(1)第一句話就要明白交代寫此備忘錄的目的。如果回復(fù)別人的備忘錄要注明對(duì)方寫備忘錄的時(shí)間。

(2)備忘錄中交代的事情應(yīng)該簡(jiǎn)明扼要，一段話說明一個(gè)意思。

(3)如在備忘錄中通知信息，語言一定要準(zhǔn)確，避免產(chǎn)生歧義。

(4)最后要用一句話總結(jié)，強(qiáng)調(diào)讀備忘錄的人要盡快做出反應(yīng)。

本人現(xiàn)在就讀川大翻碩研一，初試前三，復(fù)試前三，不能再透露不然就知道我是誰了?？佳袝r(shí)從考研論壇學(xué)到不少東西，也收獲了不少資料，一年一度考研準(zhǔn)備季節(jié)又到來，自己整理了復(fù)習(xí)思路和當(dāng)時(shí)的一些復(fù)習(xí)資料，希望能對(duì)學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們有所啟發(fā)。

關(guān)于擇校

先說川大翻碩吧，我自己覺得非常不錯(cuò)，實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)很多，老師都超級(jí)厲害，開的課也不錯(cuò)，就業(yè)率當(dāng)然也就上去了，更重要的是，我覺得在綜合性大學(xué)里面來講，川大的翻碩已經(jīng)是前三了。和其他學(xué)校不一樣的是，川大的招生人數(shù)比較穩(wěn)定，不會(huì)變來變?nèi)?，?fù)試刷人也少，所以報(bào)考的難度也比較不大。綜合性大學(xué)能夠提供北上廣川外這些專門的外語院校不一樣的視角，什么叫做海納百川，來了就知道，三八節(jié)什么的，學(xué)校還有禮品給女生，相當(dāng)貼心。

政治

政治對(duì)我來說是非常糾結(jié)的一科，就說說馬哲我真的都要繞暈了，政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)直接沒看，因?yàn)榉种岛苄?，我覺得在復(fù)習(xí)政治上面學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們不要平均用力，真的錯(cuò)過了大頭就劃不來了。

2．《紅寶書》，我覺得這本書叫一個(gè)亂啊，密密麻麻的碼字，看的想吐，但是是最權(quán)威的，大家又不能撇開它，我的建議就是第一次復(fù)習(xí)的時(shí)候，就看紅寶書，自己再歸納框架。

3．任汝芬的《序列二》，可以看一下它的客觀題，還是很不錯(cuò)的。

4．肖秀榮的最后四套題，最后四套題強(qiáng)烈推薦肖的，他每年都能押中原題，不管多少分都已經(jīng)很厲害了，據(jù)說此君是命題組組長(zhǎng)，你懂的。

專業(yè)課復(fù)習(xí)

英語翻譯基礎(chǔ)

1．參考書要不要看？廢話，當(dāng)然要，但是我只是參考了一下川大的參考書，筆譯實(shí)務(wù)三級(jí)可以練習(xí)，大家可以自行到新浪愛問去下載，不存在什么新版舊版的說法哈。

2．關(guān)于詞組的翻譯，我只能說，找對(duì)了參考書比什么都重要，我在復(fù)習(xí)的時(shí)候，復(fù)印了同學(xué)在海文和弘毅兩個(gè)考研機(jī)構(gòu)的培訓(xùn)資料，自己的感覺是挺不錯(cuò)的，特別是弘毅家出的資料的詞組復(fù)習(xí)部分（版主我不是打廣告）。

翻碩英語

語法的選擇題部分，我用的是以前大學(xué)老師復(fù)印處的1980年前后出的一本語法書，大家不要打我，我只用了這一本，然后基本上都

復(fù)習(xí)到了。資料因?yàn)槭窃诶蠋熌抢飶?fù)印的，所以我不能傳上來了，但是如果覺得自己語法很弱，大家可以去買《星火英語專四XXX》，名字我記不到了，但是有語法的就行。

川大的閱讀題有時(shí)簡(jiǎn)單有時(shí)難，閱讀沒有什么好的方法，大家練的勤一點(diǎn)吧。

作文是大頭，請(qǐng)大家極度重視，復(fù)試時(shí)候，面試80分，聽力20分，作文100分，大家可以知道，作文是多么的重要，初試復(fù)試都是絕對(duì)的大頭。作文的話可以多看看《china daily》,不僅把作文給復(fù)習(xí)到了，而且更重要的是詞匯部分。

漢語寫作和百科知識(shí)

