心理協(xié)會(huì)職能分工

會(huì)長(zhǎng)、副會(huì)長(zhǎng)及各部成員在積極參加心理健康教育各項(xiàng)工作、完成值班任務(wù)，做好量表測(cè)評(píng)之外，為明確職責(zé)，特制定《心理咨詢協(xié)會(huì)職能分工》。

會(huì)長(zhǎng)、副會(huì)長(zhǎng)

1.協(xié)助老師主持心理咨詢協(xié)會(huì)的全面工作

2.根據(jù)咨詢工作的目標(biāo)，確定工作重點(diǎn)，修訂各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)方案

3.組織、安排重要會(huì)議和集體活動(dòng)，負(fù)責(zé)召開會(huì)議和開展活動(dòng)的準(zhǔn)備工作及人事安排

4.協(xié)調(diào)各部的職能及工作任務(wù)，安排好人員值班

5.督促、檢查各部門的工作執(zhí)行及進(jìn)展情況，及時(shí)進(jìn)行思想教育和工作總結(jié)

6.策劃組織《心旅》雜志和<<心理發(fā)展導(dǎo)報(bào)>>的編輯人員及每期報(bào)道重點(diǎn) 7.完成老師交辦的其他事情

秘書處：

1.全面負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)會(huì)日常事務(wù)的傳達(dá)；

2.整理、歸納協(xié)會(huì)內(nèi)部的各項(xiàng)文件資料； 3.會(huì)議與活動(dòng)的記錄； 4.活動(dòng)的日?？偨Y(jié)；

策劃部

1.協(xié)助會(huì)長(zhǎng)、副會(huì)長(zhǎng)管理心理咨詢協(xié)會(huì)全面工作 2.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)會(huì)重要活動(dòng)的策劃

3.負(fù)責(zé)咨詢室的文秘工作，整理各部門的工作計(jì)劃、工作總結(jié)及會(huì)議報(bào)告等文字材料，做好心理咨詢協(xié)會(huì)的大事記錄，每月月底交出一份學(xué)院學(xué)生心理動(dòng)態(tài)信息

4.協(xié)調(diào)各部門活動(dòng)時(shí)間、人員值班與會(huì)議的安排

5.承擔(dān)全體咨詢員的資料存檔工作及咨詢協(xié)會(huì)內(nèi)部各種獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)評(píng)比；

6.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)檢查的接待工作及與各高校心理咨詢協(xié)會(huì)（或外界）聯(lián)誼的聯(lián)系工作

7.完成老師及會(huì)長(zhǎng)交辦的其他有關(guān)事情

咨詢部

1.了解和掌握全校學(xué)生的心理動(dòng)態(tài)變化，并向老師反饋準(zhǔn)確、有效的信息

2.接聽心理咨詢熱線，接待前來咨詢的同學(xué) 3.開展面對(duì)面的學(xué)生心理咨詢 4.協(xié)助老師開展心理疾病預(yù)防工作

2010—2011年心理發(fā)展協(xié)會(huì)工作計(jì)劃

2010-2011年?yáng)|華理工大學(xué)心理發(fā)展協(xié)會(huì)繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持以鄧小平理論和“三個(gè)代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo)，全面落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，積極探索和把握大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才的規(guī)律，堅(jiān)持育人為本，根據(jù)我校學(xué)生生理、心理發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律，運(yùn)用心理健康教育的理論和方法，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的心理素質(zhì)，促進(jìn)他們身心全面和諧發(fā)展，引導(dǎo)他們學(xué)會(huì)做人、學(xué)會(huì)讀書、學(xué)會(huì)合作、學(xué)會(huì)生活，努力將其培養(yǎng)成為理想信念堅(jiān)定，思想道德高尚，學(xué)習(xí)勤奮刻苦，適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要的高素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新人才。

一、2010-2011工作目標(biāo)

宗旨：打造心理協(xié)會(huì)優(yōu)質(zhì)品牌，突出特色。

1、通過協(xié)會(huì)活動(dòng)增強(qiáng)心理健康意識(shí)，掌握一定的心理調(diào)整方法。

2、力所能及的幫助周圍同學(xué)，體現(xiàn)協(xié)會(huì)助人的性質(zhì)。

3、協(xié)助心理教育部開展心理健康教育活動(dòng)

4.續(xù)建立完善每位成員的心理檔案。，有針對(duì)性的與學(xué)生談話，化解學(xué)生困惑。

5.協(xié)助心理咨詢室初步建立班級(jí)心理委員組織與匯報(bào)制度，進(jìn)一步做好學(xué)生心理疏導(dǎo)工作

2010-2011年心理協(xié)會(huì)工作計(jì)劃主要有以下幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)：

