Well, time management is important because it helps you prioritize your work.Once you have a list of things you need to tackle, you need to see what you should do first.What are those that are important and time sensitive.That way, you set out to dothose first.2.Get More Done In Less Time

The other reason why time management is important is that you will get more done in less time.When you plan your time, you will see the amount of work that needs to be tackled.That puts into context how much time you need.Inevitably, you will know not to laze your time away.3.More Quality Work

When you plan your time you are making wise investment of a very limited resource – time.Knowing what to work on, when and how much time you have to finish the work makes you more focused.That focus on the work ensures that you get more quality work out.4.Keeps Things In Context

Sometimes you may hear people complaining that there is no balance in their lives.Ever wondered maybe the reason is that they do not know how to manage their time? A possibility, maybe.One reason why is time management important is that it can put things into context for you.If you see the list of work you have and the things you need to do, then you will be forced to make tough decisions.Especially on what to spend your time on and how to spend your time.5.Forces You To Do Things You Do Not Like

This is one of my personal favorites.Why is time management important? Simple, when you write down what you need to do – it is there staring at you.You are forced to tackle it.To me it is a target I have given myself and so I must live up to the challenge regardless of how much I hate doing it.6.Keeps You On Track

Whether it is a daily work list or a long-term career plan – time management keeps you on track.With your goals stated and time allocated, the likelihood of you staying within the boundaries you have given yourself is higher.Of course, do not be your own jury and judge.That means do not give yourself excuses when you start to procrastinate.7.Making Sure You Deliver What’s Promised How would you deliver what you promised on time if you do not manage your time? Have you always disappointed your colleagues on the delivery of your part of the project? Perhaps you aren’t doing well with time management.Making sure you deliver what’s promised should be reason enough why is time management important.8.Time Is Limited

There is a Chinese proverb that loosely translates this saying ‘no amount of gold can buy you time.’ Time ticks away regardless you like it or not.Why is time management important? Because time is limited.Once lost, you cannot gain it back.9.Helps Discipline Ourselves

Time management is a huge part of managing yourself.If you cannot manage time and won’t manage your limited resources, how do you plan to achieve your goals? I find that learning to manage time helps todiscipline yourself.By now you should get a fairly good idea why is time management important.Once you start you will immediately feel its benefits.That will keep you going.That’s all.Thank you for your listening.

Teamwork is acknowledged as the most important aspect of any enterprise.The concept of teamwork seems to be misunderstood by many people and businesses.Teamwork is built around a leader as he or she is there to organize the team and guide it in the most productive manner.The importance of this leadership skill is shown in the education devoted to teaching it.Good leadership depends on being able to use the personality of the team in an efficient way.A leader is able to use each member of the team as they contribute to the project.This entails listening to their suggestions and applying them if they prove useful.This cooperation between team-members and leaders has proved successful in ventures where they are applied.Germany is excellent in how teamwork in companies can be used to further the success of business.The German economy was destroyed at the end of World War II.They overcame this, quickly rebuilding and becoming economically successful by using teamwork and focusing on the quality of the product.German engineering in such fields as automobiles is famous around the world for these qualities.The importance of team-members is also a basic part of any team.Team-members have the responsibility to fully dedicate themselves to the team and participate in the project.Once the leader makes the decision to do something, the team-members should fully back up this decision by devoting themselves to fulfilling the task assigned.Success is not guaranteed, but a team that is not in cooperation is guaranteed to fail.聽看學(xué)

第三篇：口語考試

口試

1.You want to choose a Chinese specialties to your foreign friend.They are Chinese dress, Chinese musical instrument, Chinese chess and Chinese medicine.2.Picture 1: 五一節(jié)商店大打折很多人排隊等待買打折商品

Picture 2：一個小男孩想很貴的名牌鞋子他媽媽不給他買，他很生氣

Picture 3：一個人在辭職后離開公司時對公司的人說叫我 “Tom”。

PETS3級口試部分主要考察考生用英語進行口頭交際的能力，要求考生能夠就生活和工作中的情景進行對話，不僅能夠詢問事實，還能詢問抽象的信息；能夠提供或者要求得到更清楚地闡述；表達個人意見、觀點和態(tài)度。此外，還能夠描述一個事件，或者就一般性話題

作簡短演講。

考生應(yīng)具備：基本連貫的進行論述；保持語言的流暢；積極地交流，并能用適當(dāng)?shù)难a救

措施解決交流的困難。

以下是本次口試考試過程中出現(xiàn)的一些問題：

1.過于緊張；聽不懂口試官(interlocutor)的問題。

2.對口試的整個題型不熟悉。

比如Part B是兩個考生對一幅圖進行討論，很多考生拿到圖片即使聽到interlocutor的說明，也不知道怎么說。還有的考生主顧自己夸夸其談并沒有和搭檔互動交際，所以這樣的考生盡管自己覺得說得很好，但在互動交際這部分就不會得很高的分數(shù)。

3.有的考生口語還可以但是卻遇到了一個口語不好的搭檔。其實，這并不影響好的一方，考官評分的標準有四項：語法和詞匯；話語運用；語音語調(diào)；互動交際。只要考生正常

發(fā)揮就可以了。

4.時間控制不好。

Pets3級三個部分共10分鐘Part A3分鐘，Part B 3分鐘，Part C 4分鐘。Part A考生基本答題情況還好，問題出現(xiàn)在Part B 兩個人一共3分鐘，平均每人只有一分半。以這次考試為例，讓你從四件物品中，選一件推薦給你即將離開的外國朋友。那么兩個考生可以把你認為好的物品選出來，然后討論一下為什么就可以了。有的考生并沒有直接切題，而是說了一些和題目沒有關(guān)系的話，結(jié)果說到正題的時候時間也到了。考生切忌不認真審題，廢話連篇！Part C 也會有這樣的問題，Candidate A說完以后，Candidate B有半分鐘的補充，只是補充！有的考生長篇大論，結(jié)果沒說完時間到了，被考官打斷了，還沒反應(yīng)過來，接下來又是自己描述評論圖片，很影響考生發(fā)揮！所以，參加口試的考生一定

要注意時間以及語言上的把握！

5.語言知識及運用能力欠缺，這也是我們考生最應(yīng)該解決的問題。

我們都知道練習(xí)口語不是一朝一夕的事情，所以這里給向參加口試的考生一些建議：

1.樹立自信心，克服緊張心理

2.打好口語語言基礎(chǔ)。平時多讀；多模仿，包括語音、語調(diào)以及弱讀、連讀、重讀、節(jié)奏等技巧。

3.加強語言運用能力的培養(yǎng)。平時多參加英語角，英語演講等活動。語言是一個習(xí)得的過程，只有通過大量的實戰(zhàn)操練，才能講得一口流利的英語。

4.加強互動交際能力的訓(xùn)練。語言是人與人交流溝通的工具，除了要表達自己的觀點

還要從別人那里的得到信息。

5.積累口語表達的常用語。這一點很重要，看到好句子要馬上記下來，以免出現(xiàn)口試

中考生滿嘴的Chinglish的現(xiàn)在。
