第三篇:英文書信不論是商業(yè)信
英文書信不論是商業(yè)信、社交信或朋友間的通信,依據(jù)習(xí)慣,大體都有六部分組成。即:信頭(heading)
信內(nèi)地址(inside address)
稱呼(salutation)
正文(body)
結(jié)尾語(complimentary close)
簽名(signature)
1.信頭(heading)
英語書信的信頭包括發(fā)信人的地址和發(fā)信的具體日期兩部分。信頭放在信紙的右上角,一般分行寫出。要先寫發(fā)信人地址,再寫發(fā)信的日期。寫發(fā)信地址時依據(jù)從小到大的原則,即:先寫門牌號碼、街道名或路名,再寫區(qū)(縣)及所在市名稱,然后是省或州、郡名稱,最后再寫上國家的名稱。日期的順序是先寫月份再寫哪一日然后是年份。需寫郵政編碼,郵政編碼寫在城市名稱后邊,用逗號隔開。
信頭不能越過信紙中間而寫到信紙的左上面。另外需要注意的是,通常在寫地址時,第一行寫門牌號和街名,第二行寫地區(qū)名,第三行是日期。一般信頭每行末不用標(biāo)點符號,但每行中間應(yīng)用的標(biāo)點不可少,城區(qū)名和郵政編碼之間,日月和年份之間要用逗號隔開。信頭一般不要寫得太高,信頭的上面要留些空白。
信頭的書寫格式有兩種:并列式和斜列式。所謂并列式是指信頭各行開頭上下排列整齊。而所謂斜列式是下一行開頭較上一行的開頭向右移一至兩個字母的位置。如:

2.信內(nèi)地址(inside address)
信內(nèi)地址包括收信人的姓名稱呼和地址兩部分。社交的私人信件信內(nèi)地址是省略的。信內(nèi)地址的位置位于信頭的左下方,它的開始行低于信頭的結(jié)尾行,位于信紙中央的左邊。信內(nèi)地址先寫收信人的頭銜和姓名,再寫地址,地址排列次序同信頭一樣。信內(nèi)地址的書寫格式也有兩種:并列式和斜列式。一般來講,信頭和信內(nèi)地址所用的格式總是保持一致的。標(biāo)點符號的使用也與信頭一樣。
關(guān)于信內(nèi)地址對收信人的頭銜和姓名的稱呼一般有以下幾種情況:
無職稱的男子用Mr.(加姓)
已婚的女子用Mrs.(加女子丈夫的姓)
未婚的女子用Miss
婚姻狀況不明的女子用MS.博士或醫(yī)生用Dr.(Doctor)
有教授職稱的用Prof.(Professor)
總經(jīng)理、校長、會長、總統(tǒng)用Pres.(President)
3.稱呼(salutation)
稱呼是對收信人的尊稱語,自成一行,與信內(nèi)地址上下排齊。在美國用“My Dear”比用“D ear”還要客氣,而英國的用法恰巧相反。對于一個陌生的人通信一般用“Dear Sir”或“D ear Madam”。另外需要注意的是稱呼后面用逗號。
4.正文(body)
正文是書信的核心部分。正文的寫作必須注意以下幾點:
(1)正文從低于稱呼一至二行處寫起,每段第一行向內(nèi)縮進約五個字母,轉(zhuǎn)行頂格。正文 也采用并列式的寫法,即每行都頂格,但段與段之間中間要空出兩三行表示分段。
(2)對于非正式的書信,除客氣外,沒有什么一定的規(guī)則。但究竟怎樣的措辭,也應(yīng)事先 想好。
(3)對于非常正式的書信,要知道開頭句是很重要的。另外,信的內(nèi)容中的每個段落,只能有一個中心思想,這樣看信的人可以清楚、明白你所要表達(dá)的內(nèi)容。為了表達(dá)的清楚,還要盡可能地用短句,少用長句、難句。段落也宜短不宜長,尤其開頭和結(jié)尾兩段更應(yīng)簡短。
(4)潦草的字同不整潔的衣服一樣不雅觀,書寫一定要整齊規(guī)范。拼寫也不能出現(xiàn)錯誤。對拿不準(zhǔn)的詞一定要求助于字典。
(5)凡正式的書信,我們應(yīng)將該信的全部內(nèi)容寫在一張信紙上。若一張不夠,可用同樣質(zhì) 地大小的信紙繼續(xù)書寫,但若僅多出一兩行則設(shè)法排得緊些放在一張上,或平均分為兩頁也好。信要寫得美觀大方。