我知道說到這個(gè)大家要哭了，但是允許我小小的炫耀一下，我是前三喲。首先申明，我不是打廣告。我用的參考資料有：

1．百度百科。百度百科里面什么詞匯都有，但是要自己總結(jié)答題的方法，針對(duì)的是百科名詞解釋的部分，大家一定要多查多看，看到什么就記下來，想到什么就記下來，到時(shí)候每周定時(shí)查一查。

2．川大參考書系列《經(jīng)濟(jì)應(yīng)用文寫作》。川大的參考書，其實(shí)認(rèn)真地講，我沒有怎么看，但是這些參考書給了一個(gè)明確的方向，你可以根據(jù)這些方向走，自己找資料來充實(shí)自己的復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容，當(dāng)然，更保險(xiǎn)的說，你還是可以以參考書為主，其余的為輔。我會(huì)把一些能夠下載到的參考書發(fā)給學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們，希望對(duì)你們有啟發(fā)。

3．《弘毅勝卷》。《弘毅勝卷》是我在我同學(xué)那里復(fù)印的，她在淘寶上買的，我是不是很欠扁？哈哈。這里要說的就是，我在考研的路

上的確受到了很多人無私的幫助，我非常感激。這個(gè)資料是有好幾本，翻譯基礎(chǔ)，百科，歷年真題和模擬。我本來也是抱著看著玩的想法，但是這本看似山寨的書還押中了一些題，我有點(diǎn)意外。百科該書可以參考名詞解釋的部分，編書的人總結(jié)的名詞解釋的方法很全面很好，不知道如何下手的人可以參考，還有一些名詞的解釋。應(yīng)用文也按參考書總結(jié)了框架。翻譯基礎(chǔ)贊一個(gè)，里面的英漢詞組互譯總結(jié)了參考書的詞匯和歷年新詞，對(duì)我?guī)椭艽?，押中三個(gè)詞。外校的同學(xué)要是考MTI，其實(shí)這個(gè)資料能參考的也很多。重申一遍，我不是打廣告，我辛苦碼字，我不容易啊。

4．《高考滿分作文》。大家都知道，你就不要花時(shí)間去總結(jié)了，任何出版社的買一本都可以，但是一定要是高考滿分作文相關(guān)，背一背優(yōu)美的句子什么的，看一看別人寫作的思路嘛，記得到時(shí)候答題把你的書寫練好，印象分啊同學(xué)。再推薦一下余秋雨的《行者無疆》，可以看著玩嘛，寫的很深刻，可以給大家的作文的發(fā)散思維提供很大的幫助。余秋雨真是大師級(jí)別的人物啊!

5．多機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部資料。我還看了很多考研機(jī)構(gòu)的內(nèi)部資料，這個(gè)我沒有辦法給大家分享了，很簡(jiǎn)單的原因，已經(jīng)都是打印的稿件，但是要是比較起來，我覺得參考性不大。

好了，這些就是我的參考書和我給出的備考建議，大家可以在下面提問，我會(huì)定時(shí)解答。我不是托，要是真是這么多家出版社的托，我不是賺翻了，哪里還用得上這個(gè)破電腦碼字。我的確希望大家能夠

考研英語備忘錄應(yīng)用文模板--備忘錄格式

一、概述

備忘錄是一種錄以備忘的公文。在公文函件中，它的等級(jí)是比較低的，主要用來提醒、督促對(duì)方，或就某個(gè)問題提出自己的意見或看法。在業(yè)務(wù)上，它一般用來補(bǔ)充正式文件的不足。它的內(nèi)容可以分為以下幾項(xiàng)：

書端（Heading）

收文人的姓名、頭銜、地址（Addressee?s Name，Title，Address）

稱呼（Salutation）

事因（Subject）

正文（Body）

結(jié)束語（Complimentary Close）

署名（Signature）

二、備忘錄寫作注意事項(xiàng)

1、書端部分包括發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)的名稱、地址、發(fā)文日期，有的還包括電報(bào)掛號(hào)、電傳號(hào)、電話號(hào)碼等。許多機(jī)關(guān)有自己特制的信箋，在寫書端時(shí)，其格式和標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的使用與一般信件的相同。

2、稱呼從左邊頂格寫起，對(duì)一般機(jī)關(guān)、團(tuán)體的負(fù)責(zé)人一般用 Dear Sir，對(duì)政府官員可用Sir.3、正文、結(jié)束語和署名等項(xiàng)與一般信件的格式相同。“事因”一項(xiàng)目前采用得較少。

