學(xué)校給我這樣一個機(jī)會讓我來跟大家談一下英語學(xué)習(xí)的問題，對此我和我們的英語老師和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交流過，并結(jié)合我這些年來自己教學(xué)和自己英語學(xué)習(xí)的一些做法與大家分享，非常希望能對大家有所幫助。

第一、選擇很重要，選擇是第一重要的東西，人生如此，學(xué)習(xí)也是這樣。方向錯了，就是南轅北轍，謬以千里。

大家應(yīng)該毫不猶豫的選擇學(xué)習(xí)英語。因?yàn)橛⒄Z學(xué)習(xí)非常重要。小處說，可以說英語無處不在，我們衣食住行的很多方面都可看到英語，我們穿的帽衣鞋襪，我們吃的食品的外包裝，我們的家用電器操作按鈕，我們使用電腦都會用到英語。我們還可以聽到英語，我們可能聽到很好聽的英文歌。甚至我們還在使用英語，用“拜拜”來說再見，當(dāng)然不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

大處說，作為一門學(xué)科我們以后的中考，高考，研究生考試乃至以后你要攻讀博士那就更不用說了，非要用到英語不可。還有我們國家要走向世界，需要英語作為對外交流的工具，我們知道的08年奧運(yùn)會，青島啤酒節(jié)，十藝節(jié)，2014世界園藝博覽會都得使用英語。英語是世界上使用最廣泛的語言。其實(shí)，英語就在我們身邊。

有人說我愛國不要學(xué)英語不要學(xué)別國的語言，我想大家應(yīng)該明白我們學(xué)好外語是為了更好的為我們國家建設(shè)和發(fā)展服務(wù)，那么學(xué)好英語無論對國家，對我們的小家，對我們自己都是有好處的，得學(xué)還得學(xué)好。

第二、態(tài)度很重要。用感恩的心去學(xué)，會使你更認(rèn)真，認(rèn)真的態(tài)度是學(xué)好英語的關(guān)鍵。我們的書本筆墨紙是爸媽花錢買的，磁帶也是。我們的講義是老師花時間整理的，我們教室的多媒體是為了大家能更好的學(xué)習(xí)而精心布臵的，課件是費(fèi)心費(fèi)力制作的。摸摸自己的心窩問問自己，我認(rèn)真了嗎，我學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度好嗎，我書寫認(rèn)真嗎，我聽講認(rèn)真嗎，我對得起父母老師一次又一次的叮囑與教育嗎？好好想想，我們該用怎樣的心對待我們的學(xué)習(xí)。別把這事當(dāng)成三分鐘熱血。

第三、我想說學(xué)好英語不難，信心很重要。

大家要清楚英語是字母文字，簡單講，就跟我們漢語拼音似的。對會漢語拼音的我們來說，不難學(xué)。難學(xué)的是漢語，大家正在使用的我們的漢語是世界上最難的語言之一。大家都能說好，何況作為字母

文字的英語呢？

大家要經(jīng)常給自己鼓勁，給自己加油，說我能行。要有正確的心理暗示。這樣做對你一定有好處。從小處入手慢慢大家都會學(xué)好。

第四、學(xué)習(xí)方法

大方面講，任何語言都有三要素------語音、詞匯和語法。關(guān)于語音與詞匯。前面提到，英語是字母文字。他的發(fā)音和單詞的書寫形式有很多一樣的地方。并且不一樣的有規(guī)律可循。這幾乎是所有字母文字的特點(diǎn)。學(xué)英語要學(xué)好國際音標(biāo)，國際音標(biāo)及其讀音規(guī)則在我們的教材后半部分有，大家要學(xué)會讀，要做好拼讀練習(xí)，記好音和形的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。稍加練習(xí)就會慢慢做到音形結(jié)合記單詞。具體講遇到新單詞，先根據(jù)音標(biāo)拼讀，再找音和形的對應(yīng)，再根據(jù)音標(biāo)寫出單詞。

把單詞積累到單詞本上，放在身邊，利用零散時間反復(fù)記憶，效果很好。詞匯的意思要在語言環(huán)境中記憶，盡量不要空背單詞。做到詞不離句。也不要迷信某一種記憶方法。

