在勝東社區(qū)辛興轄區(qū)內，只要您稍稍留意，就會看見一群頭戴鋼盔、隊列整齊、一身戎裝的特勤隊員。他們不怕凜冽的寒風，不怕夏日的驕陽，始終以嚴整而威武的軍姿，不分晝夜地出現(xiàn)在居民住宅樓群、重要交通路口和商貿繁華地段，為打擊各類違法犯罪活動，確保了轄區(qū)內一方平安，做出了特殊的貢獻。他們是維護勝東社區(qū)辛興轄區(qū)內社會治安的守護神，是您身邊默默的助手，是這一片蔚藍的天空下的一道亮麗風景。而率領這支精兵強將的是一個40出頭、個子不高、黑紅臉堂的漢子，認識他的人都知道，他，為人爽快，辦事直來直去，工作起來風風火火；他，不僅業(yè)務技術過硬，而且責任心特別強。自擔任辛興巡邏隊副隊長（分管理特勤隊）工作以來，無論是訓練、考核、執(zhí)勤，每一樣都走在最前面。

他，就是夏書賢，1964年7月出生，1980年11月參加工作，中共黨員，大專學歷，1997年11月調入勝東社區(qū)辛興物業(yè)管理公司，現(xiàn)任辛興巡邏隊副隊長分管特勤隊工作。工作20多年里，他榮獲的各種稱號數(shù)也數(shù)不清。說起他的事跡，并無驚天地、泣鬼神的壯舉，也沒有所謂流芳百世的業(yè)績。但他的一點一滴、一舉一動、一言一行，都沒有忘記自己是一名共產黨員，時時事事處處都在體現(xiàn)著有別于一般群眾的先進性。用群眾的話說，他是一個：“干事、公道，值得信賴的人。

2006年初，夏書賢被調任組建勝東特勤隊，在交接工作的幾天里，他怎么也睡不好覺，反復琢磨：作為兵頭將尾的基層干部，擔子重了，責任大了，工作最具體，形象最直觀，自己的一言一行，一舉一動都在隊員的視野之中，都將對今后的工作產生一定影響。為了用自己的言行贏得隊員們的信任，他給自己“約法三章”衣食住行和隊員平等；訓練執(zhí)勤和隊員保持一致；福利待遇和隊員一個標準。為了管好這只隊伍，在是非面前他始終堅持釘是釘，鉚是鉚，決不含糊。三年來，他靠只覺行動，影響和帶領全體隊員，樹立了良好形象。

一個管理工作者，首先要具備良好的理論修養(yǎng)和思想素質，要有良好的職業(yè)道德和業(yè)務水平，才能把握好正確的航向。為此，他始終把政治理論學習放在第一位。多年來，他認真學習黨的路線、方針、政策，學習鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想，不斷提高自己的思想素養(yǎng)和政治理論水平。通過學習樹立堅定正確的政治立場和理想信念，用先進的理論指導自己的行為，保證在政治立場，方向、紀律、鑒別力、政治敏銳性等方面表現(xiàn)出較強的政治意識，時刻保持清醒的頭腦，使各項工作不偏離正確的軌道，始終同上級領導保持高度一致。與此同時，他把提高自己的業(yè)務水平看做是新的歷史時期賦予自己的政治責任，能認真學習政治理論，不斷提高業(yè)務水平。配合公司工作，狠抓特勤隊伍建設，教育隊員樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀，努力締造素質過硬的特勤隊伍，他在政治上要求嚴格，作風上為人正派，工作中兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤奮踏實，并且能以科學的管理方法，實事求是的工作態(tài)度創(chuàng)造性地開展工作，以黨的組織原則規(guī)范自己的行為，出色地完成了組織上交給的各項工作任務。

特勤隊工作的最大特點就是親臨一線，靠前指揮。幾年來，他始終堅持和隊員一樣進行跟班訓練，為了搞好訓練任務，他制定軍事訓練計劃認真做好《軍事訓練成績評定標準》等各項建章立制工作，在訓練場地他始終影響著隊員，帶領個班互相開展“挑應戰(zhàn)”活動，一二班叫響了“誰英雄誰好漢，訓練場上比比看”的口號，三四班積極響應，“當兵不習武，不算盡義務；武藝練不精，不算合格兵”的決心，有效地增強了全隊習武練兵的責任感和緊迫感，極大地鼓舞了全隊隊員的士氣。為了確保訓練的系統(tǒng)性和連貫性，他經?，F(xiàn)場召開訓練形勢分析會，開展評教評學活動，及時總結教學經驗，并研究各階段新老隊員的生理和心理特點，查找訓練中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和不安全隱患，制定切實可行的對策。在訓練中，他采用“理論授課，教學片觀摩，集體示教，示范班引路，評比競賽”等形式靈活貫徹教學。

他象一個上滿發(fā)條的鐘表，干起活來，就不顧勞累，沒有節(jié)假日，沒有雙休日，他的工作準則是：行多于說，讓行動體現(xiàn)，讓成績說話。在歷屆的考核比武中都取得優(yōu)異的好成績，多次受到上級領導的表彰。

夏書賢在這個平凡的崗位上，無私地奉獻著，用辛勤的汗水，高尚的人格，為社區(qū)的建設和發(fā)展做出了應有的貢獻。

一、加強學習，堅定信念

多年來，他始終樹立終生學習的理念，堅持把理論學習擺在首位，通過學習不斷豐富自我，完善自我，提高自己的理論水平。并自覺加強政治理論學習，提高思想素養(yǎng)，堅持認真學習鄧小平理論，踐行“三個代表”重要思想，吃苦在前，以身作則，廉潔自律，從不以權謀私；密切聯(lián)系群眾，為人真誠、正直，急群眾所急，想群眾所想；作風民主，胸懷坦蕩，平易近人，在群眾中威信高。

二、不辭辛勞，深入基層調研。
