第一篇：技術(shù)部管理職能分工

技術(shù)總工（技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人）：

1）全面負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目部的技術(shù)管理和質(zhì)量管理工作。貫徹執(zhí)行技術(shù)政策、法律法規(guī)、技術(shù)規(guī)范和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，落實(shí)上級(jí)主管部門的管理要求。

2）負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目施工技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備工作；

3）負(fù)責(zé)組織施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、施工方案、各項(xiàng)技術(shù)交底（包括質(zhì)量保證措施、安全

保證措施、工期保證措施、季節(jié)性保證措施等）的編制，負(fù)責(zé)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及其變更的 審核，負(fù)責(zé)施工方案的審核和各項(xiàng)技術(shù)措施的審批，確保工程施工過(guò)程控制有科學(xué)先進(jìn) 的依據(jù)；

4）負(fù)責(zé)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)交底，包括施工組織設(shè)計(jì)文件內(nèi)容交底，季節(jié)性施工方案、外架搭設(shè)方案、安全專項(xiàng)方案等重要分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方案交底，并對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、施工方案、技術(shù)措施等實(shí)施進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督，確保有效實(shí)施；

5）組織圖紙預(yù)審、會(huì)審，并形成圖紙會(huì)審紀(jì)要；

6）負(fù)責(zé)重大設(shè)計(jì)變更、重大工程洽商的審核、審批工作；

7）負(fù)責(zé)主持危險(xiǎn)性較大工程安全專項(xiàng)施工方案的審核及專家論證；

8）對(duì)質(zhì)量通病提出預(yù)防措施，對(duì)施工中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題提出糾正措施，對(duì)重大質(zhì)

量事故負(fù)有上報(bào)、參與調(diào)查、分析及制定糾正措施并組織落實(shí)的責(zé)任；

9）負(fù)責(zé)組織對(duì)不合格品的鑒定、分析、處理并提出整改措施；

10）負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)、新材料、新工藝、新設(shè)備的論證、優(yōu)選、應(yīng)用及推廣工作，并做

好總結(jié)與申報(bào)；

11）負(fù)責(zé)分部分項(xiàng)工程施工技術(shù)交底的審核；

12）對(duì)項(xiàng)目的安全管理負(fù)技術(shù)責(zé)任；

13）對(duì)工程材料設(shè)備采購(gòu)負(fù)技術(shù)質(zhì)量責(zé)任，監(jiān)控工程材料設(shè)備采購(gòu)滿足圖紙、規(guī)范、技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求；

14）負(fù)責(zé)試驗(yàn)管理與監(jiān)控，包括試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃的編制、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程監(jiān)控；

15）負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量管理與監(jiān)控，對(duì)重要部位的測(cè)量成果進(jìn)行審核，并監(jiān)控復(fù)測(cè)、復(fù)驗(yàn)；

16）負(fù)責(zé)施工過(guò)程的控制與管理，以過(guò)程質(zhì)量來(lái)保證工程質(zhì)量與創(chuàng)優(yōu)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，包括質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收計(jì)劃的制定與實(shí)施；

17）負(fù)責(zé)分部分項(xiàng)工程的驗(yàn)收組織；

18）組織并參加竣工驗(yàn)收，協(xié)調(diào)交接工作；

19）負(fù)責(zé)工程技術(shù)檔案及竣工資料的組織編制，審核與移交；負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督和檢

查本工程實(shí)施全過(guò)程技術(shù)管理和質(zhì)量管理文件、記錄的及時(shí)收集、整理、成檔、歸檔，并對(duì)本工程交工資料的完整性、準(zhǔn)確性、真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)；

20）負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目工程技術(shù)人員（包括所有總承包范圍內(nèi)的工程技術(shù)人員）的組織管理，主抓技術(shù)部、質(zhì)量部及深化設(shè)計(jì)工作，負(fù)責(zé)全項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)、安全、工程質(zhì)量等方面的協(xié)

調(diào)檢查工作，并協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)、質(zhì)量部與工程、安全、物資、商務(wù)部門間的工作；

