七年級英語教學(xué)計劃

（2013-2014學(xué)年度下學(xué)期）

英語作為我們中國學(xué)生的一門外語，在經(jīng)濟全球化的驅(qū)動下，這門外語變得尤為重要，英語的重要性不僅僅體現(xiàn)在考試上其實最重要的還是體現(xiàn)在它的實用性上。我們中國學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)外語最難突破的還應(yīng)該算是口語，因為我們?nèi)狈δ菢拥恼Z言環(huán)境因此很多時候把英語學(xué)生了中國式的英語或者是啞巴英語。為了避免這種現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)那么作為一名英語老師我們應(yīng)該引領(lǐng)學(xué)生正確的發(fā)音，正確的使用英語，最后正確的并且勇敢的開口說英語。為了完成以上目標(biāo)，我們英語老師應(yīng)有以下教學(xué)計劃：

一、指導(dǎo)思想

做到把課堂要面向班級全體學(xué)生，密切關(guān)注每個學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，激發(fā)他們對于學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，使學(xué)生們由被動學(xué)習(xí)變?yōu)橹鲃訉W(xué)習(xí)英語，更要幫助學(xué)生們建立學(xué)習(xí)英語學(xué)好英語的自信心,同時也要培養(yǎng)他們的創(chuàng)新精神；整體設(shè)計目標(biāo)，要體現(xiàn)出靈活性開放性，不被教材所桎梏住跳出固定思維，靈活的去運用書中設(shè)計的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。目標(biāo)設(shè)計以學(xué)生技能，語言知識，情感態(tài)度，學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識的發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ)一步步的去提高學(xué)生們的聽、說、讀、寫能力；突出學(xué)生主體的原則，尊重學(xué)生們的個體差異，考慮全面學(xué)生們的接受能力的不同;采用活動途徑，讓課堂上多一些學(xué)生們可以參與進(jìn)來的活動，讓學(xué)生們開口說英語，使學(xué)生們告別中國式的英語；注重過程評價，促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展，多用一些激勵的語言，讓學(xué)生們有足夠的信心去學(xué)習(xí)英語。總之，讓學(xué)生們感都學(xué)習(xí)英語的快樂，讓學(xué)生們知道學(xué)習(xí)英語的必要性，玩中學(xué)，樂中學(xué)。

二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

鉆研教材，提高教學(xué)水平，專業(yè)素質(zhì)等，真正做到教學(xué)相長，努力達(dá)到學(xué)校規(guī)定的教學(xué)指標(biāo)。使學(xué)生們課前認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)課上帶著問題聽課學(xué)習(xí)英語，使用英語，敢于開口去說英語，真正做到讓英語成為我們的一種交流方式，成為一種工具，學(xué)以致用。

三、具體措施

1、詞匯方面要求學(xué)生們認(rèn)真去背誦每單元單詞，爭取做到單詞會讀，會寫，會用。每天抽時間去聽寫學(xué)生們單詞，起到督促作用。

2、要求同學(xué)們每天背誦一些小短文，句子等培養(yǎng)語感。

3、對后進(jìn)生進(jìn)行專門輔導(dǎo)，布置單獨的作業(yè)，讓他們在小進(jìn)步、小轉(zhuǎn)變中體味學(xué)習(xí)的快樂，樹立學(xué)習(xí)的自信，盡快成長起來。

4、在教學(xué)中根據(jù)目標(biāo)并結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容，創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計貼近學(xué)生實際的教學(xué)活動，吸引和組織他們積極參與。學(xué)生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語，完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。

5、要充分利用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)，利用計算機和多媒體教學(xué)軟件，探索新的教學(xué)模式，開發(fā)英語教學(xué)資源，拓寬學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)渠道，改進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式，提高教學(xué)效果。

一、本學(xué)期教學(xué)時間安排：

本學(xué)期我校從8月23號開學(xué)，2011年1月5日進(jìn)行期末測試，教育教學(xué)時間大約只有21周，在這期間我們要授完預(yù)備教材及7A前4單元的內(nèi)容還要進(jìn)行多次月考和期中測試。時間相對緊張。任務(wù)重,所以在平時的教育教學(xué)中就必須抓好每一分每一秒的時間來進(jìn)行教育教學(xué),才能夠順利完成應(yīng)該完成的教育教學(xué)任務(wù)。特別是今年的測試次數(shù)增多,講解試卷所花費的時間必然會增加,而且七年級的學(xué)生剛進(jìn)入初中英語的學(xué)習(xí)，所進(jìn)行的教育教學(xué)必然會非常的緩慢，要順利的完成教育教學(xué)任務(wù)非常的困難，要考好期末考試就更加不容易，所以必須抓好每一天,每一分每一秒的時間。