注：“remind”一詞用法比較多，可以在后面直接接人或賓格，如“提醒我”譯為“please remind me”。如果提醒某人某事則用“remind somebody of something”，也可以在后面加從句，即“remind sb that”，“remind”還有一個(gè)意思為“使想起”同樣用“remind…of…”的結(jié)構(gòu)，應(yīng)注意與提醒某事區(qū)分。

注：在寫備忘錄的時(shí)侯，一定要注意它的格式，尤其要在開頭寫清楚是誰寫給誰來備忘的，用“From： ／To：”兩個(gè)單詞即可。文中的“badly”是“非常的，迫切的”意思。短語“in order to”同下句的“so that”意思是一樣的即：為了，目的是。不同的是前者后接動(dòng)詞原型而后者常跟目的狀語從句，類似的短語還有“in order that”，用法與“so that”相同。

?選擇北大

選擇考研并不是我的初衷。選擇北大也不是我的初衷。最初，我覺得大家并沒有什么不一樣，大學(xué)生活無非是由那些已經(jīng)形成套路的部分組成的，只是每個(gè)人的選擇不同而已。

直到我瞥見了新的世界，遇見了新的人。我逐漸發(fā)現(xiàn)了差距，這種差距就像一條縫隙，慢慢地，不知什么時(shí)候，細(xì)小的縫隙變成了一個(gè)漏洞。當(dāng)然，在那些優(yōu)秀的人身上也存在很多所謂人性的弱點(diǎn)，但是想遇見更好的自己，就一定要去發(fā)現(xiàn)別人的閃光點(diǎn)，彌補(bǔ)自己的不足。我決心改變些什么，我不想忙忙碌碌，碌碌無為。我想親自踏入那個(gè)所謂優(yōu)秀的世界，親眼看一看那里的風(fēng)景。

妹妹問我：姐，你為什么要考北大，是因?yàn)槟阆矚g的李健曾經(jīng)在清華嗎?如果非得找一個(gè)浪漫的理由，我想說，是的，我想遇見自己憧憬的“李健”。

我的一些顯著的變化是發(fā)生在大三下學(xué)期。那時(shí)候?yàn)榱藴?zhǔn)備考試，每天過著早六晚九的生活。一個(gè)不愛學(xué)習(xí)的人突然規(guī)規(guī)矩矩地在自習(xí)室學(xué)習(xí)，這是連我自己也感到驚訝的。每周五我會(huì)休息一天，其他時(shí)間都按照正常的作息進(jìn)行，風(fēng)雨不誤。有時(shí)也會(huì)覺得自己辛苦，會(huì)可憐自己，會(huì)抱怨。但是我想說，你想得到就必須付出。我們只需要踏踏實(shí)實(shí)地認(rèn)真執(zhí)著，剩下的就聽天由命?？赡茉谶@個(gè)過程中，會(huì)遇見質(zhì)疑，會(huì)遇見誘惑，但我覺得人還是應(yīng)該堅(jiān)守些什么，尤其是年輕的我們。那是需要你拼盡力氣去保護(hù)的，那是即便所有人都否定而你自己依舊堅(jiān)定的信念?；蛟S你會(huì)為此頭破血流，你會(huì)失敗，但是，至少，你不會(huì)有遺憾。很久以后，記憶里的那段時(shí)光會(huì)變得模糊，似乎那是很遙遠(yuǎn)的事情，遙遠(yuǎn)得很不真實(shí)，但是，當(dāng)時(shí)艱辛的努力已經(jīng)堅(jiān)實(shí)地鋪墊在你的腳下。

我也沒有相信過自己一定能考上，但是，既然已經(jīng)決定，試試又如何。就當(dāng)我是仗著自己年輕好了。人有的時(shí)候就是需要初生牛犢不怕虎的勇氣。

如果說準(zhǔn)備考研是在談一場(chǎng)戀愛長(zhǎng)跑的話，那么被錄取就像領(lǐng)證結(jié)婚了一樣，有一些釋懷，也有一些新的顧慮產(chǎn)生。

