為了規(guī)范鉆井(側(cè)鉆井)作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱鉆井作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)）HSE檢查，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除各類事故隱患，制定本辦法。

本辦法規(guī)定了鉆井作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)HSE檢查依據(jù)、方式、頻次、問(wèn)題整改、結(jié)果處理和保留記錄等方面的內(nèi)容和要求。

本辦法適用于公司各鉆井作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)HSE檢查。2 術(shù)語(yǔ)和簡(jiǎn)略語(yǔ)

本辦法未采用其他術(shù)語(yǔ)和簡(jiǎn)略語(yǔ)。3 職責(zé)

3.1 安全環(huán)保與節(jié)能處是本辦法的歸口管理部門，負(fù)責(zé)組織本辦法的制修訂和執(zhí)行情況的監(jiān)督檢查。

3.2 各鉆井公司安全主管部門負(fù)責(zé)本辦法執(zhí)行情況的監(jiān)督檢查。3.3 鉆井隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)組織《鉆井隊(duì)HSE建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的自查、施工作業(yè)期間的周檢查、各級(jí)危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)和非常規(guī)作業(yè)前防范措施落實(shí)情況的檢查、各次開(kāi)鉆和鉆開(kāi)油氣層前的自查。

3.4 鉆井隊(duì)值班干部負(fù)責(zé)當(dāng)班全面巡回檢查，并監(jiān)督班組人員開(kāi)展崗位HSE巡回檢查。

3.5 鉆井隊(duì)當(dāng)班司鉆負(fù)責(zé)本崗位巡回檢查，組織交接班檢查，并對(duì)本班員工交接班檢查情況進(jìn)行督查落實(shí)。

3.6 崗位員工負(fù)責(zé)按崗位巡回檢查表要求進(jìn)行接班檢查，并根據(jù)工況及 1

有關(guān)規(guī)定（如：井控裝備至少2小時(shí)巡檢一次，冬防保溫情況的檢查等），對(duì)所管區(qū)域設(shè)備設(shè)施進(jìn)行班中巡檢。4 管理內(nèi)容 4.1 檢查依據(jù)

4.1.1 《鉆井隊(duì)HSE建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《鉆井隊(duì)體系審核定級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、崗位HSE巡回檢查表。

4.1.2 鉆井開(kāi)鉆驗(yàn)收批準(zhǔn)書、井控工作檢查批準(zhǔn)書。

4.1.3 相關(guān)體系文件及地方政府、甲方或上級(jí)下發(fā)的文件、要求等。4.2 檢查方式和頻次 4.2.1 日常檢查

a)各崗位員工在接班前30分鐘，依據(jù)“崗位HSE巡回檢查表”進(jìn)行交接班檢查，對(duì)檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及時(shí)提出整改要求或上報(bào)，并將檢查情況記錄在“鉆井隊(duì)崗位檢查結(jié)果表”中；工作中根據(jù)工況及有關(guān)規(guī)定（如：井控管理規(guī)定、冬防保溫要求等，特殊情況下進(jìn)行加密巡檢），對(duì)所管區(qū)域設(shè)備設(shè)施進(jìn)行巡檢，及時(shí)整改存在的問(wèn)題和隱患。

b)各班司鉆負(fù)責(zé)組織交接班檢查，并對(duì)交接班情況、存在問(wèn)題的整改情況以及檢查記錄情況進(jìn)行督導(dǎo)。

c)值班干部依據(jù)“值班干部HSE巡回檢查表”每班至少進(jìn)行一次全面現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查，將檢查結(jié)果記錄在“值班干部HSE巡回檢查表”中。督促各崗位人員開(kāi)展交接班、崗位巡回檢查，同時(shí)結(jié)合當(dāng)班實(shí)際組織對(duì)重點(diǎn)部位、關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)、要害裝置和班前班后會(huì)工作落實(shí)情況進(jìn)行檢查和督導(dǎo)。

d)施工作業(yè)期間，鉆井隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)組織干部、骨干，按照《鉆井隊(duì)HSE建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，進(jìn)行周檢查并記錄，督促問(wèn)題整改。

e)鉆井隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)每月組織干部、骨干，按照《鉆井隊(duì)體系審核定級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行一次全面的HSE自考核，并針對(duì)考核結(jié)果制定改進(jìn)措施，落實(shí)獎(jiǎng)懲。

4.2.2 特殊情況下的檢查

a)一次開(kāi)鉆前，鉆井隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)組織相關(guān)人員按《鉆井隊(duì)HSE建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》及口井設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行自查自改并記錄，整改合格后向上級(jí)部門申請(qǐng)驗(yàn)收。

b)二開(kāi)和后續(xù)各次開(kāi)鉆以及鉆開(kāi)油氣層前，鉆井隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)組織相關(guān)人員按照“井控工作檢查批準(zhǔn)書”規(guī)定的檢查內(nèi)容進(jìn)行自查自改并記錄，整改合格后向上級(jí)和甲方部門申請(qǐng)驗(yàn)收。

c)鉆井隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)在各級(jí)危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)、非常規(guī)作業(yè)，處理復(fù)雜、事故前，按照制定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)削減控制措施及應(yīng)急要求，組織相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行檢查，落實(shí)相關(guān)措施。

d)特殊時(shí)段、敏感時(shí)期鉆井隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)組織干部、骨干，按照《鉆井隊(duì)HSE建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，進(jìn)行HSE現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查并記錄，督促問(wèn)題整改。

e)根據(jù)上級(jí)文件、通知及時(shí)開(kāi)展各類專項(xiàng)檢查活動(dòng)。

4.3 作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，鉆井隊(duì)能整改的，及時(shí)組織整改；自身無(wú)法整改的及時(shí)上報(bào)并采取監(jiān)控措施，具體執(zhí)行CT.13.16《HSE事故隱患管理辦法》。

4.4 對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)現(xiàn)的違章行為，應(yīng)及時(shí)制止、糾正，填寫“違章行為臺(tái)帳”，并依據(jù)CT.13.33《HSE獎(jiǎng)懲管理辦法》、CT.13.34《HSE責(zé)任追究管理辦 3

