1、借助“學(xué)校德育教育活動(dòng)開展”之際，盡快對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行各種行為習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成教育，從思想、行為、學(xué)習(xí)、勞動(dòng)、紀(jì)律、休息等各方面進(jìn)行要求，加速學(xué)生班級(jí)觀念，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生班級(jí)凝聚力。

2、加快培養(yǎng)班干部。新學(xué)期以學(xué)生競(jìng)選、民主投票的形式選拔班干部，增加透明度和學(xué)生的自主權(quán)，讓有一定管理能力且具有奉獻(xiàn)精神的同學(xué) 1 擔(dān)任班干部，明確職責(zé)、分工到人，讓他們起到表率作用。定期召開班干部會(huì)議（每星期由班長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)召開一次班干部會(huì)議；每?jī)蓚€(gè)星期由班主任主持召開一次班干部會(huì)議），聽取班干部對(duì)本班情況的匯報(bào)和建議，及時(shí)調(diào)整，確定下周行動(dòng)方案。