(6)正式的書信,詞語要莊重,決不可用俗語和省筆字。
5.結(jié)尾語(complimentary close)
結(jié)尾語就是結(jié)尾的客套語。一般寫于正文下空一兩行后,從信紙中央處起筆寫,第一個字母大寫,末尾用逗號。結(jié)尾語措辭的變化依據(jù)情況而定,通常有以下幾種:
(1)寫給單位、團體或不相識的人的信用:
Yours(very)truly,(Very)Truly yours
Yours(very)faithfully,(Very)Faithfully yours,(2)寫給尊長上級的信可用:
Yours(very)respectfully,Yours(very)obediently,Yours gratefully,Yours appreciatively,也可以將Yours 放在后面。
(3)寫給熟人或朋友的信可用:
Yours,Yours ever,Yours fraternally,Yours cordially,Yours devotedly,也可以將Yours 放在后面。
(4)給親戚或密友的信可用:
Yours,Yours ever,Yours affectionately,Yours devoted friend,Lovingly yours,Yours loving son(father,mother,nephew……),以上各種情況 yours 無論放在前面或是放在后面都行,但不可縮寫或省去。
6.簽名(signature)
簽名是在結(jié)尾客套語的下面,稍偏于右,這樣末一個字可以接近空白而和上面的正文一樣齊。簽名當(dāng)用藍(lán)鋼筆或圓珠筆,不能用打字機打。簽名上面可以用打字機打出所在公司單位名稱,下面也可打出職位。寫信人為女性,則可在署名前用括號注明Mrs.或Miss。
簽名的格式不能常變換。如一封簽G·Smith,另一封簽George Smith,第三封用G·B·Smit h。男子簽字前不可用Mr.、Prof.或Dr.字樣。
(二)英文書信信封的寫法(superscription)
英文書信信封的寫法同中文也不一樣。具體來講,英文書信應(yīng)這樣安排信封內(nèi)容。
1.寄信人姓名地址寫在信封的左上角。收信人的姓名地址寫在信封中間靠下或靠右地方。姓名要單獨成行。姓名地址的寫法同信頭(heading)和信內(nèi)地址(inside address)一樣。所用格式(并列式或斜列式)也同信內(nèi)的安排一致。注意寫上郵政編碼。
2.信封左下角可以寫些說明語。如寫上General Delivery(平信)、Registered(掛號 信)、Express(快件)、Air mail(航空)、Personal(親啟)、Please Forward(請較交)、Prin ted Matter(印刷品)、Book Post(圖書郵件)、Manuscripts(稿件)、Photos Enclosed(內(nèi)有照片)、Top Secret(絕密件)等。
3.若信封通過郵局寄給第三者轉(zhuǎn)交給收信人,則需在收信人的姓名下面寫明轉(zhuǎn)交人的姓名,并在前面加上c/o(care of)。如:

4.Jr.(Junior)、Sr.(Senior)可以和Mr.(Mister)一起用,以示父子的分別。中國人父子不同名,則沒必要用了。另外Sr.一般是省去不用的。

1、信紙的右上角寫上日期,如September 8,也常用簡寫Sep.8;非正式的信件,年代常省略;正式的書信則不只會寫上年代,還會把發(fā)信者的住址寫在日期的上方。
2、接下來在信紙的左方寫收信人的稱呼語,通常用Dear開始,再接著寫名字(一般都用first name),如Dear Susan(親愛的蘇珊);至于名字的后面則通常打上逗號或留白。
3、稱呼語寫完后,通常會先空一行才開始寫信的本文。