21）負(fù)責(zé)科技示范工程的策劃、申報(bào)、實(shí)施、總結(jié)及驗(yàn)收等工作；

22）督促檢查分包工程的檢驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)工作，協(xié)調(diào)好總分包工程技術(shù)管理和質(zhì)量控制

工作，確保分包工程符合規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和分包合同規(guī)定；

24）完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。技術(shù)員：

1）參加圖紙會(huì)審，參與本工程的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、施工方案和冬、雨季施工措施的

編制與交底工作。指導(dǎo)、檢查施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、施工方案及施工措施的實(shí)施，必要時(shí)對(duì)其

按程序進(jìn)行修改；

2）及時(shí)辦理工程設(shè)計(jì)變更與工程洽商記錄，并指導(dǎo)執(zhí)行；

3）積極參加QC小組活動(dòng)，做好活動(dòng)記錄，整理好成果資料，并配合發(fā)布；

4）按工程技術(shù)管理工作計(jì)劃，負(fù)責(zé)檢查、實(shí)施。做到計(jì)劃可行措施得力、檢查全

面、總結(jié)具體。

5）完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。試驗(yàn)員

1）在項(xiàng)目技術(shù)部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)本工程的各項(xiàng)原材、施工試件取樣送檢；

2）負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督、檢查進(jìn)場(chǎng)各種原材料、成品、半成品材質(zhì)，及時(shí)整理試驗(yàn)成果，及

時(shí)匯報(bào)；分類匯總，定期報(bào)項(xiàng)目資料室歸檔；

3）做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)混凝土塌落度、試塊的臺(tái)帳及原始記錄和匯總；

4）做好裝修材料控制有害物質(zhì)的送樣檢測(cè)，配合甲方做好室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染濃度的檢 測(cè)；

5）做好結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體檢驗(yàn)、測(cè)溫及保證現(xiàn)場(chǎng)標(biāo)養(yǎng)室內(nèi)溫度和濕度符合規(guī)范要求；

6）做好配合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)材料員、質(zhì)檢員對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)材料外觀檢查并作好記錄。

7）完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。測(cè)量員

1）在項(xiàng)目技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目的測(cè)量工作。

2）認(rèn)真熟悉圖紙和有關(guān)變更通知單、圖紙會(huì)審紀(jì)要等資料，做好施測(cè)記錄。

3）測(cè)量員必須認(rèn)真填寫施工測(cè)量記錄表格，保存完好的原始記錄，做好施測(cè)日記。

4）認(rèn)真完成施測(cè)項(xiàng)目，要為生產(chǎn)著想，特殊情況隨叫隨到。

5）測(cè)量員必須愛惜自己使用的測(cè)量器具，認(rèn)真保養(yǎng)，保持外觀清潔。

6）對(duì)無(wú)故損壞儀器或失職導(dǎo)致儀器損壞要追究個(gè)人責(zé)任，依據(jù)損壞程度進(jìn)行賠償。

7）測(cè)量員工作責(zé)任重大，稍有不慎，會(huì)造成不可挽回的永久性缺陷或巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)損 失，因此在施測(cè)過(guò)程中要認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行測(cè)量復(fù)核制度。即測(cè)量員測(cè)量后，由項(xiàng)目

責(zé)任工程師、質(zhì)檢員和項(xiàng)目總工進(jìn)行復(fù)核（其中工程定位測(cè)量、基坑開挖線、最后一步

土方標(biāo)高、底板控制軸線、±0 控制線及標(biāo)高、轉(zhuǎn)換層控制線及標(biāo)高、主體標(biāo)高及垂直

度、竣工測(cè)量由項(xiàng)目總工復(fù)核后，報(bào)分公司技術(shù)部進(jìn)行復(fù)核）；復(fù)核無(wú)誤后請(qǐng)報(bào)監(jiān)理(業(yè)主)驗(yàn)收。

