尊敬的各位領導各位同仁:
郵所地處高新開發(fā)區(qū),由于是開發(fā)區(qū)的原因,所以這地段是很多中小型企業(yè)的集散地。目前郵所辦理的業(yè)務主要是特快業(yè)務,經(jīng)濟快遞業(yè)務這塊業(yè)務還是處于空缺狀態(tài)。由于國內民營快遞企業(yè)優(yōu)勝劣汰的生存法則使得他們提高貨運速度和降低資費,所以普遍的民營快遞公司都價格便宜,時間快,這造成周圍很多的公司快遞業(yè)務都是走私人快遞公司發(fā)運。為了能更好的開發(fā)經(jīng)濟快遞包裹這項業(yè)務,我經(jīng)常利用休息時間去走訪客戶,并把從客戶中收集到得相關資料整理,結合公司的特點來制作成能滿足不同客戶需求的方案。比如剛開始科技有限公司的經(jīng)理總認為我們郵政的資費比其它快遞公司要高出3-4元。多次出提出如果能與其它快遞公司價格相同就考慮與我們郵政合作。針對這樣的情況,我首先耐心的分析了我們郵政相對于其他民營公司的優(yōu)勢,宣傳介紹郵政業(yè)務資費和售后服務優(yōu)惠政策,然后我及時與相關的領導反應情況,通過上下一致通力合作制作定出一套適合該公司的用郵情況的可行方案該來挽留這個客戶。經(jīng)過我多方面的努力,一次次的接洽,一次次的修改方案,終于與科技有限公司的經(jīng)理雙方達成了共識,成功的與科技有限公司簽約1個經(jīng)濟快遞包裹的協(xié)議客戶,每月用郵量100件之間成交金額在1000-1500元之間。而在航空電子客票剛開辦時,因營業(yè)員有怕出錯的心理,都不敢辦理該項業(yè)務,加上平時辦理傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務時已經(jīng)很繁忙,所以開辦這
個業(yè)務就更難了。但是不能因為難就不去開發(fā)這個業(yè)務,我作為所主任有義務去開好這個頭,樹立榜樣,帶領其他人去開發(fā)好這個業(yè)務,經(jīng)過多方面的觀察和細心了解,其實我們平時在辦理傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務時也可以辦理機票業(yè)務,所以我先從營業(yè)員下手,首先指導導營業(yè)員多學習航空票務知識,學習辦理航空機票的流程,加強專業(yè)知識,提高服務質量;再而引導營業(yè)員克服怕難怕出差錯心理,鼓勵她們接觸目標客戶,在接觸客戶的過程中收集客戶的需求資料,加以平時我善于捕捉客戶信息,只要有意向的客戶我會進行電話取得聯(lián)系去走訪客戶,最終通過多方面的努力,成功的開發(fā)兩個航空機票協(xié)議客戶,第一個客戶是簽的協(xié)議,第二個,每月的總出票量基本上能達到10到20張。
對于以上的成績我們不滿足,我們還需進一步轉變觀念,準確地定位和駕馭市場,做好郵所的經(jīng)營分析,正確的分析當?shù)氐娜丝凇⒔?jīng)濟狀況,以主動營銷,多樣化的服務,來拓展市場。通過宣傳大力發(fā)展郵政函件業(yè)多的中小型企業(yè),郵所現(xiàn)辦理的業(yè)務主要是特快業(yè)務和經(jīng)濟快遞業(yè)務。目前,我的協(xié)議客戶的基礎是以企業(yè)與客戶之間,企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間要互致問侯,密切聯(lián)系和加強交流與溝通所帶來的巨大市場空間,滿足社會需求,拓展郵政業(yè)務,進步強化“傳情送禮”找郵政的社會公眾意識。目前我們要大力發(fā)展目標客戶有:1.集團有一定經(jīng)濟實力的企業(yè),以比較注重建立客戶關系的行業(yè)和企業(yè)為主,2.對職工或下屬單位慰問需要的企業(yè),特別是有較多職工分散在各地建筑、工程、勘測類企業(yè)。3.異地務工人員、白領階層、城市居民、部隊官兵。目標宣傳:對大客戶以上門營銷為主,對大客戶不能只是告
