀,說和聽是非常薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),學(xué)生聽力培養(yǎng)和提高往往被忽視。在初中畢業(yè)生中,英語筆試能力卓而不凡的不乏其人,但每當(dāng)聽別人說英語卻是一頭霧水,糊里糊涂。為改變這種狀況我們必須加大聽力訓(xùn)練,因而注重并加強(qiáng)聽力教學(xué)方法的探索與研究,是提高中學(xué)英語聽力水平的關(guān)鍵所在。
二、聽力訓(xùn)練的一般方法
1.用英語組織教學(xué),使英語聽力經(jīng)?;?。
課堂是實(shí)施英語聽力訓(xùn)練的主陣地,要為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個良好的語言環(huán)境,就必須用英語組織教學(xué)。例如:在一篇課文的Dialogue教學(xué)中,向?qū)W生出示一副畫著漂亮自行車的圖片,然后對學(xué)生說:look at this picture , what can you see ?(I can see a bike).通過這樣的情景教學(xué),即使學(xué)生不看書,也能容易聽懂對話內(nèi)容,從而增加了學(xué)生在課內(nèi)接受聽力訓(xùn)練的機(jī)會。
用英語組織課堂教學(xué)是對學(xué)生進(jìn)行聽力訓(xùn)練最基本、最簡便、最實(shí)效的形式,在用英語組織課堂教學(xué)的過程中,應(yīng)注意:
①讀準(zhǔn)語音。正確的語音是聽音辨音的基礎(chǔ),只有把英語音學(xué)準(zhǔn)讀準(zhǔn),才能進(jìn)行聽音辨音。因此,我要求學(xué)生每天早晨堅(jiān)持半小時(shí)的聽錄音跟讀練習(xí),跟讀過程中,只求讀準(zhǔn)語音。隨堂設(shè)計(jì)5分鐘的辨音練習(xí),形式可多樣化。比如:一生朗讀,其余聽辨有無錯音。②多聽。多聽是強(qiáng)化學(xué)生聽力的重要手段。教師在課堂上多用英語進(jìn)行教學(xué),給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造聽的機(jī)會和環(huán)境。充分利用錄音機(jī)和錄音磁
帶,讓學(xué)生經(jīng)常聽英美人的地道的英語,掌握比較標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英語語音。
2、增加英語聽力訓(xùn)練方式,主要包括聽音辯音、聽寫、聽說對話、聽力理解等。
⑴ 辯音訓(xùn)練要隨時(shí)隨地進(jìn)行。
a.讓學(xué)生找出所聽到的元音讀音相同的單詞。

b.讓學(xué)生聽幾組句子并找出每組句子中不同的部分。

⑵ 聽說對話訓(xùn)練要抓平時(shí)。
聽是理解信息,說是表達(dá)和傳遞信息,聽是說的基礎(chǔ),說是聽的提高。因此,中學(xué)英語訓(xùn)練的第一步是如何讓學(xué)生開口說英語,要重在他們用英語自由表達(dá)的習(xí)慣,要抓平時(shí),抓養(yǎng)成。
⑶ 聽寫訓(xùn)練要抓反復(fù)
聽寫是最樸實(shí)、最簡便的聽力訓(xùn)練方式,也是提高聽力水平必不可少的一環(huán)。它是一種限時(shí)性強(qiáng),輸入量大,需要高度集中一個人的注意力并充分調(diào)動一個人所有語言知識的腦力勞動過程。聽寫作為一種固定的日常練習(xí),使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的聽寫習(xí)慣,當(dāng)然聽寫有一種循序漸進(jìn)的過程,可以從單調(diào)詞組開始,逐步過渡到段落及至全文。
⑷ 理解訓(xùn)練要抓突出。
聽力理解包括對句子和文章的基本事實(shí)的認(rèn)定及文章相關(guān)內(nèi)容間邏輯關(guān)系的推斷,是聽力的高級表現(xiàn)形式,必須要常抓不懈。尤其在聽力過程中,抓重點(diǎn)、抓突出,爭取做到學(xué)生對聽力有足夠的重視。