關(guān)于語法。創(chuàng)造真實(shí)的語境，在真實(shí)語境中理解語法。經(jīng)常使用語法去表達(dá)。比如說第三人稱單數(shù)問題，說一說你和你的同桌每天大致的活動就比只背過語法規(guī)則好得多。英語，源于生活、用于生活、活學(xué)活用，定會錦上添花。

關(guān)于閱讀。我們想提高閱讀水平，就得進(jìn)行閱讀，為了達(dá)到行之有效地閱讀，你需要找一些與你目前英語水平相適應(yīng)的閱讀材料。如果你閱讀我們平時所見的英語小說或英語報(bào)紙，你可能會撞見難度大的詞匯，很快會泄氣。其實(shí)同步閱讀與聽力可讀性就很強(qiáng)。大可不必以極快的速度讀某篇文章。沒有人在追你?？梢砸阅阏J(rèn)為適宜的速度讀下去。

你沒有必要理解每一個單詞，但必須抓住總體意思。讀完一篇文章后，可以告訴自己或別人你對這篇文章的看法。我們每人都有自己

認(rèn)為自然的閱讀速度。有的人閱讀速度快些。但有一點(diǎn)必須記?。喝绻悴荒芾斫庖膊荒苡涀∧闼x過的文章內(nèi)容，那么那種快速也是毫無意義的。應(yīng)以自己認(rèn)為適宜和有益理解的速度讀下去。

如果長期堅(jiān)持閱讀，又會在閱讀過程中鞏固記憶單詞，同時再學(xué)習(xí)新的單詞。這樣滾雪球似的向前發(fā)展，不知不覺中詞匯量就擴(kuò)大了，閱讀水平也會隨之提高。

量的積累才會達(dá)到質(zhì)的改變。沒有大量的語言“輸入”，是難以學(xué)好英語的。而我們國內(nèi)的英語學(xué)習(xí)者恰恰語言輸入量太少，當(dāng)然輸出量就更少。要語言輸入就要練。因此好的方法就是練習(xí)。熟練熟練，往熟里練，練了才能熟。不間斷練習(xí)才會成為技能。我說的是技能，不是說單純知識，技能是練出來的。像游泳騎自行車一樣。再好的老師也不能代替你學(xué)。學(xué)習(xí)只能靠自己。師傅領(lǐng)進(jìn)門，修行在個人?！皾撘颇保蜁@得語感。弗洛伊德的理論。灰太狼經(jīng)常說什么—我一定會回來的。今年過節(jié)不收禮，收禮還收腦白金。練過才知道，不練一輩子也不會知道，學(xué)英語也是這樣。大家都知道，為什么？練的。想提高英語的聽說讀寫水平怎么辦-----方法就是練，練很關(guān)鍵。這一點(diǎn)跟數(shù)學(xué)有相似地方。熟能生巧Practice makes perfect劉翔，姚明，李云迪，朗朗，朱彤（朱镕基總理的英文翻譯，翻譯專家）水平是練的。勤奮是打開成功之門的金鑰匙。

五、學(xué)習(xí)過程的一些問題

1、課前準(zhǔn)備：兩方面

課前準(zhǔn)備好課本、筆記本、練習(xí)本、配套練習(xí)冊。復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課所學(xué)的內(nèi)容，大聲讀單詞、短文或?qū)υ挕?/p>

2、上課

老師講授新知識時，認(rèn)真聽講，隨時做好筆記，以便課后復(fù)習(xí)用。鞏固訓(xùn)練時：一定要大膽開口、積極參入，互幫互助，不明白的地方一定及時詢問同學(xué)或老師。多爭取在課堂上展示自己的機(jī)會。要訓(xùn)

練到位。

筆頭練習(xí)時，書寫一定認(rèn)真，注意書寫的規(guī)范性（單詞間的間距、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號、大小寫），不會的或不確定的習(xí)題一定要做好標(biāo)記，老師訂正答案時認(rèn)真聽講，碰到自己不會，老師又沒講解的習(xí)題，課下一定要及時詢問同學(xué)或老師。確保自己的答案準(zhǔn)確無誤，不能似是而非。

3作業(yè)：

做作業(yè)之前一定先復(fù)習(xí)當(dāng)天所學(xué)的內(nèi)容，然后做作業(yè)。

寫作業(yè)時，書寫一定要認(rèn)真，不會的題目一定要做好標(biāo)記，做習(xí)題時，一定先讀題目要求，審好題，要知道每個習(xí)題出題人的意圖是什么(就是要考你什么)，確保每個題目都要找到依據(jù)去做。