其郵政有禮儀業(yè)務,要通過提前接觸。了解客戶的基本需求和意向,提供有別于他人的增值服務,帶著方案上門營銷,引導其消費需求,這需要一定的時間。在根本上,客戶信息來源于平時的積累,在日常工作中,注意收集企業(yè),個人的個性化資料,特別是對企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟狀況,對所有客戶進行分類分析,并與主要客戶保持密切的確溝通聯(lián)系建立良好的合作關系。
除以上之外,我們在營銷過程中還很好的應用了網(wǎng)格化營銷理念來指導我們工作。網(wǎng)格化營銷(或分區(qū)域營銷)是今年來新出現(xiàn)的一種營銷思想,其目的是幫助企業(yè)更加貼近用戶,使企業(yè)的資源分配更加以市場變化為導向。剛實行這個網(wǎng)格化營銷時,我和本郵所的營業(yè)員有低觸心理,總是認為光對外營業(yè)服務工作就很累,還要利用除上班以外的時間走訪客戶這不能多余的嗎?為什么我們科園郵所一個小郵所也要納入這個網(wǎng)格化營銷,真的不能理解。但是對于我國郵政企業(yè)而言,實施網(wǎng)格化營銷的意義在于改進前端營銷方式,進而改變企業(yè)資源配置機制、組織結構、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略等一系列傳統(tǒng)意義上的后端機制,從而使得運營商的運營更加精細化,企業(yè)的資源分配更加有效率。網(wǎng)格化營銷為郵政企業(yè)帶來的好處是多方面的。比如快速響應市場,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域內精耕細作。網(wǎng)格化營銷所帶來的最直接和最明顯的好處就是企業(yè)可以對網(wǎng)格內市場精細耕作。資源的落實以及片區(qū)責任制度的建立,使得企業(yè)基層營銷員工的工作指向性更強,應對競爭時更具靈活性。還有能迅速調配企業(yè)資源,減少部門合作的“非效率”。采用網(wǎng)格化營銷可以提高資源配置效率,使得以往由于不同部門分屬
管理而造成的合作困難以及資源協(xié)調“非效率”可以通過自下而上的需求響應得到解決。同時,通過不同部門彼此分擔考核指標,可以切實從任務導向上增加部門之間協(xié)作的積極性,提升企業(yè)整體組織的柔性。,提高工作效率。比如共同深挖重點客戶、難點客戶,特別是從競爭對手手中搶奪客戶、收復“失地”;對電子檔案記錄的全部客戶進行精細化歸類、分析和總結,提煉出針對每類客戶群體的營銷指導方案,并在各“網(wǎng)格”迅速復制,取得精確打擊的市場開發(fā)效果,進而達到“市場全掌握”的最終目標。經(jīng)過一段時間,慢慢意識到網(wǎng)格化營銷的優(yōu)勢之后,我們郵所的全體人員齊心協(xié)力,共同完成上級下達的任務。

當石林場重點公益管護“六拳”出擊 效果明顯
為了切實做好重點公益管護工作,當石林場干部職工齊心協(xié)力,務實重行,真抓實管,出臺六項措施重拳出擊,使當石林場的重點公益林管護效果發(fā)生了“翻天覆地的變化”。
第一拳:明確目標,嚴把用人關。把“看好公益林”作為重點公益林管護的唯一目標,把年富力強有責任心,能夠服從領導,聽從指揮作為選人用人的標準,嚴把用人關。管護員上崗之前必須簽署《保證書》,做到“五個保證”方能錄用上崗。
第二拳:強化培訓教育,明確管護職責。針對《樺甸市公益林管護工作獎懲細則》,組織公益林全體人員深入學習和考試,不及格者罰款200元,給一次補考機會,經(jīng)補考再不及格者清除管護隊伍。通過強化培訓教育使全體管護人員明確管護職責,知道自己該做到哪些,如果做不到應該接受怎樣的處罰,使大家都能真正負起管護責任,切實做好公益林管護工作。
第三拳:嚴格出勤管理,保證管護到位。每天早晨由各管護隊長向主管場長報告本段出勤情況,林場隨時進行抽查,檢查管護員出勤和在崗情況。要求各位管護隊長對自己的每一位隊員每天的動向都必須掌握。
