4.Once upon a time, there were three billy goats that lived on a green hill by a stream.They saw the grass was very green on the other side of the stream.So the :first little billy goat went across the bridge.“Trip.trap.trip.trapl” went the goat's hooves as he walked across the bridge.“Who's tripping across my bridge?” shouted the wolf that lived under the bridge.“I will eat you up.” “I'm going to the other side.but I'm the smallest billy goat.If you wait a bit.my brother will come.He's bigger than I am.” And so the wolf let the smallest billy goat go across the bridge to the green grass on the other side.Then the wolf waited.The second billy goat came to cross the bridge.But the second billy goat said there was another billy goat that was much bigger.The wolf waited again.The third billy goat came across the bridge.As the wolf came to eat him.the biggest billy goat rammed the wolf with his horns and pushed him off the bridge.After that.the third goat ran across the bridge so he could eat the green grass with his brothers.5.John and his cat Rick do not like rats.They catch all they can.One time, John set a trap to catch some and then went away and hid with Rick.Pretty soon a big rat came outof its hole and went to the trap.Rick saw the rat and started to Jump up to chase it.but John said.“Hold on.Rick.let's see if it will go into the trap.7' But the rat did not go in, and as it was going to run away, John let Rick go, and said, ”Catch it, Rick.Be quick!“ and they ran very fast to catch the rat.But the rat was too quick for them.It went into its hole just as Rick was very near it.6.”Do not go outside without your warm coat, Tom;it is very cold, and the snow lies thick on the ground.If you do, then you will catch cold, and you will be sick.“ ”But I feel quite warm.“ ”Yes, you do now, but see what a large fire there is here? Out of doors there is no fire, and the cold wind blows.If you have no warm coat on, you will feel cold.“ But Tom thought he knew best, so he went outside with no coat on, and he caught a bad cold and cough.He was put to bed.Jack, Will and Tom were supposed to play on the frozen pond the next day, but now Tom was too sick to go.When he was in bed, Tom thought how silly he had been.He would try and do all that he was told when he got well.7.There was once a big, white hen that had twelve little chickens.They were very small, and the old hen took good care of them.She found food for them in the daytime and at night kept them under her wings.One day, this old hen took her chickens down to a small brook.She thought some fresh air and the water would do them good.It was very pretty on the other side of the brook, and the old hen thought she would take her children over there.There was a large stone in the brook;she thought it would be easy for them to jump to that stone.So she jumped to the stone and told the children to come after her.For the first time, she found that they would not obey her.She flapped her wings, and cried, ”Come here, all of you!Jump upon this stone as I did.Come now!“ ”O(jiān) Mother!We can't, we can't!“ said all the little chickens.”Yes you can if you try,“ said the old hen.”Just flap your wings as I did, and you can jump over.“ ”I am flapping my wings,“ said Chippy, who stood by himself, ”but I can't jump any better than I could before.“

Well, here I go.One, two, three, here I come!” Ned started to look for the hidden boys.He spotted Fred hiding in a box.“Ha!I spy you, Fred.You are in that box!” shouted Ned.Then Ned said to Roy, “I spy you, Roy.You are under the hay.” Ned could still not find Frank.Ned kept looking and then saw Fred in the Barn.”O(jiān)h there he is!I spy you, Frank.Come out of that barn.I see your black cap!“ shouted Ned.Now it was Fred's turn to shut his eyes and stand by the tree while the other boys hid.12.”Look, Mom!See what a pretty fish!It is a little trout,“ said John to his mother.John's mother asked, ”Where did you get it.John?“ ”Frank caught it in the brook.I went to the brook to get some water and saw this little fish.Then I told Frank about the fish, and he ran to get his fish net.He put the net into the water and caught the fish, and I put it into this dish.“

”Well, what will you do with it?” asked John's mother.“I will keep it, Mom,” replied John.“But, my boy, it will not live in that dish.You should put it back into the brook,” replied his mother.John frowned.“I wish I could keep it.It is so pretty!May I put it into the pond?”

