“不要臉”指的是“Don’t be shy;don’t be afraid of making mistakes.”

這對初學(xué)者尤為重要。我記得短短一年多時間，我和其他兩位同班同學(xué)可以做其

他同學(xué)的老師，我每次都主動發(fā)言，經(jīng)常犯錯誤，被其他同學(xué)當(dāng)作笑柄，特別有

幾次我害羞得都把頭低下去，只想鉆地洞，但后來我領(lǐng)悟到，哪怕出錯也要出在

自己身上，這樣老師更能幫助我，自己也可從中吸取教訓(xùn)。我曾做過一次小實驗，在我印象里有一次我犯了特別低級的錯誤，在半年后我問一位關(guān)系較好的同學(xué)

是否對此還有印象，他居然都不記得了，我想要是再問其他同學(xué)的話也不會有人

把它放在心上。所以大家大可不必怕丟臉，但被人笑話后我們應(yīng)牢記教訓(xùn)，改正

不足，特別是盡量避免犯同樣的錯誤。

“不要命”指的是 “Don’t spare any effort in English leaning.” 要做到

這一點非常難。英語里有這么一句諺語 “No pains, No gains.”（不勞無獲），學(xué)習(xí)英語是痛苦的。我經(jīng)常是在午夜時分感受著深夜的來臨。有很長一段時間內(nèi)，我學(xué)習(xí)時間不夠，連電視都顧不上看了。有一次父母想讓我休息一下，在一小

時內(nèi)接連到我房間叫了我八次去看會兒電視，我都沒答應(yīng)。喝牛奶是我每天的習(xí)

慣，他們以此理由勸服了我。后我來把喝牛奶的時間定格為晚上七點，這樣我就

一舉兩得了，因為當(dāng)時在中央四套播放“World Wide Watch”英語新聞節(jié)目。

說到幸福，我覺的現(xiàn)在的小孩子的確比我們這一代幸福，物質(zhì)和素質(zhì)教育讓他們享受到了更優(yōu)越的學(xué)習(xí)條件；說到幸福，我又覺得現(xiàn)在的小孩子沒我們幸福，沉重的課業(yè)和負(fù)擔(dān)和沒完沒了的輔導(dǎo)班讓他們自己可以享受的時光又是那么的少。很多培訓(xùn)班是為了家長而開，而不是為了學(xué)生自己而開，填鴨式的教學(xué)模式讓孩子厭惡了學(xué)習(xí)，讓孩子的學(xué)習(xí)心態(tài)真的就是為了學(xué)習(xí)而學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)習(xí)變成了考學(xué)的工具，變成了家長的心愿，變成了自己的負(fù)擔(dān)。尤其是近幾年的英語教育，學(xué)生的心態(tài)更是被許多培訓(xùn)班的死板教學(xué)模式限制住了興趣和思維。其實英語學(xué)習(xí)時間快樂的事情，不要為了學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)。

“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育邊學(xué)邊改即知即改和問題整改工作方案

各地教育工委、教育局，州職校，州高級中學(xué)：

根據(jù)州委組織部關(guān)于“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育要強(qiáng)化問題導(dǎo)向，“學(xué)”要帶著問題學(xué)，“做”要針對問題改，把解決問題貫穿學(xué)習(xí)教育全過程，堅持邊學(xué)邊改、即知即改的要求，現(xiàn)就做好“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育邊學(xué)邊改、即知即改和問題整改工作有關(guān)事項通知如下：

一、查擺問題的對象

“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育查擺問題的對象為：各地黨委（黨組）、各黨支部、全體黨員。

二、查擺問題的重點

.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部班子及其成員要圍繞思想、組織、作風(fēng)、紀(jì)律等方面存在的問題進(jìn)行查擺。

2.全體黨員和縣處級以上黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部分別對照“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育明確的全體黨員和縣處級以上黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部重點解決的問題進(jìn)行查擺。

3.全體黨員還要聯(lián)系本職工作，立足崗位特點，對照“四個扎扎實實”的要求，找出差距和不足，有針對性提出加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)工作的具體措施。