8）完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。資料員

1）負(fù)責(zé)圖紙的收集保管，負(fù)責(zé)工程技術(shù)資料的收集整理，按技術(shù)資料整理要求裝

訂成冊(cè)并存檔；

2）負(fù)責(zé)下發(fā)、收集、檢查各工序原始記錄；對(duì)全部收存資料進(jìn)行編目、登記；

3）及時(shí)收集并匯編各種試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、材質(zhì)證明、出廠合格證，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)匯報(bào)；

4）負(fù)責(zé)工程施工過(guò)程中各階段資料的收集、整理；負(fù)責(zé)整理、編制竣工文件；

5）嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行資料保管制度，所有工程資料做到真實(shí)、可靠、齊全，復(fù)核資料的交 圈檢查；

6）負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)工程各分承包方資料的收集、整理和匯總，并檢閱有無(wú)缺漏。

7）完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。

第二篇：生產(chǎn)部、設(shè)備技術(shù)部職能分工

H．生產(chǎn)部：

1、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)組織管理

1.1 根據(jù)公司下達(dá)的加工生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，作好前期準(zhǔn)備并組織具體實(shí)施，完成煙葉復(fù)烤加工及廢棄物處理等任務(wù)；

1.2 參加業(yè)務(wù)部組織的合同評(píng)審、生產(chǎn)策劃，并提出相關(guān)意見

2、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理

2.1 對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制，確保符合工藝指標(biāo)要求；

2.2 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，定期對(duì)生產(chǎn)、動(dòng)能、廢棄物處理等車間的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明生產(chǎn)、定置管理進(jìn)行檢查與考核，排除生產(chǎn)隱患和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。

2.3 組織召開安全生產(chǎn)調(diào)度會(huì)議，協(xié)助做好調(diào)度會(huì)議決議的起草、下發(fā)及檢查、考核工作。2.4 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中發(fā)生的質(zhì)量、安全問(wèn)題及事故的協(xié)調(diào)、調(diào)查與處理工作。

3、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)管理

3.1 及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確填報(bào)生產(chǎn)報(bào)表，按規(guī)定時(shí)間向有關(guān)部門報(bào)送生產(chǎn)報(bào)表。3.2 組織對(duì)生產(chǎn)情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，掌握生產(chǎn)情況

4、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)成本管理

4.1 負(fù)責(zé)組織開展生產(chǎn)成本節(jié)約降耗活動(dòng)。4.2 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程成本管理監(jiān)督抽查。

4.3 負(fù)責(zé)組織生產(chǎn)成本統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，對(duì)生產(chǎn)成本控制與管理中異常波動(dòng)組織糾偏。

5、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備管理

5.1 按公司設(shè)備技術(shù)部有關(guān)規(guī)定搞好設(shè)備管理，遵守設(shè)備安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程。

5.2 負(fù)責(zé)組織操作、實(shí)施生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備（包括精選線生產(chǎn)設(shè)備）的運(yùn)行、維修、保養(yǎng)和潤(rùn)滑情況，加強(qiáng)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理及事故控制，保證生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行；

5.3 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備大修維修計(jì)劃的提出并具體實(shí)施；配合設(shè)備技術(shù)部完成生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的項(xiàng)修工作；

5.4 負(fù)責(zé)部門管理范疇內(nèi)的外協(xié)維修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)管及驗(yàn)收工作； 5.5 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的備品備件需求計(jì)劃的提出、驗(yàn)收及使用工作； 5.6 負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備有效作業(yè)率的統(tǒng)計(jì)；

5.7 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)計(jì)量器具的檢定工作，保證公司計(jì)量器具得到有效控制；

M、設(shè)備技術(shù)部

1、負(fù)責(zé)公司工程技術(shù)綜合管理

1.1 負(fù)責(zé)公司新建、擴(kuò)建、擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)能力等新增固定資產(chǎn)投資的管理。負(fù)責(zé)上述新增固定資產(chǎn)的論證、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析、選型、談判、購(gòu)置、安裝等的實(shí)施。

1.2 負(fù)責(zé)公司設(shè)備技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與改進(jìn)的管理，負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備技術(shù)類創(chuàng)新課題的歸口管理，并組織課題項(xiàng)目的評(píng)審、論證、實(shí)施、驗(yàn)收和鑒定工作。

