1、題型特點(diǎn)
投訴信是寫信人對(duì)產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)表示不滿的信件。常用于消費(fèi)者的利益受損、正常生活和工作受到干擾等令人傷腦筋的事情。寫投訴信時(shí),要注意寫明投訴原委,用詞要恰當(dāng)。
2、寫作思路
第一步:表明投訴原因
第二步:列舉抱怨的具體問(wèn)題,并說(shuō)明問(wèn)題帶來(lái)的后果。
第三步:提出合理的建議
