      記得我的中學(xué)英語(yǔ)生活是這樣度過的:小學(xué)畢業(yè)從大山走來(lái),就讀于當(dāng)時(shí)的一所片中學(xué)——雞鳴中學(xué),當(dāng)時(shí)我們的英語(yǔ)教師是一位年輕漂亮的美女教師,她不但人長(zhǎng)得美貌如花,還寫得一手漂亮的字,尤其是粉筆字。她是誰(shuí)呢?她就是一位參加過抗美援朝的老革命鄒爺爺?shù)呐畠海瑥挠⒄Z(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)校進(jìn)修而來(lái),滿口脫口秀的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)說得每位中國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)生心里暖暖的,心想外國(guó)語(yǔ)還挺好聽的啊!她修長(zhǎng)的身材、地道的英語(yǔ)話、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中英文字讓人第一印象就不錯(cuò),于是暗下決心以她為榜樣,就這樣開始了我愛好英語(yǔ)的第一堂課,要說我們當(dāng)時(shí)使用的是一種薄薄的《遼寧英語(yǔ)課本》,課堂上她給我講了一個(gè)英語(yǔ)重要性的簡(jiǎn)短的小故事:一天,商店來(lái)了一位外國(guó)顧客要買鋼筆:“Good morning!Iwantbuyapen!”他拉長(zhǎng)加重了這個(gè)pen 的讀音,營(yíng)業(yè)員馬上客氣地拿來(lái)“一個(gè)盆”,顧客連連搖頭:“No!No!”營(yíng)業(yè)員說:“我這是新盆,不漏!”結(jié)果鬧了大半天,弄出了這么一個(gè)大笑話。她還講述了一個(gè)關(guān)于英語(yǔ)在戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上的重要小故事。從那以后,我就下定決心,一定要把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好??墒怯⒄Z(yǔ)單詞的記憶太枯燥了,怎么能記得住呢?老師她就告訴我們,早晚英語(yǔ)自習(xí)要大聲吶喊,讓你的聲音不斷刺激你的耳鼓(雖然那時(shí)李陽(yáng)的瘋狂英語(yǔ)還沒有出名,可老師就有先見),要不怕讀錯(cuò),不怕出丑。以后的每天英語(yǔ)早自習(xí)上,我總在班上高聲朗讀英語(yǔ)單詞,結(jié)果效果不錯(cuò),記得了一定數(shù)量的單詞,所以當(dāng)時(shí)初二畢業(yè)破格升入了高中,在高中階段,我又很幸運(yùn)地碰上了一位知識(shí)更淵博的英語(yǔ)教師,(這位男教師名叫王任,曾經(jīng)當(dāng)過多年國(guó)民黨的英語(yǔ)翻譯,后來(lái)文化大革命時(shí)下放到農(nóng)村參加了26年的農(nóng)村工作)其實(shí),當(dāng)時(shí)的英語(yǔ)高考滿分只有30分,多數(shù)人覺得及格很難,王老師常說,簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)會(huì)話不難,只要你熟記3000單詞,就能得心應(yīng)手;他告訴我們一些單詞的記憶方法管用,讀單詞時(shí)只要你反復(fù)大聲念,直到念到嘴里冒白沫為止,再難的單詞也不再難記了。

      要說當(dāng)時(shí)的英式英語(yǔ)重筆試,與現(xiàn)在的美式英語(yǔ)大相徑庭,但是不管怎么說,學(xué)英語(yǔ)興趣優(yōu)先,我當(dāng)時(shí)英語(yǔ)水平不高,可就是對(duì)這門功課情有獨(dú)鐘,記得當(dāng)時(shí)參加英語(yǔ)高考得了26分(滿分30分)得到了老師的肯定,最后高考還是落榜了。多年的英語(yǔ)付出好像沒有用武之地了。其實(shí)不然,2007年的一個(gè)明媚春天,我有幸走進(jìn)了羅田縣第四屆小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師培訓(xùn)班,從此后來(lái),開始了我的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)生涯,首先從低年級(jí)教學(xué)起步,邊教邊學(xué),第一次承擔(dān)羅田縣英語(yǔ)教學(xué)課題研究——《小學(xué)英語(yǔ)習(xí)興趣激發(fā)、保持和發(fā)展的研究》,通過學(xué)習(xí)、講公開課、輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加2009年全國(guó)小學(xué)生英語(yǔ)競(jìng)賽、羅田縣小學(xué)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)比賽和羅田縣2010春季全縣期末英語(yǔ)調(diào)研考試,并獲得了優(yōu)異成績(jī),還接受了縣教研室課題專家的中期、期末評(píng)估,終于在2010年9月順利結(jié)題,并獲優(yōu)秀課題,我作為該課題的主要負(fù)責(zé)人榮獲“優(yōu)秀實(shí)驗(yàn)教師”稱號(hào)。這三年里,我跟班學(xué)習(xí),跟班教學(xué),已經(jīng)把小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教材全部熟悉了一遍,初步總算有些眉目,今年暑期我參加了湖北省小學(xué)骨干英語(yǔ)教師學(xué)習(xí),再次讓我感受到小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師肩上的擔(dān)子繁重,我會(huì)繼續(xù)努力學(xué)習(xí),虛心向英語(yǔ)空中課堂學(xué)習(xí),向英語(yǔ)同行請(qǐng)教,把英語(yǔ)當(dāng)作一件大事來(lái)抓。