“No, John,” said his Mom.“You must put it into the brook.A trout will not live in warm water.”

13.One day Ann and Frank went to the lake with Rover.Rover can swim well, so Frank made him go into the water after a stick.“Jump, Rover!Jump in and get the stick,” said Frank, and into the water Rover went with a big splash.Pretty soon he came out with the stick in his mouth.Rover did not like the game as much as Frank because the water was a little cold.They had a fine time for a while with Rover, and then set out for home because it was late in the day, and they could not stay long.On the way home, Rover saw a rabbit and away he went after it as fast as he could go.Ann and Frank ran too but could not keep up with Rover and the rabbit.When they got home, Rover was there, and Frank said, “Where is the rabbit, Rover?” Rover gave Frank a funny look and went away.“Oh I know,” said Frank.“The rabbit ran so fast you could not catch it.”

14.My mother took my brother Bill and me to the fun parade on Monday.There were children who rode in cars in the parade and children who walked behind the cars.I saw three pretty white horses walking in the parade.I saw some big dogs running in the parade, too.I got lots of candy from the clowns in the parade.The clowns had on purple hats and big, orange pants.I saw a clown's puppy with a purple hat and orange pants on it, too!After the parade, I ate my candy and I clapped and clapped.It was a fun parade to see with my brother and my mother.It was a fun parade to see the pretty horses, big dogs, clowns, and puppy with purple hats and orange pants, too!

應(yīng)該說(shuō)，本次賽教活動(dòng)的組織是成功的，它使我們看到了自己身上的閃光點(diǎn)，同時(shí)也使我們看到了自己身上存在的問(wèn)題和差距。認(rèn)真反思本次活動(dòng)，我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn)，在我校青年教師教學(xué)過(guò)程中還存在以下問(wèn)題:

1、對(duì)教材的處理有待進(jìn)一步提高。個(gè)別教師不能將教材中的知識(shí)融化為自己的想法，去結(jié)合學(xué)生的實(shí)際實(shí)施教學(xué)，仍然停留在“教”教材的層面上，沒(méi)有達(dá)到真正地用教材去教，簡(jiǎn)單的照本宣科讓學(xué)生索然無(wú)味。

2、個(gè)別教師不能積極地調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，課堂上沒(méi)有真正體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體地位，把學(xué)生的“經(jīng)歷、體驗(yàn)、思考、探究、交流、反思中獲得知識(shí)”的過(guò)程，簡(jiǎn)單地理解為“問(wèn)答式、討論式”傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式，先學(xué)后教、當(dāng)堂檢測(cè)等新的教育教學(xué)理念沒(méi)有得到充分的體現(xiàn)。

3、對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)不夠。課堂上呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)的大多數(shù)仍然是教師在使勁地教知識(shí)，缺少對(duì)學(xué)生思維方式的培養(yǎng)訓(xùn)練，缺少對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo)。

4、課堂語(yǔ)言表達(dá)不精練，不能夠準(zhǔn)確運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言信號(hào)和非語(yǔ)言信號(hào)調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生。個(gè)別教師課堂上語(yǔ)言缺乏激情，缺乏感染力，缺乏藝術(shù)性，無(wú)法真正地感染學(xué)生，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。

四、幾點(diǎn)希望

教師隊(duì)伍年輕化既是優(yōu)勢(shì)，又是劣勢(shì)。青年教師可以給學(xué)校帶來(lái)活力，帶來(lái)希望，帶來(lái)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)由于缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)，缺乏深厚的知識(shí)功底，缺乏全局性和前瞻性，也會(huì)給我們的教學(xué)工作帶來(lái)一定的影響。因此，教師隊(duì)伍特別是青年教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)就顯得尤為重要，也尤為迫切。所以希望：

1、教師特別是青年教師要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí)，準(zhǔn)確理解運(yùn)用新的教學(xué)理念，提高自身理論水平。與此同時(shí)還要不放松專業(yè)課的學(xué)習(xí)，保證充足的知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備。