法》和本單位管理規(guī)定進(jìn)行處理。

4.5 各鉆井分公司安全主管部門對(duì)鉆井隊(duì)執(zhí)行本辦法的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查，并保留相應(yīng)的記錄。

4.6 安全環(huán)保與節(jié)能處對(duì)各單位執(zhí)行本辦法的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查。5 相關(guān)文件和記錄

主-系-表句型 是英語(yǔ)中最常用的句型之一，其結(jié)構(gòu)是:主語(yǔ)+系詞+表語(yǔ)。主要用來(lái)表示某人或某物是什么,處在什么狀態(tài)或是什么樣子。句中的系詞be要根據(jù)主語(yǔ)的人稱而變 化。第一人稱單數(shù)用am(was),第三人稱單數(shù)用is(was〕,其它人稱都用are或 were。如果把系詞be放在主語(yǔ)前邊,就變成了疑問(wèn)句

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全注意事項(xiàng)

1)Ensure that escape routes(doors, stairs樓梯, etc.)are accessible，at all times and are not obstructed阻擋，妨礙。by hoses, Tools, etc.隨時(shí)保證逃生路線可以使用（門，梯子等），不被管線、工具所阻擋。

2)Special attention must be paid while lifting the drillpipe from the catwalk貓道（跑道）onto the rig floor with the air tugger and lowering the traveling block at the same time.當(dāng)用氣動(dòng)絞車把鉆桿從貓道吊到鉆臺(tái)并同時(shí)下放游車時(shí)，要特別注意。

3)Nobody is allowed to stand between the single being brought in / laid down and the joint in the rotary table.Nobody is allowed to stand with their back to the V-door, during these activities.嚴(yán)禁站在正在提升或甩掉的鉆桿和鉆盤內(nèi)單根之間，嚴(yán)禁背對(duì)井架大門。

4)The Floormen guiding the single across the rig floor must keep feet well clear of the pin end of the single.Winch operators must not lower singles until they are completely sure that feet are well clear of the pin end.鉆臺(tái)上的鉆工必須注意使雙腳離開(kāi)單根公接頭的下方，氣動(dòng)絞車操作者必須確認(rèn)鉆工雙腳遠(yuǎn)離公扣下放后再下放單根。

3.STANDARD OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS(DO'S AND DON'TS)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作注意事項(xiàng)

(1)This operation requires a Toolbox Talk, covering equipment use and positioning of personnel.這項(xiàng)操作要求召開(kāi)工作前安全會(huì)，會(huì)議內(nèi)容包括使用的設(shè)備和人員的位置。

(2)Ensure that all hoisting / lifting equipment, wires and lifting caps are in a safe condition and conforms with the current GWDC colour coding and have valid inspection certificates.確保提升設(shè)備，鋼絲繩和提絲工作狀態(tài)良好，符合當(dāng)前GWDC的顏色識(shí)別編號(hào)和有效的檢驗(yàn)證書。

(3)The air winch Operator shall ensure that the winch wire is moving freely in the derrick(possibly guided by pulleys)to avoid any damage to the steel structure, especially the fingerboard.氣動(dòng)絞車操作者要確認(rèn)氣動(dòng)絞車鋼絲繩和井架不干涉(可以用滑輪導(dǎo)向)，以避免損傷井架的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，特別是指梁。

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全注意事項(xiàng)

4.INSTRUCTIONS 指令 4.1.Singling In 吊拉單根

(1)Verify the size and current colour coding of the lifting cap.核實(shí)提絲的大小和顏色編碼。

(2)Clean and examine the threads and shoulders on box and pin ends, and inform the Driller of any damage.清洗和檢驗(yàn)公、母扣的絲扣、臺(tái)肩，發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷報(bào)告司鉆

(3)Verify the grade of the drillpipe, measure length, record and inform the Driller.驗(yàn)證鉆桿的等級(jí)，測(cè)量長(zhǎng)度，記錄并報(bào)告司鉆

(4)Remove the protector from the box end, apply dope(thread compound), and install the drift and lifting cap, ensuring the lifting cap is tight.卸掉母扣護(hù)絲，抹上絲扣油，裝上通徑規(guī)和提絲，確保上緊提絲。

(5)Attach the air tugger to the lifting cap and lift the pipe off the catwalk.掛上提絲把鉆桿吊離貓道。

(6)Tail the drillpipe with a rope as it swings through the V-door.因?yàn)殂@桿經(jīng)過(guò)井架大門坡道時(shí)來(lái)回?cái)[動(dòng)，要在鉆桿上拴上尾繩。

(7)Remove the pin protector and retrieve the drift, keeping feet well clear.卸掉公扣護(hù)絲，取出通徑規(guī)，保持腳下利索。

(8)Lower the drillpipe joint into the mouse hole, and remove air tugger and lifting cap.下放單根進(jìn)小鼠洞，摘掉氣動(dòng)絞車和提絲。(9)If the rig is equipped with a top drive, the Driller activates the linktilt towards the joint in the mouse hole and the Floormen latch the elevators.如果鉆機(jī)配備了頂驅(qū)，司鉆打前伸按鈕使吊卡靠近小鼠洞中的單根，鉆工扣上吊卡。

4.2.Singling Out 甩掉單根

(1)After the connection has been broken out the Floormen pull the single over the mouse hole.卸開(kāi)扣后，鉆工把單根推向小鼠洞。

(2)The Floormen dope the pin and install a pin thread protector.鉆工給公扣抹上絲扣油，戴上護(hù)絲

(3)If a top drive is used, after the single has been broken out, the Driller uses the linktilt to move the single towards and into the mouse hole.如果配備了頂驅(qū)，卸開(kāi)扣后，司鉆打前伸按鈕，并把單根推向、放入小鼠洞。

(4)The elevators are opened when the joint stands up and then are held back from swinging across the rig floor.下放吊卡，單根接頭離開(kāi)吊卡時(shí)，打開(kāi)吊卡并后擺。

The Floormen dope the box and install the lifting cap, attach the air tugger and lift the joint clear of the mouse hole.鉆工給母扣抹上絲扣油，帶上護(hù)絲，掛上氣動(dòng)絞車把單根提離小鼠洞。

Note: The drillpipe can be cleaned and doped after it has been rolled off the catwalk.注意：鉆桿被滾離貓道后要清潔絲扣和涂抹絲扣油。