4、本文結(jié)束后,再寫上結(jié)尾語,如See you(再見)、(With)Best wishes(祝你平安)、Yours always(永遠(yuǎn)是你的摯愛)、Yours ever(永遠(yuǎn)愛你的)、Your friend(你的友人)、Truly yours(摯友)、Sincerely yours或Yours sincerely或Sincerely(最誠摯的友人)、Love(愛人,避免用在兩個男士間的信件)…等。
注意:
(1)結(jié)尾語的第一個字母要大寫,最后還要加上逗點。
(2)若要針對收信的對象,將結(jié)尾語加以區(qū)分,則對于比較親密的對方,可以用Sincerely yours、Yours sincerely或Sincerely;對于一般的朋友可用Your friend;如果是兒女寫給父母,就用Your loving son(daughter);對長輩則寫Respectfully yours,至于生意上的往來就用Faithfully yours。
5、在結(jié)尾語下面的署名必須親自簽名,不可用打字的,而且在簽名之后,也不加任何的標(biāo)點符號。
二、英文信封的寫法
1、在信封的左上角寫「寄信人」的名字和住址。
2、在信封的中間或右下角偏左的地方寫「收信人」的名字和住址。
3、寄信人不自稱Mr.、Mrs.或Miss,但是在收信人的姓名前則必須加上尊稱Mr.、Mrs.或Miss以示禮貌。
4、住址的寫法與中文相反;英文住址原則上是由小至大,如必須先寫門牌號碼、街路名稱,再寫城市、?。ㄖ荩┖袜]政區(qū)號,最后一行則寫上國家的名稱。
5、在信封的右上角貼上郵票。
6、信封上的郵政區(qū)號(zip code),在美國州名之后以五位數(shù)阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字表示,前三位數(shù)代表州或都市,后兩位數(shù)表示郵區(qū),至于郵政區(qū)號10027的念法是one double o two seven。
7、住址中常用字:有簡寫的多用簡寫:

第四篇:英文書信格式
英文書信格式
1、信頭(Heading)指發(fā)信人的姓名(單位名稱)、地址和日期,一般寫在信紙的右上角。一般公函或商業(yè)信函的信紙上都印有單位或公司的名稱、地址、電話號碼等,因此就只需在信頭下面的右邊寫上寫信日期就可以了。英文地址的寫法與中文完全不同,地址的名稱按從小到大的順序:第一行寫門牌號碼和街名;第二行寫縣、市、省、州、郵編、國名;然后再寫日期。標(biāo)點符號一般在每一行的末尾都不用,但在每一行的之間,該用的還要用,例如在寫日期的時候。日期的寫法,如2010年7月30日,英文為:July 30,2010(最為普遍); July 30th,2010;30th July,2010等。2010不可寫成10。
2、信內(nèi)地址(Inside Address)在一般的社交信中,信內(nèi)收信人的地址通常省略,但是在公務(wù)信函中不能。將收信人的姓名、地址等寫在信頭日期下方的左角上,要求與對信頭的要求一樣,不必再寫日期。
3、稱呼(Salutation)是寫信人對收信人的稱呼用語。位置在信內(nèi)地址下方一、二行的地方,從該行的頂格寫起,在稱呼后面一般用逗號(英國式),也可以用冒號(美國式)。(1)寫給親人、親戚和關(guān)系密切的朋友時,用Dear或My dear再加上表示親屬關(guān)系的稱呼或直稱其名(這里指名字,不是姓氏)。例如:My dear father,Dear Tom等。(2)寫給公務(wù)上的信函用Dear Madam,Dear Sir或Gentleman(Gentlemen)。注意:Dear純屬公務(wù)上往來的客氣形式。Gentlemen總是以復(fù)數(shù)形式出現(xiàn),前不加Dear,是Dear Sir的復(fù)數(shù)形式。(3)寫給收信人的信,也可用頭銜、職位、職稱、學(xué)位等再加姓氏或姓氏和名字。例如:Dear Prof.Tim Scales, Dear Dr.John Smith。