4堅(jiān)持天天預(yù)習(xí)，把第二天要學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容簡單瀏覽一下，特別是單詞和句子提前讀一讀。

5聽、說、讀、寫能力的培養(yǎng)

聽：堅(jiān)持天天聽聽力，邊聽邊跟讀，注意模仿語音語調(diào)，長時間堅(jiān)持，就能培養(yǎng)起語感來。

說：課堂上大膽說，早自習(xí)大聲讀，經(jīng)常用英語跟同學(xué)交流，如有機(jī)會碰到外國人可以打個招呼做簡單交流，日子久了定有收獲。

讀：認(rèn)真閱讀配套、新課堂上的英語小文章、分級閱讀上的小文章，注意積累碰到的生詞和比較好的句子。

寫：課本上的寫作練習(xí)要認(rèn)真對待，配套、新課堂的書面表達(dá)要認(rèn)真完成，一定要注意書寫的規(guī)范性。

學(xué)習(xí)英語有它自己的規(guī)律，與學(xué)習(xí)其他知識一樣，只有腳踏實(shí)地，艱苦努力，一步一個腳印地學(xué)才能學(xué)會，優(yōu)秀的性格也是英語學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵因素之一。堅(jiān)持，忍耐，自信和堅(jiān)定都是很重要的.好的學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)是成功的保障。

高考，威力無邊，為了高考，中國人幾乎在走極端甚至惡性競爭了（暫且不說為了高考，高中學(xué)生那超長的上課學(xué)習(xí)時間，足以摧殘身體健康的學(xué)習(xí)強(qiáng)度以及幼年孩子的高考早期教育），小孩從說話開始就灌輸和高考有關(guān)的內(nèi)容，上學(xué)后即使是小學(xué)，也只關(guān)注高考學(xué)科，整個人生需要的知識，甚至是生活常識問題在上大學(xué)前幾乎不去了解，因?yàn)閷W(xué)習(xí)高考以外的內(nèi)容無異于浪費(fèi)時間和前途。這樣下去，高考就成為愚弄合主宰中國人，尤其是限制青少年成長和發(fā)展的工具了，中國人的生活就是高考的生活，中國人的素質(zhì)，理念，思維方式都受到高考的制約，中國人的生活目的，生活方式，生活狀態(tài)，生活態(tài)度都打上了高考的烙印，高考，就是一代又一代中國人的奮斗目標(biāo)。中國人，哪怕還是學(xué)齡前，都受累于高考，被困在高考，可持續(xù)性發(fā)展和終生樂意學(xué)習(xí)的情況幾乎是天方夜譚。但是沒有高考就沒有更公正，公平的尺度。如果沒有高考，用人的公平度和人才的選拔肯定無從談起，所以高考無疑是完全必要的。高考已經(jīng)主宰了國人的生活，所以高考必須對社會和中國人負(fù)責(zé)。高考的命題內(nèi)容和考核方式必須對中國人，中國社會負(fù)責(zé)。因?yàn)椋呖伎际裁?，孩子們就得學(xué)什么，高考不考的內(nèi)容幾乎無人舍得花時間了解和學(xué)習(xí)，哪怕是必要的體育活動和生活技能。

避免急功近利的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，避免狹隘的僅僅是為高考而學(xué)習(xí)知識的觀念不是說教可以做到的。只有科學(xué)和全面完善的高考制度和方式才能糾正學(xué)習(xí)的誤區(qū)。高考的制度和理念應(yīng)該把保證和培養(yǎng)青少年的身心健康合健全的思維方式放入首位，加入解放青少年心靈約束，讓青少年具有快樂積極的學(xué)習(xí)愿望，真正的減輕學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)。本人認(rèn)為改變的途徑之一是高考命題的內(nèi)容，比如：高考只考兩門。1.社會（包括全面的人文科學(xué)）2.科學(xué)（主要是理科和生活常識技能類）3。身心健康類（必要的身體素質(zhì)和文藝體育技能），避免死記硬背和過于重復(fù)的東西，既減輕青少年過重的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)，又可以讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)更全面豐富的知識，恢復(fù)健康正常的學(xué)生生活，還人類一個健康，積極，樂觀，可持續(xù)性學(xué)習(xí)和真正發(fā)展的社會。