Tail / push pipe out of the V-door keeping feet well clear.Winch operator must ensure that the last joint laid down is no longer on the catwalk and that the catwalk is clear of personnel before slowly lowering the pipe out of the V-door.保持腳下利落，把鉆桿推出或用繩子牽引出大門坡道。氣動(dòng)絞車操作者在慢放鉆桿出大門坡道前，要確認(rèn)貓道上沒(méi)有鉆具和人員。

Note: When running in or laying down a large amount of drillpipe, special attention must be paid while working around the mouse hole.The Mouse hole shall be covered at all times when not in use.注意：當(dāng)?shù)趵蛩Φ舸罅裤@桿時(shí)，在小鼠洞周圍工作時(shí)要特別注意，小鼠洞不用時(shí)要一直蓋著。

(7)Remove the lifting cap, install the box protector and roll the joint onto the pipe rack.卸掉提絲，帶上母扣護(hù)絲，把鉆桿滾到管排架上。

4.3.Special Considerations 特殊事項(xiàng)

2.SAFETY INFORMATION 安全事項(xiàng)

The Driller must ensure that the Floormen are outside the area of the tongs before pulling on the tongs, if an abnormal amount of torque is to be applied during make up or break out.當(dāng)上、卸扣扭距異常時(shí)，司鉆拉大鉗前必須確認(rèn)鉆工站在大鉗區(qū)域之外。

Snub lines for the rig tongs must be inspected and be in good working order.鉗尾繩必須檢查并狀態(tài)良好。

Hanging lines for the rig tongs must be inspected and be in good working order 吊繩必須檢查并狀態(tài)良好。

The Floormen must be instructed on proper placement of hands while operating the rig tongs.操作大鉗時(shí)，必須教導(dǎo)鉆工把手放在正確位置。

3.STANDARD OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS(DO’S AND DON’TS)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作注意事項(xiàng)

(1)Always use two sets of rig tongs of the proper size to break out or make up connections.要使用合乎標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸的雙鉗上、卸扣。

(2)The Floormen must lubricate rig tongs at regular intervals, and always before and after each trip 鉆工必須定期保養(yǎng)大鉗，如起鉆前和下鉆后。

(3)The slack in the rig tong safety line must be sufficient for the tong to obtain full benefit from the pull of the cathead, but short enough to prevent half rotation of the rig tong 鉗尾繩的長(zhǎng)度長(zhǎng)短合適，足夠長(zhǎng)以滿足大鉗施加足夠的拉力，足夠短以避免大鉗的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度不夠。

(4)Ends of the braided safety lines should be secured by thimbles which are properly cast, spliced or talurit-clamped to prevent unravelling.安全繩的末端使用心環(huán)，心環(huán)要正確的鑄造，壓制或者用卡子以避免散開(kāi)。

(5)Rig tongs must be kept clean to ensure proper operation.大鉗必須保持清潔確保正確操作。

(6)Rig tong dies must be inspect regularly and must be replaced when worn or damaged.Ensure that the tong dies are secured with safety pins.鉗牙必須定期檢查，磨損和損壞的鉗牙一定要更換，要使用鉗牙安全銷。

(7)Rig tong line pulleys and counterbalances must be inspected at regular intervals.大鉗的懸掛滑輪和平衡配重必須定期檢查

(8)Rig tong pins and hinges must be inspected regularly for wear and replaced if any wear is observed.大鉗銷子和鉸鏈必須定期檢查磨損情況，如果磨損嚴(yán)重要更換。

4.INSTRUCTIONS 指令

4.1.Breaking Out Connections with the Rig Tongs 用大鉗卸扣

(1)The Floormen remove the safety latch springs and the tong pins and change the tong jaws to match the size of the pipe or tubular to be broken out.鉆工打開(kāi)安全彈簧和取下大鉗銷子，換上合適尺寸的鉗頭以匹配鉆桿或管子的尺寸

(2)The Driller ensures that the safety latch springs are replaced on the tong pins.司鉆要確保大鉗銷子上的安全鎖定彈簧被放到原位。

(3)The Floormen set the slips, or where applicable, the Driller sets the automatic slips.鉆工卡上卡瓦（如果有的話，司鉆卡上自動(dòng)卡瓦）。

(4)The Floormen engage the rig tongs on the drillpipe or tubular tool joint.(The breakout tong is placed on the top tool joint and the makeup tong is placed on the bottom tool joint).鉆工在鉆桿或管子接頭上上打上大鉗（內(nèi)鉗打在上方接頭上，外鉗打在下方接頭上）。

Note: Special attention must be made to ensure the rig tongs are placed above the hard facing on the tool joint.注意：大鉗必須打在接頭耐麼層之上。

(5)The Floormen make the rig tongs bite by pulling on the tong jaw and pushing on the tong arm.鉆工通過(guò)拉鉗頭、推鉗柄使鉗子咬緊。

(8)The Floormen apply proper pipe dope into the thread box of the pipe joint.鉆工用合適的絲扣油涂抹接頭母扣。

(9)The Floormen remove the rig tongs and tie them back safely out of the way.鉆工打開(kāi)大鉗，放置到安全位置并拴牢。

4.2.Making Up Connections with the Rig Tongs 用大鉗上扣

(1)The Floormen remove the safety latch springs and the tong pins and change the tong jaws to match the size of the pipe or tubular to be made up.鉆工取下安全彈簧和大鉗銷子換上合適尺寸的鉗頭以匹配鉆桿或管子的尺寸。

(2)The Driller ensures that the safety latch springs are replaced on the tong pins.司鉆要確保鉗銷上的安全鎖定彈簧被放到原位。

(3)The Floormen set the slips and the Driller picks up a joint or a stand of pipe.鉆工卡上卡瓦，司鉆提起一單根或一立柱。

(4)The Floormen apply pipe dope to the box and pin end of the connection thoroughly.鉆工均勻地在公、母扣上抹上鉛油。

(5)The Floormen stab the pin end of the joint into the box of the joint in the rotary table.鉆工把公扣接頭放進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)盤上單根母扣接頭內(nèi)。