第四拳:嚴格督促檢查,依法依規(guī)進行處罰。每次都由主管場長親自帶隊經(jīng)常性不定期的深入到各管護隊各管護區(qū)進行檢查,每月集中檢查次數(shù)至少在四次以上。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題嚴格按照獎懲 1
細則的規(guī)定對責任人進行處罰。
第五拳:探尋規(guī)律,創(chuàng)新管理方式。根據(jù)冬季大雪封山之后,如有新伐根出現(xiàn)也大都分布于爬犁道兩側這一規(guī)律,當石林場除了按照林業(yè)局的要求成立巡邏檢查小組之外,還要求每一位管護員對自己管護區(qū)內爬犁道進行巡護編號登記,實行動態(tài)管理,對新增的爬犁道必須及時掌握,及時編號登記和巡護。爬犁道編號登記有遺漏的,要受到相應的處罰:支線每條罰款100元,岔線每條罰款50元。新伐根按照《獎懲細則》的規(guī)定予以處罰。
第六拳:人性化管理,增強戰(zhàn)斗力。當石林場在嚴于管理的同時也不乏人性化。職工家有個紅白喜事大事小情的林場領導總是全員到位,出車出人出錢,撐場面壯聲勢;職工家有困難場領導及時提供幫助給予解決,使職工們排除后顧之憂,一門心思干工作,全場干部職工的戰(zhàn)斗力明顯增強。2012年以來,當石林場重點公益林管護區(qū)內基本杜絕了濫砍盜伐現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,使本轄區(qū)內的森林資源得到有效保護。

由于我校家長學校工作的充分開展,有力的促進了學校的整體發(fā)展,贏得了家長和社會各界的一致贊譽?,F(xiàn)將具體情況匯報如下:
一、我校家長學校開展工作概況
作為我市的家長實驗學校,我校積極開展各方面工作,形成了以學校為主、以家庭為基礎、以社會為依托,三結合教育大環(huán)境,增強了教育合力的教育理念。家長學校建設不斷走向規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化,為指導家庭教育工作提供了有力的保障。
1.加強領導,建立健全各項管理制度
為確保家長學校各項工作有序開展,我校在由校長任組長的家長學校工作領導小組的基礎上,成立了三級家長委員會、陽光家長俱樂部和關心下一代工作委員會,制定了相關工作制度和各崗位職責。定期召開會議,商討家庭教育中的重點、難點、熱點問題,有針對性的開展家長學校工作。各班級委員會由班主任牽頭組建,在管理體制上我們實行分級管理,層層落實的辦法,確保了家長學校工作項項有人管,事事有人問。為使家長學校更加規(guī)范,我們建立和完善了家長學校的《家長委員會章程》、《家長委員會職責》、《陽光家長俱樂部細則》《陽光家長評選》等各種規(guī)章制度,制度的完善使學校管理逐步邁向系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化和序列化。
2.切實落實好家長學?!笆小敝笜?/p>
家長學?!笆小笔侵福河胸撠熑?、有牌子、有教室、有教材、有教學計劃、有兼職教師、有活動經(jīng)費、有工作制度、有考核評估、有檔案資料。針對“十有”內容,我校在家長學校工作領導小組的帶領下,并充分發(fā)揮家委會功能,形成合力,對以上指標逐一落實。尤其是在考核評估方面,我們拓寬評估渠道,有時還要請家長填寫意見反饋表,學校把各班家長的意見進行匯總,針對存在的問題制定措施,以不斷提高教育教學質量。
二、主要工作和取得的成績
(一)主要工作
1.讓家長參與學校管理。
每周邀請家長來校進行校訪,使家長有了近距離接觸、了解學校工作的機會。家長掛著校訪牌,可以進入辦公室與教師交談,進入教室聽課,巡視校園,觀察學生的行為規(guī)范等。此外,直接與校領導對話,就學校的各種問題向校領導提出建議。實行校訪制度,引導家長參與學校管理,進一步形成家校協(xié)作教育的機制,不斷優(yōu)化教育資源,創(chuàng)設良好的教育環(huán)境。