3.遵守聽力規(guī)律,使聽力訓(xùn)練科學(xué)化。
英語聽力是一個“細(xì)活”,需要付出一定時(shí)間才能提高。但是教師在教學(xué)過程中,需要掌握規(guī)律,對癥下藥。
⑴ 明確目的。
在做聽力練習(xí)之前,特別是聽力材料是短文時(shí),必須讓學(xué)生明白他們要做什么,讓學(xué)生了解語言材料的背景,然后瀏覽題干部分及答案,讓他們感到心中有數(shù)。
⑵ 掌握技巧。
在訓(xùn)練聽力時(shí)對學(xué)生進(jìn)行聽法指導(dǎo)是十分必要的。首先要消除畏懼心理、增強(qiáng)自信,然后要告誡學(xué)生不因?yàn)橐粌蓚€單詞沒聽懂而患得
患失,要抓住關(guān)鍵詞,抓主要線索,抓整體。還要讓學(xué)生在進(jìn)行聽力測試時(shí)盡量記錄下材料的基本事實(shí)。
⑶ 精心選擇聽力材料。
聽力材料的適當(dāng)是直接影響學(xué)生的“聽”的積極性和聽力效果的。教師應(yīng)選擇由易到難,由淺到深的系列材料,可以先從辯音入手,然后逐步過渡到短句、長句、段落及篇章結(jié)構(gòu),再應(yīng)結(jié)合新教材的特點(diǎn),選擇語言規(guī)范,交際性強(qiáng)又十分按英美文化和習(xí)俗的語言材料。
⑷ 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生用英語思維,使聽力訓(xùn)練個性化。
學(xué)生在聽英語的過程中,習(xí)慣于將聽到的一切都翻譯成漢語,人為的增強(qiáng)了聽力理解過程中的英譯漢,然后再到漢譯英的環(huán)節(jié),從而跟不上速度,提不高效率,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生用英語思維,減少心譯過程,使學(xué)生把聽到的或自己表達(dá)的英語與客觀事物建立直接關(guān)系,是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的聽力習(xí)慣,提高學(xué)生聽力效果的主要一環(huán),同時(shí)要教育學(xué)生不要把一切都翻譯成母語。
三、英語聽力遇到的困難
1.語言上的困難
所聽的材料中出現(xiàn)新詞,新句型和新語法現(xiàn)象,或者由于連續(xù)、弱讀、失去爆破、重音移動等而使詞句發(fā)生變化,這些都會引起聽的困難,克服這種困難最初可通過分析性聽力練習(xí)來解決。
2.內(nèi)容上的困難
學(xué)生聽英語時(shí),由于不熟悉英美人的生活習(xí)慣、文化特色、興趣愛好等,常會感到所聽材料顯無具體的新詞名著,但卻不能聽懂內(nèi)容。所以聽力練習(xí)配合一定的情景,并在教學(xué)中注意介紹文化背景。
3.心理上的困難
學(xué)生聽英語的潛在困難屬于心理障礙,總感到被動、無把握,因此過分緊張。聽的時(shí)候的注意集中到內(nèi)容上而不是語言上,大意上而不是細(xì)節(jié)上,正在聽的而不是已聽過的。
四、聽力能力的培養(yǎng)還應(yīng)注重課外的訓(xùn)練。
聽力課上,如果有明確的目標(biāo),完備的設(shè)施、良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍和適度緊張的情緒,就很容易出成績,水平提高也快。但聽力是許多同學(xué)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),單靠每周的幾節(jié)課是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,自己課下還需要“加碼”。可以把課堂上的材料進(jìn)一步“精聽”,也可以“泛聽”其他材料;另外一個不可忽視的方面就是隨意聽,即在休閑娛樂甚至是休息時(shí),聽一些優(yōu)美的英語經(jīng)典歌曲、英語節(jié)目、電影錄音剪輯等,這樣耳熟