(6)The Floormen rotate the pipe into the box utilising the air spinner or where applicable, the Driller utilises the top-drive or the kelly spinner.鉆工用氣動(dòng)旋扣器旋上扣或者司鉆用頂驅(qū)或方鉆桿旋扣器上扣

The Floormen engage the rig tongs onto the drillpipe or tubular tool joint(The makeup tong is placed on the top tool joint and the breakout tong is placed on the bottom tool joint).The Floormen make the rig tongs bite by pulling on the tong jaws and pushing on the tong arm.鉆工在鉆桿或管子接頭上上打上大鉗（內(nèi)鉗打在下方接頭上，外鉗打在上方接頭上）鉆工通過(guò)拉鉗頭推鉗柄使鉗子咬緊。

Note: The Floorman must properly place their hands on the rig tongs to prevent injury.注意：鉆工必須正確放置手的位置以免受到傷害。

(8)The Driller engages the makeup cathead, pulls on the makeup tong causing the make up tong to bite on the top tool joint.At the same time, the breakout tong bites on the bottom tool joint.The Driller continues to pull on the makeup tong until proper torque is applied to the connection.司鉆操作上扣貓頭拉動(dòng)上扣大鉗，這會(huì)使上扣大鉗咬緊上部接頭，同時(shí)卸扣大鉗咬緊下方接頭 司鉆繼續(xù)拉動(dòng)上扣大鉗直到達(dá)到合適地扭距

3.1進(jìn)入井場(chǎng)的道路應(yīng)選擇在井架大門前偏左或偏右。

3.1.2井場(chǎng)、鉆臺(tái)、油罐區(qū)、機(jī)房、泵房、危險(xiǎn)品倉(cāng)庫(kù)、凈化系統(tǒng)、電氣設(shè)備等處應(yīng)有明顯的安全標(biāo)牌，并應(yīng)懸掛牢固。

3.1.3石油鉆井專用管材擺放在專用支架上，高度不得超過(guò)三層，各層邊緣用繩系牢，排列整齊，支架穩(wěn)固。

3.1.4鉆桿滑道擺放平穩(wěn)，高度合適，連接牢固。

3.1.5井場(chǎng)值班房、發(fā)電房、鍋爐房、材料房、消防器材房、爬犁等設(shè)施應(yīng)擺放整齊，內(nèi)外清潔。3.1.6安全間距

3.1.6.1井口應(yīng)距民房100m以外。

3.1.6.2井場(chǎng)邊緣距鐵路、高壓線及其他永久性設(shè)施不小于40m。3.1.6.3值班房、發(fā)電房、庫(kù)房、化驗(yàn)室、油罐區(qū)距井口不小于30m，發(fā)電房與油罐區(qū)相距不小于20m，鍋爐房距井口下風(fēng)側(cè)不小于50m。

3.1.6.4在葦塘區(qū)鉆井時(shí)，井場(chǎng)周圍應(yīng)有防火隔離帶，寬度不小于20m。3.1.7消防

3.1.7.1井場(chǎng)應(yīng)配備100L泡沫滅火器2個(gè)，8kg干粉滅火器10個(gè)，5kg二氧化碳滅火器2個(gè)，消防斧2個(gè)把，防火鏟6把，消防桶8只，防火砂4m3，75m長(zhǎng)消防水龍帶1根，直徑19mm直流水槍2支。這些器材均應(yīng)整齊清潔擺放在消防房?jī)?nèi)。機(jī)房配備“1211”滅火機(jī)3只，發(fā)電房配備?"1211”滅火機(jī)2只。在野營(yíng)房區(qū)也應(yīng)配備一定數(shù)量的消防器材。3.1.7.2消防器材由專人掛牌管理，不得挪為它用。

3.1.7.3井場(chǎng)內(nèi)（鉆臺(tái)、鉆臺(tái)偏房、機(jī)房、發(fā)電房、泵房、危險(xiǎn)品庫(kù)房、井架上和凈化系統(tǒng)）嚴(yán)禁吸煙和動(dòng)用明火。井場(chǎng)動(dòng)火按Syn 5225中第8章執(zhí)行。3.1.8井場(chǎng)場(chǎng)地應(yīng)平整、干凈、無(wú)積水和油污。廢料堆放規(guī)整，道路暢通，行走方便。3.1.9大門繃?yán)K

3.1.9.1繃?yán)K坑距井口30~35m，坑長(zhǎng)1.5m，坑深1.5 m，坑木直徑250mm*1m（或用鋼筋混凝土的地錨）。

3.1.9.2繃?yán)K應(yīng)用直徑38~51mm的白棕繩和直徑19mm的鋼絲繩組成，長(zhǎng)40~45m?？?yán)K死繩端和滑輪應(yīng)固定牢固，死滑輪封口拴牢。3.2井架

3.2.1井架連接螺栓、彈簧墊、連接銷及A型井架保險(xiǎn)銷應(yīng)齊全緊固。3.2.2鉆臺(tái)四周安裝欄桿應(yīng)牢靠齊全。

3.2.3平、斜拉筋安裝齊全、平直、無(wú)裂紋、無(wú)扭斜，固定牢靠。3.2.4梯子

3.2.4.1井架梯子的扶手、欄桿齊全，塔式井架第1~3節(jié)梯子每節(jié)加3只直徑15.9mm的“U”卡子與井架拉筋可靠聯(lián)接。

3.2.4.2鉆臺(tái)梯子不少于2個(gè)，坡度合適，梯子無(wú)損壞。扶手齊全、光滑、固定可靠。3.2.5大門鉆桿兩端必須用繩拴牢。

3.2.6二層、三層操作平臺(tái)必須有保險(xiǎn)繩，花紋鋼板焊接牢固，無(wú)損壞、斷裂，操作臺(tái)穩(wěn)固，配備兩套安全帶。

3.2.7每根指梁應(yīng)用三只直徑24mm“U”形卡子加固，用直徑12.7mm鋼絲拴牢。

3.2.8天車平臺(tái)的花紋鋼板焊接牢固、無(wú)損壞，欄桿齊全牢固，天車宜采用直徑27mm“U”形卡子四只雙帽加固，護(hù)罩完好。

3.2.9大門坡道應(yīng)安裝牢固，坡度適宜并加保險(xiǎn)繩。3.2.10井架繃?yán)K

3.2.10.1繃?yán)K坑位于井架對(duì)角線延長(zhǎng)線上，距井口不小于40m，上繃?yán)K坑和下繃?yán)K坑必須分開(kāi)，兩坑相距大于3m，坑長(zhǎng)0.8m，寬0.8m，深1.8m?？幽緫?yīng)采用直徑250mm，長(zhǎng)1~1.2m或采用直徑114~127mm的鋼管替代，水泥沙漿澆灌。