4.查擺問題要同抓好黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動和“三

嚴(yán)三實”專題教育的問題整改結(jié)合起來，持續(xù)深入地糾正“四風(fēng)”，抓好不嚴(yán)不實問題的整改，切實整治群眾身邊的不正之風(fēng)，使解決問題前后呼應(yīng)、持續(xù)推進(jìn)。

三、查擺問題的主要方式

.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部和全體黨員要緊緊圍繞中央和州委提出的學(xué)習(xí)教育需重點解決的問題，緊密結(jié)合各自實際進(jìn)行再對照、再細(xì)化，進(jìn)一步查找存在的問題。

2.查擺問題要面向黨員和群眾廣泛征求意見，班子（黨委、黨組、黨支部）成員要相互談心，支部班子成員要與每名黨員談話。

3.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部班子和全體黨員要堅持問題導(dǎo)向，堅持邊學(xué)邊改、即知即改；黨委（黨組）、黨支部班子問題的查擺和整改，也可依托年底前召開的支部專題組織生活會和黨委（黨組）民主生活會集中進(jìn)行。

四、強(qiáng)化整改落實

.針對存在的問題，建立問題清單，明確整改時間和路線圖，“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育邊學(xué)邊改、即知即改和問題整改實行黨員、黨支部、黨委（黨組）逐級月備案制度，備案制度從XX年8月起執(zhí)行，每月初將上月情況進(jìn)行備案。

2.黨員個人問題的查擺和整改，每月一報，由黨員本人向黨支部報備。（附表）

3.黨支部班子問題的查擺和整改，待年底支部專題組織生活會后，向所屬黨委報備。（附表）

4.各地區(qū)所屬黨委（黨組）班子問題的查擺和整改，待年底黨委（黨組）民主生活會后，向所屬地方黨委組織部門（“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室）報備。（附表）

5.各市、縣、工委各黨委班子問題的查擺和整改，待年底黨委（黨組）民主生活會后，向州委“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室報備，同時報備民主生活會上形成的班子成員的問題查擺和整改情況。（附表）

五、有關(guān)要求

.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部、全體黨員查擺問題要實準(zhǔn)、清楚、具體，不能籠而統(tǒng)之，大而化之，對查擺出來的問題要認(rèn)真梳理，列出清單，建立臺賬，制定整改措施，落實整改責(zé)任，明確整改時限，實行動態(tài)管理，完成一個銷號一個。

2.各地黨委（黨組）及其“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育工作機(jī)構(gòu)要加強(qiáng)督導(dǎo)，對各地黨組織對問題清單、建立臺賬、整改落實情況進(jìn)行督促檢查。

3.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部可采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆绞剑瑢Ⅻh員個人、班子及班子成員問題的查擺和整改情況在一定范圍內(nèi)通報；也可以通過板報、簡報、黨務(wù)公開欄和新聞媒體宣傳、公開整改落實情況，及時反映整改成效。

3．英語演講稿的基本組成部分

從大的方面看，英語演講詞實際上是屬于一種特殊的說明文或議論文，其基本組成部分是：

1)開始時對聽眾的稱呼語

最常用的是 ladies and gentlemen，也可根據(jù)不同情況，選用 fellow students, distinguished guests, mr chairman, honorable judges(評委)等等。

2)提出論題

由于演講的時間限制，必須開門見山，提出論題。提出論題的方法有各種各樣，但最生動，最能引起注意的是用舉例法。比如：你要呼吁大家關(guān)心貧窮地區(qū)的孩子，你可以用親眼看到的或者收集到的那些貧窮孩子多么需要幫助的實例開始。另外，用具體的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)也是一個有效的引出論題的方法，比如：你要談遵守交通規(guī)則的話題，你可以從舉一系列有關(guān)車輛、車禍等的數(shù)據(jù)開始。

3)論證

對提出的論題，不可主觀地妄下結(jié)論，而要進(jìn)行客觀的論證。這是演講中最需要下功夫的部分。關(guān)鍵是要把道理講清楚。常見的論證方法有舉例法、因果法、對比法等等，可參見英語議論文的有關(guān)章節(jié)。

4)結(jié)論

結(jié)論要簡明扼要，以給聽眾留下深刻印象。5)結(jié)尾

結(jié)尾要簡潔，不要拉拉扯扯，說個沒完。特別是不要受漢語影響，說些類似“準(zhǔn)備不足，請諒解”，“請批評指正”這樣的廢話。最普通的結(jié)尾就是：thank you very much for your attention。

