（一）處理生詞

被動：做的事情不是自己喜歡的。相對的詞是主動。發(fā)福：變胖

例如：麥克原來80斤，現(xiàn)在120斤?！溈税l(fā)福了。減肥：使身體變瘦 節(jié)食：吃很少的東西 以前吃三碗飯，現(xiàn)在吃一碗→我在節(jié)食。飛躍：很大的變化

例如：以前考試30分，這次100分→他的成績有了飛躍。身材：身體的形狀 勻稱：不胖不瘦 調(diào)節(jié)：改變想法，使適合 例如：調(diào)節(jié)情緒、調(diào)節(jié)氣氛 甚至：程度更高

例如：一件衣服1000元，2000元，甚至5000元，誰買呀？ 承擔：健身的地方，一個月1000塊錢，貴嗎？→承擔不起。大大：變化快，程度高

例如：以前麥克考試20分，現(xiàn)在100分→成績大大提高了 居民：住在這里的人 免費：不用花錢。

設(shè)施：健身房有跑步機、自行車、舉重的杠鈴→這些都叫健身設(shè)施

2、解釋學(xué)生聽不懂的生詞。

（二）聽一遍課文，問下列問題：

2、小敏跳健身操以后，身材有什么變化？

她認為花錢跳健身操值得嗎？

1、判斷正誤

聽一遍錄音，然后找學(xué)生回答。沒有問題的一帶而過，有問題的地方進行解答。

2、根據(jù)課文內(nèi)容，選擇正確答案

經(jīng)過問問題和判斷正誤的講解，學(xué)生基本理解了課文內(nèi)容，這一部分比較容易。學(xué)生如有錯誤，進行講解。

三、補充練習(xí)

（一）聽下面的句子，聽后選擇正確的答案：

1、聽錄音，每兩個問題間隔十秒。

2、找同學(xué)回答。正確的簡單解釋，涉及語法的或是學(xué)生做錯的要重點講解。例如：