3.2.10.2繃?yán)K應(yīng)采用直徑19mm完好的鋼絲繩，中間不打結(jié)，不打扭。

3.2.10.3井架繃?yán)K上端與井架主體聯(lián)接時(shí)必須采用間接連接，繃?yán)K與井架角鐵之間加與角鐵寬度（直徑）相符合對(duì)開(kāi)后合抱角鐵的鋼管，井架繃?yán)K下端與繃?yán)K坑連接必須采用直徑27mm正反螺栓對(duì)角拉緊，每端用3只繩卡卡緊，壓板在長(zhǎng)繩一側(cè)，繩卡間距為200mm。

3.2.11天車平臺(tái)、二層操作平臺(tái)、三層臺(tái)、立管平臺(tái)上欄桿齊全，固定牢固，嚴(yán)禁存放任何物品。3.2.12寒冷地區(qū)冬季時(shí)鉆臺(tái)和二層臺(tái)應(yīng)安裝井架圍布，圍布應(yīng)完好拴牢。

3.2.13塔式井架立管頂部用正反螺栓吊于井架橫拉筋上，中間用專用膠皮塊加“U”形卡子緊固，上下共四處。下部立管坐于水泥基礎(chǔ)上。3.3鉆臺(tái) 3.3.1絞車

3.3.1.1絞車應(yīng)采用直徑127mm鋼管壓杠兩根、8個(gè)直徑36mm提環(huán)螺栓加方木固定，四角用正反螺栓固定。

3.3.1.2塔式井架鉆井大繩宜采用直徑不小于28.6mm的鋼絲繩；A型井架鉆井大繩宜采用直徑不小于31.8mm的鋼絲繩?；罾K端應(yīng)穿入絞車滾筒，用2只直徑相符的繩卡加專用壓板固定。螺栓、繩卡齊全緊固；當(dāng)大鉤下放至轉(zhuǎn)盤上時(shí)，滾筒上鋼絲繩不少于7圈，一捻距斷絲不超過(guò)3絲。

3.3.1.3死繩固定器應(yīng)用固定螺拴加并帽，擋繩螺栓、連接銷子保險(xiǎn)銷子齊全緊固，大繩 纏繞固定器4~5圈，按固定的圈槽排滿，加防跳壓板，用2只直徑相符的繩卡固定卡牢，嚴(yán)禁用電焊固定死繩，不準(zhǔn)與井架碰磨。

3.3.1.4絞車排繩器應(yīng)用直徑12.7mm鋼絲繩作拉繩，兩端連接可靠，滑輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。3.3.1.5絞車安全裝置

a.剎把靈活，氣剎、電磁剎車靈敏，剎車后剎把與鉆臺(tái)面的夾角為40~50度，氣壓表完好、靈敏、正確。

b.剎帶調(diào)節(jié)螺栓并帽與鉆機(jī)底座間隙3~5mm，調(diào)節(jié)板手兩把卡住調(diào)節(jié)螺母，銷好保險(xiǎn)銷。

c.剎車鋼帶及兩端銷孔無(wú)變形，無(wú)裂紋，剎帶頂絲完好，剎帶下嚴(yán)禁有雜物和油污。

d.剎帶片磨損后，剩余厚度不得小于18mm，螺栓彈簧墊齊全、緊固、無(wú)碎片。

e.剎帶曲軸套無(wú)松動(dòng)，潤(rùn)滑靈活，曲軸下嚴(yán)禁有雜物和油污。

f.剎車銷子、墊片、開(kāi)口銷齊全，符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并相匹配。

g.剎車鼓緊固無(wú)松動(dòng)，無(wú)嚴(yán)重龜裂，磨損厚度不得超過(guò)8mm。

h.剎車氣缸螺栓、銷子齊全緊固，嚴(yán)禁電焊，進(jìn)排符合要求，不漏氣，剎車可靠。氣缸下無(wú)雜物。

i.平衡梁支撐固定可靠，平衡梁上無(wú)雜物，固定螺栓及并帽緊固。

j.水剎車離合器摘掛靈活，水位調(diào)節(jié)閥門控制有效，不漏水，冬季停用時(shí)放水掛牌。

k.剎車氣缸的膠皮活塞一般每15d檢查一次，保證完好有效。3.3.1.6防碰天車

a.氣動(dòng)防碰天車上的引繩采用直徑6.4mm鋼絲繩，上端固定牢固，下端用開(kāi)口銷連接，松緊合適。

b.機(jī)械防碰天車靈敏、制動(dòng)速度快，重砣距地面不得小于2m，直徑12.7mm鋼絲繩無(wú)斷絲，重砣與連桿角度合適。

c.防碰天車擋繩距天車滑輪應(yīng)大于4m。3.3.1.7氣控

a.氣控臺(tái)儀表齊全，靈敏可靠。

b.氣路管線排列規(guī)整，各種閥件工作性能好，冬季時(shí)保溫。

c.絞車檢修、保養(yǎng)或測(cè)井時(shí)，應(yīng)切斷氣源或停掉動(dòng)力，總車手柄必須固定好并掛牌，有專人看護(hù)，防止氣閥串氣后自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)傷人。

3.3.1.8傳動(dòng)軸、貓頭軸、滾筒軸的固定螺栓及并帽齊全緊固，無(wú)松動(dòng)。

3.3.1.9牙嵌撥叉螺栓齊全，離合良好，各操作桿不變形、不松脫，排擋把手有鎖銷。

3.3.1.10離合器螺栓、保險(xiǎn)銷、磨擦片齊全，連接牢固，清潔無(wú)油污，磨擦間隙不大于4mm。3.3.1.11絞車護(hù)罩安裝齊全、無(wú)損壞、不變形。

