首先是美國人民的優(yōu)先。我的計(jì)劃將以國內(nèi)安全起步——這意味著安全的社區(qū)環(huán)境、安全的邊境以及針對恐怖主義的種種措施。沒有法治與秩序，也就不會有繁榮。而在經(jīng)濟(jì)上，我也提出了各項(xiàng)改革，以便新增百萬計(jì)的工作機(jī)會，并準(zhǔn)備利用萬億計(jì)的資金來重建美國。

有一些政客把個(gè)人得失置于國家利益之上，有些母親因此失去了自己的孩子，我曾經(jīng)擁抱過這些痛哭流涕的母親。我不能容忍不公，不能容忍政府的無能，無法同情那些辜負(fù)人們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人。

因缺乏意愿或勇氣，我們的政治體制無法堅(jiān)定執(zhí)法——甚至更糟的是，政治體制被大企業(yè)說客所收買，但無辜的人卻因此而受罪。每當(dāng)這樣的時(shí)候，我都不能無視這樣的事情。

當(dāng)美國的一位前國務(wù)卿非法在私人服務(wù)器上儲存其郵件，并刪除了33000條記錄以避免遭查處的時(shí)候，她正在讓我們的國家陷入風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，而且還千方百計(jì)地抵賴和撒謊——我就知道，腐敗已經(jīng)到達(dá)了何種觸目驚心的程度。

當(dāng)聯(lián)邦調(diào)查局局長聲稱，國務(wù)卿只不過是在處理機(jī)密文件這件事上，“特別得不小心”，我也就知道了，她實(shí)際的所作所為與上述措辭相比不過只是冰山一角。這些言論不過是為了讓她得以在嚴(yán)厲的刑罰面前脫罪。

事實(shí)上，她最大的一項(xiàng)成就莫過于犯下了這樣重大的罪責(zé)后卻得以成功逃脫——特別是在其中，有許多其他人付出慘重代價(jià)后。同樣是這位國務(wù)卿，當(dāng)她把億萬美元用于討好特殊利益集團(tuán)與國外勢力的時(shí)候，我就知道，該是行動(dòng)的時(shí)候了。

既然我已登上政治舞臺，權(quán)勢階級便再也無法打壓手無寸鐵的民眾。沒有人比我更了解這套體系，這也是為什么只有我才能修補(bǔ)這樣的體系。我曾親眼目睹這套體系是如何欺騙我們的公民，正如它欺騙了伯尼·桑德斯——他從未有過機(jī)會。

但桑德斯的支持者們將加入到我們的競選活動(dòng)中來，因?yàn)槲覀儗⑿扪a(bǔ)他最大的軟肋——貿(mào)易。上百萬的民主黨人也將加入到我們的競選活動(dòng)中來，因?yàn)槲覀儗⑿?補(bǔ)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)，讓它為所有美國人民服務(wù)。因此，我有幸擁有站在我身邊的這位，他將成為美國下一屆副總統(tǒng)：印第安納州州長麥克·潘斯。

周日，在路易斯安那州的巴吞魯日，更多的警員遭遇槍擊。三人死亡，四人重傷。對執(zhí)法部門的攻擊就是對全美人民的攻擊。對所有威脅街區(qū)治安、威脅警員人身安全的人，我有一句話要說：當(dāng)我明年拿下總統(tǒng)，我將重塑這個(gè)國家的法律與秩序。

我將任命、并與最優(yōu)秀的檢察官、執(zhí)法部門官員合作完成此項(xiàng)工作。在現(xiàn)在的白宮角逐中，我代表著法律與秩序。我們的現(xiàn)總統(tǒng)用種族和膚色區(qū)分人民，他不負(fù)責(zé)任的言語使得所有人視美國為危險(xiǎn)。

本屆政府搞爛了美國的大城市、搞爛了教育，工作一團(tuán)糟，簡直就是在犯罪。無論從哪一個(gè)層面上說，他們都失敗的徹徹底底。

要讓美國更安全，我們必須解決日益嚴(yán)峻的外部威脅——挫敗ISIS的野蠻人。再看看法國吧，那是殘忍的穆斯林恐怖主義的受害者。

男人、女人、孩子都被殘忍地殺害，生命被收割，家庭被撕裂，整個(gè)國家陷入哀傷。

伊斯蘭激進(jìn)分子一次又一次將毀滅和破壞加諸于我們，在世貿(mào)中心，在圣貝納迪諾的工作派對，在波士頓的馬拉松，在田納西州查塔努加的征兵中心。

一周以前，在佛羅里達(dá)的奧蘭多，49名出色的美國人被伊斯蘭恐怖分子殘忍地謀殺。這一次，恐怖分子瞄準(zhǔn)的是LGBT社區(qū)(同性戀、雙性戀及變性者的組織——觀察者網(wǎng)注)。

我們必須有最好的情報(bào)，去聯(lián)合整個(gè)世界共同行動(dòng)。我們必須放棄希拉里在伊拉克、利比亞、埃及和敘利亞推行的那些業(yè)已失敗的政治制度改革。我們必須同盟友共同努力，只要我們的盟友和我們有共同的目標(biāo)：摧毀ISIS、踩滅伊斯蘭恐怖行動(dòng)。

我們不會再進(jìn)行這些同許多國家的巨大交易，不會再有這些成千上萬頁沒人閱讀和理解的文件。我們將對所有違反貿(mào)易的行為強(qiáng)制處理，通過使用稅收和關(guān)稅，反對任何國家的欺騙。

這包括阻止中國無恥地竊取知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，連同他們的非法產(chǎn)品傾銷和毀滅性的匯率操縱。我們和中國與其他國家這些可怕的貿(mào)易協(xié)定，都將徹底重新談判，包括重新談判一個(gè)對美國有利得多的北美自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定——要是我們得不到我們想要的，我們就離開談判桌。我們要把一切都推倒重來。