2、負(fù)責(zé)基建、零星外協(xié)維修項(xiàng)目、技改工程項(xiàng)目的全過(guò)程管理 2.1 負(fù)責(zé)組織技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)交流、技術(shù)研究和技術(shù)論證；

2.2 負(fù)責(zé)組織開展技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)分析、報(bào)批、報(bào)建、評(píng)估、組織項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)、施工及施工隊(duì)伍管理、監(jiān)理、咨詢、驗(yàn)收等全過(guò)程的管理；并負(fù)責(zé)技改項(xiàng)目“三同時(shí)”的管理；

2.3 負(fù)責(zé)基建基礎(chǔ)管理，按有關(guān)規(guī)定及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確上報(bào)基本建設(shè)統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表或文字報(bào)告 2.4 負(fù)責(zé)公司零星外協(xié)維修類項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)工作；

2.5 負(fù)責(zé)收集、整理、保管好新建工程項(xiàng)目（竣工前）和零星工程的竣工資料或大型維修工程的技術(shù)資料；

2.6 負(fù)責(zé)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；工程質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、施工狀況、施工安全監(jiān)督檢查、項(xiàng)目竣工管理，提交竣工報(bào)告、邀請(qǐng)有關(guān)單位和部門驗(yàn)收，督促整改存在問(wèn)題，搜集、整理、移交竣工資料。

3、負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備設(shè)施的歸口管理

3.1 根據(jù)行業(yè)有關(guān)設(shè)備管理的方針、政策和法規(guī)及公司的發(fā)展規(guī)劃，制定公司的設(shè)備管理制度，并指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督和組織公司各部門做好設(shè)備、設(shè)施管理工作；

3.2 負(fù)責(zé)公司范圍內(nèi)與生產(chǎn)相關(guān)（包括選葉設(shè)備及質(zhì)量檢測(cè)、檢定）的設(shè)備設(shè)施的選型、采購(gòu)工作，負(fù)責(zé)公司范圍內(nèi)安全、管理、生活的固定資產(chǎn)類設(shè)備、設(shè)施的選型、技術(shù)管理及維護(hù)、維修管理；

3.3 負(fù)責(zé)公司設(shè)備設(shè)施的綜合管理，制定各設(shè)備和計(jì)量及檢測(cè)器具、特種作業(yè)設(shè)備技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并督促各使用部門執(zhí)行設(shè)備的安全操作、保養(yǎng)、檢定、維護(hù)維修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)； 3.4 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)設(shè)備大修檢修計(jì)劃的審核及監(jiān)督實(shí)施，使設(shè)備處于良好的狀態(tài)； 3.5 負(fù)責(zé)特種作業(yè)設(shè)備的歸口管理工作（使用部門負(fù)責(zé)送檢），確保公司特種作業(yè)設(shè)備得到有效的控制；

4.1 負(fù)責(zé)建立健全公司計(jì)量管理體系，強(qiáng)化計(jì)量管理；

4.2 負(fù)責(zé)非生產(chǎn)計(jì)量器具的檢定與管理工作，保證公司計(jì)量器具得到有效的控制； 4.3 負(fù)責(zé)公司水、電、汽的計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)的管理，并建立完善能源管理制度，負(fù)責(zé)節(jié)能降耗管理工作；

5、負(fù)責(zé)備件的計(jì)劃及成本管理

5.1 負(fù)責(zé)審核備品備件的計(jì)劃申報(bào)，在保證滿足設(shè)備正常檢修的前提下，減少庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)備量； 5.2 負(fù)責(zé)非生產(chǎn)備品備件的驗(yàn)收工作； 5.3 負(fù)責(zé)公司所有備品備件報(bào)廢過(guò)程管理；

6、負(fù)責(zé)信息技術(shù)管理

6.1 負(fù)責(zé)全廠計(jì)算機(jī)的選型、驗(yàn)收、安裝和調(diào)試的管理； 6.2 負(fù)責(zé)OA系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)維護(hù)；