3.3.1.12貓頭應(yīng)平滑無(wú)槽，滾杠固定牢固，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。3.3.2游動(dòng)系統(tǒng)

3.3.2.1游動(dòng)滑車的螺栓、銷子齊全緊固，護(hù)罩完好無(wú)損。3.3.2.2大鉤轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，保險(xiǎn)銷完好。

3.3.2.3吊環(huán)無(wú)變形、裂紋，定期探傷。應(yīng)采用直徑12.7mm鋼絲繩拴保險(xiǎn)繩，纏3圈，用2只與繩徑相符的繩卡卡固。

3.3.2.4水龍頭轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，油和鉆井液無(wú)滲漏。

3.3.2.5水龍帶應(yīng)采用直徑12.7mm鋼絲繩纏繞好作保險(xiǎn)繩，繩扣間距一般為0.8m，兩端分別固定在水龍頭鵝頸管支架和立管彎管上。

3.3.2.6氣動(dòng)上扣器應(yīng)固定牢靠，加保險(xiǎn)繩。氣動(dòng)上扣器外殼采用直徑12.7mm鋼絲繩與水龍頭外殼連接牢靠。3.3.3大鉗

3.3.3.1大鉗尾繩應(yīng)采用直徑22.2mm的鋼絲繩連接固定于井架大腿，內(nèi)外鉗尾長(zhǎng)度合適，無(wú)斷絲和銹蝕，兩端各用3只與繩徑相符的繩卡卡固。

3.3.3.2大鉗吊繩應(yīng)采用直徑12.7mm鋼絲繩，液壓大鉗吊繩應(yīng)采用直徑15.9mm鋼絲繩，無(wú)打結(jié)、斷絲和銹蝕，吊繩兩端各用3只與繩徑相符的繩卡卡固。

3.3.3.3大鉗的鉗尾銷應(yīng)齊全牢固，大銷與小銷穿好后必須加穿保險(xiǎn)銷。

3.3.3.4液壓大鉗液送缸與井架連接安全可靠，各銷必須穿開(kāi)口銷，高低調(diào)節(jié)靈敏，使用方便。3.3.4高懸貓頭繩

3.3.4.1應(yīng)采用直徑51mm的棕繩和直徑19mm鋼絲繩組成，棕繩不松散、不打結(jié)。3.3.4.2鋼絲繩無(wú)斷絲，其兩端插繩環(huán)用2只與繩徑相符的繩卡卡固。3.3.5井口工具

3.3.5.1吊卡活門、彈簧、保險(xiǎn)銷靈活，手柄固定牢固，磁性銷子拴繩牢靠。3.3.5.2卡瓦固定螺栓、卡瓦壓板、銷子齊全緊固，靈活好用。

3.3.5.3安全卡瓦固定螺栓、卡瓦牙、彈簧銷子齊全，銷子拴保險(xiǎn)鏈。3.3.6指重表裝置

3.3.6.1指重表、記錄儀讀數(shù)準(zhǔn)確、靈敏，工作正常。3.3.6.2傳壓器及其傳壓管線不滲漏。

3.3.7小絞車（防爆電動(dòng)葫蘆和氣動(dòng)絞車）

3.3.7.1小絞車四角緊固、平穩(wěn)，剎車可靠，吊鉤采用雙片反向式，并用繩卡卡牢；防爆電動(dòng)葫蘆應(yīng)有防水、防觸電措施。

3.3.7.2起重鋼絲繩應(yīng)采用直徑15.9mm鋼絲繩100m，不打結(jié)、斷絲和銹蝕，5t滑輪封口拴牢，固定滑輪應(yīng)采用鋼絲繩纏繞2圈拴牢。3.3.8鉆臺(tái)

3.3.8.1鉆臺(tái)清潔，設(shè)備、工具見(jiàn)本色，擺放整齊，花紋鋼板完好。若用鉆臺(tái)木板，木板之間排列要嚴(yán)密。

3.3.8.2鉆桿盒固定螺栓按規(guī)定上齊全，固定牢固。

3.3.8.3旋繩采用直徑25.4mm棕繩，打結(jié)、松散的棕繩不得上貓頭。3.3.3.4禁止使用鋼絲繩拉貓頭。3.4鉆井泵及高低壓管匯 3.4.1鉆井泵

3.4.1.1檢修鉆井泵時(shí)，應(yīng)關(guān)閉斷氣閥，在鉆臺(tái)控制鉆井泵的氣動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)上掛“有人檢修”的警告牌。3.4.1.2泵固定符合要求，頂絲固定齊全，緊固。

3.4.1.3泵宜采用全封閉的護(hù)罩，護(hù)欄齊全。安裝符合要求，固定牢靠。

3.4.1.4泵保險(xiǎn)閥的安全閥、銷釘按規(guī)定選用，定期檢查，禁止將安全閥堵死或拆掉；保險(xiǎn)閥蓋齊全完好。

3.4.1.5泵空氣包充裝氮?dú)饣蚩諝?，禁止充裝氧氣，充氣壓力為泵工作壓力的30%，空氣包頂部應(yīng)安裝壓力表和放氣閥。

3.4.1.6泵壓力表清潔、準(zhǔn)確，定期校準(zhǔn)。機(jī)房、泵房均能看清儀表讀數(shù)。

3.4.1.7泄壓管線必須采用直徑76mm無(wú)縫鋼管，出口彎頭應(yīng)有小于120度，朝向鉆井液循環(huán)罐內(nèi)，兩端固定加保險(xiǎn)。3.4.2高低壓管匯

3.4.2.1高低壓管匯、閥組按施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打3個(gè)基礎(chǔ)，用地腳螺栓卡牢，正常工作時(shí)不振不跳、不刺不漏，高壓軟管必須加保險(xiǎn)裝置。

3.4.2.2高壓、低壓閥門開(kāi)關(guān)靈活，齊全完好。3.5凈化系統(tǒng)

3.5.1振動(dòng)篩安裝牢固，傳動(dòng)部分護(hù)罩齊全、完好。

3.5.2除砂器砂泵底座固定牢靠，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，皮帶齊全，松緊合適，護(hù)罩完好、固定牢靠。儀表靈敏準(zhǔn)確。連接管線、旋流器管線不泄漏，設(shè)備清潔。