2.定期舉辦講座。
每學期學校都要請有關專家進行專題講座。目的是使每位家長感悟到家庭教育的重要性,重養(yǎng)重教。
3.樹立典型,以點帶面。
在學校開展的各項活動中,得到了很多家長的大力支持,為此,學校每學年都要認真組織進行 “陽光家長”的評選活動,要求家長寫好了優(yōu)秀事跡的介紹材料,在廣大家長中推介,本學期表彰了10位關心和支持學校工作的家長。
4.開展家長開放日活動。
“家長開放日”活動起到了四個促進作用。一是促進了教師課堂教學水平的提高。每當“開放日”到來之時,每一個教師非常重視,都要認真鉆研教材,設計教案,都想在家長面前展示一下自己的教學技藝,從而提高自己。二是增強了家長教育孩子的責任感。三是促進了學生主動地學習。四是促進了教師與家長、家長與學生之間關系的優(yōu)化?!伴_放日”活動讓教師、家長、學生之間的距離拉得更近了,從而增強了相互之間的了解,尊重和關心,出現(xiàn)了孩子督促家長做模范家長,家長教育孩子做“陽光學生”的可喜局面。這一活動受到了家長的一致好評。
5.開展親子活動,提高教育實效。
學校結合傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日的有利契機,如三八婦女節(jié)、母親節(jié)、父親節(jié)等節(jié)日,開展了融游戲和教育于一體的親子游戲活動。學校陽光家長俱樂部也創(chuàng)造性地開展親子活動如:如“法制講座”、“特色升旗”、“六一”、“趣味運動會” “感恩主題隊會”等慶祝活動,讓家長來校和學生一起同慶同樂。在家長和孩子參與的這些活動中,家長們感受到了孩子的成長和快樂,孩子在與父母一起參與活動的過程中,體會到父母的艱辛,理解了父母的苦心,拉近了家長與孩子的距離。
6.大力開展感恩教育,提升德育工作水平。
我校開展了系列的感恩實踐教育活動。如“給父母端杯熱水”、“愛祖國、愛父母、愛自己”活動、“為父母洗腳”活動、“感恩演講比賽”等等,這些活動的開展有力的拉近學生與家長的距離,產(chǎn)生了良好的效果。
7.重視家訪。
在家校聯(lián)系與溝通上,我校充分利用現(xiàn)代化信息技術開展家教活動。每個班級都設立了“家校聯(lián)系卡”。學校要求每個班級都建立了微信群,QQ群。今年又開設了學生家長數(shù)學速算盒子讓家長參與孩子的學習情況監(jiān)督上。充分利用黑金小學的教育網(wǎng)站,家長教師每天都在微信見面溝通,了解孩子的學習情況,在校情況,學校班主任定期轉發(fā)家庭教育的文章和案例大大提高了效率。收到了很好的教育效果,改變了以前單一的家訪方式,多媒體的信息技術成為了學校與家庭的互通紐帶,有效地促進了家校攜手,聯(lián)合教育。8.印發(fā)告家長書、宣傳單。
通過印發(fā)告家長書、宣傳單向家長直接介紹家庭教育的方式、現(xiàn)代家教信息和學校工作的新動向,立足實際,多渠道、多形式開展家長學校工作。比如向家長提出“多一點時間陪孩子”、“走出 家庭,走向社會”的倡議;向孩子提出“我為父母分憂愁”的要求,指導學生在家做一些力所能及的家務事,學會生活的自理。
(二)、“同讀一本書,共養(yǎng)好習慣”彰顯特色 家長學校開課之際,我們對“本溪市行為習慣養(yǎng)成教育家長讀本”授課的教師進行好習慣專題培訓,與家長講授書中重點以及具體方法進行讀書交流。孩子和家長可以同讀一本書,可以好習慣讀本,可以是故事書,可以是新聞報道等。家長能夠走進孩子的心靈。我校開展了“成功素質教育”“怎樣培養(yǎng)孩子”等讀書漂流活動,掀起了家長讀書的熱潮。事實證明,我校通過“同讀一本書,共養(yǎng)好習慣”的落實,使學生們更加理解父母的“不容易”,體會父母的辛勞。通過實踐作業(yè),去感恩父母。每月的校本作業(yè)需要請家長與學生一起自查互評。假期里,我校開展了“我與家長比一比”的好習慣馬拉松活動,這些活動的開展使家長和孩子相互督促,相互牽制學生和家長都慢慢的養(yǎng)成了良好的生活習慣和學習習慣。
