這本書(shū)中的三百多個(gè)故事，每一個(gè)都蘊(yùn)涵了深刻的道理，它讓我學(xué)會(huì)去疼愛(ài)他人，充滿信心地去迎接生活的挑戰(zhàn)。在我面臨挫折和失意時(shí)，它會(huì)使我得到鼓

勵(lì)和慰藉；在我面臨成功時(shí)，它又會(huì)讓我對(duì)未來(lái)充滿希望。它將成為我一生中永遠(yuǎn)的良師益友。

本期繼續(xù)任教九年級(jí)。學(xué)生實(shí)際特點(diǎn),以及語(yǔ)文學(xué)科特點(diǎn)和目前本學(xué)科發(fā)展方向的把握,我班的語(yǔ)文教學(xué)以‘激發(fā)興趣,指導(dǎo)方法,培養(yǎng)習(xí)慣,搭建舞臺(tái)?！疄榭谔?hào)和行動(dòng)原則,加強(qiáng)了日常教學(xué)和學(xué)科活動(dòng)的針對(duì)性和有效性,從整體來(lái)看,學(xué)生身上好的習(xí)慣(如課堂聽(tīng)講,記筆記,發(fā)言提問(wèn))正在逐步養(yǎng)成,學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度也有了明顯的轉(zhuǎn)變,語(yǔ)文的綜合能力也在原來(lái)的基礎(chǔ)上有了較大的提高,但是，還有一部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正，混日子的情況有，從上期的幾次月考和期終考試成績(jī)可以反映出。本班學(xué)生語(yǔ)文水平較差，整體水平不高，表現(xiàn)在優(yōu)等生的語(yǔ)文水平不高，大部分學(xué)生作文都是抄，小部分考試作文是亂寫(xiě)，完成任務(wù)式。及格人數(shù)與其他班差不多，但尖子生較少。語(yǔ)文成績(jī)不高。當(dāng)然，其他同學(xué)語(yǔ)文成績(jī)進(jìn)步了，期末考試及格了。但也有一部分人語(yǔ)文退步了，或者說(shuō)沒(méi)有讀書(shū)了。表現(xiàn)在考試成績(jī)是二十幾分。因此,本學(xué)期在保持總體較好的勢(shì)頭之下,還要大力抓本班的優(yōu)等生的輔導(dǎo),力求有所進(jìn)步，爭(zhēng)取在中考中有所突破，一切為中考，打好中考之戰(zhàn)。

三．教材分析：

我們采用語(yǔ)文出版社出版社出版的初中語(yǔ)文國(guó)標(biāo)教材，本冊(cè)教材共分為七個(gè)單元，除了包括“精讀”，“速讀”,“視聽(tīng)”,“課外閱讀指導(dǎo)”等，還新增加了口語(yǔ)交際與寫(xiě)作。根據(jù)對(duì)課改精神的學(xué)習(xí)和對(duì)語(yǔ)文教學(xué)方向的把握,我們初步擬定了本學(xué)期語(yǔ)文教學(xué)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。

1，知識(shí)目標(biāo)：了解課文中出現(xiàn)的有關(guān)重要作家作品的常識(shí),了解描寫(xiě)方法和修辭方法和詞類的有關(guān)知識(shí),熟記課文中出現(xiàn)的生字生詞的音形義。

五。復(fù)習(xí)工作

1、作好復(fù)習(xí)前的動(dòng)員準(zhǔn)備工作，協(xié)調(diào)好與其它科目的關(guān)系，弄清突出的不足，找準(zhǔn)復(fù)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)。有針對(duì)性地復(fù)習(xí)。面向全體，突出重點(diǎn)，特別要注意優(yōu)等生的語(yǔ)文成績(jī)。

2、五月份之前完成下冊(cè)的語(yǔ)文教學(xué)工作，從六月份轉(zhuǎn)入全面的復(fù)習(xí)工作。五月份則重于從面上進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)，狠抓古詩(shī)文和現(xiàn)代文的閱讀。六月份則重于從縱向深入復(fù)習(xí)，依然是抓好古詩(shī)文和現(xiàn)代文的閱讀。

3、學(xué)校有可能在五月份進(jìn)行一次摸底考。鎖定差距，然后提出彌補(bǔ)彌補(bǔ)差距的可操作性對(duì)策措施，千方百計(jì)縮小差距。特別是優(yōu)等生中語(yǔ)文較差的幾個(gè)，對(duì)得分率低的幾塊，要找出原因，對(duì)癥下藥。

4、六月份進(jìn)行四次強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練式的考試，突出重點(diǎn)，抓不足，對(duì)難以把握的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，要從方式方法上下功夫，則重于從方法上去把握知識(shí)。

5、根據(jù)學(xué)生的情況，分期分批進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)和督促。注重復(fù)習(xí)的效率，進(jìn)行必要的考試技巧的訓(xùn)練。
