      期中考試剛剛過去,在這次考試當(dāng)中我仔細(xì)地分析了試卷。從試卷的整體來看,試卷出的水平是相當(dāng)高的,因此,從學(xué)生做試卷的的結(jié)果來看,同學(xué)在單項(xiàng)選擇題上的失分比較多。體現(xiàn)了不少同學(xué)在基礎(chǔ)方面顯得很不足。比如,第22題考察冠詞的用法,很多同學(xué)都是不了解在某些職位的名稱后面不加冠詞的用法。我們同學(xué)做的很不好。得分很低。而且,同學(xué)對(duì)于做題的關(guān)鍵和步驟也比較欠缺。同時(shí),也可以看出了同學(xué)們?cè)谡Z(yǔ)法方面還是很有問題的。

      從閱讀題來看,也反映了學(xué)生在平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)中不重視把握文章中心大意,對(duì)文章的結(jié)構(gòu)的把握也有一些問題,因此,不管是完型填空、還是閱讀理解學(xué)生都有不必要的失分。這也說明了我在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中也存在著以下的問題:

      1.學(xué)案設(shè)計(jì)還不夠合理。出現(xiàn)了貪多求全的情況,總想把考點(diǎn)與知識(shí)點(diǎn)都包括在內(nèi)。結(jié)果導(dǎo)致內(nèi)容太多,學(xué)生掌握得反而不好。這是我們?cè)谝院蟮膶W(xué)案設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)特別注意的地方。

      2.詞匯仍然是目前英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的難點(diǎn)。學(xué)生單詞拼寫的得分率不是很高,有的同學(xué)都沒有得5分,一半分都沒有得到。詞匯的掌握仍亟待解決與提高。因此在下面的教學(xué)中,我要學(xué)習(xí)淮中的經(jīng)驗(yàn),強(qiáng)化單詞的背誦和默寫。

      3.有些同學(xué)特別是兩個(gè)班級(jí)的某些同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性不高,比如,3班的姜峰,盧昌偉 戈杰等。9班的陳金鵬,卜騰飛等。兩個(gè)班級(jí)同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)技巧與方法也有待指導(dǎo),自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力還有待提高。下一步要想辦法解決這個(gè)問題。培養(yǎng)同學(xué)的興趣。

      4.有很多同學(xué)的書寫也有很多問題。比如(9)班的戴鵬飛同學(xué)的書寫就很成問題。

      針對(duì)上面的情況,我決定采取下面的一些工作來改進(jìn)我在下一階段的工作: 1.積極參與各級(jí)各類教學(xué)教研活動(dòng),努力提高自身專業(yè)化水平。2.多聽課,勤反思,虛心向同年級(jí)的老師學(xué)習(xí),借鑒他們優(yōu)秀有效的方法與做法。

      3.在教案及學(xué)案制定上更突出實(shí)效性,杜絕花架子。有意識(shí)地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力,要放開手腳,大膽嘗試。要相信學(xué)生有潛力也有能力進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)。

      4.積極開展各項(xiàng)英語(yǔ)課外活動(dòng).如,單詞競(jìng)賽,英語(yǔ)演講比賽及學(xué)習(xí)英文歌曲等,以此來提高學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣與積極性。5.狠抓英文書寫規(guī)范,要求各班建立英語(yǔ)書寫練習(xí)本,以改善學(xué)生的書寫情況。