幾年來好習慣養(yǎng)成教育初見端倪。為了進一步深化養(yǎng)成教育的內涵,校本課程又增設了《弟子規(guī)》、《三字經(jīng)》讀本,并在全校師生及家長中開展了傳承國學文化的經(jīng)典誦讀活動。學校開展誦讀展演活動。活動開展深深觸及到家長的心靈,使家長也“不知不覺”走近“經(jīng)典”。通過調查了解,結果表明,對于學校國學經(jīng)典誦讀課,家長非常支持,他們了解國學家庭的倫理道德,學校的勵志規(guī)范,社會的知書達理。家長都有了理論指導。學生的認識從知開始才有了行,并逐步做到了知行統(tǒng)一。我們在好習慣啟動儀式上邀請了許多家長,以寄家長一封信的形式,提高家長對此項活動的認識,與家長達成共識,使學生在學校養(yǎng)成好習慣的同時,在家庭里也要保證好習慣的持續(xù)養(yǎng)成。教師影響著學生,學生影響著家長,這樣相互影響,相互同化。共同進步。經(jīng)過幾年的努力,家長對于好習慣的認識越來越深入,以至于影響著家長好習慣的主動養(yǎng)成。
(三)取得的成績
1.家長的教子觀念發(fā)生變化,愈加重視孩子的品德與心理健康。
通過家長學校的輔導與學習,慢慢改變著家長“重智輕德”的觀念。最明顯的變化,莫過于家長會中,家長不再是緊緊盯住孩子的學習成績,而是開始過問起孩子的個性發(fā)展、學校表現(xiàn)等。如孩子參加各種社團、比賽、社會實踐等,許多家長給予了極大的支持!學校的民樂隊、詩刊社辦得有聲有色,節(jié)慶?;顒拥穆≈責崃遗c成功,同家長的支持是分不開的。
2.家長教子方式得到提高,教育效果明顯。
我們把孩子對家長、老師的教育方法的建議反饋給家長,同時也通過與家長的溝通,促進家長教子方式的改變。許多家長深有體會的說:孩子已經(jīng)長大了,到了初中,與他們平等、親切交流會有許多的收獲;而簡單的、粗暴的教育,只能使孩子越走越遠。多年中,沒有發(fā)生父母與子女沖突、矛盾激化的事件。
3.家長素質得到提高,家庭育人環(huán)境得到優(yōu)化。
家長認識到自己是孩子的第一任老師,也是孩子的終身老師,從而增強了家庭責任感,進一步認識到家庭教育的重要性。在家訪中,我們感受到了家長在創(chuàng)設溫暖家庭關系、親子關系所作的努力。
4.密切了家庭與學校的關系,形成教育合力。
通過家長學校、家長委員會的工作,使家長全面準確地了解孩子,并依靠不斷提高的家教方法,增強了教育的針對性;同時,又使家長了解到了學校的工作,增強家長對教師的了解、信任,使家長能主動地支持學校、教師的工作。
三、今后努力的方向
1.充分發(fā)揮“家長論壇”的積極作用。
雖然我們也開設這樣的論壇,但是,在內容上還不夠豐富,在形式上不夠生動,并且缺乏系統(tǒng),以后將再努力。
2.開展心理健康教育培訓。
針對目前的學生心理變化與特點,對家長要開設系列心理輔導的培訓,促進家長重視心理輔導,提高心理輔導技能。
3.更進一步開展優(yōu)秀家長的評選活動。
要建立起規(guī)范的評選制度,并使其發(fā)生輻射與榜樣作用,調動家長參與學校管理、共同關注孩子思想、身心發(fā)展的積極性。
4.注重學習研究型家庭的構建。
面對迅速發(fā)展的社會,面對正處于人生觀、世界觀逐步形成時期的中學生,建立一個學習研究型家庭是極為重要的事,它不僅關乎父母、子女的發(fā)展,同時還關乎與社會的與時俱進,所以,在以后的工作中,我們將著力進行學習研究型家庭的構建與推進。
科學發(fā)展永無止境,教育實踐之樹常青。父心,母心,老師心,心心相通;你教,我教,大家教,合力育人。適應新形勢,我校將繼續(xù)高舉素質教育大旗,積極探索家校工作的新思路、新載體和新辦法,情為學生所系,策為學生所謀,千方百計為孩子們的健康成長編織五光十色的花環(huán),和越來越多的家長們牽起手來,凝心聚力地打造和享受越來越幸福完整的陽光教育新生活。
