一、開(kāi)始部分（謎語(yǔ)導(dǎo)入）

二、基本部分

成的呢？（引導(dǎo)其探索和發(fā)現(xiàn)手的各部位名稱：手指甲、手指頭、手掌、手背）；每只小手有幾個(gè)手指頭呢？（5個(gè)）；那么兩只手的構(gòu)成部分一樣嗎？（一樣，手都是由：手指甲、手指頭、手掌、手背構(gòu)成。）

3、說(shuō)手指頭兒歌。（1個(gè)指頭按電鈕，2個(gè)指頭揀豆豆，3個(gè)指頭解扣扣，4個(gè)指頭提兜兜，5個(gè)指頭握一起，攥起拳頭有勁頭。）

4、小朋友們初步認(rèn)識(shí)了自己的小手，那么你們知道自己的小手會(huì)做什么呢？（彈鋼琴、扶杯子/碗、拿勺子/毛巾、背書(shū)包、穿衣服、擦桌子、掃地、端椅子、玩玩具、按電鈕等等，鼓勵(lì)寶寶多動(dòng)手，做些力所能及的事情。）

5、小朋友們看看老師兩個(gè)大拇指上的表情是什么呢？（笑臉、苦臉）為什么其中一個(gè)表情是哭臉呢？（引導(dǎo)其觀察和發(fā)現(xiàn)： 笑臉的大拇指是干凈的，而哭臉的大拇指是臟的。）

6、小朋友們，當(dāng)我們小手有臟的污漬的時(shí)候，我們要怎樣正確洗手才能把小手洗的白白的呢？（引導(dǎo)其：飯前便后要洗手；玩完玩具要洗手；要勤剪指甲等等。記住“洗手六步驟”，要養(yǎng)成正確洗手的好習(xí)慣。）

三、結(jié)束部分

活動(dòng)反思： 小朋友們和老師一起用“洗手六步驟”來(lái)洗一次手，要在生活中養(yǎng)成正確洗手的好習(xí)慣。小朋友們回到家里可以將正確的洗手步驟教給爸爸媽媽，讓家人都養(yǎng)成一個(gè)好的洗手習(xí)慣。在家里要多多發(fā)揮你們小手的作用，做些了力所能及的事情，爭(zhēng)做一名能干的好寶寶。