      我的英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)小故事

      小學(xué)生的榮譽(yù)感很強(qiáng),好勝心更強(qiáng),遇事總想比個(gè)高低,爭(zhēng)個(gè)優(yōu)先。我抓住學(xué)生心理的這一特征,課上,我充分利用圖片,讓他們游戲、表演、競(jìng)賽,在愉快的、有意義的情景中發(fā)現(xiàn)、歸納、創(chuàng)造。

      復(fù)習(xí)食物類單詞時(shí),我借助圖片讓學(xué)生做游戲,鞏固所學(xué)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)。我把學(xué)生分成A、B、C三組,A組代表fruit,B組代表food。

      我先對(duì)A組說:“I like fruit very much,What’s your favourite fruit?”

      A組的一位學(xué)生說:“I like mangoes.Mr Fang.May I have a mango , please?”

      我就把帶有mango的圖片遞給A組的這位同學(xué)。

      以同樣的方式將帶有的食品的圖片交給A、B二組,然后要求持圖片的學(xué)生隨意地站成一個(gè)圓圈,讓C組做游戲。

      我說:“Put the fruit on the desk,Put the food on the chair?!?C組評(píng)出他們中誰(shuí)做得對(duì),誰(shuí)做錯(cuò)了,把自己的圖片錯(cuò)放在別人的地方,對(duì)方就得到這張圖片。

      接下來(lái)叫A組學(xué)生說出fruit包括哪些,依次類推。哪組說錯(cuò)單詞,哪組就要對(duì)方圖片,最后決出哪組的圖片多,教師就獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)冠軍隊(duì)。

      這樣,不僅參加游戲的學(xué)生的熱情高漲,就是在座位上的學(xué)生也積極參與。在英語(yǔ)課堂上,教師機(jī)敏的教學(xué)機(jī)智應(yīng)表現(xiàn)在對(duì)孩子主體的尊重,表現(xiàn)為對(duì)孩子的體驗(yàn)的理解等,而更多地則表現(xiàn)在讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都成為主角。

      英語(yǔ)課上,每次積極舉手的往往都是那些英語(yǔ)佼佼者,但是那些不敢舉手的中等生或差生更需要關(guān)注。

      記得一次,我上課提問,有一個(gè)學(xué)生平時(shí)成績(jī)很一般,上課極少舉手,可這一次我從他期待的眼神中,發(fā)現(xiàn)他很想回答,但又不敢舉手。我?guī)е膭?lì)的語(yǔ)氣叫了他,他的回答有些緊張,發(fā)音也有些錯(cuò)誤。我糾正了他的發(fā)音,鼓勵(lì)他再說一遍。他看看我,又看看其他同學(xué),低著頭想了想。正在我以為他會(huì)放棄的時(shí)候,他抬起了頭對(duì)我說:“老師,你能不能把問題再說一遍?!?/p>

      我笑著又說了一遍,他盯著我勇敢地說出了答案。雖然他仍然有些緊張,但是講得很準(zhǔn)確。坐下時(shí),我給了他一張貼畫。從他自豪、興奮的表情中,我堅(jiān)信他在學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的征途中已經(jīng)邁出了成功的一大步。

      老師對(duì)學(xué)生的關(guān)注和尊重,能使一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生產(chǎn)生成就感,樹立起學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的信心。