能詳,不知不覺朗朗上口,語感增強(qiáng)了,聽說能力也提高了。有時(shí)可能感覺收益不大,但這只是暫時(shí)的,其長期效益是顯著的。

1.提高口語能力

1)抓緊時(shí)間預(yù)覽題目。因?yàn)槁犃荚図?xiàng)目的播放時(shí)間及次數(shù)是有限的,如果我們在聽錄音錢就快速閱讀題目,盡力記住書面考題內(nèi)容,就可以根據(jù)所給的選項(xiàng)判斷出該題目的話題重點(diǎn),并可以調(diào)動自己所知的一切相關(guān)的背景知識,那么就可以提高聽力識別效率。如果單詞辨析題,我們可以根據(jù)所給選項(xiàng)推斷考題所要我們分辨的音素,因此我們就可以在聽音時(shí)著重的聽這個音素;句子理解部分,我們可以通過預(yù)覽發(fā)現(xiàn)各個選項(xiàng)的相同及相異之處,在聽錄音時(shí)就可以著重聽相異之處;而對對話及短文理解題目選項(xiàng)的預(yù)覽就更為重要,通過預(yù)覽我們可以判斷出短文話題及錄音的重點(diǎn),可以大大降低聽力測試的難度,所以我們應(yīng)抓要緊一切時(shí)間,包括發(fā)下考卷后的空隙,以及錄音中播放考試題目要求的時(shí)間來預(yù)覽試題。
2)要善于抓關(guān)鍵詞句。我們在預(yù)覽的基礎(chǔ)上確定了該題目的測試重點(diǎn),在聽錄音的時(shí)候我們就要帶著這個問題,有的放矢地聽。如果聽對話或短文時(shí),更應(yīng)該盡力理解全文的主要內(nèi)容,抓住主要情節(jié)、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)及過程,無需苛求聽懂每一個字、每一句話,否則我們只能獲得零散的信息,無法抓住全文的梗概,所以能否抓著文章要點(diǎn)去整體理解文章是提高聽力的關(guān)鍵。
3)要善于做簡單的記錄。對于一些比較復(fù)雜和較長的句子,或有需要計(jì)算的題目以及一些比較復(fù)雜的看圖聽力題,可在聽音時(shí)做些簡單的記錄,這樣可以大大方便解題,記錄應(yīng)簡單、恰當(dāng),可用縮寫、簡寫、符號等。
4)聽力測試中,學(xué)生心緒調(diào)整至關(guān)重要。首先在聽音前不可太緊張嗎,否則會影響聽音,而當(dāng)出現(xiàn)漏聽或者選擇無把握時(shí),千萬不能計(jì)較個別題的得失,寧可放掉一題,也不可停留在原題上思考、沉不住氣、心慌意亂或產(chǎn)生緊張或懊惱的情緒,否則會造成連失幾題的可能。正確的做法是當(dāng)機(jī)立斷,抓緊時(shí)間做下面的一題,否則等到下面一題開始播放再轉(zhuǎn)過來就來不及了。

淺談初中英語聽力障礙及其訓(xùn)練策略研究

隨著英語新教材的啟用,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的聽力訓(xùn)練,提高學(xué)生聽力理解水平,已經(jīng)受到廣大英語教師的高度重視。但是,筆者認(rèn)為,目前初中英語的聽力教學(xué)還處于起點(diǎn)階段,距新課標(biāo)所規(guī)定的目標(biāo)尚有一定的距離。筆者九年你學(xué)生中做過一次關(guān)聽力測試的問卷調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,近50% 的學(xué)生以為目前英語學(xué)習(xí)中最感困難,最為頭疼的是聽力理解,37% 的學(xué)生感到每次考試之后聽力部分是最沒有把握的。聽力理解障礙何在?如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽英語的能力,提高他們的聽力水平,筆者想就此略陳管見。
1.聽力理解障礙
1.1 母語干擾的障礙。許多學(xué)生在聽到一段語音信息后,常受母語干擾,習(xí)慣用中文逐句逐詞翻譯出來,而不能直接將語音信息轉(zhuǎn)化為一定的情景,不能直接用英語進(jìn)行思維,多了個中間環(huán)節(jié),這種心譯影響了反應(yīng)速度和記憶效果。