3.5.3除泥器的電動(dòng)機(jī)接線牢靠，絕緣良好，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，設(shè)備清潔。3.5.4除氣器固定牢靠，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，設(shè)備清潔。

3.5.5攪拌器內(nèi)加隔板，機(jī)座固定牢靠，外殼無(wú)腐蝕，靠背輪連接可靠，設(shè)備清潔。

3.5.6振動(dòng)篩到鉆臺(tái)、振動(dòng)篩至各鉆井液循環(huán)罐應(yīng)安裝0.8m寬的人行道，人行道堅(jiān)固不搖晃，其外側(cè)必須安裝1.2m的高護(hù)欄。

3.5.7鉆井液堵罐上必須鋪設(shè)用于巡回檢查的堅(jiān)固的網(wǎng)狀鋼板通道，通道內(nèi)無(wú)雜物。

3.5.8上下凈化系統(tǒng)的梯子不少于3個(gè)，梯子斜度合適，堅(jiān)固、穩(wěn)定，有扶手，其上無(wú)毛刺。3.6機(jī)房 3.6.1柴油機(jī) 3.6.1.1各儀表完好、齊全、靈敏、準(zhǔn)確，油溫、水溫、機(jī)油壓力符合要求；無(wú)油、水滲漏，排氣管戴防火帽，零部件齊全緊固。

3.6.1.2各傳動(dòng)部分護(hù)罩完好，固定牢靠。

3.6.1.3機(jī)房四周欄桿安裝齊全，固定牢靠，梯子穩(wěn)固且有光滑的扶手。3.6.1.4柴油機(jī)停用或檢修時(shí)必須掛牌。冬季停用時(shí)將油、水放凈。3.6.2自動(dòng)壓風(fēng)機(jī)

3.6.2.1各處螺栓緊固，一、二級(jí)缸溫度正常，打氣良好，連接處不漏氣。

3.6.2.2安全閥靈敏可靠，一、二級(jí)壓力表及管線齊全、完好，氣路氣壓調(diào)至規(guī)定壓力。3.6.2.3傳動(dòng)軸潤(rùn)滑、固定好；皮帶齊全、松緊合適；護(hù)罩完好緊固。3.6.3電動(dòng)壓風(fēng)機(jī)

3.6.3.1各處螺栓緊固，靠背輪連接完好，風(fēng)扇皮帶松緊合適，護(hù)罩齊全固定。3.6.3.2安全閥靈敏可靠，壓力表及管線齊全、完好。

3.6.3.3電動(dòng)機(jī)接線牢固，補(bǔ)償器靈活好用、鐵殼開(kāi)關(guān)完好，保險(xiǎn)絲合乎規(guī)定，接地良好。3.6.4空氣罐

3.6.4.1空氣罐各閥門、管線不漏氣。

3.6.4.2安全閥靈敏可靠，壓力表完好準(zhǔn)確。3.6.5干燥器

3.6.5.1各閥門、單流閥、四通閥靈活好用，各管線無(wú)漏氣。3.6.5.2干燥罐安全閥靈敏可靠，壓力表完好準(zhǔn)確。

3.6.5.3加熱爐溫度正常、接線牢靠，絕緣符合要求，外殼接地良好。3.6.6其他

3.6.6.1機(jī)房四周有排水溝，排水暢通，底座下無(wú)油污，設(shè)備、工具清潔完好。3.6.6.2聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)的護(hù)罩、梯子及扶手齊全、牢固。

3.6.6.3機(jī)油、柴油罐的管線、閥不滲不漏。油罐區(qū)無(wú)油污、無(wú)雜草。設(shè)備清潔。3.6.6.4安全閥、壓力表應(yīng)定期校準(zhǔn)。3.7電氣設(shè)施 3.7.1發(fā)電房

3.7.1.1發(fā)電房嚴(yán)禁使用易燃材料建造，內(nèi)外無(wú)油污、無(wú)污水、且清潔。

3.7.1.2柴油機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)固定螺栓齊全、緊固，無(wú)滲漏。儀表齊全、準(zhǔn)確、壓力正常。3.7.1.3各鐵殼開(kāi)關(guān)完好，保險(xiǎn)絲符合規(guī)定，接地良好。3.7.1.4冷車起動(dòng)器（電瓶）清潔，接線緊固。

3.7.1.5發(fā)電機(jī)外殼必須接地，接地電阻不宜超過(guò)4歐。3.7.2配電柜

3.7.2.1配電柜金屬構(gòu)架必須接地，接地電阻不宜超過(guò)10歐。3.7.2.2配電柜前地面應(yīng)設(shè)置絕緣膠墊。3.7.3供電線路

3.7.3.1井場(chǎng)、井架、機(jī)房、泵房、凈化系統(tǒng)均應(yīng)采用膠皮電纜軟線。3.7.3.2井場(chǎng)電線應(yīng)分路架設(shè)在專用電桿上，高度不低于3m。3.7.3.3井架上電纜易摩擦處應(yīng)加塑料護(hù)套管。

3.7.3.4機(jī)房、泵房、凈化系統(tǒng)的供電線路必須高于設(shè)備2.5m。

3.7.3.5嚴(yán)禁將供電線路直接牽掛在設(shè)備、井架、繃?yán)K、罐等金屬物體上。3.7.3.6油罐區(qū)上方嚴(yán)禁通過(guò)供電線路。

3.7.3.7供電線路進(jìn)值班房、發(fā)電房、鍋爐房、材料房、消防房等各種活動(dòng)房時(shí)，入戶處必須加絕緣護(hù)套管?；顒?dòng)鐵皮野營(yíng)房?jī)?nèi)的照明燈線應(yīng)用絕緣材料固定。

3.7.3.8鉆臺(tái)、機(jī)房、凈化系統(tǒng)的電氣設(shè)備、照明器具必須分閘控制。分閘距探井、高壓油氣井的井口不小于30m，距低壓開(kāi)發(fā)井的井口不小于15m。井場(chǎng)照燈必須架設(shè)專線。3.7.4防爆電器 3.7.4.1井場(chǎng)、鉆臺(tái)、井架、鉆臺(tái)偏房、機(jī)泵房、凈化系統(tǒng)的電氣設(shè)備、照明器具、開(kāi)關(guān)、按扭、配電柜（箱）必須符合防爆要求。

