1、宣傳階段（5月10日至 5月17日）（1）以外語(yǔ)協(xié)會(huì)名義在各學(xué)生宿舍樓宣傳欄處粘貼傳單，在餐廳門(mén)前設(shè)置報(bào)名處，在校內(nèi)海報(bào)欄張貼海報(bào)進(jìn)行宣傳。（2）將企業(yè)為本次活動(dòng)制作好的條幅掛在指定位置，提高宣傳力度。（3）印制宣傳紙，注明活動(dòng)主題，活動(dòng)內(nèi)容及獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)設(shè)置等方面，讓同學(xué)們對(duì)本次活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣，踴躍參加投稿。（4）與校內(nèi)各大媒體聯(lián)系，通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和報(bào)紙的方式對(duì)本次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行宣傳。