1.2 文化背景知識的障礙。語言是文化的一種表現(xiàn)形式,把英語作為來學(xué)習(xí)外語的學(xué)生必須具備一定的英美歷史的語言文學(xué)知識,還需了解和熟悉一些英美國家人民的生活習(xí)慣,文化背景,風(fēng)土人情及生活方式,不少中學(xué)生由于缺乏這方面的知識,聽力理解便產(chǎn)生一定困難。如一些聽力材料中常會出現(xiàn) Thanksgiving,AprilFool學(xué)生對西方的感恩節(jié)、愚人節(jié)等不甚了解,就會對這些感到茫然。
1.3 心理因素的障礙。聽力理解的過程也是一個較復(fù)雜的心理活動過程。心理學(xué)家告訴我們,當(dāng)人的情緒處于緊張焦慮的狀態(tài)時(shí),就會產(chǎn)生恐懼心理,從而使原來可以聽懂的內(nèi)容也大打折扣。另外,外部環(huán)境對學(xué)生也有較大的影響,環(huán)境的變化會使學(xué)生在心理上產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的變化。同樣的聽力內(nèi)容,學(xué)生在教室里聽教師授課和在語音室里聽錄音的心理準(zhǔn)備和活動的方式是不一樣的。而多數(shù)學(xué)生又不善于高速心理變化,從而造成聽力理解上的因難。學(xué)生在聽音時(shí)的情感因素和聽力理解的有效程度也有著直接的聯(lián)系。如果學(xué)生聽音目的明確并有強(qiáng)烈的聽音個體,其效果就好。反之,會產(chǎn)生心理抵觸和厭惡情緒。
2.聽力理解的訓(xùn)練策略
2.1 增加背景知識和聽力心理的訓(xùn)練。首先,語言是在一定的背景下使用的,初中學(xué)生是否能順利完成聽力的學(xué)習(xí),關(guān)鍵因素之一就是要掌握大量的語言知識背景,包括文化背景、社會背景以及生活習(xí)慣的背景。如果學(xué)生的英語背景知識面過窄,那就無法正確理解材料的意義。如在關(guān)于“Greatpeople”的聽力訓(xùn)練中,如果教師在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中對學(xué)生進(jìn)行偉大人物事跡和歷史的講解,學(xué)生對偉大的歷史人物有初步的了解,那在聽力中就可以很快地進(jìn)入聽力情境,掌握聽力的內(nèi)容。其次,教師要及時(shí)關(guān)注學(xué)生的心理變化,根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,對學(xué)生的聽力心理進(jìn)行疏導(dǎo),幫助學(xué)生調(diào)整心態(tài),以積極合理的心態(tài)進(jìn)行聽力的學(xué)習(xí)。
2.2 重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽力理解的技巧與良好聽的習(xí)慣。在聽力教學(xué)中,教師要注意對學(xué)生進(jìn)行聽力技巧的訓(xùn)練,這是提高學(xué)生聽力理解水平的有效措施。所謂聽力技巧,包括語音技巧和聽力技巧。語音技巧包括連讀、弱讀、句子重音、意群劃分等。而理解技巧是指對所聽內(nèi)容的檢索、預(yù)測、取舍等技巧。教師要教會學(xué)生聽音前注意操練、捕捉信息,即要快速地瀏覽習(xí)題,捕捉一切可以從題面上得到的信息,聽的時(shí)候要邊聽邊記,強(qiáng)化記憶,記錄時(shí)要有重點(diǎn),有技巧,如數(shù)詞用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字記錄,地點(diǎn)、人名用代號,長詞用縮句,長句抓住主要成份。“抱住西瓜,再撿芝麻”,聽句子回答問題時(shí)要把題干和問題有機(jī)地聯(lián)系在一起,聽對話和短文時(shí),要抓住主旨大意,切忌因
一、兩個詞而忽視全文。
3.將聽的訓(xùn)練與說、讀、寫相結(jié)合