3.7.4.2電器開(kāi)關(guān)配件齊全，保險(xiǎn)絲符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，防水防爆。3.7.5電動(dòng)機(jī)

3.7.5.1露天使用電動(dòng)機(jī)，要有防雨水措施。

3.7.5.2電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部位必須加護(hù)罩，且完好，安裝牢固。3.7.5.3電動(dòng)機(jī)外殼必須接地，接地電阻不宜大于4歐。3.7.5.4電動(dòng)測(cè)斜絞車固定可靠。

3.7.6在電源總閘、各分閘后和每棟野營(yíng)鐵皮房應(yīng)分別安裝漏電保護(hù)設(shè)備。3.7.7移動(dòng)照明燈必須采用安全行燈。3.8防噴防火設(shè)備

3.8.1應(yīng)配備下列防噴設(shè)備：

3.8.1.1液壓防噴器、控制系統(tǒng)和輔助設(shè)施。

3.8.1.2節(jié)流管匯、壓井管匯、放噴管線、鉆井液回收管線、注水管線。3.8.1.3鉆桿回壓閥、方鉆桿上下旋塞。3.8.1.4液面報(bào)警儀。

3.8.1.5鉆井液凈化、加重及環(huán)空注入設(shè)備。氣井應(yīng)配除氣器。3.8.2壓井、節(jié)流管匯

3.8.2.1壓井、節(jié)流管匯的承受壓力應(yīng)與防噴器工作壓力相匹配，應(yīng)能滿足反循環(huán)、回收鉆井液、消防作業(yè)、壓力顯示和節(jié)流壓井等要求。

3.8.2.2壓井、放噴管線接到井場(chǎng)外，放噴長(zhǎng)度不小于75m，直徑不小于127mm，管線拐彎處，彎頭角度不小于120度，每隔10~15m和出口處用地錨固定，節(jié)流管匯用“U”形卡子固定在井架底座上。3.8.2.3放噴管線出口不得正對(duì)電力線、油罐區(qū)、宿舍及其他障礙物。如有上述障礙物，其距離不應(yīng)小于50m。

3.8.2.4放噴、節(jié)流、壓井管匯都要保持暢通，冬季時(shí)要防凍。

3.8.3防噴器及其四通、底法蘭短節(jié)、放噴閥、管匯在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝后，以及高壓油氣井在鉆開(kāi)油氣層前，按規(guī)定試壓合格，保持完好。

3.8.4放噴器遠(yuǎn)程控制臺(tái)應(yīng)安裝在鉆臺(tái)側(cè)前方，距井口25m，并配專用活動(dòng)房，接專用電線。3.8.5放噴器膠芯應(yīng)與鉆桿尺寸相符。

3.8.6在探井、高壓井、氣井的施工中，高壓管線上應(yīng)有合格的消防管線接口。3.8.7消防設(shè)施按3.1.7.1規(guī)定配備。

3.8.8井場(chǎng)動(dòng)用明火，按有關(guān)規(guī)定要求執(zhí)行。3.8.9指定專人管理防噴、防火、防爆裝置。3.9電氣焊設(shè)備及使用

3.9.1電焊機(jī)、氧氣瓶、乙炔氣瓶必須由專人保管、使用。3.9.2電焊機(jī)完好，使用前接好地線，電焊線完整。

3.9.3氧氣瓶、乙炔氣瓶必須分庫(kù)存放在專用支架上，陰涼通風(fēng)，嚴(yán)禁曝曬。氧氣瓶上嚴(yán)禁有油污。3.9.4使用氧氣瓶、乙炔氣瓶時(shí)，兩瓶相距必須大于10m，距明火處大于10m，乙炔氣瓶必須直立使用，氧氣瓶應(yīng)有安全帽和防振圈。

3.9.5電焊面罩、電焊鉗和絕緣手套應(yīng)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。3.10安全管理

3.10.1工人上崗前應(yīng)按規(guī)定穿戴好防護(hù)用品，上鉆臺(tái)必須戴安全帽，上井架操作必須系好安全帶。3.10.2嚴(yán)禁串崗、脫崗、酒后上崗。3.10.3上崗人員必須持證上崗。

3.10.4新工人必須經(jīng)過(guò)處（公司）、隊(duì)、生產(chǎn)班組三級(jí)安全教育，考試合格后才能上崗操作。3.10.5發(fā)生事故后必須及時(shí)上報(bào)。并分析事故原因，追究事故責(zé)任者。

3.10.6安全生產(chǎn)管理機(jī)構(gòu)健全；隊(duì)、班組堅(jiān)持安全活動(dòng)；防噴、防凍、防火防爆、防機(jī)械傷害事故等措施齊全落實(shí)；安全記錄清潔、齊全、準(zhǔn)確。

3.10.7處理卡鉆事故上提下放鉆具前，必須用合適的鋼絲繩捆牢大鉤，銷好轉(zhuǎn)盤大方瓦和方補(bǔ)心銷子，拴好方補(bǔ)心保險(xiǎn)繩。

3.10.8嚴(yán)禁任何人隨同重物或游動(dòng)系統(tǒng)升降。

3.10.9進(jìn)行注水泥、壓井、酸化壓裂、測(cè)試等高壓作業(yè)時(shí)，非工作人員進(jìn)入高壓區(qū)。

3.10.10 A型井架起放必須有專人指揮。風(fēng)力大于6級(jí)、霧天和夜間視線不清時(shí)禁止起放。

3.10.11局、鉆井公司（處）、大隊(duì)、井隊(duì)定期或不定期抽調(diào)專業(yè)人員按本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織安全生產(chǎn)檢查。其他

4.1常規(guī)鉆進(jìn)按照SY 5272中有關(guān)條文規(guī)定檢查。4.2鉆開(kāi)含硫油氣井按照SY 5087中的有關(guān)條文檢查。4.3鉆井井下事故處理按照SY/T 5622中的有關(guān)條文檢查。4.4鉆井中的中途測(cè)試應(yīng)按SY 5483中有關(guān)安全條文檢查。--------------