以上就是在過去的一年里我的心路歷程。

下面就簡(jiǎn)單說說專業(yè)的選擇。其實(shí)，在選擇學(xué)校和專業(yè)這件事情上我猶豫了很久。我的本科是日語翻譯專業(yè)，最開始我是不想再繼續(xù)學(xué)日語了，有跨考的打算。當(dāng)時(shí)定下來的專業(yè)是中國(guó)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代文學(xué)。雖然專業(yè)定下來了，但是在擇校上依舊猶豫。一直到大三，上翻譯課的時(shí)候，我感覺自己有些喜歡翻譯。確切地說，我能在翻譯課上尋到一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)自信，雖然我在班級(jí)的存在感幾乎沒有，但是在我的心里還是有歡喜的。應(yīng)該是從這個(gè)時(shí)候，我確定了自己的方向。我要考日語的MTI，我要考北大。最開始我很開心，我覺得，擁有這樣一個(gè)夢(mèng)想是很奢侈的。但是復(fù)習(xí)一段時(shí)間之后，壓力無形地增加。我不斷地給自己催眠，只要堅(jiān)持復(fù)習(xí)就好，別想太多?？目慕O絆，也算走了過來。

?初試

日語MTI考試科目有四科，政治、日語基礎(chǔ)、翻譯基礎(chǔ)和百科知識(shí)。

政治：

我當(dāng)時(shí)報(bào)了一個(gè)政治輔導(dǎo)班，老師非常良心，押題方向十分準(zhǔn)確，但是最后我只得了65分，所以也沒有什么太出彩的學(xué)習(xí)方式。我覺得堅(jiān)持每天都學(xué)政治，尋找適合自己的套路就好。政治的選擇題有的時(shí)候真的不能想太多，有些題需要基于一種常識(shí)，而不是知識(shí)點(diǎn)。

百科：

百科知識(shí)的復(fù)習(xí)就比較廣泛，這一科就是在考積累。北大的百科知識(shí)基本偏重中國(guó)的歷史文學(xué)地理，日本的也會(huì)有所涉獵，但比重不大。考的都是大家耳熟能詳?shù)?。需要多多翻看自己整理的詞匯，尋找一些通用的語言，這樣，即便不熟悉這個(gè)詞，也有話可說。應(yīng)用文寫作這一部分不需要準(zhǔn)備太早，要以實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的文體作為復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)，北大的考題基本是我們想不到的，不用押題，只要看到題目時(shí)能判斷出屬于什么類的文章，能夠正確地寫出該類文章的格式，需要表達(dá)的基本內(nèi)容，條理清晰，基本沒有什么太大問題。第二個(gè)大作文沒有什么復(fù)習(xí)方法，全靠平時(shí)積累，而且北大這一道題的出題方向是非常不明確的，沒有限定在某一方面，題目非常廣泛，角度也有很多。日語基礎(chǔ)：

專業(yè)課的復(fù)習(xí)，沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)真題，所以就報(bào)了一個(gè)輔導(dǎo)班，感覺還不錯(cuò)。日語基礎(chǔ)部分題目比較基礎(chǔ)，知識(shí)點(diǎn)考的十分仔細(xì)，細(xì)致到一個(gè)接續(xù)詞、擬聲擬態(tài)詞的用法，所以，平時(shí)一定要認(rèn)真細(xì)心。我把從1990年的一級(jí)真題到2015年的大致做了一遍，考題里會(huì)有原題出現(xiàn)，所以一定要重視。此外，慣用語要注意每天都積累，并且時(shí)常復(fù)習(xí)。

翻譯基礎(chǔ)：

翻譯基礎(chǔ)部分的題量很大，今年的日漢互譯詞匯難度較大，很多都沒有見過，所以平時(shí)要注意積累新詞，尤其漢語中出現(xiàn)的一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)用語、日語中的外來語和漢字詞匯，出考題的概率很大。日譯漢部分是一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人發(fā)言和一篇小說翻譯，難度不大，但是涵蓋的詞匯很多。建議多看NHK和クローズアップ現(xiàn)代，尤其是熱點(diǎn)新聞。想把小說翻譯好很不容易，所以，在做到?jīng)]有明顯錯(cuò)誤的基礎(chǔ)上盡量讓自己的語言簡(jiǎn)潔明了，如果能翻得出彩當(dāng)然更好。但是，在考試的時(shí)候，很難兼顧這么多。漢譯日有三篇文章，一篇是中日經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，一篇是講兒童文學(xué)出版的相關(guān)文章，剩下一篇記不太清楚了。我對(duì)翻譯這部分最深刻的感受是，文章不難，但是出題很狡猾，想得高分不簡(jiǎn)單。

?總結(jié)一句話

北大日語MTI主要考積累，考素養(yǎng)，任何投機(jī)取巧都會(huì)死得很慘。最后感謝那些遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比我優(yōu)秀的選手，他們可能已經(jīng)被推免，可能選擇留學(xué)。謝謝他們給我讓路，讓我少了很多阻礙。