聽、說、讀、寫在語言學(xué)習(xí)中有著密不可分的聯(lián)系,將“說”、“讀”、“寫”也納入“聽”的訓(xùn)練范疇,對聽力提高有促進(jìn)作用。聽說,是在聽懂的基礎(chǔ)上說,在說的同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己所表達(dá)的與聽到的之間的差別,增強(qiáng)聽的能力,使兩者相互促進(jìn)。聽讀,即聽完一兩遍錄音后,進(jìn)行跟讀。錄音對句子的重讀、弱讀、失爆等規(guī)則表現(xiàn)明顯,學(xué)生在跟讀時(shí),可憑所聽到的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行揣摩,從而掌握朗讀技巧,這對語感及語言感悟力的培養(yǎng)有著極其重要的作用。聽寫,即在聽力課前,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在進(jìn)行聽音記錄時(shí),對關(guān)鍵性的詞采用首字母語或一些簡圖來記錄語篇意義。另外,平常聽寫單詞時(shí)要有意識地準(zhǔn)備一些音相近的單詞以加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的記憶力,使其更好地理解所聽內(nèi)容。
4.了解學(xué)習(xí)社會文化背景知識,縮小文化差異
在聽力理解中,社會文化背景知識起著非常大的作用,可以減少聽者在一定程度上對聲音的依賴,增強(qiáng)其對材料的描述及推理能力,從而更好地理解聽力材料。學(xué)生要提高聽力水平,就必須跨越由文化差異所造成的文化障礙,有意識地培養(yǎng)使用英語思維的能力,努力排除本族語言的干擾。聽力材料的內(nèi)容往往涉及西方國家的文化、地理、歷史、風(fēng)土人情以及生活常識等。在聽力教學(xué)中,教師需講解西方國家的文化背景,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生去適應(yīng)東西方文化間的差異。另外,還應(yīng)鼓勵學(xué)生廣泛閱讀,教師可向?qū)W生推薦適合他們的西方雜志,使他們熟悉各方面的背景知識,增加對聽力材料的熟悉度,進(jìn)而更準(zhǔn)確地理解所聽內(nèi)容。
5.注意學(xué)生良好心理素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)
保持良好的狀態(tài),自覺養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣對于聽力的培養(yǎng)十分的重要。目前,初中生的心理控制能力有較大的發(fā)展,但是他們又有心理狀態(tài)可塑性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。從聽力訓(xùn)練的初始階級就應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)良好的心理素質(zhì)的積極性。首先,要對學(xué)生加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)目的教育,鼓勵學(xué)生樹立信心,增強(qiáng)克服困難的勇氣。教師要明確告訴學(xué)生,聽是學(xué)好英語的重要途徑之一,要加以重視。同時(shí)不否認(rèn)聽力理解有相當(dāng)?shù)碾y度,只要正視它,經(jīng)過持之以恒的努力是能夠克服的。其次,教師在課堂上要創(chuàng)設(shè)一個輕松和諧的氣氛,努力消除學(xué)生因害怕、擔(dān)憂、反感而產(chǎn)生的心理障礙。第三,教師在課堂上要引入競爭機(jī)制,激發(fā)學(xué)生聽的興趣,看到學(xué)生一點(diǎn)一滴的進(jìn)步,要適時(shí)給予表揚(yáng)。如在訓(xùn)練時(shí)可采用搶答方式,看誰反應(yīng)迅速,答得正確性。