4、正文(Body of the Letter)位置在下面稱呼語隔一行,是信的核心部分。因此要求正文層次分明、簡單易懂。和中文信不同的是,正文中一般不用Hello!(你好?。┱挠锌s進式和齊頭式兩種。每段書信第一行的第一個字母稍微向右縮進些,通常以五個字母為宜,每段第二行從左面頂格寫起,這就是縮進式。但美國人寫信各段落往往不用縮進式,用齊頭式,即每一行都從左面頂格寫起。商務(wù)信件大都采用齊頭式的寫法。
5、結(jié)束語(Complimentary Close)在正文下面的一、二行處,從信紙的中間偏右處開始,第一個詞開頭要大寫,句末用逗號。不同的對象,結(jié)束語的寫法也不同。(1)寫給家人、親戚,用Your loving grandfather,Lovingly yours,Lovingly等;
(2)寫給熟人、朋友,用Yours cordially,Yours affectionately等;
(3)寫業(yè)務(wù)信函用Truely yours(Yours truely),F(xiàn)aithfully yours(Yours faithfully)等;
(4)對上級、長輩用Yours obediently(Obediently yours),Yours respectfully(Respectfully yours)等。
6、簽名(Signature)低于結(jié)束語一至二行,從信紙中間偏右的地方開始,在結(jié)束語的正下方,在簽完名字的下面還要有用打字機打出的名字,以便識別。職務(wù)、職稱可打在名字的下面。當(dāng)然,寫給親朋好友的信,就不必再打了。
7、附言(Postscript)一封信寫完了,突然又想起遺漏的事情,這時用P.S.表示,再寫上遺漏的話即可,要長話短說。通常在信末簽名下面幾行的左方,應(yīng)于正文齊頭。注意:在正式的信函中,應(yīng)避免使用附言。
8、附件(Enclosure)信件如果有附件,可在信紙的左下角,注上Encl:或Enc:,例如:Encl:2 photos(內(nèi)附兩張照片)。如果福建附件不止一項,應(yīng)寫成Encl:或Encs。我們有時可看到在稱呼與正文之間有Re:或Subject:(事由)字樣。一般在信紙的中間,也可與“稱呼”對齊。還應(yīng)在底下加橫線,以引起讀信人的注意,使收信人便于在讀信之前就可了解信中的主要內(nèi)容。事由一般在公務(wù)信函中使用,也可以省略。

一)英文書信的組成部分
英文書信一般由六部分組成。即:信頭(Heading)、信內(nèi)地址(Inside Address),稱呼(Salutation),正文(Body of Letter)、結(jié)束語(Complimentary Close)、署名(Signature),有時在書信后面還有附言(Postscript)、附件(Enclosure),這得視具體情況而定。下面將分別說明。
1.信頭(Heading)
信頭是指寫信人的地址和寫信日期,一般寫在或打在第一面信紙的右上角,先寫地址再寫日期,地址的寫法是從小到大,先寫門牌號、路號,再寫區(qū)名、市名、省名,最后寫國名。時間的寫法對英國人和美國人而言是不同的。英國人習(xí)慣按日、月、年的順序?qū)?,而美國人?xí)慣按月、日、年的順序?qū)?。例如?英式:1st October,1999 美式:October 1,1999 在使用前一種形式時,月和年之間的逗號可用可不用,但是在后一種形式中,必需要使用逗號。

(2)當(dāng)給一位你不知婚否的女性寫信時,可以用Ms.……,這是指“……女士”。(3)在給不熟悉的人寫信時,可以用Dear sir, Dear Madam, Dear sirs, Gentleman 等等。
4正文(Body of Letter)
正文是一封信的主體部分。通常在稱呼的下一行寫出。正文也可采用齊頭式或縮進式的方法。齊頭式是反映每段開頭一行和后面行并齊??s進式是指每段的第一行向右縮進幾個字母。信箋講究簡潔、效率。開頭幾句簡單地寒暄后就不如正題,在結(jié)尾處要有祝愿和敬語。常用的開頭語有:
