today my topic is pollution and protection in china.3month ago a documentary called under the dome shocked all the Chinese.That's not because how serious the pollution is, but because people knows to less about the situation.Does Chinese don't care about the environment? Of course not.but what's the reason? Just take an example.It’s a great documentary ,but it was forced to be banded to watch for a long time.because it shows too many unbearable facts that governments don’t want people to know.just like there are many factories illegally making pollution.some of them are too powerful so the government are lazy to get themselves into trouble.some government even get money from them,and let them do some illegal things.so,when it comes to the government.are they unable to control it?Of course not,either.BEIJING is now famous for it’s fog and haze.it’s sky is always gery.when the APEC was held,the sky was very clean and people call it APEC blue.but as it ended,beijing suddenly turn back to what it used to be.guangzhou is the same.when the asian game comes,i just fell like i’m living in a new city.and when the game ended,i suddenly fell very depressed.On the other hand,when we talk about the pollution,we only talk about the factories,the government.we seldom talk about ourselves.only when i search information for this speech did i found that 60 of pollution is made from our daily life.Take my family as example,up to now,my parents and most of my classmates don’t know where to throw the batteries.though guangzhou begins to classcify rubbish,but it’s hard to find a classifyed rubbish can!Then,the laws clam that all restaurants should have a machine which can clean the smokes created when cooking.Though the machine is not expensive,most small restaurants still ignore it.So ,to protect the environment,we should start from ourselves.but every one knows it ,but most people is just waiting for somebody else to force them to change.in my opinion,it would be a long way for chinese to become environmental friendly.

英語外教哪里好-親身體會

我在一家外企上班，雖然同事都是中國人但領導層大多是老外，我的讀寫還行但口語不好，沒有信心和領導直接交流，也就浪費了很多升職的機會。

其實我早就知道口語的重要性，業(yè)余時間我也花了不少精力。背了好幾本新概念，也經?？纯从⑽碾娪埃Ч缓?。各種英語培訓也都試了一遍，至少對我來說錢是白花了。后來下決心找個外教直接教我，心想如果還不行我也不學了。外教只教一個學生就是不一樣，每次都能體會到進步。本打算用半年的時間，現(xiàn)在四個月了我都想畢業(yè)了，至少和領導聊聊天沒有一點問題。關于升職問題我以前老是怨聲載道，現(xiàn)在想想也不能全怪老外，關鍵是沒法在一起開會?，F(xiàn)在雖然沒有升職，但我挺有信心的。

有時候我也后悔，畢竟浪費的精力太多了，如果我的口語早一天提高的話……至少比現(xiàn)在強。所以建議大家可以嘗試一下。

尊敬的張明德總裁，官濤總監(jiān)。前排就坐的營銷領導，各位朋友們大家下午 好！今天能站在這里接受這么盛大的表彰，心中有很多的感慨，我想成功最大的動力就是明確的目標！14年前96年那時我在建設銀行上班并兼職經商，一個偶然的機會9月11號在上海接觸安利，回家鄉(xiāng)兼職從事安利，97年2月份在浙江臺州上了營銷助理，由于當時直銷大環(huán)境惡劣，97年6月21號，當時我做了人生當中最重要的決定，辭去了我的銀行工作，放棄我的生意，帶著一張地圖，懷抱著一個夢想，從浙江千里迢迢來到了成都，這座造就成功人的首都！，開創(chuàng)我的安利事業(yè)。當時沒有任何條件，但是我的心中只有目標，憑著自己的勤奮與努力98

年上3月份上了營銷助理，但是好景不長，98年4月份直銷行業(yè)的一刀切，人生陷入低谷，生活非常的窘迫，靠擺地攤謀生，當只剩下你一個人的時候，還相信自己能成功嗎？那時候，沒有時間想困難，只有時間想目標，而且要喊出一個睡不著的目標！記得，那時候我自己住在一個6平方米的工棚里，每天早上一個人起來開晨會，不斷自我激勵：我一定會成功！因

為我決心成功！而且以采取行動向目標邁進！我決不偷懶，決不敷衍，我決不半途而廢，我一定會成功！就這樣每天出門至少拿10個名單，講5場opp花了5個月第三次上了營銷助理10個月上了高級主任。在安利里認識了劉佩英女士，收獲了老婆，做了成都的上門女婿。通過我們夫妻共同打拼，2007年我們上了高級營銷經理！上了高級營銷經理的時候，我們又定了一個目標：三年拿下營銷總監(jiān)，今天我們做到了，我相信，營銷 總監(jiān)只是我們安利歷程又一個新的起點而已，安利中國20周年大慶的時候我們一定作為FC成員出席！，成功已進入到計時！還有1266天！今天我們站在這里還有一個最重要的是，給

力這些創(chuàng)業(yè)的伙伴和將要創(chuàng)業(yè)的伙伴信心，告訴他們：只要你心中 有明確的目標，并堅持不懈地行動，世界也為你讓路！你的夢想一定會成真！謝謝！

第四篇：外教授課英語

外教授課英語：誰說口語不能速成?

我們身邊口語好的人無非兩種，要么是海歸，要么是外企人事。究其原因是他們生活和工作中都會用到英語。知道了問題所在，那么提高口語就很容易了。正所謂“Practice makes perfect!”(熟能生巧)。

我們常說興趣是最好的老師。學習英語也一樣，首先要把學英語當成一件快樂的事?？梢酝ㄟ^多途徑多角度學習，比如聽英語歌，看喜歡的英語電影，試著用英語寫日記，在 速恩英語 和外教一對一交流自己感興趣的話題等等，把英語學習作為生活的一部分。

其次，學習英語一定要重視學習效率。反復枯燥的復習已經學會的內容是沒必要的。直接高難度的學習也容易打擊積極性，所以選擇與自己水平相當?shù)膬热菔呛苤匾?。全外教英語口語練習，是根據(jù)學生的實際水平授課，不會出現(xiàn)太難或是太容易的情況。

很多同學都迫切的想提高自己的口語能力，這種心情可以理解。目前市面上的學習材料多不勝數(shù)，讓人眼花繚亂，于是有人看著差不多的就買回家，隨便翻兩頁隨手就放在一旁，相信有不少人都花過這些冤枉錢。所謂“貪多嚼不爛“，自己學習很容易會出現(xiàn)這種情況。較好的方法是和老師交流，了解自己的水平，明確自己的學習目標，再有的放矢的學習。有條件的同學也可以參加全外教英語口語班，帶著問題去上課，上課后及時消化掉當天所學，讓學習節(jié)奏緊湊而又有序。

最后，最重要的一點，一定要付諸行動，并且堅持。就像學習游泳一樣，即使是世界冠軍給你示范一萬遍，如果你就是不肯下水，那你就永遠是個旱鴨子?？谡Z的提高要靠日常的積累，口語速成，是掌握了正確的學習方法，少走彎路。