4．英語演講稿的語言特征

1)多用實詞，多用短句，少用結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的長句

在英語演講中，and, but, so, then 等虛詞要盡量少用，that, which 等詞引導(dǎo)的定語從句也只會使句子結(jié)構(gòu)變得復(fù)雜，而使聽眾難以跟上演講者的思路，從而影響演講的效果。相反，多使用實詞，短句，可使得演講內(nèi)容更清晰，氣勢更磅礴。

2)演講要注意使用各種修辭手法，增加演講的感染力和氣勢。英語演講中常用的修辭手法有：漸進(jìn)(climax)、對照(antithesis)、排比(parallelism)、警句(epigram)等等，例如：

that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth．(排比)這個民有、民治、民享的國家將不會從地球上消失。united, there is little we can not do;divided, there is little we can do．(對照)

團(tuán)結(jié)，我們便將無所不能；～，我們則會一事無成。

一,建立和諧的師生關(guān)系

“教育成功的秘訣在于尊重學(xué)生。” 教師首先要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，學(xué)生是我們的服務(wù)對象，師生的關(guān)系是平等的。平時要多注意與學(xué)生交流，充分了解學(xué)生的心理需求、個性特點，愛護(hù)關(guān)心每一個學(xué)生，運(yùn)用一些平等的語言和關(guān)切的語言與學(xué)生交流，不僅融洽了師生關(guān)系，又把學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣升華為高漲的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。

情感伴隨著學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的全過程，它是一種推動學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和約束自己的巨大動力，“學(xué)高為師，德高為范?！苯處熞獙W(xué)會尊重學(xué)生，理解學(xué)生，包容學(xué)生，經(jīng)常聆聽學(xué)生對英語教學(xué)的需要和建議。

教師應(yīng)以指導(dǎo)者的形象活動在課堂里。在英語教學(xué)過程中，讓學(xué)生在平靜良好的心境下，接受語言知識，主動參與英語交際，保證擁有獨(dú)立的思維空間和人格空間。

二、提高教師自身素質(zhì)

時代不同了，社會正在不斷地發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。聯(lián)合國科教文組織提出現(xiàn)代青年應(yīng)當(dāng)“學(xué)會做人，學(xué)會關(guān)心，學(xué)會相處，學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)”，而其中“學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)”恰恰也是我們教師十分缺乏的一種現(xiàn)代社會所必備的品質(zhì)。

教師作為課堂教學(xué)的組織者和指揮者，對自己要嚴(yán)格要求，要養(yǎng)成終身學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，語言總是隨著社會的發(fā)展而發(fā)展?，F(xiàn)代媒體及教學(xué)手段的高度發(fā)展打破了英語課堂教學(xué)的封閉性，拉近了與世界的距離，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展更是給人一種“世界就在眼前”的感覺。這就要求每一個教師不斷地學(xué)習(xí)和充電，確保自己的知識更新和提高。教師作為人類文明的傳播者，應(yīng)跟上時代發(fā)展的步伐，不斷地學(xué)習(xí)語言技能、教學(xué)藝術(shù)，不斷提高自我素質(zhì)。要想在課堂上揮灑自如，游刃有余，并非一日之功。

教師要把工夫下在課外，課前要吃透教材，深究兩綱，確定準(zhǔn)確目標(biāo)，把握好重難點，根據(jù)教材內(nèi)容，精心設(shè)計風(fēng)格各異的教案。上好每一節(jié)課，提高45分鐘的教學(xué)效果。在課堂上教師傳授知識的同時，還要講究教師的人格力量，以身作則，加強(qiáng)自身修養(yǎng)，以行動給學(xué)生做出表率作用。

三、豐富課堂的教學(xué)形式

學(xué)生是教育的主體、是課堂中的主角。我們要放手讓學(xué)生多實踐。在每節(jié)課的設(shè)計上,教師都應(yīng)該立足于學(xué)生的經(jīng)驗和年齡特點,力求貼近學(xué)生的生活,盡量的使教學(xué)內(nèi)容生活化,通過游戲,課本劇表演等調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)。
