八年級英語期末試卷充分體現了新課改的精神，能夠緊扣“三維目標”注重知識的形成與技能的培養(yǎng)，通過形式多樣的題型，對學生在詞匯的掌握，語法的運用，閱讀的理解，寫作能力的高低，等方面進行考察，能夠客觀準確地評價教師與學生的狀況。下面對試卷試題進行具體分析：

一、試卷題型情況 可從三個方面評價：

1、注重對基礎知識、基本技能的考察，題型新穎、覆蓋面大，涉及到了所學的全部內容，促進學生有效學習。

2、注重從實際中選取素材，考察了學生的分析和處理問題能力。

3、試卷對學生探究能力是一個重點考察，增強了學生的探究分析能力。

二、試卷結構分析

本套試卷充分體現了新課標課改精神，注重了對學生基礎知識和綜合能力的考察，因此對學生的細心程度要求很高。

1、單項選擇：難度適中且知識覆蓋面大，出錯較多的有11、15、18、20小題。其中18小題中的how soon為生詞組，而該詞組是能否作對本題的關鍵。

2、完形填空和閱讀理解：難度適中，但是得分率一般，主要原因是學生理解文章不透徹，閱讀能力差造成的。

3、句型轉換和詞語運用：此題是各大題中得分最低的一個題，主要原因是學生對句子結構掌握不好，一些固定詞組記不清。

4、書面表達：該題對于學生來說是最難的一題，它是對學生整體知識的一個考察，兩極分化最為嚴重。

三、學生分析 存在問題：

1、優(yōu)等生對基礎知識掌握較好，但大多數學生對語言的運用能力較差，對比較雜碎的知識點沒有能夠很好地掌握。

2、中等生的基礎知識掌握不夠牢固，并且做題比較粗心。

3、差等生在班級中所占比例太大，并且他們對英語知識的掌握也極為膚淺。

四、具體改進措施

1、鉆研新教材，夯實英語基礎。練習中很多學生“一看就會，一做就錯”，這種現象比較普遍，失誤原因是對于常見用語掌握的熟練程度還不夠。其根本原因就在于基礎不牢，只有扎扎實實從基礎做起，才能最終達到“一看就會，一做就對”。

2、加強英語課外閱讀。英語知識的獲得與能力的提高是在不斷的聽、說、讀、寫的訓練過程中逐步形成的，而教材和課堂所能提供的訓練還是比較有限的，因此，要加強理解語篇的能力訓練，增強英語語感。

3、規(guī)范訓練，改進學習方法。要善于分析學生，找出學生的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，合理安排好教材知識梳理、專項訓練和應試技巧指導。

總之，八年級英語試題難度適中，外語的功能性、交際性體現得較為明顯。所以，在今后的教學中應注意開闊學生視野，多渠道、大容量地給學生提供具有時代感的英語信息，加強語言運用能力的培養(yǎng)，對于部分學困生我會采用多次重復講解的方式，使之加深印象，并多給學生實際運用語言的機會，真正做到聽說讀寫一起抓。

一、試卷總體評價及特點

本次試題不僅考查了英語學習的交際性原則，而且注重了學生的基礎知識考查，很好地體現了英語教學中的“交際性、時代性、開放性”原則，并突出了新課程標準下素質教育的要求，重視對學生的基礎知識和基本技能的考查，注重語境的創(chuàng)設，強調語言的實踐性，突出了語言運用能力的考查，主、客觀題比例適中，比分合理，題量適度，學生有足夠的思考時間；試題的選材有一定的時代感和知識性，在選材中既注意了所選材料在題材和體裁上的多樣性，又注意了所選材料的思想性和教育性。試卷內容具有生活氣息和時代特點，充分體現了學科特點和人文精神，較好地體現了新課程倡導的評價理念。

二、試卷結構

卷面總分為120分，全卷有聽力、單項選擇、完型填空、閱讀理解、詞句運用、書面表達六大題型，其中：聽力20分，單選（15分），完型填空（20分），閱讀理解一共有四篇（35分），詞句運用（15分），書面表達（15分）。

三、失分原因。

1、學生的基礎知識不夠牢固，運用不夠準確，靈活性較差。這在聽短文填空和詞匯題中體現了出來。

2、基本語法概念模糊。在單項選擇中體現了這一點。

3、學生的知識面狹窄，句子的基本結構把握不好，語言的綜合運用能力不強。

4、學生平時做的題型少，比如說閱讀理解和補全對話，學生在平時幾乎沒做過這方面的練習。

５、平時教師只注重基礎知識的提高，而對于有一定難度的題，講解不多。

四、今后的工作措施

1、加強師生情感的培養(yǎng)。學生的學習熱情，在一定的意義上取決于老師，如果老師與學生的關系相處得融洽，那么學生就對你教的學科感興趣，對你的學科感興趣就有可能把你所教的學科學好。常言道：“親其師，才能信其道。信其道，才能學其術?！?/p>

2、加大學生完詞填空的訓練，新的題型要經過訓練學生才能掌握，否則很難得分。

3、知識與技能全面發(fā)展。平時的教學中要在知識掌握的前提下加大技能的訓練，真正把四項技能既作為教學的目的，也作為教學的手段。因為考試不僅考察知識，而且也重在考察能力。在實際的教學中一定要抓住知識，要把四項能力作為內化知識的手段，只有這樣，學生們才能既掌握了知識，也提高了能力。不然一味的為提高能力而能力，只能是空中樓閣。

4、教師們一定要做到對同學們抓中間促兩頭。只有抓住了中間才能帶動兩頭，從而大面積提高教學質量。

總之，成績的取得無論高低，都是學生辛苦努力的結果，今后只有師生共同努力，全身心投入到英語教與學中，踏踏實實走好每一步，最后一定能取得輝煌的成就。