二、本學(xué)期教育教學(xué)重點：

我認(rèn)為本學(xué)期的教學(xué)重點可以分為兩大塊來看：

（一）語法知識點.1．一般疑問句及回答；

2．指示代詞、人稱代詞、物主代詞

3．名詞復(fù)數(shù)的變化；

4．方位介詞；

5．特殊疑問句的構(gòu)成、回答和對劃線部分提問

6．實義動詞的第三人稱單數(shù)及變化；

7．情態(tài)動詞的用法；

8．日期和月份；

9、名詞所有格；

10、一般現(xiàn)在時

11、時間表達(dá)法；

12、形容詞和副詞的三個級別；

四、本學(xué)期我將采用的教育教學(xué)方法：

英語的教育教學(xué)方法很多，但是卻無法找到一種適合每一個學(xué)生的方法，特別是對于班級教學(xué)來說更是如此，無論是在國際上還是在國內(nèi)，都沒有哪個人找到。可是我們可以采用各種不同的教學(xué)方法來加以彌補。針對我所教的這一個班級，本學(xué)期我打算用下列一些方法來對他們進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)：

1、用英語教英語(Teach English in English)；

英語畢竟是一門語言，訓(xùn)練的是學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫、譯的綜合能力，在教學(xué)的過程中需要對學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫、譯的能力進(jìn)行很多的訓(xùn)練，這就要求我們用英語來教英語，在課堂上對學(xué)生進(jìn)行各種能力的訓(xùn)練。

2、用英語想英語（Think English in English）;

用英語想，也就是用英語思考。學(xué)英語而不用英語思考，一定學(xué)不好。用英語思考就是在用英語進(jìn)行表達(dá)和理解時，沒有本族語思考的介入，或者說本族語思考的介入被壓縮到了極不明顯的程度。這是真正流利、熟練的境界和標(biāo)志。

3、背誦和多種練習(xí)結(jié)合實事求是的說，大量背誦課文與大量多種練習(xí)的結(jié)合，乃是對于一切各不相同條件下的英語教學(xué)的普遍有效的方法。

4、針對不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容采用不同的教學(xué)方法；

英語的內(nèi)容較多，包括語音、詞匯、語法、交際等等內(nèi)容，如果對每一項內(nèi)容都采用同樣的方法來進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)，那么即使是再好的學(xué)生也不可能學(xué)好，再好的教師也不可能教好。因而，針對不同的內(nèi)容采用不同的教學(xué)方法是不可違背的。

五、本學(xué)期提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的方法：

1.體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體地位，發(fā)揮教師的指導(dǎo)作用。充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主動性和積極性，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，幫助學(xué)生摸索適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法，了解和掌握記憶規(guī)律，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。

2.突出語言的實踐性，注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運用英語的能力。

3.盡量使用英語，適當(dāng)使用母語。

4.備好學(xué)生、課本、課標(biāo)，確立最佳教案。

5.根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容，進(jìn)行教學(xué)創(chuàng)新，嘗試不同的教學(xué)方式，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)欲望。

6.語言點講解要做到精講多練，舉一反三，使學(xué)生理解準(zhǔn)確、深刻、透徹。

7.擴大學(xué)生的課外閱讀量，一是增強語感，二是循序漸進(jìn)，逐漸提高閱讀理解能力。

8.加強書面表達(dá)訓(xùn)練，每一單元結(jié)合內(nèi)容布置相應(yīng)的書面表達(dá)練習(xí)，擇優(yōu)選讀，講解技巧，使學(xué)生逐漸找到英語寫作的竅門。

9.實行分層次教學(xué)。根據(jù)上學(xué)期成績，制定出培優(yōu)扶差的目標(biāo)生，分層次輔導(dǎo)，分層次練習(xí)，分層次要求，使不同程度的學(xué)生都能有所提高。

10.合理利用課外資料，重點題要重點練習(xí)、重點講解，做到主次分明，講求實效。

六、本學(xué)期將進(jìn)行的復(fù)習(xí)和試題訓(xùn)練：

本學(xué)期的時間雖然較緊，但是我打算在十二月中旬初進(jìn)入復(fù)習(xí)階段，在最后的幾個星期里，我將從課本入手，以課本為基礎(chǔ)整理本學(xué)期所學(xué)的知識點，在整理的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié)，盡量讓學(xué)生理解本學(xué)期所學(xué)的內(nèi)容，讓學(xué)生做到心中有數(shù)。

對于測試來說，本學(xué)期學(xué)校組織的考試大概有四次，加上英語組將要進(jìn)行的六次，一共是十次，另外自己也將針對情況進(jìn)行一些必要的測試，在有限的時間里能夠完成這些測試我覺得已經(jīng)夠了。