一、規(guī)范心理協(xié)會(huì)工作流程：

心理問題是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生面臨的普遍問題，引起了社會(huì)和學(xué)校的高度重視，為配合學(xué)院老師做好學(xué)院學(xué)生學(xué)心理問題工作，我院特成立了心理協(xié)會(huì)，面向全院學(xué)生。心理協(xié)會(huì)工作將在心理健康指導(dǎo)中心和院團(tuán)委老師的指導(dǎo)幫助下，進(jìn)一步完善各項(xiàng)工作制度、協(xié)會(huì)規(guī)章制度，保證將我校心理協(xié)會(huì)工作納入規(guī)范化軌道，充分調(diào)動(dòng)各班心靈使者的積極性，做好心靈使者的各項(xiàng)工作，保障我院學(xué)生擁有一個(gè)健康的心理素質(zhì)。

二、全面推進(jìn)心理健康教育工作：

心理協(xié)會(huì)工作將不斷完善多層次、多方位的大學(xué)生心理健康保障制度，構(gòu)建維護(hù)心理健康的預(yù)防網(wǎng)絡(luò)，特別要加強(qiáng)各個(gè)班級(jí)心理健康教育的力量，營(yíng)造有利于學(xué)生形成良好個(gè)性心理品質(zhì)的和諧班級(jí)氛圍，有效預(yù)防和緩解學(xué)生的心理問題，提高我校學(xué)生的社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力和心理調(diào)適能力。

（一）加強(qiáng)各班心理保健員的管理工作。各班心理保健員每月召開一次問題總結(jié)大會(huì)，提出問題，解決問題。主要針對(duì)班級(jí)學(xué)生出現(xiàn)的一些現(xiàn)象，幫助各班心靈使者積極營(yíng)造健康良好的班級(jí)氛圍，有助于各院同學(xué)的共同提高和健康發(fā)展。

（二）心理協(xié)會(huì)將完善值班制度，逐步開展以心理咨詢?yōu)檩o助，為學(xué)生排除心理障礙工作。對(duì)每一位來訪的學(xué)生做到真誠(chéng)傾聽、詳細(xì)記錄、認(rèn)真分析、助人自助、過程保密等要求。對(duì)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)和生活中出現(xiàn)的問題給予適當(dāng)?shù)闹笇?dǎo)、排解心理困擾，必要時(shí)推薦給學(xué)員負(fù)責(zé)老師或校心理健康指導(dǎo)中心，對(duì)于極個(gè)別有嚴(yán)重心理疾病的學(xué)生，能夠及時(shí)識(shí)別并轉(zhuǎn)介到相關(guān)部門診治。

（三）督促各班心理保健員完善心理保健員手冊(cè)填寫工作，提高各班心靈使者工作能力，要真正做到讓每個(gè)學(xué)生心理健康和諧發(fā)展，各種能力達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)，潛能得到充分發(fā)揮，個(gè)性得到張揚(yáng)，就要求心理保健員要充分了解學(xué)生的心理特征，只有了解學(xué)生的心理特征及其發(fā)展變化規(guī)律，心理健康教育才能做到有的放矢。

（四）利用多種渠道，宣傳心理健康知識(shí)。利用好學(xué)生團(tuán)體活動(dòng)、宣傳板、心理知識(shí)講座、心理電影賞析等，旨在普及心理健康科學(xué)常識(shí)，幫助學(xué)生掌握一般的心理保健知識(shí)，培養(yǎng)良好的心理素質(zhì)，在學(xué)習(xí)緊張之余放松心情。

三、本學(xué)期心理協(xié)會(huì)主要活動(dòng)安排：

本學(xué)年的活動(dòng)及安排主要有： 9月份

招新：面向10級(jí)新生招收心理協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，為心協(xié)注入新鮮的血液。10月份：舉辦第一屆心理健康活動(dòng)日

為豐富校園文化，更好地宣傳心理健康知識(shí)，提高大學(xué)生的心理素質(zhì)，增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生健心意識(shí),讓健心的知識(shí)飛向大學(xué)的每個(gè)角落。心理協(xié)會(huì)將以“感恩·健心·成長(zhǎng)”為主題舉辦學(xué)?！靶睦斫】祷顒?dòng)日”。