6.3 負(fù)責(zé)軟件和硬件的維護(hù)、升級(jí)與備份； 6.4 負(fù)責(zé)全廠計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行；

第三篇：技術(shù)部部門職能

技術(shù)部部門職能

各小組主要隸屬職能：

一、設(shè)計(jì)組：

1、根據(jù)需求設(shè)計(jì)軟件產(chǎn)品的UI（用戶界面及交互設(shè)計(jì)），完成圖標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)，整體配色設(shè)計(jì)；

2、對(duì)推廣宣傳資料的設(shè)計(jì)制作；

3、負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品的視覺設(shè)計(jì)，包括軟件產(chǎn)品界面（包含網(wǎng)頁(yè)應(yīng)用、客戶端應(yīng)用等）、圖表設(shè)計(jì)、logo設(shè)計(jì)等；

4、配合產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、開發(fā)人員完成原型或DEMO設(shè)計(jì)；

5、負(fù)責(zé)制定項(xiàng)目UI的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，參與整理詳細(xì)功能的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范文檔；

6、參與根據(jù)新產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)需求與技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的結(jié)合匹配，主動(dòng)有效的與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員溝通合作，保證產(chǎn)品高質(zhì)量按時(shí)正常上市；

7、參與市場(chǎng)調(diào)研，歸納產(chǎn)品功能特點(diǎn)、提煉易用性、友好性、特有特色特點(diǎn)。

8、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的用戶習(xí)慣分析、可用性分析、功能設(shè)計(jì)并撰寫相應(yīng)文檔；提交各類競(jìng)品的UI操作方式與流程對(duì)比分析報(bào)告；

9、負(fù)責(zé)快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)及用戶的反映，進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化和完善設(shè)計(jì)；

10、網(wǎng)站CSS樣式代碼編寫。

二、WEB開發(fā)組

負(fù)責(zé)WEB網(wǎng)站的開發(fā)、部署及維護(hù)

1、明確網(wǎng)站開發(fā)的目的、網(wǎng)站開發(fā)的需求；

2、根據(jù)網(wǎng)站現(xiàn)有代碼，對(duì)網(wǎng)站的需求進(jìn)行分析，制訂網(wǎng)站開發(fā)所涉及的各種計(jì)劃，確保網(wǎng)站完成后可以正常安全的運(yùn)行；

3、進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、編碼、文檔編寫工作，完成所要求的軟件特性；

4、測(cè)試和修復(fù)，確保將要提交的軟件具有良好的質(zhì)量（其中測(cè)試包括黑盒測(cè)試：頁(yè)面樣式測(cè)試、功能運(yùn)行測(cè)試等，白盒測(cè)試：程序代碼運(yùn)行測(cè)試等）；

5、安裝、提交開發(fā)完成的軟件，建立可供用戶使用的環(huán)境；

6、對(duì)公司用戶使用情況及各種情況的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)；

7、解決公司產(chǎn)品線中相關(guān)的技術(shù)難題，提供技術(shù)支持；

8、負(fù)責(zé)公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和信息安全的工作；

9、負(fù)責(zé)參股公司技術(shù)問(wèn)題；

10、開發(fā)Web Service服務(wù)相關(guān)接口；

11、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)維護(hù)；

12、維護(hù)公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)，硬件、軟件等設(shè)備的設(shè)施；

13、配合公司風(fēng)控、財(cái)務(wù)、客服、市場(chǎng)等部門的數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)整和維護(hù)網(wǎng)站的業(yè)務(wù)正常運(yùn)行；

14、軟件測(cè)試環(huán)境搭建包括測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器搭建、源代碼管理軟件搭建、測(cè)試Web站點(diǎn)搭建、自動(dòng)服務(wù)搭建。

三、APP開發(fā)組：

1、根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品發(fā)展方向，參與手機(jī)客戶端產(chǎn)品研發(fā)；

2、積極配合UI設(shè)計(jì)師和產(chǎn)品策劃人員研究并改善用戶體驗(yàn)；