主要活動(dòng)包括有： 1.心理知識(shí)競(jìng)賽

2.心智拓展運(yùn)動(dòng)小游戲

11月份

協(xié)助心理咨詢室開展“成長(zhǎng)的足跡”校園心理征文。

為活躍校園文化氛圍，展示中學(xué)生青春風(fēng)采，關(guān)注自我、健康成長(zhǎng)，在校園內(nèi)宣傳心理健康觀念，繼續(xù)開展征文活動(dòng)。第一屆征文活動(dòng)比較成功，并有多篇文章被推薦在國(guó)家級(jí)刊物發(fā)表，本次活動(dòng)將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)組織管理工作，爭(zhēng)取出版《心旅》?？?。（準(zhǔn)備：征文通知，優(yōu)秀作品和優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)評(píng)選細(xì)則，爭(zhēng)取贊助單位，并積極尋求推薦發(fā)表的刊物和網(wǎng)站）12月份：

1.開設(shè)心理講座。協(xié)會(huì)計(jì)劃邀請(qǐng)政管學(xué)院老師為我院學(xué)生學(xué)生（主要對(duì)象為大一新生）開展專場(chǎng)講座。心理知識(shí)講座。目的是在會(huì)員中普及心理知識(shí)，使會(huì)員對(duì)心理健康的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，心理咨詢和提高心理素質(zhì)的重要性有一個(gè)初步的認(rèn)識(shí)，從而樹立心理保健意識(shí)，提高自我心理維護(hù)的主動(dòng)性。

2.“心靈之約”信箱

在值班室放置“心靈之約”信箱，同學(xué)們（或可由各班心靈使者簽到時(shí)投入）可將自己在學(xué)習(xí)生活中遇到的困惑寫下來，投進(jìn)我們的信箱。我們會(huì)將收集的信件交予相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo)老師，請(qǐng)老師會(huì)及時(shí)地為同學(xué)們進(jìn)行解答。

新年之后

3月份：心理電影展播

每周有心理協(xié)會(huì)各部輪流負(fù)責(zé)面向全體會(huì)員，播放具有一定教育意義的心理電影，并做好影評(píng)和觀后討論工作。

活動(dòng)形式：觀看心理影片，開展團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)。通過觀看心理影片，開展專題心理討論，在討論中頓悟，在辯論中使心靈升華。

5月份：配合學(xué)校心理協(xié)會(huì)開展心理健康月活動(dòng)

每年的5月25日是全國(guó)大學(xué)生心理健康日，為更好的使我校廣大同學(xué)心理得到健康發(fā)展，構(gòu)建和諧校園，我們信息學(xué)院心理協(xié)會(huì)將積極配合校心理協(xié)會(huì)在5月開展心理健康宣傳月活動(dòng)的心理健康教育月系列活動(dòng)。主要活動(dòng)有： 1.心理漫畫大獎(jiǎng)賽 2.心理征文

公司各輪在船長(zhǎng)統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，按甲板、輪機(jī)兩部門為單位, 實(shí)施安全與防污染操作方案、搞

好防恐反恐船舶保安，確保SMS在船有效運(yùn)行。

Be in charge of using and management of ship’s fire fighting and lifesaving equipments, to keep them complete, effective and sufficient.4.4 負(fù)責(zé)編制應(yīng)急演習(xí)部署表、卡、牌交大副審核、報(bào)船長(zhǎng)批準(zhǔn)；

Be in charge of formulating the muster list, muster card and muster tablet for emergency drill and submit them to the Chief Officer to examine and verify, then report them to master to approve.4.5 駕駛臺(tái)值班負(fù)責(zé)人，指揮、監(jiān)督值班水手的操作，Bridge head on watch, to command and supervise the operation of duty sailor.4.6 服從大副的在港值班安排。

GMDSS Operator 5.1 主管無線電通訊、無線電通訊設(shè)備的使用和維護(hù)，無線電通訊設(shè)備技術(shù)資料的管理； To take charge of communications, using and maintenance of radio communications equipments, and the technical data management of radio communications equipment;保證船舶與外界聯(lián)絡(luò)暢通；

To ensure the communications between the vessel and shore smoothly;5.2 在船長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，按船長(zhǎng)指示辦事，對(duì)船長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)；

In the leadership of the master, according to the instructions of master, responsible for the master;5.3 規(guī)范統(tǒng)一操作，保持通訊設(shè)備技術(shù)狀況良好；

To integrate the operation standard and maintain communications equipment technical in good condition;5.4 未設(shè)置GMDSS操作員的船舶，由船長(zhǎng)指派具GMDSS操作證書的駕駛員替代。

If the vessel does not manning the GMDSS operator, the master will assign officers who hold a certificate of GMDSS as the alternative.5.6向船長(zhǎng)報(bào)告發(fā)現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源。
